The first pizza they sent out was cold and not sliced. I called and spoke the manager named Mike, he was very professional and quick to make and send out a fresh pizza. Both delivery drivers were also very kind and professional. I was amazed at the outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond to make the order right for me. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you Mike for making it right 😁

Great customer service! I called the day after Christmas and the gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and courteous on the phone. The delivery driver was super nice as well. He even went over the order with my husband who answered the door before he left to make sure it was correct! Thanks for the great service and pizza. A well deserved 5 stars

I messed up and the staff made sure my family got dinner tonight. Amazing service!! I ordered on the app on my phone in a hurry tonight. I get a notification that my food had arrived but I didn’t hear a car pull up. I check the app and find that the driver had gone to my work (which is closed at night) I had forgotten to change the address on the app to my home. I started to go to the garage and head to the store to pick it up when the driver got back. I called the store to see if the driver could leave it and in a few seconds of the call, because of caller ID, the gentleman knew my name and was apologizing to me that they had the wrong address. I told him my mistake and he asked where I needed it delivered to instead. I was ready to head out myself and end up with cold pizza. Instead within a few minutes we had our dinner (still hot) and the driver had a bigger tip. Thank you for fixing my mistake.

What appears to be the manager I believe his name was Mark or Mike was really helpful. I tried that new Papadias Cheesesteak and it was awesome. Actually my first time ever at Papa Johns. I will return. Thanks guys.

Michael is awesome. He was nice, personable, and professional (other papa johns on Lincolnway sux). The pizza was EXACTLY how I wanted it and I am a total freak. No sauce, restrictions on topping placement, etc. and when they forgot my side of red sauce, the dude actually went and got it and came back. He even gave me extra. We were sure they just wouldn’t come back. I mean it’s a side of sauce.

I ordered my pizzas cooked well since you can't get a medium thin crust. Both showed up undercooked and doughy. Seems to be the case half of the time here. Pretty disappointed considering I specified well done and got rare.

Nice, great customer service. It was explained to me that recent changes had been made to the item I was ordering to avoid any unwanted surprises. I appreciated that. They were friendly when I came in to pick my food up. Everything looked, and tasted great

Their pizza is always good; however tonight i got the stuffed crust which is more expensive and the stuffed part was rather flat so I dont know how it was stuffed! I couldn't find any evidence of "stuff"
