Reviews of Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro
Soooo good! Curry chicken was amazing and with the garlic cheese bread it really rounded out the meal. Friendly service and good local family business to support! Also the Mango cheesecake is awesome! It's light and sweet but not overly sweet like normal cheesecake!
Will definitely be coming back soon!
This is a Very good find. We love to find decent Indian food on the road. The food was great and came out quickly. The chef was very accommodating. They even made us a dish that wasn’t on the menu and it was also delicious. 10/10 would recommend
On my road trip down to Colorado I stopped in Cheyenne overnight. I was hoping to eat something really yummy after a 12 hr day of driving and Durban DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! It was spectacularly satisfying and the first place I’ve ordered Biryani and been happy I did! The sample platter appetizer was really yummy and I was surprised and pleased to see fresh bell peppers, onions, and cabbage 🤤
I’m just sad it isn’t closer to where I live because I’d be eating here at LEAST once a week 😭 💕
We were so happy to find this delicious restaurant. They have an extensive menu and everything was delicious. We even asked for whole wheat naan (roti) off menu and they had it :-). I would also highly recommend the mango cheesecake, which was a little bit more like a mango mousse cake but it was addictively delicious!! Also very friendly and attentive staff.
If you like extremely welcoming people and delicious tasting food, then you need to stop here. I recommend the chicken marsala and butter chicken. Get the garlic naan too. Everything on our plates was super yummy.
Cheyenne continues to surprise! This is absolutely a place worth checking out when you want something different. The lunch special is a good value for how much food you get, and the food came out promptly. I ordered chicken vindaloo at spice level hot, but it was more of a medium. I’ll definitely see if there’s a level above that next time I come here.
Found a place for Nepali food here in Cheyenne. We missed eating home food and the food here reminds us of home. We were there at the lunch hours and we had a vegetarian thali and a non-vegetarian thali. Both curries were very good. I am glad we found this place and went for it.
This was our first time here so we weren't really sure what to order. We ended up ordering three different dishes and all three were absolutely delicious! We got tikka masala and Tandoori chicken I can't remember the name of the third dish, the tandoori chicken was so good we ordered some to go to have tonight for dinner. The Nan bread was also good and the lunch special came with a sweet dessert, that was really delicious. Indian food looks so good that we have tried about three different restaurants trying to find something delicious and we have finally found it!
Enjoyed the food and the service was spot on. We got a medium spice level for our food and when the owner checked on us and we told him it was a bit spicier than we would like he offered to make it over again! We did not do that, but he did bring yogurt to counteract the burn☺️. We ordered dal makan, rocula couscous, & butter veggie masala. Enjoyed them all. Topped it off with mango cheesecake which was delicious and refreshing. Almost more of a sherbet than cheesecake. The restaurant was clean. Nothing fancy inside. Nice music. The owner is very personable and the perfect definition of a hard worker who experienced the American dream.
Amazing food and the most friendly service! 20/10 would recommend, the butter chicken and chicken curry was so yummy, and garlic cheese naan is bomb! 🤤🤩 can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu
Well worth the 2.5 hour drive. This was my first experience with Indian food and it was amazing! The staff were all very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We will be going back!
The service and food were amazing! If we lived in the area we would definitely return.
Best Indian food I've ever had. Different offerings than what I usually see, and I got chicken kabobs, husband got tandoori chrcken. Mine was marinated and baked, not saucy like usual places, although they offered some of those dishes as well. Sure wish they would come to NW Arkansas. My
Ordered garlic naan, vegetable pakora with curry it was very good although if you like spicy be sure and specify as the mild is not very spicy at all
First time trying this place! The staff was so friendly even the owner came over to say hi! The food was super delicious, lots of flavor! A bit pricey which is understandable, due to the ingredients they have to obtain. Which is not common here. Overall loved it!
This place is amazing! You must try it. Lived in Cheyenne my whole life and so excited we have a place like this now. The food is incredible. The lamb korma and lamb saag is our favorite. But honestly think everything is amazing! The people are great too. Such a great experience.
Wow, that's all we can say......legit Indian/Nepalese food in Cheyenne WY (???!!!)....everything these guys served us was top notch, from the pakoras and garlic naan to the lamb rogan josh and tikka masala.....the restaurant is super clean and the food tasted the same, very fresh and clean.....but the spices were on point as well....we are big Indian food fans, and accustomed to the good stuff in Atlanta and Florida.....and Durbar held their own with the best....you gotta come and support this place, you won't be sorry....
I come here every once in a while and have never been disappointed! From their fancy mango cocktail, to their exquisite curries and Naan, they put love and pride into this little spot. As a plus they add a touch of their culture in the atmosphere with flutes and cute art. 10/10 would recommend.
My wife and I travel quite a bit, and we like to try the local Indian cuisine when we do. This place is excellent! Very friendly staff, incredible food, and at a reasonable price. Can't go wrong here if you like Indian!
Soooooo Delicious!!!!! Amazing flavors, caring staff!! And a great lunch special. If you are in Cheyenne check them out!!
Durbar is a wonderful restaurant with fabulous food. Every time I go there I eat too much and can just relax! The spiced Chai is divine! The people that own it are so friendly and helpful to their community! Please go check it out you will not be disappointed!
First time here, words cant describe how amazing this place is! First time having Indian food and I will definitely be returning! Delicious food, fast service, and very polite staff! If you like to try new foods or simply want a new favorite restaurant, 10/10 I recommend this place!
The food here is AMAZING! The coconut curry and Korba are unbelievable and you can smell the aroma from the parking lot. Beyond the food though is the excellent service. My son was looking the menu over for food he could eat as he just had oral surgery. When the owner heard that, he offerred to cut my sons chicken into small pieces for him. Such a thoughtful gesture!! We will absolutely be regulars!
Fantastic food! I would post a picture of my plate, but I demolished this meal!! The staff is very kind and attentive, and gave good advice about what to order. If you like Indian and Nepalese food you are in for a real treat.
We finally got to trying this place and it was sooo worth it! My date said “I will be thinking about the coconut curry until the next time we come.” The garlic naan was amazing on top of the entree being phenomenal. Also extra points for them having a ton of gluten free options, will be bringing my mother who has to eat gluten free next time she’s in town.
Super impressed with the quality of food and service here! I’ve lived in Thailand and Malaysia and the food here rivals the good quality taste you can find in upper class restaurants overseas. The owner or manager that was there while we ate seemed like he really cared about providing excellent service and wanted to make sure his customers were satisfied and happy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
Tried new restaurant for variety, service was good, food was great, prices were moderate, chicken biyani was spicy and unable to be eaten, server forgot to bring refill order of iced chai teas, mint shrimp, curry chicken and butter chicken were awesome and just right spice-wise. Appetizers, main meal and drinks were about $25 each for party of three. Would come back and recommend for others to try. Beats the usual boring offerings Cheyenne currently has.
i order food from this restaurant it is best to order food if you stuck on i80 it has amazing taste and spice do recommend go and visit
Fantastic food and atmosphere, plus great service and short wait times. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Cheyenne. If you've never tried Indian food, this is a great place to branch out and try it for the first time.
