Had a great dinner with my daughter tonight, had the Chicago 7 minus the mushrooms (thank goodness they listened, I ask this so often and find mushrooms on my food). Good portion size for the pizza, the starter could have been a bit more robust (8 slices of bread instead of six and a little more marinara would have been a value), but no points off for flavor being on point. Spent about 40 on beverages, food and a starter. Taking two slices home. Shelly was very pleasant, will definitely come back.

It was nice to be able to have an outdoor dining experience in Cheyenne. Service was good the outside patio area isn't especially clean but it's an outside patio area... Not a lot of happy hour offerings but the beer is cold and the burgers are good.

Great pizza! This place is family friendly. The waitstaff is super nice and knowledge. Great pizza variety and so many different crusts to try out. Also of you are not in the mood for pizza their salads are fantastic! Really fun kids menus that turn into a game.

I absolutely love the food. It is some of the best food I've ever had in all honesty. The decor is cool, it's not usually too crowded, and they have some good variances for the bar, dining area, and outdoor seating. My biggest complaint is how long it takes. Whether I go for pickup, in which case I wait forever for the staff to come around and finally get to me, or I'm dining in and the food takes forever. The staff is very friendly, so don't get me wrong. It's just a crazy amount of waiting. The food and friendliness make up for the wait time and that's why I give them four stars.

It was my husband's choice for his birthday and it did not disappoint. I ordered a side Cesar salad, my husband ordered a calzone & both our boys ordered a hamburger. My husband also got spaghetti to go. For being our first time here, we were very pleased! Also, it was well priced. Our server was kind, prompt & a broncos fan 😎👏🏾 we will definitely be returning!

Pizza was well done and fantastic as always. I wish I could hang around longer but I'll head over to Peppermill for cheaper draft prices. It's not that I don't have the money, but would rather not donate my hard earned money. I'd rather pay less and give it to the servers. They keep this place going. Imagine coming down to a reasonable 5.00 for tall drafts? A full bar top more often and more gratuity to your servers. As a bar owner, I know this. My employees take care of me.

The food and staff were outstanding. I had the build your own pizza. They have gluten free pizza. They carry "Not Your Father's Rootbeer" Side note on the build your own pizza you are charged for each topping.

If your looking for gluten reduced foods and beverages this may not be the place for u...loud hip hop music in bar not my thing and difficult to talk over...service was pretty good and they have a great selection of beer on tap and pizza offerings of course...lots of sports on their tubes so it is a very good place to catch a game...Live entertainment with Mark Allen recently was a highlight

This review is a little late because I was here the end of May (2022). I cannot go as far to say the food was anything spectacular but it was good enough for a quick no fuss dinner. The service was excellent and the environment was lively and welcoming. Had a pepperoni pizza with olives and a beer.

Ordered delivery from Old Chicago tonight and was surprised! We haven't heard the best recently, but tonight they were on their A game! The pepperoni rolls are ALWAYS my go too, and they were really good! They did forget the marinara but it wasn't needed at all. We ordered the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $24 and they were very cheesy good amount of toppings and overall good flavor! Very happy tonight!

Haven't been since 2018, tried again and service/food was good. The menu is significantly smaller now, so it's mostly pizza, wings, and odd appetizers now. While it was good, I probably won't return for a few years, if ever. The menu killed it for me.

Well I can't say that I have had the pleasure of eating here but I have had the pleasure of speaking to a manager by the name of Tabitha, who assisted me in a matter that really did not concern her but she was more than willing to assist in getting resolved. For this I was extremely appreciative. I could only imagine the level of service that trickles down from her exceptional leadership displayed during our interaction.

Salad lettuce wasn't fresh, not hardly any chicken in the chicken,apple, pecan salad. Wait staff was fine. Just not the quality as in the past.

I have been there in the past and got good service and good food. Oh my this time !! The server tried her best but the food coming from the kitchen was so unbelievable slow. The kids mac and cheese was after the pizza......then the adult size mac and cheese dish was forgotten and came out much later. We felt bad for the server who had to make excuses for the kitchen. I don't understand why kids meals can't come out first. And especially when pizza is ordered which takes longer.

