One of the better locations I've been to. Most locations you go to, they are out of half of the entrees. This location had every entree even at dinner rush. Servers were friendly and food was fresh.

We tried Panda Express for the first time. We weren’t sure if we were making a good choice for lunch, but it did not disappoint. The meals were made fresh and were very good. Orange chicken, broccoli beef, green bean chicken, Kung pao chicken and mushroom chicken were the ones we tried. We will be back again when in town.

Cheyenne does not have good Chinese food and Panda is my go to because it’s fresh and consistent. I have tried all other options in town and besides the high end restaurants the average Chinese takeout options are not that good . I have had very good Chinese food in the Denver metro area but not here.

It's fast food Chinese. My wife loves it, I've had much better, but I've traveled a lot. They do give a military discount, and are always friendly. If you want a quick meal, this will probably satisfy.

Food is good but service is slow. Tried drive-thru service but just okay versus going inside. Server was hard to understand, cars in line crawled to order but once you got past ordering, orders were delivered quickly! Payment taken by staff with gloves, debit card given back wrapped in receipt. Would come back despite deficiency in service level.

Visited during the noon hour. Even though the line was long it moved quickly. I don't recommend getting any entree that's getting low, you don't get enough. The food was good for being fast. Restaurant was clean with clean bathrooms. Staff were polite and worked smoothly together. Nice place for a quick bite.

No labor shortage here. During my visit they were slammed in the drive though and inside but the lines moved quickly. Only bad thing I saw is the drive through line blocks people parked in the parking lot into their spots when the line gets long. I saw some pretty irritated people trying to leave that were blocked in. Better planning on drive through lane would be good.

The food was good here. Although the Almond chicken is a little bland. It has teriyaki sauce, it is good but no kick in it. On another note.... it was a little busy when we were there. We stood in line inside to order. The two managers or leads (not sure) saw us and the line that was building. They were packing to go orders. They unfortunately never made eye contact with us or said a word, like, I don't know, we will be with shortly. That left one other team member to wait on all the inside customers. So, let me tell you that Jessica is amazing and professional. She was very polite and helpful. She helped every customer with a smile. I have worked in food service for many years, and still in retail today. I would make her a manager in a heartbeat. We ate our food in store and I watched her as we ate. I went up to her before we left and to her what a great job she does and that she is management material.

To start, I'm not from the area, so I can't compare it to any other Pandas or Asian restaurants around town, but my fiancee and I were in town to buy a car, got delayed twice, and eventually stuck in a town we had no desire to be in for too long. It was a very long and stressful day. We decided to go to the Walmart to get a change of clothes since we didn't expect to be there overnight, and walking out we realized we were way too tired to cook anything. We spot a Panda Express... And it's the most glorious thing we've seen all day. I couldn't tell you if it was the hunger speaking or if the cooks were just rocking it that day, but after a horrible morning and afternoon we finally had a nice moment to relax and enjoy something. This may be an odd review, but thank you Panda. This strange little experience will be burned into our memories for a long time.

Ask for chopsticks! I don't know if its because it's Cheyenne and people don't know how to use Chopsticks or this Panda is just stingy with chopsticks. Either way, I always have to ask for them. Other than that, this place is a normal Panda Express.

Yummy! Even though they were busy staff did a good job keeping up. The only downside was both the fried rice and chow mein were dry. Orange chicken, crispy almond chicken, and sweetfire chicken all amazing! Love Panda Express!

Edit: Nov 2019 - gave the store another chance and what a world of difference. Food seems to be kept in great supply during busy times and it comes out hot and fresh. Had been asked if I could wait for five minutes and as I parked, food was being brought right out. Looks like they've gotten the message - review changed to 4 of 5 stars. Original review: Terrible service here. There is a clearly a management problem in this store - they either don't have hire enough employees or they don't cook enough food. After a few previous visits were like this, I thought enough time may have passed and things have improved over the last few months. Not the case. When an item we had ordered was not available and we were asked if we wanted to wait, we were told it was a wait time of 3 to 5 minutes. Okay, no big deal. But when the clock had us waiting 15 minutes, it became obvious they say whatever they need to to get you out of the drive thru. If you want Chinese food, hit up one of Cheyenne's other local places. You might not be able to do drive through, but you'll wait a lot less time and pay less too.

I admit surprise. They are remarkably quick! I love their food. The portions are amazing. 1 bowl is plenty and if I am really hungry I get a plate. The Greens are good veggies. They even have brown rice! Even though we have to get it to go and eat in the car (no dining in at this time) it is a good experience. The staff always gives us what we need to eat with. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be a wet nap for clean up. I keep some with me but not everyone does. Next time I will ask for extra napkins. The one that comes in the fork / napkin package is cheap and doesn't last long.