I've been to Durbar on several occasions and it's so wonderful every time I visit! The food is delicious, and the service is impeccable! Very friendly staff, and speedy services. My experience here is always the best! Thank you so much for all you do!
I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews. This place is so good. The food is SOOO GOOD. We literally started eating and forgot to take pics. The food was made fresh. The Rosemary Boti Kabob was sizzling when it came out. It was so soft and flavorful tasted better than some of the beef steaks we have here in town. The butter chicken and tikka masala was so amazing and pairing it with the garlic cheese naan. The badam kheer is an acquired taste and it was a little to thick but still good. We also ordered the mango cheesecake. It was good but the chocolate didn’t really match it. Overall really good experience. Will definitely come back and recommend this hidden gem in town.
Everyone is sleeping on this place! I love going during lunch because their lunch special is a great value. You get a little bit of everything (appetizer, entree, desert), but dinner is great too. If you don't know what to get, go with the chicken coconut curry and garlic cheese naan. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'll let you punch me in the jeans.
This is the best Indian food I have had. I am so glad I do not have to drive to Colorado for Indian food anymore! We had Samosa, lamb tiki marcella and butter chicken. It was all outstanding. The marcella tea was also amazing!
By far the best Indian food in Cheyenne. The biryani tastes godlike, the butter chicken tastes buttery, and the naan has an indescribable quality that gives me hope for the future of humanity. Highly recommend, 10/10.
Excellent food and staff are always very kind. The tandoori chicken is absolutely amazing!!! The naan bread is great!!! Love this restaurant!!! Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars.
We originally went in year ago and the food was great but the service awful. We decided to give it another go as it had been a while. We were greeted and seated right away at lunch time on a Friday. Promptly we got waters and drinks. It was a little hard for me to order without pictures as I am not too familiar with the type/style of food. I asked a couple of questions about what foods were using photos I found on their Facebook page. I ended up going with the Butter Chicken with garlic Naan and it was delicious. The place was filling up as we were there but the atmosphere was not chaotic and was quite relaxing. Will go again and please consider photos for clueless people like me! :)
Coconut curry was fantastic. Garlic naan is a little thinner which makes for a nice crisp when dipping! Highly recommend and I hope to get back soon for the butter chicken.
The lunch menu is fantastic (We had the lamb tikka masala and the coconut curry). The service was outstanding. Our young kids enjoyed the Naan, rice and chicken Tikka. Each plate was $15-16.
Good to see a Nepalese restaurant in Cheyenne after so long. Nice family environment. If you wanna get a real taste of Nepalese and Indian cuisines in a clean and peaceful ambience, consider visiting.
Absolutely amazing. Food was hot, tasty and service was awesome. Everyone I go, they know me and my kids when I walk in (which I like to) they have vegan friendly options and water glasses with infused water when you walk in the door
Excellent chicken tikka masala and I loved the garlic Naan as well. Reasonably priced and they were open on Thanksgiving! Perfect Thanksgiving meal got someone who couldn't make it home!
Amazing atmosphere, definitely one of the best restaurants in cheyenne. The food clearly is made to a high standard, everything came perfect.
First time trying it out and was impressed. I've had top notch Indian food at large city restaurants and Durbar ranks with them. Very authentic and I would highly recommend.
We've eaten here plenty of times and it never disappoints. The best East Indian food in town.
We had the most delicious dinner tonight! Thank you so much, Durbar, for having such AMAZING food and a great atmosphere in your restaurant.
Delicious! I wasn't expecting to find this kind of food in Wyoming, but this place was a pleasant surpirse. Would recommend for any fans of Indian/Nepalese dining or for anyone ready to try something new. The lunch special is a lot of food and includes some great sides and a dessert. I had the Durbar curry with lamb and the dal. Don't forget to upgrade to the garlic naan, I promise you won't regret it!
The food was great, made to perfection, and served quickly. The lunch portions are satisfying and a fair value.
The lamb vindaloo was perfectly hot and the butter chicken was sweet. Always a great value for the money.
Outstanding flavor and service! New favorite spot.
Great service, good food. Not really my taste but I can still find options that I enjoy here and my wife absolutely loves it.
Visited for lunch and it was VERY good! I’m in town for a month and wanted some good Indian food and I was not disappointed. I had the Paneer Mahkani with Garlic naan. Excellent experience and I will definitely be back again before I leave town!
Excellent meal, just what I needed after a long day on the road. Exceeded expectations and staff was very attentive.
Everything was delicious, portion sizes were good, prices were reasonable, staff was helpful. I had the lamb curry 😋
The food was ok, but the service was terrible. We had to flag down our server because we had no utensils. And we had to flag someone down to get our check. It was not busy, only 4 tables were used the whole time we were there with us being one of them.
Pros: good food, relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Some English deficiencies, men's washroom was not kept up.
Excellent curry! We had the Lamb Rogan Josh and the butter chicken. Pictured is the half of my Lamb Rogan Josh with half of a garlic cheese naan.
We will be back next time we are in town.
Magic made reality. Simple as that <3 my husband and I came for our 6 yr anniversary and it was a very romantic and calm atmosphere. coming back with the kiddos next time ! Delicious food with quality price.
Great service and the best Indian food outside of India!
Outstanding. My wife and are visiting from Atlanta and weren’t expecting such outstanding food. Garlic Naan was perfect. The lamb curry and buttery chicken were as well. Definitely recommend!
Amazing kitchen prepared with love and care. Everything was super delicious. I’ll visit you every time I drive through Wyoming. Thank you 🙏 …
The food was sooo delicious. I cannot stop eating it even when I am full. It legit made me feel like I was in India in a fine dine restaurant
Absolutely fantastic. So fresh and tasty. I got the chicken curry, garlic naan, mango lassy, and mango cheesecake. I am only visiting the area and wish I lived closer so I could eat here often!
Amazing garlic naan as well as some of the best Tikka masala I've had. Excellent proportions and great staff. Would eat again.
Seriously awesome, some of the better indian food I've had. Any item on their house specialities is guaranteed to be one of the best iterations of that dish you've had.
The food is delicious. High quality and fresh. The owners are so kind.
Durbar is FANTASTIC! From the lamb to the service, everything was wonderful. If you're skeptical about trying anything, the staff is very friendly and familiar with the American pallet and what from their menu would taste best.
Right now (until January 1st, 2021) if you come in and buy a $20 gift card, they'll give you $25 when you mention Connections Cheyenne!
Great service. Good food. This is an affordable place to eat for lunch or dinner.
Solid food. I have eaten here twice, once in the restaurant and once had delivered via door dash. My only complaint is the spice consistency. The first time I ordered hot and it was very very spicy. Almost too hot to enjoy. No complaint there. The second time I ordered medium and the spice was almost non existent. Would be great to find a middle ground! Otherwise good food and the staff was very friendly and hospitable.
