Service with a big huge smile.! I like that.! Thank you.! Food was delicious.! Needed salt and pepper to my fettuccine, but sauce was perfect and noodles of course were amazing (as always!) the salad tasted just like every other Olive Garden, I’ve been too.! Seating was so fast and place was very clean.! Breadsticks were up in the air, one batch too hard (for my liking, I soaked in Alfredo sauce and soften them right up!) the next batch was more doughy tasting. But either way all was wonderful.! Server was on it with drinks and bring food out fast.! Thank y’all keep up the good work.!

As always, I deeply enjoyed my unlimited soup salad and breadsticks experience at the Olive garden. We had a large reserve table for our entire family of over 9 people and we were treated extremely well by Sydney.

Zak, sorry if I spell it wrong, was excellent! We all had the soup and salad. He asked us if we wanted our soup brought out right away or to wait until we are done with salads. We very much appreciated him doing this because we prefer to do the salads first and then the soup later. We understand some people want both right away, and that's fine. It's nice to have a server ask our preference and not to assume we went them all at the same time. Excellent service by him.

Was surprised at how much the prices have gone up and how much smaller the portions have gotten. Had to ask two times for bread sticks. They finally came out with our main food. Felt like we were eating off the lunch menu even though it was after 9pm on a Saturday night

I don't care what people think about Olive Garden, the food is great and the service is always top notch. The server was very good in asking us if we needed anything, he kept our waters full and more importantly his customer service was absolutely incredible. He talked with a smile and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious!

Had a sort of reunion with friends we hadn't seen in 10 years. Olive Garden put 11 of us in a separate alcove where we could talk and laugh as much as we wanted. The food was great, and we nearly ran the legs off our server. But she did well which we appreciated so much. Thank you, Olive Garden for a great experience.

My family and I stopped in for a late lunch. The food was good, the restaurant clean, and not too busy. Ali was our server, and a real gem. She was friendly and personable. In an industry that seems to be struggling to find quality servers, Olive Garden did well in hiring Ali.

Very bland food overall; not genuine Italian cuisine. However, after doing some 'research' I tried the shrimp and chicken carbonara...bingo!:) Will definitely go back for that! A generous sprinkle of salt and pepper at the table elevated this dish to a 9 out of 10 :) Large and hearty enough to share even. The coffee arrived warm, not hot, for both of us and was never topped off. Our waitress seemed quite stressed and/or disconnected.

This was our first time at this Cheyenne location and I was very glad my sister chose it for her birthday lunch. The staff was exceptional, the service was great, and the food tasted wonderful. And they even gave my sister a dessert for her birthday!!

I actually had a my sons bday here and it was not great. Everything leading up to it- the hostesses-people that did reservations were so sweet. But the night of my sons bday we got a server that didn’t make our special night feel very special. So why the 5 stars? 2 things in particular bothered me enough to call and speak to management- and that was out of respect for the managers that work hard and should know how customers are left feeling and so the next family would get better serviced on a special occasion. So here is my review - I don’t know how many people out there have done the job of restaurant management- it’s a rough life with certain wins and the next day can go south. Busy beyond belief. These 2 women took time to speak with me- seemed very empathetic and were absolutely about restaurant first. The people. You cannot always have the best help- everyone in Cheyenne right now is having problems with staffing- sometimes there is going to be a situation. But I want you all to know that if that situation arises at the Olive Garden in Cheyenne- there are managers that will listen and give you the understanding - not brush you off - but truly remind you why we continue to love the Olive Garden and hold our family dinners there.

Our good today was just OK. We ordered appetizers, and they seemed like they were burnt and dry. Then my chicken Alfredo was not very good. The chicken was tough, and the noodles were hard. Seemed like the food might have sat out and was reheated. Breadsticks were fantastic. Dishes were brought out looking dirty or with other food in it for the appetizer plates. I don't normally leave a bad review , but today, we were not very satisfied with Olive Garden. We usually have a good experience but not today.

The food came out on top of each other. Ordered sauce soup salad app and meal. It all came out within 10 minutes of itself. Kind of ruined the enjoyment of the meal. The food was delicious and the waitress was super sweet. The bathroom also smelled terrible so taking a star for atmosphere.

Excellent trip to a mainstay in Italian food. Sat at the bar and got excellent service. Food was fresh, hit, and on time. The best part was the bartender and his attention to detail. We usually never get a chance in CA to sit at the bar but Cheyenne was different.

The gluten free options are limited, but very good. Our table was a mixed group, so they brought the croutons separately, which was thoughtful. Gluten free pasta was cooked perfectly. Nice place for a group!

We were from out of town and decided to stop and check it out. As we do not have an Olive Garden any where close to us.The food was excellent, and the service was very good! Both service and speed of service were amazing. Restrooms were clean and tables weren't sticky so that's always a plus for me. The only slight issue I had was with my food, I had shrimp scampi over angel hair, sautéed in a garlic butter white wine sauce and tossed with asparagus and diced tomato. The white wine in the sauce could have been reduced more, I was looking for a sweetness with a bite of acidity but all I got was a garlic wine flavor, that wasn't enjoyable for me. Otherwise everything was great and I do plan on returning, this olive garden is worth eating at.