We enjoyed the lunch buffet. Nice salad came with it and the chocolate chip cookies were yummy. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, even though he was kept very busy as they appeared to be short on staff. Will return.

I dont eat here too often but when I have it's always been a pleasant experience. Food is fresh and good. Employees are friendly and efficient. Very suitable restaurant to dine at whether it's with the family, on a date or even hanging out in their bar area.

Got a cauliflower crust pizza and was really impressed, it was delicious. Service was slow, they were understaffed and we ended up being there for about two hours due to the wait. But our server was kind and brought our 4 year old some waffle fries to munch on during the wait.

Absolutely love this place! Was greated today by the lovely Alexia who graciously handed over our take out order. Due to a minor DoorDash miscommunication, I asked to speak to a manager when Alexia wasn't sure of the answer. I'm so glad I did. David was absolutely delightful, informative, and friendly. He was even apologetic for the issue that was no fault of Old Chicago. Incredible food and even more incredible people. Love it!

Good restaurant, the boneless chicken looked like the chicken came from Taco John's it was disgusting, if i wanted that type of chicken i would have went there instead. This is more of a pub it is very well set with craft beers and IPAs.

The food is mediocre and service is pretty good. I order pizza but it seems to be over cooked and dry. Burgers are pretty good. Beer selection is amazing and the specialize with quite a few local and regional brews. If your looking for a good craft beer this is the place to sample. If your looking for Pizza then take the drive to Ft Collins and hit up Beau Jo’s.

I would give a better ranking but I had a bad experience with the lunch buffet. I think I was a "problem customer" because I made the mistake of assuming the pizza on the buffet would rotate, and that there might be some selection other than pineapple, something with peppers and onions on it, or plain cheese. I prefer the all meat pizza, but I would have thought something as simple as a pepperoni or a hamburger pizza would be a universal standard for pizza buffets. I was there over an hour and asked two different staff members for other options. Eventually, after about an hour, they did at least add a pepperoni pizza to the options. It was gone in about 10 minutes. The other selections were still there when I left. They had breadsticks and marinara sauce, but during the time I was there (over an hour), neither were ever refilled. I like the food from the menu, the service is always decent, but I'd stay away from the lunch buffet.

Johnny was a amazing server and the food was amazing. We went there one other time a while back and got burgers, and it was dripping with grease and soggy. Now much tastier and not soggy or dripping with grease.

We had a good time. The waitress was quick to respond and personable. The food was yummy... We got the Italian grinder pizza and boneless buffalo wings. We also ordered the gummy bear shot, an apple shot (which I don't remember the name of) and two hard iced teas. The drinks took a while to come out, but they all were very good. My only complaint would be that I thought the music was a little loud. But that might be personal preference. All in all, I think this place is a good date night spot. 😁

It's always great to see my favorite places still surviving the pandemic and competition. I was disappointed as I have been with some of my favorites here locally. The flavor just isn't there, the recipes that used to make a business stand out and great are loosing the appeal. I had the calzone since it's a favorite but I only ate 1/3 at the restaurant and another 1/3 at home cooking it a different way. The middle of it was too watery, and microwave it made the breading too dry. If I knew the solution I would gladly give it,but I'm only the hungry customer and hope the products meet the standards of years back going forward. Waitstaff was great and attentive.

O.C.'s is a chain staple. Food is dependable. It's a great place to meet up after work or for late night grub. This particular location always takes forever. Always has. So don't go if you're in a rush. The wait staff is pleasant and on top of it.

Dude so listen... the staff shortage is real. We came on a Thursday at around 4ish. It was not real busy for Old C's but there was one server for the whole place. He killed it. And was sooo personable. We come to Cheyenne like once a week and will definitely start coming to Old Chicago's more just based on this awesome service. Also the Italian Nachos are where it's at.

We went for a birthday celebration and had a great experience. The our server was top notch. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a fun environment and good food.