Very tasty food, nice people, poor atmosphere, they played one song over and over and over and over. Suggest using for take out only.
First time eating there and loved it! Food is amazing, and it is packed with flavor.
The food was pricey but delicious. Plus the service was pretty good. The server even took the time to check the ingredients of the entrees for possible allergies.
The owner came out and asked how we enjoyed the meal. He seemed pretty nice. I would definitely go back.
Wow, this is how restaurants should be. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The food was divine and brought me back to the days of eating much Indian food. Honestly, one of the best places in Cheyenne and I'm so grateful for this establishment.
Delicious food and very friendly staff! We tried Durbar for the first time the other day and my husband who has never really had Indian cuisine before found it delicious and wants to go back! A great spot in Cheyenne for some unique cuisine.
Outstanding service. Positive atmosphere. Quality Authentic Nepalese food. Freshly baked bread.
One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. I love their food. They can adjust the spice to north American tastes or for people who are more up to a burn. Nice people, great food.
The lentil soup, lamb with the spicy 🌶 salsa 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽, everything was excellent!!
Finally came to try Durbar after hearing raving reviews and it was absolutely delicious! I got the Korma with chicken and it was amazing! My husband got the coconut curry with shrimp, also amazing. We both got medium spice and was more like mild. I recommend upgrading to the garlic naan. We will absolutely be back for more!
Excellent service, delicious chai, quiet atmosphere
First time in, the food was great and the folks running the place were so nice!
We took our family here. The kids are Naan, momo, rice, and drank mango lassis. My hubby and I enjoyed some vegan dishes.
They do offer meat dishes also: lamb, chicken, etc.
Nice dishes and good service.
My sister and I had dinner here tonight. The food was amazing. We ordered way more food than necessary but wanted to try different items. Every thing we tried was wonderful and now we're set for lunches for the rest of our work week. This is a great restaurant! I will definitely be returning more often.
I was in Cheyenne working for several months and decided to try Durbar after seeing them on Door Dash and man I was not disappointed. I ordered from here on many occasions while in Cheyenne. Every time the food was fantastic, same great taste and quality. I live in Arizona and wish I could find the same quality here. Cannot wait to go back to Cheyenne, just to eat here. Keep up the great work and thank you. See you soon.
GREAT Indian/Nepalese restaurant. Nice folks and wonderful food. Try the coconut curry - it was delicious.
Delicious! Host was great and the food was fantastic, homemade and filling!!! Host was super accommodating and kept seatong people even after they were closed for their afternoon break. Great service!
Incredibly tasty and authentic Indian cuisine. High quality ingredients. Efficient and friendly service.
We stopped by here while passing through Cheyenne on a road trip from Seattle to Charleston, SC. Two very foodie towns. Durbar's offerings were far superior to the Indian restaurants we frequent in either Seattle or Charleston.
Honestly, just the naan is a masterful work of culinary art. Subtle flavors grace a light and airy naan with a hint of chewiness and grilled char. Bravo. Nicely done.
Service was good and the selection plentiful, the mixed grill was a bit dry, except for the Salmon which was moist & delicious. The Garlic Naan was good as were the papadams. No Indian beer (which is apparently a WY thing) Probably wouldn't do that well in a major metro, but for Cheyenne WY it was OK.
Amazing food, superb Indian vegetarian taste.
If you visit Cheyenne, WY , highly recommend to visit this restaurant.
Food was amazing! Some of the best curry I've ever had.
The food is delicious every time we go! The staff is super friendly as well!!
We went here for a quick lunch and got an unexpectedly fantastic experience here. The workers are very nice, the food is absolutely to die for, and the atmosphere is really nice. I got the Chicken korma and absolutely enjoyed every single bite on my plate, my family and i tasted each other's food and i didn't find a single thing i didn't enjoy. The atmosphere was really beautiful, quiet, and overall very nice. I am very excited to go here again and introduce my friends to this restaurant.
Everything we ordered was delicious. The place was clean and we were served very quickly. The owner even came over to talk with us and make sure we were enjoying the meal. We will absolutely go back next time we are in town.
The food here is EXCELLENT! It was hard to choose, but I had the chicken dish with the spinach. Damn, it was fabulous! My husband had the spicy chicken traditional dish. We didn't want to get the regular "tourist," if you will (butter chicken, tiki masala), entree, so we went for a traditional dish; something that we hadn't had before. I can't remember the names of the dishes, but can't say anything better about this menu! And the naan? Stoopid good! Have to mention the service, as well. Superb!
This place has amazing food and service. As a DoorDasher I noticed it was popular and it smelled amazing each time I delivered their food. Tonight I finally got to try it myself and was not surprised at how delicious it is. The people that work there are also amazing and have top notch service, both in how they treat people and in how well they run the restaurant. They seem to keep up with orders even when busy.
Really great Indian and Nepalese food, always a friendly welcome from the owner and his wife. The Kadai is one of the best I have had anywhere and the breads are always fresh and delicious!!
I LOVE Indian food but since leaving San Francisco I haven't had any luck finding a good place. I brought my mom and her friend to Durbar Bistro and we had a great lunch! We tried four different dishes and all were delicious! Given it was our first visit, and they hadn't had Indian food before, we choose "mild" as our spice level. We all agreed next time, we will give the "medium" a try! And we can't wait to go back!
Absolutely delicious!! We had the sampler appetizer which was so tasty. The spices they use are so aromatic! And the naan breads are so good you can't stop eating them!
We love this place. The food is always excellent!
After several days of bad American food in Idaho and Wyoming, I was really ready for an excellent Indian meal. I found it here. The darbar salad was delicious, and I really appreciated the fresh green fruit and nuts. I asked for a spicy chicken biryani, and they delivered. I was glad to have some delicious raita to put on it. Excellent sweet lassi, attentive service and a clean quiet restaurant. Highly recommend if you are in Cheyenne.
This is some of the best (if not the best) food I’ve had in Cheyenne. The service has vastly improved from a couple months ago and the lunch menu has been streamlined. I had the chicken korma and it was incredible. Actually everything that came on the lunch plate was amazing. Durbar has definitely become my go to restaurant.
Good was pretty good. But don't go here if you're in a rush. Took a very long time.
Great place. The food was great, the owner and staff were super attentive, I hadn't had a chance to go and I'm so glad I finally made it over there. I'll definitely be back. One of my new fav places!! I can't wait to try more items.
All drivers trucks come to take what’s you want in this location the have parking for your truck no wait for your order
Great service. Amazing food. Every thing we've had has been top notch. Great seasoning, consistent flavor, and when you ask for insanely hot they do it.
The portions are so large we split it and still have leftovers. And with Indian food, it gets even better next day.
Before they opened we tried for years to get Indian food down. All recipes require a lot of seasonings, practice, and time. Some of what they have takes up to ten hours to make! And they get it right every time for a great price.
