My son and Dad went through drive through-we never go to McD's only about once a year- and they managed to get home and realize their burgers werent in the bag. I took my son back and all the employees were so kind. It gets SO busy in drive through and people deserve to be told that especially when its slammed at their job. Great work always.

This location has great staff. Friendly, helpful, and pleasant. My family is very picky. Something special (no onions, only ketchup...etc) in every meal and they nail it! The managers are great at this location too.

It was Christmas Eve. And everything was closed. My wife craved 2 Hot Apple Pies! The McDonald's close to my house was busy with cars stacked to the street. This is at 10:45pm. So I went to the one by King Soopers. They went out of there way to cook fresh apple pies. So thank you to those who work on Christmas Eve! Great work and sacrifice! A+

Friendly staff in the evening but the morning crew is awful, they are rude, short tempered and sloppy with putting the meal together. When you get a large fry they fill it like a medium. The one on Lincolnway is better

The food is usually good, I've had a couple mishaps but always made right, the drive thru lines when I go always seem to be super long and most of the time they only have 1 of the 2 lanes open so it can get backed up

Short line, but took a while! Had to repeat my order and correct it multiple times. Still didn't get the extra pickles I asked for, nor my drink with no ice. Seems like a training opportunity, especially with a dinner rush running this slow.

We went in there a couple of days ago late night for take out. They were not very busy at all. We ordered several large fries and they were made fresh for us. Everybody enjoyed having very hot fresh fries after we got home. I have to give 5 stars for a perfect fry order.

I ordered ahead for this visit. Food came out quickly for how busy they were and my double quarter pounder was juicy and delicious. Fries were really hot. Everything you would expect from a smooth McDonalds visit.

the 1/4lb burgers definitely are NOT the juicy ones that they had a big campaign a while back was dry and a little hard to eat like it had been cooked and set aside for a while. The onions were better than the burgers 🍔 probably go back to the whopper or the square burgers

They we're open, the order was correct, hot and deliveted fast. Nobody died from eating the food. These days, that means you get a "5".

Do you really get a large fry? EVERYTIME, it is filled to the max of a medium fry. It's never large, you can pour your fries into a medium fry container and that medium container would be full. Call them on it, check your orders.

I know it was a holiday, but all I ordered in the drive thru,was 2 sausage egg biscuits.At drive thru got 1sausage egg McMuffin and didn't get other biscuit, went inside waited 10mins to get other part of the order. Not to mention when I bit into my McMuffin the eggs had egg shells inside.. Beyond gross when just wanted to get a quick breakfast before my day started..

Better since corporate improved the health & quality of the menu, but I was a bit disappointed to see them stop promoting larger sizes. The new digital menus that always switch are neat to watch but a real pain to try to read, so ultimately not helpful. This location isn't bad, has a play area and is usually very busy.

Its a pretty clean abd newer looking building. They have the new touch screen order macines. Food was pretty good as always for the price. The cashier was a bit rude though but didn't ruin my lunch!

They seem to never get the order right...they especially seem to get the soda orders wrong. What bothers me is when they mix up a DIET coke that we ordered and give us a REGULAR coke. What of we had diabetes! That could cause SERIOUS problems!

I'm not sure what it us with this McDonalds. Almost every time I go through drive thru here my order is messed up. So I'm greeted like usual so I ask the people in the car what they want and I start ordering and I have to repeat the entire thing. I notice one of my drinks was the wrong size and I mention it at the first window and she said she'll fix it then gives me the same total as at the speaker. I get to the second window and notice that 3 of my four drinks are now the wrong size. Their only saving grace was that they didn't make me pay for their mistake. If it wasn't for the fact that this one was on my way home I would not have stopped here.

I typically don't give McDonald's 4 stars but they somehow have been able to keep their ice cream machine working. A truly amazing feat as the majority of time when you go to a mickey dees the ice cream machine is broke.

Cheap, fast, and if you know how to order you can actually lose weight! My wife is STILL losing weight, and we go all the time. Grilled chicken patty (a la carte) and side salad...high protein, low carb, low fat, high fiber, and oh so good.
