We had a shrimp night! They were all excellent! Started with Lobster Rangoon shrimps then Walt's & scampi with bacon Mac & cheese & orzo rice. The Apple Cranberry Smash is now my favorite fall/winter drink! Looks like they've also got some great lunch & daily specials we want to try! It may be our new favorite spot in town! Our server had some great suggestions & took great care of us!!

There were maybe 4 other couples and 1 party of 10, pretty quiet. Our server said Sundays have been that way for 2 months. The food was fresh and tasty and came out fairly quickly. Our server was attentive, and the dinner went well.

Normally we like Red Lobster. This visit was just okay. Our server was sweet and polite, though she never refilled our drinks which needed to be refilled 1/2 way through the meal. I would not have bothered tp write a review however if not for the food. We both ordered crab Alfredo. It was not good. Barely had Alfredo flavor and the crab was nearly tasteless. 😕 The food was disappointing.

Great server last night. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was okay, if you like EVERYTHING deep fried. My baked potato was not ready and when I did get it, it was hard, obviously microwaved.

They seated us, and 20 minutes later, they came over and apologized for forgetting about us. Forgetting about us occurred a few more times during the nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes it took to get a couple of drinks and our entrees. The food was ok and, the server seemed genuine when apologizing. Sounds like the restaurant just needs some sort of system to remind wait staff that people are at the tables.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years, when to the one in Cheyenne Wyoming and ordered the coconut jumbo shrimp and I loved it. The Pina Colada dipping sauce was amazing!!!! And the biscuits are still delicious. If you haven't had them yet get the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, they are delicious!!

Only a 5 minute wait at 6pm on a Saturday. We were seated quick, quick drinks, quick appetizers, quick food, and quick check. Bobbi was our waitress and she was very helpful, nice, and checked in with us a perfect amount of times. Thank you for the good food and good service.

It was very obvious that they were short staffed but they were all working very hard. I would say they were doing great in this post covid world where restaurants can't find servers. Food was great so don't have much to complain about. First time getting a glass of cab in a Stella glass though lol.

Appetizers and salads were excellent. Ridiculously small portions, and poor quality on the main courses, for the price. The best item on my main course was the sirloin steak, which is odd for a seafood restaurant. It had been several years since I'd eaten here, it may be several more before I return.

Me and my crew are came in around 8'ish and sat at the bar, I got a response from the bar tender that she's closing out, that someone else will serve us, me and my two brothers, okay I guess it was the manager who came to our rescue, she was so polite and very professional, she didn't look like we were a bother, she stood by our side and help us very well ☺️ never said anything about closing, just add would you like dessert 🎂 all I can say is she was awesome in customer service. We will return, we're from Houston, Texas and just here working at the oil field for a few months and you can bet will come again and again because the food was yummmmy and freshly made bread 🍞 on request, WOW couldn't get any better than her wonderful 😊 service.

We brought our two Airmen out for an early dinner and we’re very impressed. We appreciated that the staff seems to take Covid seriously and mask up. The food was really fresh and delicious and the server was an absolute sweetheart. Overall great experience and we will be back.

On this visit we celebrated my Grandson's 21st birthday. As a family tradition my children-- and now grandchildren-- all have their first adult beverage at Red Lobster. There were many new menu items to choose from, including Red shrimp! I especially enjoyed the music this time too.

No atmosphere, service is great, food could use an upgrade in taste. Waiting time is sometimes a little too long especially at lunchtime. I know businesses are short staffed but, losing business because of wait time and staffing has got to get better. I wouldn't mind waiting if the host or hostess offered drinks to the customers while they especially the alcohol drinking ones. I'm not talking about free drinks but just the offer and service makes the wait better to endure. Hey, this is my opinion based on experience 😉 . Competition is tough out there and there's a lot of choices.

Great staff and service. The steak did not appear to be the size that was advertised. I'm wondering is it weighed before or after cooking? Big difference when ordering a 12oz serloin and paying over $20.00. Corporations should stop following evangelical "laws" and start being honest with customers to save money.

Came in at 9:20pm to meet up with friends who already ordered my food. I told the greeter I was with someone. She said let me check the time in a snarky way. I said they already ordered food, she said oh ok, thats fine. Then once I sat down, my friends and I felt rushed. Yes I know closing time is at 10, but don't rush your last customer. She seemed to be put out bringing us more drinks and to go boxes. The food was good.... but the customer service, not impressed...

The first time I was here I was having a lot of fun and I thought I would come here again, and I did. The second time I was here there were zombies every where. They weren't saying "brains", they were saying "lobster". That's when it gets crazier, Hulk Hogan busted through the wall and started to fight the zombies but he was getting overrun by the zombies, there were too many. That's when John Cena and Mike Tyson came in to join the fight. They beat all the zombies and that's when Hulk Hogan pulled out a skateboard and did a kickflip then all 3 of them rode off into the distance on a unicycle. What an experience I will definitely be coming again.

The food was good. We enjoyed it. The waiter was very nice and very good at his job. The hostess needs a little more training. The bloody Mary was merely v8 juice and vodka. No garnish or extra spices. But overall a pretty good experience.

The food was great but the staff was what made it really great. We planned a surprise dinner for our son who we hadn't seen for almost 10 years. We arrived and had them seat us and showed them pictures of him and his little family and asked that they escort them back to our table. They were fun and played along with it ! The staff was so patient as we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and we stayed probably allot longer than most people do. And I wish that I would've caught the waitresses name because I definitely would mention it she was so kind and patient and provided the best service we've had at a restaurant in years!