Fantastic food and service second time eating there this week it was so good
SOOOO GOOD!!! The Korma (medium spice, wasn't very spicy. Next time going with spicy) is amazing and so is the rosemary garlic naan bread. We also ordered fried moma that came with some sauce that was also very delicious. Next time we will order them steamed. I cannot imagine ordering anything and not loving it. Very friendly staff, visited with us and checked on all their customers. You can tell they care and are passionate about their restaurant and the food they serve. Thank you!
They are awesome. We had a kid with us and the chowmain was to hot for her so the owner/ Manger remade it for her. This place is awesome!!!!!!
Great local place for lunch or dinner in Cheyenne! In particular, the lunch plates are a great value, good portion sizes, and always tasty! Plenty of veggie and meat options here, so if you’re looking for a vegetarian meal this is your place!
If you live in Cheyenne and haven’t visited Dur Bar, you are missing out! Phenomenal food, extremely friendly staff. I would highly recommend the butter chicken and garlic cheese naan. The staff even offered me utensils and plates since we had to take our food to go. One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve had (and I’ve had plenty).
Such a great place, very glad they opened up here in Cheyenne! The food is great and the owner or manager has been out to ask us about our experience every time I've been here. The service has always been great and its a nice atmosphere
This is easily the best restaurant in town. The food is amazing and the service is as well. Been there multiple times and the staff and the food never disappoint. Food is very well seasoned and they offer different levels for those who don't usually do spicy food, all the way through those who prefer it. Highly recommend to anyone.
The food here is so good! I enjoy coming for dinner but the lunch deal is the best. $14 gets you a nice bowl of your dish of choice, appetizer, bread and dessert.
Yum yum yum yum and more yum. I am so happy we have this here in town!
The chicken Tikka masala is so yummy, if you want the same flavor but taken down a notch, the chicken Tikka kabobs are so good.
Fresh, flavorful.
The mango cheesecake is amazing and the chai is the best I had ever had.
We have eaten here several times and the food, service and experience is out of this world!
Amazing I cannot express how amazing their food and service is. I ordered the Durbar Combo Platter for an appetizer with my husband and had the Durbar Mixed Grill for my meal everything was delicious but the lamb was my favorite. The sauce they served along side the rice was delicious and their Naan was superb 👌 👏 I'm definitely returning for more keep up the good work Durbar!
This place might just be the best restaurant in Cheyenne. The service is friendly and just attentive enough. The food is amazing; possibly the best naan I've ever had. The tandoori chicken is flavorful and sizzling hot. If you haven't been there, you are missing out.
Durbar has fantastic service and food! The atmosphere is very inviting and the prices are reasonable. I will absolutely be back again!
I was definitely impressed.
My wife and I are big fans of Indian food, and I wasn't expecting much from this place considering our history of dining in places like Denver, Kansas City, and Salt Lake City. This restaurant was really good, with lots of flavor and legit seasonings/spices.
They are a bit pricy. We paid 20 per person with out any desserts, appetizers, or special drinks(water only). IMHO it was totally worth it.
Awesome food, ambiance, and people. Bir was especially very nice. We came during closing time but he not only seated us but made us feel comfortable.
Delicious! We are on a road trip and got snow locked in Cheyenne, so happy to have found this place! Fast service, friendly host, clean dining area, and tasty food!! Entrees are meant to be shared.
My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday, and WOW! The food and service here is amazing!! The owner came to our table multiple times to check on us, and the value for the price is incredible. The lunch special is especially great - try it! You won't be disappointed.
Delicious 😋. The chicken tikka is perfectly done and the garlic naan is savory and freshly made in house! …
This place is nice inside, pretty clean and cozy. I went during lunch, the menu is very simple. The prices are a bit high for what you get but my dish was good. I had the lamb and it was a bit tough, but overall taste it was good. My husband had spicy fish and that didn't go well. He liked the taste but he felt sick for the next 24 h after that.
Service was okay, they only had one person to serve all tables and operate register and phones .
Just moved to the area and was so happy to find this place. Authentic and delicious - a hidden gem in Cheyenne. Don't sleep on Durbar!!
I'm new to this style of food. There were so many new flavors in not even sure how I feel about then yet. What I do know was I ordered cooked perfectly. My scallops were tender and delicious.
I the other hand the service was appalling. We went on a Tuesday and saw two employees. One took our order and dropped off our food the other one seemed to be the hostess. That being said people waited at the front for over 20 minutes without being helped.
I had to flag her down to get our check to pay and leave.
6 dash orders and a decent crowd at 7 on a Tuesday speaks to the quality of the food.
We have been here more than a handful of times now. Every time it seems to be better than the last, and every time the food has been excellent or perfect! I've tried nearly everything on the menu and enjoy all of it. This is our go to place now. Please go and eat here you will enjoy it.
Nice little local place. Great food. I had vindaloo lamb, medium hot. There was just a hint of hotness, with great flavor. The lamb was so tender, awesome dish! The chicken korma was very good as well, lots of good flavors, tender chicken. The naan was hot and fresh, very good. The Masala tea was wonderful. Service was nice and fast. Tried the appetizer combo and some was very good others not as good to us. Overall it was perfect. Durbar will be on our normal rotation of places to eat. Great food!
This is a nice little mom and pop Indian restaurant in the one town that I wouldn't expect anything fancier than an Applebees. Food was amazing and the people were so friendly. A little pricier than I first expected but you deffinately get what you pay for. Finally found a good place for curries ever since we moved. Will be a repeat eating experience for me!
Smells delicious upon entry. Their is a wonderful aroma of cooked spices and vegetables without any odor of old fat. We had the lamb vindaloo, chicken tandoori and a paneer dish. Unpretentious delightful food. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality and quantity.
Food is some of the best in Cheyenne and the staff are super friendly! I've had both the coconut curry and the lamb rogan josh, and both are immaculate
Amazing!!! Highly recommend. Very authentic. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. My wife and I had chicken biryani and lamb korma. Both dishes were well seasoned, great portion size, and delicious. We will definitely be back soon!
Food is excellent and the service is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Cheyenne and it's on the top of my list to visit again if I'm ever back in town. The naan was delicious and had great texture, the lamb was well cooked and spiced without being overbearing, but if you like spicy food they can definitely deliver it on request. I wish I could try everything on the menu.
WOW! GREAT FOOD! Everything we ate was sooo good. If you haven't tried this place, I recommend you try this place! Never had Indian food before. I was a bit hesitant sat down ordered food came out quick. Come try this food! 😋 …
Working out of state and found Durbar Nepalese & Indian Bistro online. Absolutely loved my meal! Service was great and I had enough left over for lunch tomorrow to enjoy again. Highly recommend!
