Alicia MendezOrdered carry out and the rep that answered the phone was having a really hard time understanding what we wanted. We received a coupon in the mail and when I arrived to pick up the pizza and to assure we got the deal, the rep put in our order wrong. The manager did not hesitate to make it right for us which was really appreciated. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Thanks guys!!

Mark Anthony Escalera SrIt has been years since we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. Having tried just about every version of different pizzas in town over the last few years, I decided to take my two teenagers for a dine-in treat. We were the only ones there when we arrived later in the afternoon (more came when we were about half-way finished with our meal).
We were greeted immediately by the manager with a smile and an invite to sit wherever we wanted. We ordered a meat lover's pizza and even though he had several pick-up orders come in, our order arrived quickly.
The pizza - It was very hot, loaded with ingredients, the hand-tossed crust was flaky and not swimming in oil like so many places in town. You could taste each separate ingredient and even the spices were spot-on. One of my teens is very picky and she ate the same amount as I did and promptly asked if we could go back again in the very near future. VERY HIGH COMPLIMENTS!
The ONLY thing that I dinged a star for was the cleanliness aspect. Overall, it was good, but the tables looked and felt like they could have used a good deep clean.
To conclude: Pizza was great and I think jumped to the top of my picks for Cheyenne. Being pretty much by himself, I would be willing to give it a try again, even with the one small issue about cleanliness. While we did not try any other products, I would have no issue going here again or even ordering out.
Tammi DaughertyWednesday evening buffet...excellent idea! The staff did an amazing job keeping up with the buffet and customers, even though they were extremely busy! I haven't seen Pizza Hut this busy in years!
Robbi RussiAwesome service. Great food although I think on the buffet they should also have a pizza with the white sauce too instead of just pizzas with tomato sauce pizzas.
KRISTA GALLARDOI went in early and my pizza was not quite ready. The manager apologized. The tension was quite high in the store as they were being slammed by orders. There was an employee that was working and stopped for a moment to speak with her children. The restaurant was empty as they were not offering dine in. The mom was dedicated enough to show up to work regardless and the manager was smart enough to honor her work by making the best of it. Again tension was high but they were all doing an amazing job. My kids and I enjoyed the pizza, it's pizza so what's not to like but they stated how good it tasted. I wasn't able to get names but good job everyone.
