We had a ham and cheese omelet and a veggie omelet with hash browns, toast and pancakes. The food was very good and the service was very good as well. This was my first time trying the Omelet House and I'm certain to return.

This was a charming place to have some very tasty breakfast food! The portions were very generous and were delivered to the table hot. The coffee tasted great and was plentiful. We got there later in the morning, so they were not that busy, but on a couple occasions we had to remind the server to bring things we had asked for, like coffee sweeteners and extra napkins. Not a big deal, we still had a great meal, and it was a wonderful place to relax and have a conversation over coffee.

To start there was a 10 minute wait, not ideal, but I consider it a good sign. The service was prompt to start, but fell off a bit toward the end of the meal, which is unfortunate. The restaurant is generally clean, however they need to pay more attention to the tables, when we sat there was some trash left on my table from a previous guest (a straw and it's wrapper), and powdered sugar in the table cloth. The food however was phenomenal, and I don't say that lightly, everything was perfectly cooked, absolutely loaded with flavor, and served very fresh. The prices are perfectly reasonable, and the wait time for food is not too long by any means. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!!!

They are very friendly. The ice tea was bad (old tasting) way to much frosting on my cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was reheated in the microwave. My son's omelet was huge and tasted good, hash browns were a little under done. His pancakes were ok.

If you want something different than the regular chain breakfast taste, then this is a good place to visit. The country fried steak, eggs, and hash browns were really good and you can tell it wasn't pre-made like most chains. Good service, decent prices. Just make sure you get there early, or you'll be waiting!

Wonderful Breakfast. Yesterday we sat outside on their nice patio and enjoyed a great loaded omelette and warm cinnamon roll with honey butter (Very Yummy). The owner came out a talked with us and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. We returned this morning and enjoyed another cinnamon roll, sausage (Very Yummy too) and eggs. The food is great, prices are reasonable, and the employees and owner are very friendly. They open at 6.

Breakfast for my husband and myself. The pancakes were delicious, the sausage appeared to be homemade and was very good, the French toast was good. The bacon was pretty greasy and not crispy. I thought it was pricey for 2 breakfasts.

Realistically this is more of a 3.5 star restaurant. The food is good, but not great. Portions are fairly large. However the staff could improve. Refills have yet to be offered in the handful of times my family and I have been here and it does take awhile for your food to come out, so don’t plan on going if you’re on a time crunch. The pricing is rather on the high side, I much prefer going to R&B where you can get twice as much food for around the same price.

Good brunch place. Steak was juicy, tender but a small portion. Two eggs cooked exactly as I requested, over medium. Was able to substitute fruit for hash browns. Fryer not working that day so couldn't do country fried anything. The food seemed was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Service was great.

Fan-tastic!!!! We ordered the "Breakfast Platter" for 4...there were 5 of us and we couldn't even finish it! (One was a toddler, but still) Huge portions, delicious food! We will be back. My friend and I have tried every restaurant in Cheyenne looking for a place to have a good breakfast. Went to the Omelet House with no expectations. We were encouraged by the sign posted that they serve Daz Bog coffee. The inside is warm and comfortable and the staff was attentive. My friend and I both ordered omelets and the portions were very generous, we both took part of our breakfast home. Hash browns and home fried potatoes were fresh and the coffee delicious. And there were many tables occupied so I think the word is out, we finally have a breakfast place in Cheyenne.

It was hot and prepared to order but it just didn't really make a lasting impression. No WIFI if that is a consideration.

The building is a nice and comfy place. The food was OKAY... once it arrived. Maybe 2.5. *Read on. I had slow seating, slow tableside service, only 1 refill check on "bottomless coffee", and my food was slower than most tables. -My tableside service: First drink order took a while to place. Waitress was in the room 3 times after 1st coffee was delivered, then I had to ask her to take my order, as she was walking out of the room. Food was slow to deliver with 2/3rds of seats taken (there were no waiting like). Another couple came and were seated, they were able to order drinks immediately. The drinks were brought right back out and immediately able to order their food. There are other restaurants I'll go to.

The food is absolutely good. The staff (I had that day) didn't seem to care to be there, though everyone is struggling to try and stay open. I'd say a thank you, I'd get nothing in response. My empty plate sat there for two more rounds that they came by (coffee refills, etc) before they decided to remove it. Lil things make a big difference.

Not great, but also opening day. The place is very nice and the servers were friendly and attentive. The food was hit and miss and we waited almost 45 min for it. My omlette was amazing but hashbrowns undercooked. The pancakes had an odd taste but the chicken fried steak had good flavor. Ill give it a few months for them to work the kinks out and try again. Not the worst meal ive had in town.

We were looking for a classic breakfast spot, and The Omlette House delivered! The waffles were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Pancakes and fruit cup were great. The hash browns were seasoned well. The coffee was quality and Matt kept the refills coming. Matt displayed excellent customer service, providing drink refills when they got low and offering the extras that everyone loves but forgets to ask for-salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. He also made sure to accommodate my partner who can’t eat pork. He offered to add extra eggs instead of bacon. Thank you so much for a wonderful breakfast. We appreciate you! P. S. AJ your pancakes tasted like crepes because you drenched them in syrup. What did you expect, LOL 😆

Tasty and BIG lunch platters. I had the Alaskan Cod lunch which came with their house version of chips. I had FIVE battered filets. EXCELLENT fish for SURE. My friend had the chicken fried chicken sandwich with fries. It was a BIG sandwich on a roll with lettuce, tomatoes. She saved HALF for a late dinner on the swing shift. Good food at reasonable prices.

The food was ok, when we got it. They are having some opening hiccups that I hope they overcome. The service was not good. I couldn’t get a refill on my coffee or water, the wrong sides came and we waited 20 minutes and I never got the side. They finally boxed one up to go. I hope the service improves so they make it.

Terrible, just awful service. The wait staff was beyond rude. Simply waiting for syrup, till the food was cold, asked for syrup again…..and apparently that is a trigger word for some people because she went into the back and threw something. Causing a scene, acting a mess, being disrespectful never came back to the table again. Asking for syrup with French toast is not asking for much. It was walking into the twilight zone. Save your time, money and sanity. NEVER would recommend…..Then my friend from another table told me that after we left (hungry) the rude waitress took the French toast from our table heated it up and eat it!!!!! Weird place.