Levi did a good job taking care of us. The food was better than I expected or remembered. I had the stuffed shells. Others at my table had the ravioli, shrimp scampi, and eggplant parmigiana. Everyone was happy with their choices, and most of us left with a box to take home.

I like the Franchise. Pretty uniform no matter where I stop. I only like the Chicken Scampi. I love the Salad Bowl and the bread sticks. I get a go box for the other half of the Scampi that I don't eat and it makes a good take home for another meal..

We just had a huge family dinner here and i just have to point out that one of the servers named Devan made our experience a very good one! He definitely deserves recognition for being a very valuable employee here. He was polite, quick and very careful handling our food and drinks around the table. 10/10 would love for him to serve us again next time we come down.

Honestly, one of the best things about Olive Garden is the consistency. I've been to many different Olive Gardens in multiple States and you can always count on the same quality of food and for the most part service. Their lunch special for all you can eat soup and salad is very well priced and a great option for lunch. Definitely recommend and will continue to frequent

Haven't been in Olive Garden in a very long time! Just didn't work out, stopped for lunch was well worth the stop! The waitress was very kind and attentive, checked on us several times to ensue that if we needed anything she would take care of it! Good was way good, i should slow down now often and enjoy! Really nice, well put together restaurant. Got a fancy type of feel to it. I liked it because it was a nice and chill type of vibe there. An olive garden is an olive garden you know what type of food you will get if you go there but the food was served in a timely manner and was fresh. I'm afraid the service and the food at Olive Garden has gone downhill quite a bit since my last visit some six or seven years ago. The tables are small and crowded, and the food was average at best. My table had not been adequately cleaned and was sticky. When our waiter brought the breadsticks, they were not the soft and fluffy ones I remember from years past. They were warm but they were hard and had too much salt and garlic on them. For the money I'm not sure we'll return anytime soon.

We went to Olive Garden yesterday and dined in. We didn't have to wait at all! Our server was very kind and prompt! I ordered something new this time... the Stuffed Shells and they were FANTASTIC!! This will be my "new favorite"!! We did have to wait on the breadsticks but it was WELL worth the wait!! Our visit was a huge success!

Great service!! One star for our first server. (Smalls) She made us feel like we were cheap and even made a remark that if I touched my husband's salad she would charge me a salad. Her explanation was because I had said how much cheese to add to his salad. I usually answer for my husband. Minestrone soup is bomb. Their salad lacks olives. For a place called the Olive Garden, they could reflect an abundance of olives in the food. They have barren olive trees. Olives are also from a can. Otherwise olive garden is amazing . Maybe call it the screaming little kid garden

Great food and great service! All staff wear masks and we sat away from everyone. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Food is amazing. This place is always extremely busy though. Best to go during slower times, we went at 3 and the parking lot was almost full.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday - the start of Frontier Week. Just my wife and I and our Service Dog. Our first visit and we never know how people will respond to my Service Dog - given so many fakes are out there; so my wife entered first and explained her husband had a Service Dog and did they have any objections. The staff were very welcoming and seated us without wait. Our waitress was OUTSTANDING, great personality and great server. Food was excellent - far too much for us to eat and the single mix drink we shared was top shelf. To top it off the prices were very reasonable. We're on our way to Alaska and regrettable won't have the chance for a second visit, but if you get the opportunity to stop by, do so.

First visit to an Olive Garden! The wait wasn't too bad and you can sit in your car until they text you that your table is ready. The food was pretty good. Salad was AMAZING! Fettuccini Alfredo was good... the menu says "fresh sauce made every morning." I have a feeling that my sauce was just reheated... the noodles were perfect tho! Also, they only serve peach iced tea... no just ICED tea. I'm from the south and I was very suprised at this! The peach tea is okish. Shout out to Brandon! He was very patient when we changed our drink order 100 times!! Very friendly service!

The Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara was okay. I don't like the breading they put on the chicken before pan frying it. The soup Pasta e Fagioli, was dry almost no broth. The breadsticks were hard. The Spinach & Artichoke dip was mostly cheese and artichoke. The Black Tie Mousse was good. Server was somewhat attentive. The Host stand with 6 people behind it was not very friendly, when asked how many in my party. I told them one, they immediately wanted to sit me in the bar area. If I wanted to sit there I would not have went to the stand I would have just sat at the bar. This was my 2nd trip to this location, the last time food was better, but had to ask for bread sticks 5 time and still didn't get any until my meal was almost over. I think I will try a different restaurant on my next night out.

