The service here was amazing the the young guy at the window was supper nice and explained the menu and even let us try the falafel. He let us know that it took them 3 years to perfect the recipe and I can see why it was delicious. We also tried the gyro sandwich and the baklava dessert which were also great. We will definitely visit again.

I am from Peru, and my country has one year after year international culinary awards as one of the best places in the world to travel for cuisine. In some ways, I can be picky about food, but I love Noam's Table, and the taste of Tel Aviv here in Cheyenne is one of the best places you can go to eat! The service is great and the food truck is super clean and the presentation is just awesome - not to mention the tasty delights all the way from homemade hummus and falafels to homemade baklava!

I was searching on Google a good authentic Mediterranean food as I always do and I happened to find Noam's Table food near me , from all the different options on the Google search it looked to me that that's the best bet I saw the pictures of the food and the verity that he offers and I stopped searching and drove straight to his location trying to figure out on my way there what should I order (😁 ...I wanted to order everything that's on the manu but I knew I won't be able to finish eat all that :shakshuka ,falafel,beef ,hummus , baklava😋) As soon as I got there Noam (the owner) right away offered me everything that's on the Manu and I couldn't resist it :) I ordered it all and set there to eat . I enjoyed everything, every bite from the shakshuka to the beef and the salad and the Sauce that he made from scratch everything was so tasty so good so authentic ...I couldn't ask for more Great food , authentic taste and a great guy - I enjoyed every minute there. If you are looking for authentic made from scratch good Mediterranean food this is the place to go to 👌👍 Thank you Noam I'm happy i found your place it was a pleasure 🙏 🥳

I got the gyro, fries and dessert. I really like hummus with the fries - excellent pairing. The Baklava dessert has this pleasant fragrance to it - you should try it.

This food is amazing! I couldn’t even pronounce what I ordered but I came back three times during the same event. Once to get more of what I originally ordered so I could share the second one with the wife. This place is worth the trip and worth the wait. They were also pretty quick to get you your order, faster than expected at a busy event. They also give out a pager while your food is prepared, so you don’t need to linger around the truck in the heat like buzzards.

Came in with a few friends not noticing he was closed. After seeing him we told him we came from far and he literally opened the stand just for us. The food was incredible and definitely one of the best Israeli/middle Eastern food I've eaten in the U.S. Couldn't recommend more!

Was able to finally try out this food truck, went the first day by myself and flipped out because the falafel was so good..so of course I took a friend with me the next day. We were both blown away by this food. We ordered a regular Gyro, a meat and Falafel gyro, fries, and a side of hummus. Upon the first bite, you know it is high quality and fresh food. The falafel is easily some of the best that you will ever have. The service is also worth giving a shout out to, they were busy when we went and only had 2 workers inside the truck but got the food out quickly. We found Noam at the Botanical Gardens in Cheyenne. The front desk introduced us by chance. We told him our daughter is very interested in a culinary career and he surprised us with an invitation to see the magic behind the window! We ordered his baklava and he has proven to be as generous with his time as he is with the tasty toppings and garnishes on that incredible dessert. I am absolutely blown away. I'm an American but have grown up with my long time friend's family who are from Syria. So I've had plenty of great food from the region both homecooked and numerous restaurants including a a Michelin rated one. I can easily say the food here is hands down the best I've had. The hummus was tasty and flavorful, the falafel had the perfect amount of crispness and was so delicious. I like the falafel sizes as that gives a higher ratio of crispy outer. I will 1000% be back. I can say without a doubt you will not find better in Wyoming and even likely neighboring states. Crazy impressive for anyone let alone a food truck. Hope to see you guys at WYDOT food truck days some time

Best Israeli food you’ll find anywhere nearby, better than anything in Denver even! The falafel sandwich, hummus, really everything on the menu is superb. Can’t recommend Noam’s food enough. Also, one of the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet!

Noam Is the coolest dude ever. He takes really good care of his employees. He is always willing to work with the costmers. He also has jokes. on top of that his food is really good. I love the falafel and the za'atar fries. The gyro is also really good.

The food is delicious, authentic, fresh and flavorful. The delivery is clean, complete in all ways, from order to delivery whether your eating at the scene or taking your order home, on the road in or at the venue where this "Mobile Restaurant, Caterer is located. No yelling "order up," he has a unique notification system to let you know your order is ready and hot. And it stays hot throughout eating. You MUST find and taste. The homemade Hummas, Tahini, Gyros are fanominal. I'm going to look up where he is today to get more.

this is going to be a long one, so get your popcorn ready. let me set the stage for you; i have been craving baklava for months. today, someone owed me 10 dollars. keep this in the back of your mind for later. as i was driving around town today, i saw that the lovely noams table food truck was at beach please (you should check them out too). i have never been more excited in my life. this baklava craving will soon be satisfied. i head over to noams table, and ask for some baklava, the most excited i have ever been in my entire existence. as i was getting ready to pay, the gentleman said that he cannot take card payments at that time because there was no power, and gave me the baklava for free. but i was in debt to this gentleman. i could not run off with free baklava. i left, feeling sad that i was in debt to this lovely place. remember the person that owed me 10$? they were in debt to me. so, i decided to get that debt cleared, and that person paid me my 10$. now, i only bought one baklava, and it was 4.60$. however, i used the 10$ that the person used to pay off their debt to me, to use to pay off my baklava debt. i hurry and run back over to noams table to pay off my debt. i told the gentleman to keep the change, because he deserved it. this man, then gave me ANOTHER baklava. not only did i leave satisfied with my first piece and debt free, but i left even more satisfied with two pieces of baklava. 10/10, would come again and will always come back. EDIT: even though today i have only eaten the baklava, the other food that they offer is absolutely amazing as well.