Plenty of options. Not a huge fan of the Spring Rolls ... But the Cream Cheese Won Tons were amazing. Big HUGE downside, there wasn't any Fortune Cookies in our 'Dinner Meal'. Isn't that just UNDERSTOOD!!?? Lovely packaging, very handy to bring on home.....but no fortune cookies.....soooooo sad, 😢😭!! …

Have been going to this place every since it opened in Cheyenne. The food is always great and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only con I have is that I tried to use the drive-thru four times in their first year, and every time the order was not filled correctly. Now I just go inside and order it to go, so no problem then. The place is almost always busy, too, so that is a good indication.

I stopped here for lunch around noon on 8/15. There were an insane amount of customers and nowhere near as many employees as would have been ideal. But the handful of employees who were working this day were working as hard as they could with a system to make it as efficient as they could while interacting with customers as politely as they could. No slacking, no complaining, just working hard. Way to go ladies. You deserve a raise and I hope you see this.

6:30 dinner rush and the crew handled it well. The food was good and between a drive thru line wrapped around the building and a line of people inside, service was fairly quick. I think they should get some additional help for trash clean up during peak hours. The outside trash was overflowing, next to the patio tables, and they hadn't been wiped down. Overall, 4 stars.

We just went through the drive through today March 29th at 3:00. The whole crew did great our food came out fast and the man in the window (Arron S.) was so polite and amazing. With all the craziness going on in the world it’s nice to know we still have people that are caring and hard working!

OMG. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MUSHROOMS. Very Yummy. Everything is so tender. Lomain need way more sauce. Was way to dry. Now much flavor. Like eating dry spaghetti noodles. Noodles need more flavor more sauce. I will come back . Very good chicken with broccoli. Chicken very tender.

It was ok overall. Service was meh, food was ok. They ran out of sweet fire sauce for the sweet fire chicken and put sweet and sour chicken in place of it with pineapple and red peppers as if it was sweet fire so it tasted off. The girl seemed annoyed when we asked for fresh orange chicken even though there was only a few pieces left, it wasn't enough to fill the order. I might try them again, we'll see... seems like they were having a rough day.

You do need to wear a mask to enter the building, no complaints there, the food is awesome, the orange chicken, the walnut shrimp, and the chow mein noodles, awesome. They have a lot to choose from, it's order in then take it out, there are a few tables outside in which to dine. You can go through the drive through as well. Overall, you need to go there, nuff said!!!!

I took my boys out to Panda Express for dinner. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very efficient. When I ordered, there was very little left of a particular item to serve from. When more was made, one of the staff brought it right out to our table. The meal was good and we left satisfied with service.

I only had it one time at Elitches in Denver and it was so amazing years later with all the choices in front of you now. I dont understand why we don't have one in Casper, Wyoming. Can't drive to Cheyenne all the time for this delicious food. Still the best black pepper chicken I've ever had.

I love the place, manager is caring,wants to provide great service. They should be more attentive to proper food handling. They shouldn't add new food to old food, especially in front of customers. If food drops to counter that should not be then placed in food container and served to customers.

This is by far the best Panda Express. Great food and amazing service. The front of the house and heart of the house worked extremely well together. Nothing ran out, food was fresh and even though they were busy they continued to have wonderful and friendly customer service. Thank you and keep it up! Good service is hard to find these days.

Restaurant is clean as a whistle and staff friendly Im from Georgia and coming through Cheyenne headed to Portland Oregon and this is 2nd time eating at this particular Panda and i will say its good food is fresh just lil pricey. I ordered this time online and choices was not a lot but i noticed upon arriving inside that they was way more choices behind glass screen you may want to go inside and order instead of online.

I love having this in town. Pretty good location as well. Only downside is my brother and husband have both gotten food poisoning here on 3 different occasions. Also about a 50/50 chance you'll actually get soy sauce in your bag if you ask for it.

I originally went to China Buffet and was excited because they didn't close until 9:30. . . I arrived at 9:05 to get something to go. . . The doors were locked and I made the choice to go to Panda Express. . . I'm glad that China Buffet was closed because I wouldn't have met Ben. Ben gave me one of the most wonderful experiences of my life! I've worked customer service for 7 years and this kid is phenomenal. Although they forgot my fried rice, I will 100% definitely come back to Panda Express, solely based on my customer service. Thank you Ben for being awesome!!!mi Also, I forgot my wallet and had to run home. Kylie was super understanding and still got my food ready for me! Thank you so much Kylie!

I go here often and there is usually something wrong with the order. They forget your fortune cookie, the rice isn’t good, they don’t give utensils... you’d think it would be hard to mess up consistently but they manage to do it.

Your food is normally delicious, but lately, the food has tasted "off" and I even found a few peanuts (??) I'm my chow mein. My best friend always eats there with me and he's severely allergic to peanuts so I'm not sure if we'll come back soon.

The food quality is as great as you'd expect from any Panda Express however the wait times are pretty ridiculous and the portions are very small for chinese food. I can go to China King in the mall and get food nearly as good with a bigger portion that actually fills me for less money and virtually no wait.