Durbar is delicious. We finally have quality Indian food in town. I haven't disliked anything I have tried. My favorite is the Lamb Korma. My family enjoys the mango lasi as well. The food has lots of flavor. If spicy is your jam there's something for you. If you like a milder dish you can still find plenty to satisfy your hunger. Special diet? Gluten free ✔️ Vegetarian ✔️ there really is something for everyone. I hope this restaurant continues to grow and keeps producing quality food. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I decided to give this place a go instead of the usual hum drum options Cheyenne has to offer, and I'm incredibly glad we did. Due to our vegan diet it's not always easy finding food close by, and seeing their vegan options just solidified our opinion even more. It's a quiet little restaurant with attentive service and incredible food. And while some might think it leans towards the expensive side, the quality proves the price. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and glad to see something new come to town. We will be back!
Durbar, as the sole Indian restaurant in proper Cheyenne currently, does a great job bringing Indian and Nepalese dishes to this area. Since their opening in 2020, portions have clearly decreased and prices have increased, however the quality has remained the same, if not better. I do enjoy coming here for a nice lunch platter (naan and malai kofta entree), or getting a dinner with samosa appetizers (recommended). Give it a try if you haven't already. It's worth a shot.
We stopped by on our road trip and the food was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and passionate about providing quality food and service. Would recommend!
Durbar was highly recommended to me by many people. We decided to have my son's birthday dinner here & they exceeded all expectations. Seriously the BEST Indian food we have ever had!!! Fantastic service, vibrant atmosphere & absolutely delicious, great portions of yummy apps, curries, grilled meats & desserts. We had a lovely party & can't wait to come back!!!
I had never been here before but the service was great and everyone was so nice! I ordered the Vindaloo with the hottest level of spice and they warned me it would be spicy! It was, but it was also delicious. My two friends also enjoyed their meals! The water was mint and lemon water and was so refreshing. We also tried the rosemary naan and regular naan and I would definitely have both again. We also tried the Momo and they were great! Every part of the meal was a pleasant surprise! Thank you for the great lunch! (And leftovers were amazing, too!)
Stumbled upon this place yesterday and I was so impressed. I didn't think I liked Indian food but Durbar changed my mind. The lamb korma was especially delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and the owner came by to see if we enjoyed our meal. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend you try Durbar too.
Hidden Gem Alert!!
This place is amazing! It was my first time trying Indian Food and I was NOT disappointed!
Usually I’m a picky eater but everything on my plate today was delicious!
The whole team here is extremely professional and very kind. The atmosphere mixed with the quality makes Durbar a must visit location in Cheyenne WY!!
The atmosphere is great, beautiful Indian music playing, friendly customer service, reasonable pricing, the food was spiced really well and tasted great. The owner came out to talk to guests and ask how everyone was doing. I will definitely be going back to Durbar again.
I am so thankful to have Durbar in Cheyenne!! Their food is excellent with a wife variety and spice level. The owner is pleasant and always willing to answer questions about any of the food! My friends from India say this is true, authentic style Indian food. EXCELLENT restaurant and has become one of our favorites for lunch and for dinner!!
I love the food here. Butter chicken was very good. We got a huge platter of food. Naan bread, pakoras, papadam, rice pudding with our food. All of it is worth more trips. The staff and owner are all nice and make sure you have anything you need. Plus, the medium spiced food was just perfect for me.
really great food!! has a lot of flavor, which i enjoy when i eat food. if you like trying new things, try this place!!
Was very much looking forward to having an Indian restaurant in Cheyenne and Durbar did not disappoint! I had the chicken tikka masala, which was perfectly cooked and had an excellent balance of heat and aromatic spice, and my family had the mulligatawny soup, vegetable samosas, and house salad, all of which they enjoyed as well. Atmosphere was very pleasant as well, and the service was excellent despite it being fairly busy. Overall a very nice restaurant and quite reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning, and recommending Durbar to our friends as well!
Synopsis: food amazing, service freakishly bad. First of all, the food is great which is not something I’ll often say about anywhere in Cheyenne. Some of the best Korma I’ve had. We had a rare kid free date night and decided to finally try the Indian in Cheyenne instead of driving to Fort Collins.
The service was so weird and surreal. I’m not sure what the two young workers do, but they most certainly did not want to interact with us AT ALL. The girl did not look at us not one single time. Legit the first thing I whispered to my husband after we got there was, “did I offend her?” Like it was WEIRD. The owner was very nice when taking our order, but from that point on through the rest of the meal NO ONE CHECKED ON US ONCE. Not once. Empty water, how’s the food, etc. nothing. I did actually literally flag down the boy and ask him for some hot sauce, which he was super confused about whether they had any or not. Finally after our entire unchecked, lonely meal the boy silently plopped down our check and walked away. No one had filled our water. No one had asked how our meal was. No one asked if we wanted dessert. I mean honestly I was kind of weirded out by the sheer level of neglect. I said, “we’re not done” as I had been planning to order appetizers to take home and desserts, but still…..no one asked. He just apologized and took away the check and some plates. Eventually I was able to get the owner over and just asked, “do you have kheer?” only because I desperately wanted it. I did not ever get offered any other desserts or told what they had, and I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable in any way so I just got my kheer and that’s it. Eventually the girl silently plopped down the second check and quickly walked away, not looking at us or acknowledging our presence at all.
Maybe we should have gotten take out cause the food was delicious, but I’m super bummed by the experience. There’s so many things I want to try there now that I know yummy Indian is an arms length away, but I’m a bit turned off from going back!
Real authentic food with real authentic people. They understand Hindi as well. All entrees came with complimentary basmati, long grain rice. The naan is a bargain, even in 2022's economy.
Great service and delicious, authentic food! We got the veggie momos, saag curry, butter chicken curry, aloo paratha, and garlic cheese naan. It was all incredible and the portions were very generous. The owner helped us, and took the time to talk to us about his home country of Nepal. All the staff were very kind and attentive, and we will definitely be going back more!
Amazing food and service! This was all my daughter wanted for her birthday and they went above and beyond to make it an amazing meal.
The food was AMAZING!
It was a group of 5 of us & we ordered a variety of dishes off the menu.
The kebob, the momo, and the naan bread varieties were delicious!
Definitely recommend coming in with a group & ordering different items off the menu.
I loved this place! I was in Cheyenne visiting my sister, and we tried this place and were very happy with everything we ordered— Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, Coconut Curry!!!!, Butter Chicken, Khorma all good. We ordered “Medium” heat on everything. Don't forget your Mango Lassi!!!
Wish I had been able to try the lunch buffet- maybe next time. The manager was very kind and had a great sense of humor.
Nice people, good food, infused water, one of the best places in town 👍
The food was excellent. Very tasty. A bit skimpy on the rice for 2 people. Ambiance non existent. Service really not great, except for the food delivery to the table. Beautiful music but too loud to hear someone from across the table. Will give it another try once they have been in business for a few months. Great to have Nepalese/Indian cuisine in town.
