The pizza is very very good. And the customer service, especially by the manager Sarah, is excellent. We rarely have an issue with an order, but when we did, she personally contacted us to apologize, made it right, and followed up with the staff. I wish every company/store/restaurant had this good of customer service. Will definitely keep ordering from Mr. Jim's on Vandehei in Cheyenne!

Best pizza in Cheyenne, BUT they only get 4 stars because they nearly always seem to get my order wrong. Double check your pie before you walk out. Caveat emptor.

Easily 5 stars! Mr. Jim's lives up to its reviews!! I tried it on my way thru town from northern WY to CO. Pizza was delicious!!! The hand-tossed Garlic Parmesan crust was perfectly crunchy around the edge, but not burned. Toppings were fresh, green pepper pieces were just the right crunchiness, cheese, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms were very good. Not even really greasy at all, which is a huge difference plus for me. I got the lunch deal, 10" any pizza for $5.95. Definitely a GREAT deal!! Would highly recommend dropping in for some awesome pizza. (I didn't use any, but they even have coupons, and online deals.) If I am ever out here again, I will definitely come back for a pizza. :-) 👍👍 (Boy who took my order was very polite.)

EDIT: I was contacted by an owner/manager and they got it sorted out and were extremely sincere and apologetic. I feel not many companies these day are like that and I truly appreciate and respect that. I understand mistakes happen and I think my messages just weren’t being passed on to the appropriate people. I’ll start by saying I love their pizza, it’s delicious. I’m leaving a bad review so that maybe a manager or owner can reach out to me after 2 employees have told me they would. Somehow our order was “lost” or never received on Thursday, it’s now Saturday. However, my debit card was still charged $47. I’ve contacted both stores the last two days, being told that the owner/manager would get my money back to me. The charge is still there and no phone call. I’d just appreciate a call back to let me know SOMEONE is trying to resolve this because right now I feel like they could care less. Hopefully they fix it and I can change my review because normally we order from them about every two weeks.

We get the XL Jimaterian with the sesame seed crust. Delivery is usually really fast and the pizza can’t be beat. Deals are always available and bring the price down significantly.

I put my order in online and thought I plugged in a later pickup time (2+ hrs in future). Mr. Jim's calls about an hr after I place order and says its ready. I explain situation (assuming I messed up when ordering). They say ok. I arrive at planned pickup time and they have remade the pizzas. Good service and good pizza.

There arent many options out there for keto pizza but even if there were I'm sure Mr Jims would still be the best. Deleicious sauce and pizza, and the staff are excellent. If i could make one recommendation it would be to carry salami as a topping.

Picked this place because we were driving thru & it is close to the freeway. So glad we did! The thin crust three cheese pizza was AMAZING & the Jim Sticks were too. The food was hot, the people were friendly & I would highly recommend this place! Yum!

Great pizza, great prices, great service. We didn't know it was take out only but we just grabbed the pizza and brought it back to our hotel. So yummy. We wanted a thin crust, the server told us which was their thinnest. We wanted lots of toppings and they did not disappoint on the supreme equivalent. It was really cold in the place so we sat in the car to keep warm and she waved to let us know when it was ready. Overall, a great experience... even the cold pizza breakfast the next morning.

Just ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and decided to pick it up, as pickup was only 15 minutes and delivery was 40 minutes. Best pizza ever! It was hot, the crust was perfectly golden and it had a lot of sauce and toppings. Wow! Very impressed. 🙌 …

Stopped in on our way through and was looking for a quick bite and stumbled upon this gem. Was not disappointed. The crust was a perfect balance of soft and crunchy. The toppings and sauce ratio made it a flavorful pizza. Definitely recommend this place.

They were being super covid paranoid, but the guys working were super chill and easy to talk to. The pizza was ok, albeit a little on the greasy side. Would have been 5 star experience if it was less awkward trying this place for the first time with the covid bullocks.

Stayed in Cheyenne overnight and we wanted to try a local pizza place. This pizza didn't disappoint! Loved the original crust, it was almost as thick as a deep dish but still hand tossed. Lots of cheese and toppings, very filling!

I always look forward to eating at Mr Jim's. The cheeseburger pizza is without a doubt my favorite pizza they make, but any pizza they make is great. They have two locations in Cheyenne and are always fast when getting pizza. Try Mr Jim's, you will not regret it!

You guys really rock. Just ordered and received an x-large basic pepperoni pizza and it came the way you want a pizza. Layered with cheese then pepperoni then cheese then pepperoni. The cheese was nice and bubbly brown on top like real cheese should be. The pepperoni tastes entirely different in a good way than any other pizza joint here. It's greasy and bad for you. Showed up in the respectable time. Every way you want a pizza. Thank you guys

Love the deals that Mr. Jim's has on their website. Always a great deal for a great pizza! My favorite is a large delish with pepperoni, black olives, and spinach with the garlic parmesan crust. Always good customer service too!

I used to work at the Mr. Jims in laramie, but moved out of state. I just ordered from them and have to say that Mr. Jims pizza is the only thing that I really miss from Wyoming. It is obvious that the dough and sauce are made from scratch every day. My order got to me in 25 minutes, it was piping hot and the driver was a delight. Wyoming is very lucky to have such great pizza!

Mr. Jim's has helped us with birthday party Pizzas and will try to find a coupon or a deal for you whether it's one pizza or 10. Nice service. There are no seats. This is a pick up location only. They do sell ice cream and soda if want.

My calzone was good but would have been better with some marinara sauce. I wish they would have told me that it did not come with it. My son who live here in Cheyenne said it was the boom. Think I'll have to let him know that Mr Jim does not like out of towner's

Well the hot wings where cooked good but not enough sure on them and the chicken had not been termed for the fat. Maybe next time I will try there pizza but I'm not sure
