Our waiter was incredible and worked so hard all evening when we were there for dinner. Two thumbs way up for an awesomely cooked set of meals. Nate needs a raise and everyone else there too you all are so friendly and deserve rest and complimented on such great service.

This place never disappoints me, my last visit was great in every aspect, the food was fresh and amazing, our server Ricky was very personable and had a great attitude, and our food came out quicker than most other restaurants around Cheyenne do typically, and it's still some of the best food in Cheyenne in my opinion.

Being from the Pacific Northwest I love Sheri’s pies. I saw there was a Shari’s in Cheyenne WY - the city that my husband, an OTR, frequently delivers product to. I called ahead to see if I could order some pies to take with me back to PA and FL. I talked to Crystal, the manager. She was so friendly and helpful. When we finally got to Cheyenne, we stopped to have breakfast and pick up pies. Originally ordered 3 Marionberry pies. Upon Crystals recommendation we also got a Marionberry cheesecake! Crystal had my order ready and waiting. We were also served by Edie who was so great. We have always loved Shari’s good. We do wish that you would sell the Marionberry jam you serve. We had an awesome experience thanks to the awesome management and staff. Wish Shari’s would come to Florida!

I don’t like to leave a negative review; however, I don’t feel like this Shari’s lived up to what I believe is the “Shari’s Brand.” We are traveling and commented that we were glad we found one, because you can usually expect good service and food. That’s the case where we live anyways. The service started out fine; we did have to wait to be addressed to be seated, which was fine. Our waitress was nice and got us our drinks quickly. After we ordered was when things weren’t as good. 3 of us ordered what looked to be their delicious peppercorn topped sirloin, and one of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken Salad. When it came out the salad looked amazing. The steak, although it was cooked well, was missing it’s peppercorn topping, and we did have to remind the waitress of several things we were missing and asked about the topping. Apparently they were out of that. This was a bummer; I would have asked for something else, but we weren’t told that until after it had already come out. I will say the broccoli cheddar soup had good flavor, so that was good. I feel like the mistake on all 3 of our steaks should have been addressed in some way, but that didn’t happen, and I did notice that our waitress was avoiding us after we mentioned it. They weren’t busy; I did notice people standing at the door for several minutes before they were even acknowledged, and the bathroom was a mess. Overall, it certainly wasn’t the worst restaurant experience. The staff seemed nice, some of the food was good, and it was a somewhat familiar atmosphere, but it wasn’t the best Shari’s experience either; certainly not what we would expect from one.

Took my daughter on a weekend to have prime rib. We had tried two other places and we were not satisfied at all. But when we went to Shari's we thought the prime rib was amazing and so was the waitress. This was the end of last year....

Food and service have been hit or miss for years, but driving steadily downward more and more of late. It seems regardless of time of day or number of tables occupied, food is sub par and seems to take an eternity; staff is never rude, but rarely particularly friendly or attentive. Staffing, of course, has been problematic, which is why I gave three stars rather than lower.

I would really like to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but… All the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, I also only saw four of them, they were very understaffed. I didn’t mind the polite suggestions to sit elsewhere, order otherwise in order to avoid a longer wait, I didn’t necessarily even mind the expected longer wait since it was clear walking in that there would be one. The real frustration came when we checked out and realized we’d been charged ‘extra’ for things that, according to their menu, were included in the price of our meals. We don’t eat out often and for the $30 this meal cost us, the wait combined with the hidden costs simply wasn’t worth it for us.

I went here and ordered a breakfast that ended up costing about $11. A similar meal at say Denny's would have cost $8-$9. I was still hungry after I finished this meal at Shari's and bought more food somewhere else. I recommend Perkins or Denny's. I took a picture of the pies even tho I did not try any.

Always friendly, timely and delicious. The new marion berry cheese pie is worth the indulgence. But you can Shari's in many states. It is not worth a trip to Cheyenne for this Shari's. Because it is late April, and this was the view out the window.

We were so happy and excited about our last visit to Shari's Cafe in Cheyenne, WY. We recommend Samantha be your server She was amazing!! She never let my boyfriend's drink be empty bringing a new one each time he was finishing the one he had a total of 4 refills. She was friendly but not overly so. She brought out our food after a bit of a wait but it was fine as everyone around us were enjoying their time and Samantha kept everyone happy and we'll taken care of!! The food was wonderful feeling us up and leaving some for later. We chatted for a few min as Samantha had already cleared our plates, brought a take home box, asked if we wanted any dessert, gave us our check, and took care of the bill. Then asked if we would like a soda refill to go as well? We said yes when she returned with the drinks we were ready to go she thanked us and we left. It is one of the most pleasant dinning experience I have had in recent memory. Thank You Samantha You Were Wonderful!!