My family would usually purchase Indian cuisine in Ft.Collins and bring it home. We are elated to finally have a tasty restaurant in Cheyenne. The dishes are authentic, and the portions are adequate. The service and servers are impeccable. So happy to have them close by! ❤️
Love that there's a place this good in Cheyenne. Hidden little gem for sure. Atmosphere and service are nothing to write home about, but it doesn't matter because the food is on point. Love the Tikka Masala, the Korma is excellent as well. Pick your favorite protein (I get the lamb) and make sure you pair it with some delicious Naan.
What can I say, this place is a great, authentic Indian restaurant in Cheyenne. We always stuff ourself silly. We ate in for the first today and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was especially great! Durbar is five and O for great experiences!
Fantastic place to eat in Cheyenne! Great staff and service! 100% recommend!
This place was great! Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was PERFECT! The lunch special was very filling and I even had to take some home. Will go back for sure!
5 star experience! Food and service are great!
The food is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everyone has to try this place
I’m trucker ordered Food DoorDash so taste delicious good
5:15pm on a Friday and there were already a few full tables. We were seated promptly, but had to flag someone down to order something other than water. Overall, service was slow. Food was meh.
Food is always very good here! I love their lunch special as they give you very good portion on a big metal platter with an array of things to try. I love Indian food and this place is exceptionally good!
Great Indian food here in Cheyenne! Butter chicken, tikka masala, garlic naan, and lamb biryani are some of my favorites! Really nice and calm atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff are helpful. Their second anniversary all you can eat buffet was so good. Highly recommend Durbar!
Truly excellent Indian food. I grew up in England where Indian food is very common. I am a big fan of Indian food and this is about the best I have had. And, it is in Cheyenne, Wyoming! This place is a gem. I highly recommend it. There combination of spices in their curry is scrumptious. This is the first time we have had their carry out, but we want to try all of the items on the menu. If you want something really tasty outside of the normal Cheyenne fare, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed...
I did not dine in, but picked up carry out. The bit of the interior I saw was very clean. The food was the best Indian food I have enjoyed in many years, and I make it a point to consume Indian food whenever possible. Cheyenne is fortunate to have this addition to their cuisine choices.
So good. Spice level is a touch higher than expected but still loved it. Garlic cheese naan was great too!
All the different dishes I have tried are delicious. Curry coconut is my favorite with nana bread. I have tried a variety of the nana bread as well and they are also very delicious.
I usually order to go but I went in last week for the first time and staff was attentive and friendly.
Very tasty food! Nice clean building and bathroom, polite waiters and waitresses, and very generous portions too! 11/10
Ate here during a visit from Houston and it was so good! The butter chicken was some of the best we've had! We enjoyed the momo, curry, and garlic cheese naan too. The service was good and owner was really nice! If we lived nearby, we would definitely visit often!
Our first time there was a great experience! The restaurant was full yet we got our food quickly. It was hot and very delicious! And it was my first time eating this cusine.
First time I got the chicken tikka kebabs, to go. Not the smartest purchase, in retrospect, since all I got was a box with a cup and a half of rice and a box with 1 chicken breast that they politely cut up for me. It was good chicken, but not $15 + tip good.
This time I got the chicken vindaloo to go; and while again it was really good, I'm still pretty disappointed by the portions. If you wanna spend $15 and have leftovers, I recommend Anong's instead.
Love this place, food is amazing and 10/10 services, very nice and funny people. My server was Kay and she was very helpful with deciding what to eat, she stopped by very frequently to see if we needed anything. Recommend coming here if you haven’t already.
So very yummy!! Generous portions!! Will definitely return soon!
I’m happy to say we returned and the food and service was impeccable!!
This place was highly recommended. We went last night, a Friday night. We had a party of eight. We were told they were out of mango juice, then out of naan, then said we couldn’t order off the tandoori menu because their oven was broken. We were so disappointed but decided to order something else. It took them twenty minutes before we were even asked to give them our order and that was because WE finally asked them. It took quite a while to get our food. I asked for mild but got extremely hot and spicy curry. Some of us didn’t receive the rice until we were about to leave and we had to ask for that too. As we were leaving we noticed the tables all around us were eating naan. Not sure if we were lied to or not but it was so disheartening for my daughter who has raved about this place and the owners and then for her to be so disappointed with the service and lack of food choices. The food was good, just overly spicy when I asked for mild. I personally wouldn’t go there again. I was really looking forward to this as we don’t have Indian food anywhere where we live and I was excited to try the naan, mango juice and tandoori kabobs.
The food is delicious, very happy we gave this place a try when they first opened. The food took a long time at first, but thats to be expected with a new restaurant. Also I'm sure food that delicious can't be easy or quick to make! The owner is super nice and has put in a lot of work to make it a great experience. They've become our favorite go to place
We tried it a 2nd time after a month and had a great experience. The staff was outstanding. Friendly and attentive. The food excellent, just like the first time. And plenty of it. I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Plenty of choices for picky eaters.
Best chicken masala I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back
Durbar is absolutely amazing! My wife and I dined here for the first time today and regret not finding this hidden gem earlier! The staff and food were top notch!
Very good! Nice place to try some new foods. The korma was very good. If you are looking for something different in Cheyenne it is great!
I was very impressed wth being able to eat Indian food in Cheyenne. We went for the lunch buffet and I was a little bit disappointed with the portions ,as you are charging buffet prices. I think a little more entrée and maybe a little more salad and non-bread would be wonderful. I look forward to trying your restaurant for dinner and seeing if your portions are larger I’m curious to see if you Tandoori chicken is Moist and served with grilled onions and lemons. Would nice to have a mix of Chutneys and Rita for he Pakoras -The Pakoras tasted dry and not fresh-I am pulling for your restaurant as it was very tasty overall ! Hopefully you can serve a buffer soon and or larger lunch plates ! pS -vegetarian Samos would be delicious! A little more green salad and miso soup or Hot & Sour - I believe the community will support you in the word will get out as your restaurant continues to improve maybe you all can get your beer and wine license at some point and change up the ambience inside a little bit I think it has a lot of potential. Just my opinion I worked at tandoori Grill in Boulder Colorado for about a year.
The food was absolutely amazing! Please open a location in Sheridan, WY!!
The best vegetable pakora I've had ! Clean and good quality. Will return. I would like to see more items on menu but plenty to choose from. Great gluten free choices too.
BEST FOOD EVER.
This place is so amazing and the people who work there are so friendly and passionate about their craft.
If you are looking for quality and amazing flavor choose Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro. I seriously love this place.
Food was excellent! Ordered lunch plates. Loved veg kadai, paneer makhani and malai kofta, very flavorful!
My husband and I stopped here on the way back from Montana to Boulder, Colorado. WOW!! The food is amazing. Truly the best Indian and Nepalese food I have ever eaten, and we eat a lot of good Indian and Nepalese food. We are even considering whether or not we would make the 1.5 hour drive back again sometime from Boulder. Try the Rohan Josh, the onion bhajis, and the pakora!