Always decent, never amazing. It's a chain, basically the Applebee's of pizza and run of the mill bar food. Apparently they have a ton of beer on tap, I don't drink so I've never tried any of their beers but the list is quite extensive. All in all, chain restaurant service, food and atmosphere. Our go to is the Thai pie on the thin crust, it's delicious!

Tried to order on doordash that was a disaster so called and ordered to go unfortunately they made a mistake on my order I had ordered a medium pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and the pepperoni rolls the portion was very small so I would definitely order one for each person as an appetizer somehow they made my medium a mini I think there was some type of confusion about nine slices. They were very apologetic my cousin paid with his debit card they said they were going to refund the entire order because we could not wait for another Pizza to be made. I'm not sure if they did that because it wasn't my debit card. I am going to assume that they did because that's what they said they would. Next time I'm in town I will try I will Chicago again because even though we were still hungry the pepperoni rolls we're pretty good.

This place is fantastic! The pizza selection is phenomenal and the gluten free crust is the best I have ever had at a restaurant! The staff went out of their way to ensure our visit was enjoyable. I want to say that Julia and Desiree have restored my faith in customer service. AJ our server was charming and we will definitely be back. Old Chicago Cheyenne really do value their customers and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We just finished a birthday party for my husband, and it came off great! The manager, Julia, came by numerous times to make sure we were all happy. The service was good, the food was great. It was served on time, was hot and well presented. I could not be happier. Thank you all for making this a successful party. I need to mention that the area where we were seated was very nice for a large group. I would highly recommend Old Chicago for a gathering of this type.

Atmosphere was very nice.....my pizza was very good, but could tell it had been sitting for awhile, not hot. Took a long time to get it. Sat at bar...TWO bartenders and 4 people sitting at bar. They were more concerned with counting tips and talking to co workers. I will go back...hopefully service is better!!

Our waitress was excellent. Food was amazing, tastes fresh compared to alot of places. Only problem we had was the pop seemed like it didn't have any flavor. Our waitress definitely tried taking care of it though.

This restuarant is kind of a hit or miss with my family. We've received cold food, we've waited very long for food and bar drinks. When it is nice out, the patio is a wonderful spot to sit. The restaurant is spacious and the beer selection is fantastic. Nice management too!

Old Chicago has always been our go to restaurant. Not only because of the friendly staff but because they will remember you. I have always left 100 dollar tip each time I go just because it doesn't matter what server I get they have always been fantastic. I did have one bad experience when George who is a server there questioned whether my Disabled Veterans card was legitimate or not but after speaking with management they did everything to make things right. Ali the manager was one of the waitresses that had provided service for me and she remembered and was very apologetic. She made it right and also the GM made it right as well. I will not stop going because of one bad experience but I do know better than to sit in George's service area.

Service was superb. The Sicilian pizza rolls are my favorite and tried a chicken ciabatta bread sandwich normally food quality is better however on Sunday bread and dough was hard maybe kept in the warmer to long. I will go back cause normally everything is good, probably a off day.

The service was poor. They had a party of 35 people outside and they were taken care of them. The waitress never said anything about them until we said something about our appetizer, which took over 50 minutes. Most of the food came out cold. But here is the kicker 3 set of people came in after us and had their food first. When the food was made hot. The food was good.

For the first time in a VERY long time, we were disappointed in our visit, and it was my Husband's birthday celebration. The wait staff stated it was only her third day....so I don't fault her. However, she stated that the kitchen was backed up because of all of the Door Dash orders. I am quite irritated that a person who COMES INTO the restaurant comes in second to a telephone order! Our meals took almost an hour to come from the kitchen. And THEN....my meal was completely wrong, my eldest daughter's meal was wrong. There was no response from management or any adjustment to our bill. For our celebration, it was quite a disappointment. I hope that our next visit will be more like the previous visits!

My Father and I are regulars here. We love their pizzas and burgers and always get a beer on tap. This is an awesome place for American-type fare as well. About a year back, I found a hair in my pizza and the (owner? Location manager?) Was quick to come over and apologize. She comped our meal. Aside from that and waiting once or twice for longer than preferred, customer service has otherwise been exceptional.