I'm an OTR TRUCK DRIVER that had a load delivery right down the road at Brenntag.. So after the delivery then a quick stop at the Planet Fitness I found myself at this establishment.. Not usually my place to eat lol especially being a gym fanatic but wanted a good meal.. Its been a min... They sat me in a booth with a waitress named Bailey.. I have to say without a doubt that Bailey is the most professional, kind hearted, soft spoken, ON HER Ps and Qs with knowledgeable information about the menu and everything.. Being on the road so much, a meal and a kind face goes a very long way .. SO I TIPPED HER ACCORDINGLY 😉

Ordered carry out last night. I told them I would pay when we got there and that I would come in the store. I also told them we would be wearing a mask. A girl came out just as we were backing in the carry out order spot. She asked our name and took my credit card. She was very polite and said they were just finishing up our order. About 5 minutes later she came our with our order, my credit card, and the receipt. We got home and found the order was made perfect just as we had ordered it. The food was very good and we had enough left over for lunch today and dinner tonight. 5 STARS today Olive Garden!

Almost always a great experience, once we are seated. The hosts/hostesses aren't polite, but the great servers usually make up for the poor attitudes at the front desk. I've never been disappointed by a server here. They are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'd love to give more stars, but the first face you see going into a restaurant sets the tone for the experience, and when that face looks grumpy and hateful and has an attitude, it's an unfortunate representation of the entire establishment.

Such a long time since I've been to one. Their appetizers more than suffice as a meal and they're absolutely delicious. Stuffed mushrooms are excellent and the calamari was done perfectly. Our friend got the chicken parmesan which should be named the ' Colossal Chicken Parmesan', this could've have fed a family of 4 easily. Our waitress was wonderful and friendly.

We walked in around 730 on a Friday night and were told it would be about 10 minutes,but took 30 plus.No apology or update or maybe a drink on the house. We ordered calamari as a starter.It arrived tasting like it sat under a heat lamp for 2 hrs & then was reheated or re-fried-Sent it back.Breadsticks were unusually salty!!!The tour of Italy's lasagna tasted like it was old and not fresh and the portion was unusually smaller than normal.We visited this location last year and had no problems. I thought the staff could have offered to at least buy us dessert ,after the appetizer set the tone for a below average meal.Service was good enough. The servers seem like they are rushed! it wasn't that busy when we left,the entire back room was empty. When you pay near $100 for a party of 2,you expect more from a national chain that always delivered in the past. Cheyenne has a problem ,poor management and inconsistent product are driving my dining dollars to Colorado.//////////UPDATE The issues were addressed and I was very happy with our next visit.Thank you Olive Garden for doing so!

Tonight the Olive Garden in Cheyenne, Wyoming went far above and beyond. It was my daughter's fifth birthday, and she chose Olive Garden as her special birthday dinner. So we pack up our five children (5,3,1,1,1) hoping that this wouldn't be a disaster. We've gone out to a restaurant with all of us as a family maybe twice ever. Donna, our hostess, set up the table the fastest I have ever seen, complete with not only three high chairs and five kids menus, but cups with crayons that the babies could shake. She even put us in a table off to the side so we wouldn't disturb anyone. Julio, our waiter, comes out maybe thirty seconds later with a whole plate full of fruit and a basket of breadsticks. We were able to order in peace and quiet because of his actions! Julio also brought out our kid's meals as soon as they were ready instead of making them wait. He knows kids! At the end of dinner, we ordered a couple desserts to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Not only did the waiters all sing to Lydia, but when our final check came they refused to charge us for the desserts! You can bet we left a very large tip, but we also wanted to make sure that those who went above and beyond for us were recognized. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The checks were wrong so we waited some some ! Then two people gave them their cards to pay it took 30 minutes to get that done!! Some of us waited for corrected checks for that long!! A manager gave 3 of us (out of 14 adults-7 checks) $5.00 gift cards and I heard that the last to pay got a $25.00 gift card!!! AND THE GRATUITY was left on these checks!!! Any other place in town would have atleast taken the gratuity off and most would have done more than that. 3 of the 4 waitresses were new and all 4 tried very hard but the support of management was horrible. You can bet we won't do family dinner there again or recommend it.

For a chain restaurant they really go above and beyond to ensure every dish they service their customers is perfection, if not they will go ABOVE and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Your cup is never empty and they serve you soup or salad and breadsticks till you can’t even walk out the door you’re so full. This is a family friendly place also. That are usually pretty busy. A, OK place today. We ordered carry out today for Mother's Day, my wife, my mother, my son, and myself. We got 4 different Alfredo Dinners, 4 salads, a gallon of gnocchi and chicken soup, a pint of Minestrone soup, 2 pints of Alfredo sauce, and 12 extra bread sticks. We got there at about 5:45pm and were out of the store before 6:00pm. Pretty darn fast considering they were swamped for mothers day. MMMMmmmMMMM was it good. I ordered my usual chicken scampi and I could not eat very much. It just tasted like oregano. There was not the wonderful garlic taste and I couldn't taste the chicken or the veggies. The pasta and veggies were cooked to perfection it was a shame that it all had one flavor, oregano. And yes, oregano is one of my least favorite herbs. Never had it taste that way.
