4.5⭐️ Almost 5 but I’m filipino so I’m critical of the flavors. They’re good don’t get me wrong but some of the dishes lacks the flavor. It’s almost like they were rushed. The tocino definitely wasn’t cured and their BBQ wasn’t marinated hence the flavor is superficial, just on the surface. I did like their beef kaldereta, the meat melts in your mouth. Rice cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed their cassava cake, beef lumpia and their pancit bihon. I would order from them again but I’ll probably try other dishes.

Wonderful. Mom & Pop restaurant with really good food. Very clean, everything is served in to-go containers, but a very nice seating area for dine in. Super friendly and great service. Did I say it was good? It’s good.

Stopped here after a long day of driving. Never had Filipino food so was interested in checking this out. The restaurant was casual, clean and cheery and the staff was extremely nice. I had tocino (sweet and sour pork) and rice noodles (pancit) with a sweet dessert drink called Halo-Halo. Everything was really good and flavorful. Will definitely come back if I am ever in Cheyenne again.

We like to show up when our mouths are asking for something different. The pork cooked in coconut milk and peppers 🌶 😋 Listen the owners are such joyful people you'll want to stop again. One of Cheyenne's local hidden gems that feels like a vacation. I hope it gets much busier because a taste of authentic Filipino is rare in the West.

Kuya was very friendly and accommodating. Ordered kawali and sisig with fried rice and lumpia. Asked kuya not to make it spicy and assured me it wasn't. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was very cute too. Highly recommended!

It is nice to have another authentic Asian food place in Cheyenne. My wife and I had an excellent experience. The Sisig, Lumpia, and Adobo tasted really good. I would like to mention again that the staff/owners are really friendly and nice. The Cassava cake dessert is a good one to end with. 👍👍👍

My friend has been wanting to try this place for awhile; I moved here about a week ago for college so it was nice to find a good place to eat out! The food was really good, and the workers were very kind, one of them actually went out of their way to explain to us the menu options and specials, which helped us a lot in making our order. Cheap and delicious, I definitely recommend it!

My son and I tried Nipa Hut for the first time last night and we absolutely loved it!!! Everyone in there was very friendly, especially the girl at the cash register! She was super sweet. We got our food to-go and it was boxed nicely, had everything we ordered, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back often.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone is so friendly there and now that dine-in is available I highly recommend going inside and experiencing the decoration and just how friendly everybody is. The food is a really really good! I had breakfast there for the first time and I had to get a little bit of everything to try it out. I am not disappointed at all! Everything is homemade and delicious. I was really surprised that the gravy had an egg in it! If you're in the area stop by and experience Nipa Hut!!

Wonderful meal! And the service was fantastic. This was my first time in. Staff member was friendly and gave me some great suggestions to try. I had the Pork Tacino and Beef Kaldereta with rice. It was delicious. Fast, too. I wasn't in a rush. But, I ordered, ate, and out in 30 minutes. I think the meal I had was a bargain. All that and a drink for under $15. If you are on a budget and/or in a rush, this is the place to go. The atmosphere was refreshing with the tropical feel. The AC in the dining area was welcoming because it was hot today. In addition, much of the eateries around town are more-of-the-same. Just the same things prepared differently. The menu at Nippa Hut was refreshing. I really didn't know what anything was. The cashier was happy to indulge me questions. Good food, good service, good menu, good prices, good vibes. What more do you need?

Tried the Beef Lumpi, Pancit, and Pork Adobo to go. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Was in and out pretty quick too. I wish I would have tried them sooner. Will definitely be back soon.

An authentic Philippine restaurant. The pancit is amazing! This is currently the only vegetarian option. Would love to see some more vegetarian dishes to try more of their offerings, however I will keep coming back for the pancit.

We are in town for Cheyenne Frontier Days and ended up here yesterday. It is walkable from the event and for a great deal, you can get real and healthy food. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. We had never had Filipino food before, so they made recommendations and we were quite happy.

Traditional Philippino fare, restaurant was clean and immaculate. Smells were enticing, was looking forward to the lunch. The food came out and presentation was good! We had some deep fried "egg roll" some pork and some veg. Flavor was on point but way too saturated in grease. My pork spicy dish lacked flavor and taste. Same with my wife's dish, lacking flavor. I assume this is how it's traditionally prepared but I was hoping for that wow factor and just didn't get it. Is give the experience a 6 out of ten.