I was super excited to find out that an Indian place was opening in Cheyenne so it was heartbreaking how underwhelming the experience turned out to be. I understand that they are the only Indian place in town, but I come from a much bigger city where the indian food is a 1000% better and is a lot less expensive.
If I'm going to pay $18/$20 for an entree I'm hoping for a couple of things; amazing ambiance, an awesome location, or stellar food. (Or ideally all three.) This place is in the most run-down strip mall in town, and the out-of-town friend that I brought was a little sketched out by the state of the parking lot; the restaurant is really bare and lacking in any kind of personality; the food was just ok and the portions were pretty disappointing. I asked that the food be mild and it was pretty spicy. Also the wait was really really long (40 minutes) and the place only had four tables with guests. They tried to tell us that they could get us our food in 20 minutes if we agreed to stay and eat at a table. It is *VERY* strange business to tell a customer that their money isn't as good because they want to take their food home, especially in a time where restaurants and bars have been the main cause of the spread of Covid.
I'm giving them a couple of more stars than I otherwise might have because they are new. I will probably check back later in the year and see if they have ironed out the kinks. They need to realize that they are not in a ski resort town or a suburb of Denver if they intend to survive.
Great restaurant to eat Nepali and Indian food if you are traveling!
This place should be packed or the take out boxes stacked with how good the food is. Excellent service but the food was the star and portions were solid. We will be back and glad to have this find so close to our new place.
The food is very good though they ran out of Samosas and the wait was a bit long. With that said, I they are a very new restaurant in Cheyenne and are working out the kinks. No adult beverages (yet), but you can bring your own wine or whatever you want. I'm giving 5 stars knowing they are newly open and working out new-business issues.
We ordered take-out and the food was wonderful. We are so happy to welcome Durbar to Cheyenne. Their Naan was wonderful too. I am also happy that some of their take-out packaging was made from recycled materials. No Styrofoam in sight - a plus for our environment.
Just ate here for the first time and the food was great. Highly recommend the salmon and lamb and very highly recommend chicken coconut curry. Service needs a little tweeking but not knocking the score down for that. Just give it a try for something very different and tasty
The food was good (not amazing but my standards are high for Indian food) and the owner seemed really nice. However, the service was not great at all. The staff was dressed in sloppy street clothes and our drinks were empty half the time. The real nail in the coffin though was the lady who brought out food to our table bright the wrong stuff. She placed it on our table before we realized and then she took it back and brought it right over to the correct table. I have worked in the food service industry and was appalled by this! Especially during a pandemic, food hits someone's table and it's not correct it needs to be left or tossed. It was highly unprofessional and I'm sure broke some sort of health code. Overall if I'm in desperate need of Indian food I'll either make my own or maybe do take out but will not be dining in the establishment again until they have some of these problems sorted out.
Amazing food and amazing service. Consistently great.
My fiance and I went here for a new experience and they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was quick. Will definitely be back to try more of their amazing menu.
Great atmosphere, the manager was regularly checking on us as well as our server, the best curry that I've ever had from a Cheyenne restaurant. I am 100% going to be returning to this place, probably going to be a staple in my diet from now on. Thank y'all very much for opening!!
Our family loves Indian food and we were so excited to see an Indian Restaurant opening here in Cheyenne. The entire family which includes 4 adults and two young children were all very pleased with their dishes and the vegetable samosas and naan were also delicious. Can’t wait to eat here again.
Loved the Lamb and the paneer. Friendly staff and great food.
I had the chicken korma, garlic naan and a mango lassi. The naan was very nicely done and very tasty. The lassi was good. The korma had just the right amount of spice to it for my taste (I asked for medium spicey. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere. We look forward to returning and enjoying other great dishes.
The Mulligatawny soup and Naan are great! 🤌🏻
This is the best restaurant in Cheyenne! Eat here if you love flavor. Start with the quinoa salad. My favorites so far are the butter chicken, coconut curry, and tikka masalaa. Can't wait to try more things here. And make sure to get the naan on the side.
So happy to have quality Indian food in Cheyenne! Wife and I ordered saag paneer and lamb vindaloo with garlic naan and it was spot on! Service was great and we had to get to-go boxes because we were too full to finish. Would recommend to anyone interested in quality Indian cuisine.
Delicious food and even nicer staff. So happy that they are here. What a beautiful restaurant and tasty food!!
Absolutely love the food here. The lamb curry and the chilli chicken was really good. I'll definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone if their interested in authentic Indian food.
It was my first time actually going to that Indian bistro and ordered the coconut curry with fish and it was very good. I would recommend it to my friends and family and I would go back and eat there again.
Delicious and amazing flavor. Decor needs help!! 60 and 82 first time having Indian food . We will try it out for dinner next
I've never had a bad meal here. The owner and staff are very nice and the food is very authentic! It is my favorite restaurant in Cheyenne and I eat here almost every time I come to town!
One of the best places to get food that’s hard to find in Cheyenne.
Service was amazing. The server helped us make choices. There were 3 of us we each got something different. We tried eachothers food. It was all delightful. Please take a chance and come to this restaurant.
Gotten take out a few times. Food has consistently been wonderful. When I have been in to pick up, premise looked bright, well cared for and clean. One of my new favorite places to get food
This place has the best choices in variety of flavor of spices. If you are in Cheyenne and wondering what's in town for nepali Indian food. Durbar bistro is the place you wanna stop at.
Magnificent! The food is exquisite! The service is prompt and friendly. The price is more than fair. When I am in Cheyenne again, I will definitely be returning.
If you find yourself in Cheyenne, Wyoming you would be a fool to miss out on Durbur. The food is incredible the service is impeccable, and the food is incredible (did I mention?). The Korma and the Palak Paneer were superb! So skip that Diner and dine finer with Durbur Nepalese and Indian Bistro.
The food here is absolutely amazing and the service is great too! Friendly and nice people, a new favorite place to eat!!
If you’re looking for something totally different, a cultural and flavor sensation and just really really great food, definitely go check out
Durbar Napolese and Indian Bistro.
They have so many gluten free options. We were very impressed. Their spicy/tangy mint chutney needs to be bottled and sold! We’ll be back again and again. The food pictured (taken by me) was part of our meal tonight. The empty plate emphasizes how this very picky eater enjoyed every delicious bite.
We started with the onion Bhaji. (BaJee) Gluten free deep fried onion goodness. Seriously, bloomin onions have NOTHING on these bad boys They went fast and sadly I didn’t get a picture.
Then onto Indian Quinoa Salad. Mint, basil...you can read the ingredients in the menu items posted Save the sauces that come with Bhaji cuz they are so good with everything else too.
Steamed chicken Momo. The best potsticken dumpling this side of Nepal. Seriously, where have these been all my life?
Finally, Chicken Kadai. Long grain jasmin rice cooked to perfection made a perfect bed for this comforting dish. We got it mild, but definitely would be fantastic with 🔥 .
When we walked in, the smell told us we wouldn’t be sorry.