I drove 24 hours straight, came from mi. The wait staff was friendly and always smiling. Ordered a country fried steak, with biscuits and gravey. I have to say it was the best country fried stake i ever had. I am a truck driver and have tried that meal in a lot of states. Hands down it was the best.

Restaurant was about 10% full, but service was very slow. Food was average - expensive for what you get. Nice clean interior though. Good place to sit and drink coffee with a friend for a couple hours. Would not recommend for a quick in and out breakfast.

We went on a Wednesday, which is a free piece of pie with dinner. The selection of pies was quite large. My husband and I had chocolate cream pie. Yummy! The dinner were good also. Nice portion size. The reason for four instead of five would be the waitress. She seemed nice but some what confused. Although we were 6, and 2 were children. All and all a Good place to eat.

Shari's has the best sausage gravy. Hands down. Update 4/9: I don't know if they just got a new cook or maybe they were just having an off day, but the food today was not up to their usual quality. I was rather disappointed with everything I ordered, and my waitress seemed pretty disinterested in being there. I usually love Shari's, so I'll definitely try again another time. Hopefully it's just an off day!

Shari's is a nice little place with good food for a decent price and it has a very nice atmosphere too. The staff was pleasant and helped us with anything we needed. From what other reviews say, it seems Shari's is sometimes not the best, but that's with every place. I'd say go, you'll never know until you try.

My husband and I went to breakfast here. After going elsewhere first, and leaving due to dirty tables and no masks on employees, we tried shari's. We were pleasantly surprised with full employee masks, including cooks and managers. Table and area very clean. Waitress careful with social distancing and with our food. Food was delicious and service superb. We will be returning there every chance we get. Thank you to a manager who leads employees to be respectful to customers, especially in this pandemic.

Delicious homemade pies! Great food and service. I was very impressed that the manager seated me and asked how my day went. Food was served promptly and was delicious. Shari's also recognizes military members with a 10 percent discount. Thank you! Only thing they need to do now is keep more pies in stock!

But I also feel as though the servers judge you from the second they meet you and treat you based on their first glance. Nice food spot in Cheyenne. Reminded me of a Village Inn with the menu. Food was ready fast. Slightly cold but still awesome, well seasoned. Both the waiter, and hostess were both VERY nice. Everyone told me to be leery of treatment in Wyoming, but that being my only stop, put me at ease. From entry to exit, everyone was engaging, accommodating, and seemed genuine. It was the last 30 minutes of the day, but still awesome!

It's a Shari's. Not a lot changes per store. This one seems to have different staff every time, but the manager had been the same for a very long time. I never wait to be seated very long. It needs some updating. I worked there as a server many years ago and it was one of the better serving jobs I've had, the training was good and tips are not bad. I like that they're open every day of the year, we've had a couple Thanksgiving dinners there when we didn't want to cook. Good variety in their menu too. Their pies rule.

My husband and I have gone to Shari's 5 times over the past five years and we always have had Eddie as our waitress and she is the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. Always extremely friendly, checks in just enough, brings water and coffee as needed and just very pleasant. I go there looking forward to being served by her and she makes the experience excellent and the food taste even better :)

Food was good, service a bit slow. I think our food sat for awhile before it was brought to us. I don't know if that means the kitchen didn't let our server know it was ready or if she just took her time responding. My feeling is that the kitchen was to blame. Restaurant felt very clean, bathroom was spotless.

Went for breakfast 2 days in a row with out of town company. The food was excellent and the service was great. Both times our waitress was accommodating with our special requests. I cannot remember the first waitress's name but the second one was Debbie. I will be back and will recommend this to others.

Our waitress was Michelle, she was the PERFECT example of how waitresses should be! She was so nice, would make conversation with us, and didn't hesitate for one second to make sure things were good, and to see if we needed anything. The pies are very good, surprisingly good! Very friendly, efficient service every visit. Dining room cozy but dated. We really enjoy it there, it feels like eating at Grandma’s - cozy, good home food, nice portions. A definite favorite spot!

First time I have ever been there. Went there upon the recommendation of an older couple who was downtown when my boyfriend and I asked for a new restaurant to try, as we are not from Cheyenne. They sent us to Shari's without any hesitation. Funny thing is, that couple showed up a few minutes before we did. I think we gave them a dinner idea. The only I have to complain about was that it took forever to be seated by the hostess (I can't remember her name). Beyond that, Wednesday was a phenomenal waitress, very friendly and attentive. Food wise, my baked potato soup was amazing!! There was no sour cream that night, no biggie because I hate sour cream. And that fish was BEYOND amazing, as was the chocolate pie. Needless to say, whenever I find myself in Cheyenne again, I will be returning to Shari's again, provided that first time experience is replicated every single time!!