Tonight's meal was rather disappointing. We were a table of 6. Over half of our orders had problems. Onion rings were soggy....two appetizers were assumed to be wanted with the main course....spaghetti loaf was ice cold and a salad ordered with double avocado was brought out with double chicken. Some discounts were applied after complaining, but we expect more from Old Chicago. Please, please, please.....managers.....ensure your staff gets your customer's orders processed correctly. We've been to at least 6 different Old Chicago's in the past year and this experience has been the worst.

We stayed at staybridge hotel, after a day at Menard. Decided to order delivery at Old Chicago's food was the typical good food. They use Door Dash to deliver our food. Now we get a monthly bill for Door Dash delivery, trying to stop this charge. We didn't sign up, we never thought ordering at Old Chicago's was going to change into a monthly charge????,,

Ordered from door dash. The beer burger was great. The fries were cold and sucked. Maybe not restaurants fault. Here's where Old Chicago sucks. They did not pack any utensils, napkins l, or ketchup. Good pizza and friendly staff but honestly they always seem to be running short on servers. We had to fill our own waters with the water bottle I carry in my purse because no one came by to check on us along with grabbing our own silverware to eat our salad which came out about 20 minutes into ordering our meal. My husband wanted a beer and we didn't order it until 10 minutes before we were finished eating because, again, the waitress was running around and didn't get to us at all during our lunch. This was on a Tuesday afternoon, mind you, so it's surprising and slightly annoying, but the food food makes up for it.

Service was slow. She seemed to take her time doing everything. From getting drinks to cashing out, she was a tortoise. But... The pizza is always on point! The cocktails we're good and not too hard. The new appetizers are delish!! (Jalapeno pretzel bites and the Cinco De Mayo specials!!) It's good food, good drinks, just need the service to step up a bit!

Gotta enjoy O.C.s...there's always a new beer choice, solid food options, and the tour tracking. I think the burgers are amazing, especially since they use a higher quality meat than the average restaurant. The Chicago 7 pizza is my favorite, but I do enjoy the make-your-own pasta choices.

The food was wonderful and the staff was friendly. It was a good wait to get the pizza, but it was hot and delicious. The decor was a little run down and aged, but it didn't take away from the experience.

Service is hit and miss here. The food is your standard Old Chicago food. They do have trivia on Wednesday nights 8-10 which is fun. Occasionally they have local live music which can be annoyingly loud in the bar. 5-7 is pretty busy most nights. They do offer a buffet during the lunch hour however the food rotation could use some work.

Disappointed. First time i ever had issues with Old Chicago. Food took forever and three of seven orders were not right and had to be sent back. Usual service was lacking with minimal people in the restaurant. I will go back...with hopes of upgraded service (like before).

Talk about an incredible follow through. Things happen and orders get messed up, but Tristan and her team made it right. We had ordered buffalo wings through Door Dash. Old Chicago has great wings. Sadly, when they were delivered, they had made BBQ wings. I made a phone to Tristan, she put in a fresh set of wings and had them delivered to us in about 20 minutes. Thank you Tristen

Waiter was awesome, pizza was still good. But going an extra 40 minutes over on the estimation for lunch on a Sunday, when there were several open places in sections that were staffed. Combined with the hostess just disappearing for 5-10 minutes and dirty silverware disappointed me.

Really good food and service. It's just a little pricey. If you're looking to save money, most delivery restaurants will have better deals, but if you're looking for an enjoyable night away from home, this is an excellent option. Just as a heads up, this place is usually packed at dinner time, so it can get pretty loud with conversations.

sat outside on the patio on a hot day and found it to be breezy and cool. staff is friendly and happy hour includes half off drinks and great food specials. food was somehow better than it is at other OC's, and i've been to quite a few of them. manager was friendly and came out to give us a free appetizer coupon and invited us to come back. good beer selections as in all OC's.

This place is so amazing!!!! 300 beers, wings better than buffalo wild wings, pizza and the Italian nachos are all frickin amazing. They even have the rewards where you can do minitours and get free stuff, appetizers and free bday pizza. Way more stuff but better to try for yourself.