Amazing food every single time. Great customer service. Extremely kind staff and owners. Definitely something for everyone to try
We decided to try this place while doing some shopping in Cheyenne and the food is so good!
Highly recommend and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in town
The food is excellent! The shared rice for the table (or dishes) was skimpy. And when the owner left, so did the music. Came in on Sunday, just after lunch, and just walked right in.
Overall, it was a good experience!
Very friendly staff good recommendations on dinner selection Ordered Korma w/shrimp, wow so flavorful, had side of naan bread. So stuffed could not finish, but will have an awesome lunch!
It was the flavor that did it for me. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala which is my favorite indian entree. Had like a foul sour twang to it, and the chicken I dont know how but it was like crunchy almost. I should of just ordered some curry. Its hard to mess up curry. The garlic naan was on point.
Korma-medium heat was spectacular. Recommend 100%
Ate here last week - it was wonderful. Owner so friendly, restaurant immaculate with brightly painted walls. Food so nicely displayed on silver platters. Delicious!!
Ordered take out to try the new restaurant out. I love Indian food and this place did not disappoint! Very good food, tasted fresh and authentic. I ordered the cheese naan, rucula salad, matar paneer, and butter chicken. Will definitely be eating here again! I hope they’re able to stick around.
Very friendly, and clean. It was our first time there and everything on the plate was explained to us, and he even helped us to order. You get a lot of food too!
Love this place they are always friendly and the food is delicious!!!!
I have never had Indian food before. This by far is some of the BEST food I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Will definitely be back.
Durbar Nepalese's is fantastic!! Food is so good...worth the drive to Cheyenne!! Will continue to go there...want them to stay!!!
If you like food, you'll love the food here! My first visit, I ordered some of the best food I've ever had. Great service, and incredible food, 9/10, definitely recommend!
Re rating 4 stars. Food took a long time but tasted ok. There are no other Indian subcontinent restaurants nearby and may be that's why the menu looked pricey.
Very friendly and attentive staff, the food was awesome! I had curry chicken, yummy!! ♡
Best Indian food in town in my opinion. Great prices great service.
1st time to this restaurant. I ordered chicken tikka massala and chicken curry. I picked it up and took it home. It was as good as I remembered it should be. My son loved it and so did I. Thank you for the awesome food.
Love love love this place!! Gentleman who helped us pick a meal and even helped explain how to eat it. Great taste has a great introduction to Indian food!!!
Brandi's new #1 restaurant in town. Delicious food and excellent service. I'm working my way through the menu one meal at a time before I decide on a favorite.
I had my reservations about trying a type of food that I know nothing about, and never eaten before. However, it was all fantastic and the service was great. I will definitely be back.
The food and service is AMAZING! If you haven't been here, you are missing out. I've tried different items on the menu and each is full of savory flavors and spices.
Food was excellent. Good service. Friendly. Indian spice and incense add to ambiance. I am looking forward to eating there again. Great addition to Cheyenne.
Great Indian food. I can recommend the butter chicken, the tiki masala or the kormo. It was very good and the service was great as well.
One of the best places to eat great staff wonderful environment. Laid back smells amazing inside. Short walk to the stores after eating or gambling. Clean bathrooms
Food was really good and the portions were good size . The service has always been good . Got my staff lunch and they all loved it definitely going here again soon .
Ordered the Tikka Masala and the Vindaloo. Both were delicious. Customer service was outstanding. Definitely recommend
Delicious food and friendly service. We stopped through on a road trip and were delighted with the aromatic flavors and generous portions.
Good quality Nepalese food and the staff are always polite. One of my favorite places in Cheyenne.
The customer service was beyond great and the food was amazing! Best garlic nann I have ever had. Would definitely recommend the lunch lamb vindaloo
Food was amazing and so good! The service was fantastic and and so friendly. We will definitely be going back to try each dish on the menu!
We got the chicken biryani and lamb biryani at medium spice. The meat was juicy and tender and the biryani was very flavorful! Loved their raita as well. Will come back to try other dishes! Service was awesome!
The food was good but could definitely be spicier. Maybe the owner has toned down the flavors for a local crowd, but I for one love spicy food. Thanks for coming to Cheyenne.
Grew up here and visiting from a big city and this was incredible Indian food! I wish this had been here when I grew up! Would highly recommend!
Great food and wonderful service. If you want Indian food in Cheyenne this is the place to go!
The Coconut Curry was delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked too. Great portions, vibrant colors, great service!
Had the pakora was absolutely tasty but my aloo goby need it more flavor for sure, they never asked what level of hot I wanted, some people like it hot and some people like it mild
Food taste was nice and some foods over priced
Coconut Shrimp wasn’t even coming with sauce or salsa
Amazing! Finished everything on the table, and the curry is to die for!!!
Great food and awesome staff! Would highly recommend.
This is my second time eating here. Food is AMAZING!! Service is outstanding. Highly recommend earing here. Super friendly. Also kid friendly. 5++ stars.
SO GOOD!!!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Incredible food, incredible service, and kind, genuine staff. We found our new weekly date spot!!
This was the best dinner ever. Not only was the food AMAZING (i got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan, and tried the channa masala) but the service was out of this world. The owner/waitstaff are so friendly, so generous and lovely to talk with. We were only going to do take out but I’m so glad we stayed and had the full experience of dining in (though the food is worth takeout as well). Well priced!
Both the food and atmosphere was excellent.
Had lunch there Friday and it was excellent. Great food and service was very good.
We absolutely loved our meals. It is so nice to not have to leave town for good Indian food. I wish them so much good luck!
Food and service are always excellent. One our top favorite restaurants to go to when we are in town.
Great friendly service. The food was delish and a nice variety of choices. Good portions, nice setting. Definitely will return...maybe tomorrow.
Best biryani I’ve had! Highly recommend!
Excellent service and food. I really missed having authentic Indian food since moving back from overseas but this place hit the spot!
It's a pretty good place. Glad they are here in Cheyenne it gives some diversity. You get a lot of good for the price. Worth it and its delicious!
The butter chicken is delicious and the customer service is great! Definitely one of the better restaurants in Cheyenne.
Literally the best food in Cheyenne. Authentic and yummy! Great customer service!
One of my top 3 joints to eat in this town.

Great food. Glad to have something different in town besides the typical chain restaurant and steakhouse. Will add it to our restaurant rotation.
We really enjoyed our takeout- palak paneer, chana masala, and baigan bharta were all amazing! We’ve also really enjoyed their lunch special, a great deal for amazing food!

I'm not a big curry fan but my meal was very good.
Friendly service and great food! Absolutely amazing flavors and wonderful presentation!
Try Chicken Tikka or Chicken Tikka Masala if you like more robust sauce with basmati rice and Naan bread that was one of my favorite dishes when I used to live in New York and I am dying to try it there since they opened, unfortunately I have been out of the area and dealing with medical issues...but when I get better I am ordering some to take home!
The food is absolutely delicious! The service is always wonderful too. I highly recommend it to everyone!