The plates are cold that is causing meals to get ice cold before the server brings it to the table. The biscuits for biscuits are over cooked and arr never flaky.

Decent-ish coffee. Slow to get refills at times. Friendly staff though. Will definitely be back because it's open 24/7. Would be awesome if they had small carafes to leave on the table so you don't have to wait for coffee refills when staff is busy.

Service was ok BUT If you're expecting the good old Shari's that has been in Cheyenne forever....don't go. The MENU changed. The shakes are served in small plastic cups. No soda fountain cup or mixing cup anymore. You can get 1/2 of a BLT sandwich, but you can't get a full sandwich.... they "don't have a button for that on the register"

Our server was extremely polite and patient. We were getting breakfast 10 hours into a 20 hour drive, she made sure my drink was waiting when I got back to the table from washing up, and checked back regularly, but gave the impression that she wanted to make sure we weren't waiting, not at all like she was rushing us. I think I scared the poor woman, she came up to the table very hesitantly to make sure that I was aware that vaping wasn't allowed inside, timidly pointing to my vape on the table. I'm a bigger guy, with tattoos, and a shaved head. Overall, the experience was wonderful, especially so since we were already road-weary. Thank you!

The customer service was good. This visit didn't start great but they made up for it. I can say I wouldn't recommend you get a healthy lifestyle meal. I ordered the Lifestyle Turkey burger that was older than me. The fruit wasn't appealing and very little. They took it back and I got the trail boss burger with fries. I can say it was amazing.

Crystal did an EXCELLENT job cooking our food and her presentation of it was EXCELLENT also. Our server was great also. The only negative was the server put our drink glasses on the table with his fingers around the top of the glass. That's a HUGE negative, especially if you don't use a straw.

There is a waitress here that is rude and very unhelpful. She treated us like we were an inconvenience. There is also another waitress who was a doll and took care of us very well on our next visit. Too bad shes leaving because of the toxic environment brought on by the first waitress.

The food was good but the server I got was bad. I waited at least 10mins before she came over to me. Another server saw me and asked the girls who is serving that table? She took my order and disappeared. Than I watched as my food sat there for at least 7mins before she finally picked up my food and brought it to me. Such a nice place! I didnt think it would be that good from the outside, but it was very early in the morning and it was the only thing open other than fast food. I have to say I'm glad I came! Food is delicious, clean place, nice waitress! Will definitely be back.

Average or a little below The food was just OK. Given the shortage of America style restaurants open for lunch, this was our goto, while visiting the area. Our meals were hot and plentiful and just what I've come to expect. We've eaten at several in the Seattle area & this one keep us fueled. If you go there, be sure to save room for pie. The wait staff were extremely attentive & friendly, a behavior we enjoy. If we're ever in the area again, definitely will return. So if it's American food you're after be sure to stop by.

I had the loaded baked potato soup and the chicken tortilla soup (special on Mondays). It didn't blow me away, but it was pretty tasty for a quick sit down lunch. The lemon meringue pie was great. I'll probably come back by sometime, if only to buy more pie.

Nice local feel. The place was packed when we went in and was able to get service quick and the food was served quick. The portions were large and the price reflected it. Not a place to get a $3.99 egg breakfast but priced according for what they serve.

The server was new and I liked him, he was really trying hard to make sure everything was okay. The eggs came out wrong twice. I did not see that the breakfast country fried steak now included "Loaded Hash Browns" which were terrible at best. The steak was room temp and very salty. The manager did nothing to address the issue except overcharge me and send me away with no receipt. The way Shari's has rigged their web site is: you need a receipt to rate your experience. I remember when Shari's was a quality place. Now they have slipped well below Denny's standards which is where I will go next time.

Look, I'll admit this isn't a fancy place and most of the entrees aren't very different from what you will find at other similar places like IHOP or Ruby's. But nobody does a pie shake like Shari's. We plan our cross-country drives to make sure we land at Shari's whether in Nebraska, Wyoming, or Idaho. It's worth it. And the service is always so down home that you leave feeling like part of the community.

The new chef has really upped shari's game, before i'd have given it 2 stars, but their food is much better! That being said, the last 3 times i've gone i've had to wait 45 minutes before i even got my drinks, and another 45-60 for the food. Waitresses are nice enough, but kind of awkward and VERY slow.

My first experience of sheris was in Portland Oregon where I had the best pie and Marion berry belinis. I never had a Marian berry before but I'm hooked now. So I was thrilled when I found one in Cheyenne Wyoming. I bought a whole Marion berry cheese pie. Shari's boasts at being always open, and that's one of the things it has going for it. I've had to use it as a back up when I needed to eat late at night. The down side is that the food is usually pretty bland and very greasy. Wait staff at this Shari's is pretty hit and miss, it can be really good, or you can go for hours without having anyone talk to you.