Great food! Had the Pork Sisig which had a side of fried rice. It had the right amount of spice. The beef lumpia was crisp and tasty! Absolutely love this place. Incredible, fresh and homemade tasting food with large portions. The chicken tocino and beef kaldereta is amazing and the lumpia is always fresh and hot. If you're in the mood for dessert, a turon is unlike anything I've had and delicious! The owners people who work there and the owners are incredibly kind. Lucky I work just down the street.

ANG SARAP LAHAT! My family and I found this restaurant on one of our visits to Cheyenne and what a great find! Growing up in a Filipino household this definitely brought me back home. Everyone had the Filipino hospitality and the food was delicious. My husband not being Filipino especially loved the pork barbecue and the turon. We will definitely be back and I would recommend Nipa Hut to people wanting a taste of the Philippines. SALAMAT!

5 stars for the authentic beef caldereta and the freshly fried beef lumpia. The pansit is tasty as well. 5 stars too for the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. There is room for improvement though, like putting the location (Cheyenne, WY) under the signboard outside so that people who take pictures under the sign don’t have to explain where it is😄. Will definitely come back when in the area

Never had Filipino food before and this was a great start. The pork belly, adobo chicken, and the pork bun were all tasty. The pancit was surprisingly good. Every sauce provided was interesting and pack a lot of flavor.

This place legit reminds me of my childhood when my Lola would cook adobo, lumpia and pancit. It’s so authentic and just made my heart fill up with so much nostalgia My partner tried some chicken adobo that I brought back and had me go back to get more, that’s how good it is. I am not from Cheyenne but I would drive from CO just to come back and have this food. Thank you for keeping the recipes so close to home.

Wonderful place. We got 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Every single thing was delicious! I’m from a big city and pretty picky. I especially liked the steamed bun with boiled egg. We had one small component missing from our door dash order (lumpia). We called about the missing item, and the owner/manager brought us extra lumpia and dessert. This is the kind of above and beyond customer service that combines with delicious foods to make a person a regular. We will be back, for sure. Omg! The deep fried banana dessert is SO GOOD. And also crazy affordable. I want to go back and get like 5. The cassava cake is good too, though it has a very light flavor and dense texture- so just be prepared. As someone who doesn’t like typical cake, I love this.

Nipa Hut is amazing. First of all they provided more than just food... Prior to arrival my gf and I wanted to try somewhere new. Upon my suggestion, she kept refereeing to it as "Nipple Hut". This joke of hers caused her to burst out laughing in tears. I haven't seen her laugh this hard since someone made a super generic maternal joke in 2010. Off to a great start we arrived and ordered our food. I'm assuming it was the owner who took our order. He was polite, friendly, and not socially awkward which allowed me to take my time for my order. We ordered the "Nipa special" and Siopao. Both were amazing. It's truly tough to start any business in cheyenne. Yet alone, a food oriented business. Out of all the diverse food I've had in my life, my culinary palette has truly hit its peak.... Until I had Nipa Hut. Go support a local business. Nipa Hut was so good and willl totally eat there again.

I must admit, I was a little hesitant to order food from this place after reading some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly (and happily) surprised how delicious it all was! We ordered pork adobo, lumpia, sisig, sinigang, dinuguan, and leche flan for dessert, and it was all so yummy! If we’re ever in area again, we’ll definitely be back!

Italian food has always been my favorite type of food my entire life. I went to Nipa Hut this evening, and now I have a new favorite type of food. After El Charito closed downtown, Cheyenne has really lacked in quality food. This restaurant is hands down the best in Cheyenne, and far better than many restaurants across Wyoming and Colorado. I've never been huge into Asian style food in my life, but this restaurant is one to remember. To anyone living in Cheyenne or passing through, you would be missing out big time if you didn't stop and try it. To anyone a bit nervous, the staff is extremely friendly and will answer any questions you have. Try the pancit.

My wife and I stopped here on our roadtrip and it was great. The staff are friendly and the owner was very nice. We had the Lechon Kawale ( fried pork belly ) , beef kalderata ( a beef stew) , a side of pancit ( fried rice noodles and veggies) and the beef lumpia ( filipino style eggrolls). The owner gave us some of the tocino and fried rice to try as well. We also took the siopao, empanada and kasava cake to go. Overall the food was great. The beef kalderata was very tender, the lechon kawale was very nice and crispy and the lumpia were very tasty with the chili vinegar. The fried rice was also tasty; not too fried ( a plus in my book) and the tocino, though sweet, is only slightly so ( which is also a plus in my book). Also they give very good portions for the price.
