I had the Street Tacos Trio combo with chicken. I didn't care for the sauce on the tacos but, that's just my taste buds. They were put together kind of sloppily. I actually wanted something else but, they didn't have it available to be made that particular day. The potato ole's we're delicious. I should have just ordered a bunch of those. They were perfectly crispy. I will go back again to try more options, maybe what I wanted in the first place. The staff at the drive through were pleasant and friendly.

Just went thru drive thru and it was an amazing experience. I felt bad that they were short staffed on Taco Tuesday, but they made it work! Fresh food, PLUS friendly service! AND my order was correct! They deserve a raise. Thanks guys!

Normally, this taco John’s is awesome. My husband’s food was good but I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a churro and neither of them were good. I guess we’ll just order for my husband from now on.

We always get drive thru and it's always fast and communicative. It's not the busiest place but the staff is understanding and really friendly. Sometimes we have gone close to close even. Great service, great food, haven't been disappointed.

My local TJ! Can get busy at times and freshly made food may be a little timely with a large, specialized order. For the most part consistent service and quality. I do check my order before driving off, just in case.

I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff of Taco Johns is (Dell Range location). We went through the drive thru and they were very busy. The missed 3 things off of our order. I called them and they said to come in. When I did, they re-made the entire order and let us keep what they had already given us. Despite my telling them that it wasn't necessary, they insisted on doing it, apologizing several times. Now that is customer service!!

It's my most frequently visited TJs since it's close to my house. The food is usually pretty good and correct. The service is fast unless they have a call in which is understandable. Lately though there seems to be a lot of newer cashier's in training and you have to make sure they put the right item up on the screen otherwise you won't get what you ask for.

I like this location. The foods good 95% of the time. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. We've only been inside twice but its always been clean and drink area was tidy and non sticky. Bathrooms were also clean and stocked well.

Sometimes order takes a while to get and other times it's very quick. My guess is the dt orders are large and causes everyone elses order to get backlogged. Looks like they are hiring more peeps. The former manager Diana was really good and fast.

Im new to the area and it was the first time i had eaten at a Taco Johns. I was not disappointed! I had the street steak tacos. The tacos were awesome very fresh and cooked to order. The staff was very impressive with the service. Maya didnt miss a beat freom taking the order to double checking the bag before handing it off to me she also didnt mind explaining what an Ol'e was to me. Maya thank you for the amazing service and great food!! I will come back again...D

The regular size drink is a small. Anything bigger costs extra. Seems like an odd business move when everyone else is offering a medium with their meals.

Great Lil fast food place. Never any lines to wait in, seeing as though we have like 30 TJ's in Cheyenne. Food is exactly the same every time, always hot, and the drive thru rarely forgets any of my food, which is rare in Cheyenne. Nice staff, they have a lot of the same staff that had worked there for a while. Note: I really hate their potato bite things, they are nasty, but I just don't get them.

Usually prompt, and i enjoy their breakfast food, but i hate their seasoning on the olés, so i order them without, and they occassionally don't nix the seasoning. Customer service usually seems rushed and less froendly, but it is fast food.

I do like Taco Johns...the store on the corner of dell range and ridge. .was lucky for me to get a one star....food cold taco salad was not worth the price.. put nothing in it. .sad...not the typical TJ. .

Store was window counter indoor seating only or outdoor patio tables in the sun/wind. Restroom clean, restaurant clean, employees organized & put together. Food was ok, a little salty for me.

(Snooty British guy) As I arrived through the drive thru in my Bentley, I was plesently surprised by the delightfully aramous bouquet eminating from the open drive thru window. Apon receiving my expertly pact order I was thrilled at the addition of an unexpected 1.5 karat diamond ring. Therefore my overall experience could be best described as far from excruciating and purely top shelf. Would recommend to a fellow professor. Here here!👌

I like the various Mexican itwems and short time new items thast they feature quite frequently. Cheruenne is rthe birthplace of Taco John's International, so we get to test out new food items quite frequently to see customer satisfaction, and hoiq welk these items are receeived by consumerd and the quantity purchased tyoi see if these items become poermanent menu features. I like using the Taco John's app on. My abdroid smartphone ford coupons or special deals. There are 4 Taco John's in Cheyenne Wyoming in fifffferent areas of town , so that they are conveniently located wherever you live. Also the international headquarters is aldo located in Cheyenne, Wyoming