We had a birthday dinner there last week and it was wonderful! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh. We had lunch there with some family yesterday and it was fantastic! The 4-course lunch special for $15.99 is a great value with your choice of soup, choice of salad, your choice of entree, and the brownie with ice cream dessert. I have to admit we have not been there in about a year because of disappointing food preparation and quality. I'm happy to report that some changes have been made and it was a very good experience. We will be back!

We went to Red Lobster In Cheyenne today to celebrate my son’s birthday with an early dinner and it didn’t disappoint. The service was great and that sets the tone for everything. We started with a shrimp cocktail which came out quickly and was chilled to perfection. My son and I had the Ultimate Feast and each item was hot and tasty. We loved our experience!

We eat here pretty regularly. There's no fresh seafood around here, but I have enjoyed every dish I've had here. Their food is always consistent, flavorful, and hot. They hire quality servers, not just any old kid who will show up. The manager at the time of this review is a polite and friendly guy who helps out his staff and actually bussed tables during our visit. You will always very the same flavor and what you expect at this restaurant. The staff is always very friendly and work hard. It's one of our favorite restaurants. There's nothing like fresh seafood, but Red Lobster in Cheyenne is a pretty good alternative.

It's hit or miss every time we go. If we get good service the food sucks, if the food is great the service sucks. But I have had to stay away from their crab every time we have gone lately because it always tastes so fishy. I end up with just shrimp.( Drive the 45-60 min and go to Joe's Crab Shack in Westminster, Co if you want crab.....)

Visited with my mom and sister for a girls date the restaurant was fairly empty. The food was above average. We started with dessert because we are usually so full by the end and didn't want to skip this time. We had a chocolate cake of some sort and a key lime pie and both were absolutely delicious. For main dishes we had coconut shrimp and shrimp Alfredo. Main dishes were so so but the shrimp Alfredo comes in a lunch half portion which was perfect and I highly suggest. The staff was attentive and friendly. And of course the biscuits were the star the show. Restaurant was clean and did not smell of fish or seafood.

My significant other and I don't go out often, in fact this was our first date night in over a year, and the staff made it perfect. My SO ordered a 3lb live lobster to cross it off his bucket list but had no clue how to crack and clean it. The manager came to our table and gave him a demonstration (did it for him). The manager made the experience pleasent and fun, even threw in a free dessert since it had been so long since we had gone out. The server staff were really sweet and fun. Great attitudes from everyone. The food was excellent, I personally don't care for lobster, but I tried some of the 3 lbs monster and it was pretty good. My shrimp was excellent. The only complaint we had all night, is that the bartender needs to learn how to make a mojito. Thanks for a great date night!

Just passing through and hadn’t visited a red lobster in quite some time so I thought I’d pop in for a quick bite to eat. Was greeted and seated promptly and received my drink order relatively fast. However drink size I wanted that was presented with the “call“ version of my beverage of choice. I’m sure this was an up charge of a few dollars versus the smaller drink so it would’ve been nice to have been asked how much I wanted to drink before just assuming I would take the large beverage. Dinner came out also in a timely fashion however it was relatively bland. Possibly precooked and then warmed in a microwave? Also this restaurant really needs to do some lighting updates as it is so dark in there virtually impossible to read a menu. Always concerning to enter a restaurant that is so dark, it is hard to see how your food is cooked.

Both of our steaks and my husband's lobster was over cooked, and they must have had a long weekend because they were out of some of the things we ordered, but over all our experience was good. Although over cooked, the food was still pretty good. And our waitress, Jamie, was absolutely PHENOMENAL. Our glasses were never empty. And she warned us ahead of time that the kitchen had run out of certain items. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She checked on us often but not so often that it became annoying. She was by far the best server we have ever had.

Very good dinner invited sister in law and he kids and still had a very enjoyable experience. Ended up with a seemingly to large a bill but everyone enjoyed it. Bathrooms were clean but not self flushing which was kinda strange they we about empty of live lobster which seemed disappointing. Also new new drink that u got to keep the glass with was out also so cut out 2 of my Hope's in one visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and could be under circumstance. The Baker was be kind on on bread so had to wait also. Got our appetizers late and food was way to close to main dishes to enjoy. Usually have had fewer issues. Guess wrong day or something. Had the new lobster tacos on the lunch menu. Didn't care for the topping sauce. Suggest asking for no topping sauce, or sauce on the side to add if you want. Also had broccoli sampler with dragon sauce. Wow, loved it. Strongly suggest you give it a try. Yummy. My server provided excellent service too.

I would expect good clam chowder (like the pictures in their tv ad) from a seafood restaurant. Don't bother here. The chowder was watered down to make it more like a soup with a couple of chunks of potatoes floating around. There were a few pieces of clams but nothing like advertised.

Use to be a good bnb place to go in town. Now the food is just ok. The bathroom didnt have running water so you couldn't wash ur hands or flush the toilet. Just not what the place use to be.

This Red Lobster just recently got a facelift. Years ago, it didn't have much competition for places to go out and eat. Now it is got a lot of competition and it shows. The food is average. Often times the food will come out just warm, and the food will take forever to come out. When you get it, it is bland, and tasteless. But.. There are the cheddar biscuits.
