Great spot to stop at. Its connected to a Flying J Travel Center. The server did an excellent job in taking my order and getting me my food quickly. Also did a good job in checking in with me to make sure I was good and asking if I needed anything.

I had the pleasure of dining at Denny's and I must say, the service was exceptional! Sharon, my server, was amazing and her infectious smile made me feel right at home. The food was fresh and flavorful, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious pancakes. It was the perfect Easter brunch!

best Denny's I have ever been. Staff was soooo friendly and cared about each of the guests. Food was wonderful and fresh and delicious. As a trucker I highly recommend all drivers to stop by this Denny's and try it.

Traveling I-25 North to Cheyenne a roadside advertisement for Denny's indicated Grand Slam Breakfasts on sale for $6.99. Stopped at Denny's at Flying J gas station where the restaurant is located. To our surprise NO Grand Slam Breakfast item on the Menu is selling for $6.99. The lowest meal on the Menu is a 55 Senior Special on sale for $8.49 and drinks are extra. Grand Slam meals start at $10 and more. Sad we didn't get the $6.99 deal but the meal we did receive was tasty. The Service we received was Great.

Update 1-23 This place is very inconsistent. One day the service will be fast and the food will be good and the next slow af and you get served dirty water for your hot tea pic attached. No i didn't add anything to my water in the pic it was that dirty... hit or miss probably better off going to the petro iron skillet in Laramie if your going west i80. Also my pancakes tasted like onion meat and the brisket sandwich well you will just have to see the pic. Ended up with a $57 bill as well. Old review: I did start eating the steak before taking pics but it was so freaking good I had to review. Bobby in the kitchen makes the perfect t bone steak. As a trucker I eat lots of steaks lots of places but that was perfect well done and moist. Our server Geri was amazing and kind. Great service. I'm stopping here every time I'm in Wyoming. BTW the veggies where substituted for the bread. They tasted amazing and the portions were generous.

This location is attached to a gas station, which is weird but it's a well functioning Dennys. Good food and quick service. Staff here was actually really helpful when I wanted their hottest sauce and they brought out 2 or 3 different sauces for me. Awesome!

I only come to this Denny's because it's across the street from the Love's truck stop I stay at often. The staff are polite but the food is just ok. I'm leaning more of like 3.5 stars for this Denny's. I'm not saying I won't eat here in the future but if I had another choice close to the Love's I'd go there instead.

This location is everything you expect from Dennys. My issue is sometimes there's a wait to be seated and the screaming toddlers. Never had a problem with the food and they brought back the banana salted caramel pancakes to the menu 👌

Typical Dennys, Disappointed in the quantity of food that came on my dish. Ordered the salmon but only got a tiny piece and also double veggie and the same only alittle bit . Plate was 13 dollars. Waitress was very nice

Stopped by Dennys on the way to Utah. Service was prompt. Asaysha is a wonderful server. She was prompt, friendly and the food came out hot. Kept the drinks full without having to ask. Would definitely recommend stopping in here

Food was delicious. Would have given 5 stars except that it was hubby's birthday. He asked about the birthday slam and was told he needed the app. So we both just ordered as normal. But a gentleman came in behind us and was able to get his birthday slam without the app. The food was delicious, the place was clean, the server was friendly. My food was gluten free. Too bad for the other issue.

The food was good, the service was okay but could have been better. I will always go back to Dennys, I love the grand slam breakfast! It's my favorite. It's a truck stop Dennys and I'm a truckers wife so I know what to expect when I go. It's not a regular stand alone Dennys restaurant.

We didn't expect such an amazing experience since we were on our way to visit a friend in Wyoming. We stopped at Denny's since we arrived early in our visit to our friend. We had coffee and breakfast and we appreciated the coffee mugs. We asked to buy them because of what the mugs said. Our waitress, we wish we knew her name, had these two mugs for us as we paid and checked out. She was so kind and attentive. The food was good and served hot. Thank you for the great service and surprised gift!

A little relaxed, but really don't you want your wait staff to be? I mean of they're not running in 3 directions you get good service and conversation with the connection that is deserved. Enjoy your company. If you are alone then know that they're taking the time to just be there for you.

As all the roads leading in and out of Cheyenne are closed (aftermath of the bomb cyclone on 3/13/2019), this location was rather busy. I seated myself at the bar and received prompt, friendly, and courteous service. I had an omelette and have to say it was a bit greasy for my liking, but overall well cooked. The hash browns were burnt on one side and the toast was cold when it was served.

Peppercorn Sirloin Steak meal. Service was substandard since my waitress didnt check on me. My sweet tea wasnt sweet...and my mash potatoes were lukewarm. What a shame cause everything else especially the STEAK was perfect. I had it medium well.

I just ordered the ultimate Omelette and hashbrowns to go and omg it was hot and delicious!! The lady who took my order was super sweet! I honestly feel bad that I didn't tip her more than I did as she deserved more. I failed to look at her name tag, so I can't say who she was.... but I love her. We are Air Force and They offer a military discount at this location ♥️ I highly recommend this place and I wish we had a Dennys near us that was half as good.

Vegetarian breakfast better than expected. Denny's, particularly at a truck stop is where one would not have high expectations of finding a vegetarian breakfast, but other than the service, this was a pleasant surprise. This may have been just a "bad day" for my server, but it was pretty bad service and hopefully not typical. Some basics like asking the customer about how the customer wants the potatoes prepared or type of coffee, or being attentive enough to not ask "how do you want your eggs?" when an omelet has been ordered would go a long way to make for a better customer experience. Typical of when you sit down you'll be asked "what would you like to drink?" I said "coffee" not realizing there were options and got a mediocre, weak cup of coffee. Bleh! Only when I later asked if there were any other coffee options was I told about their "Bold" which really was much better. When you order coffee unless you like it weak and not particularly tasty, order the "Bold Coffee". I wanted a "Loaded Veggie Omelet" but really didn't want a 3 egg omelet, so I asked about getting the "55+" 2 egg version with a substitution of eggs instead of the "egg whites" which normally comes with the "55+" version. The server told me "well that might just screw up the whole order!" We discussed that I could get the red potatoes instead of the fruit cup so I was not happy when I got the standard oily, pale, hash browns instead. Rather than simply taking my plate back and putting what I ordered on my plate, she argued with me saying "you didn't say what kind of potatoes so I just put in hash browns." I asked, "if you weren't sure why didn't you ask?" We talked specifically about the red potatoes. She had no answer and ultimately took my plate back to the kitchen and 5 minutes later returned with the hash browns removed and red potatoes served. She also brought out the English muffin rather than the whole wheat pan cakes I ordered. This she replaced without argument 5 minutes later. All in all it took about 40 minutes from order to get my breakfast. She disappeared long enough that when I needed refills of my coffee I gave up and asked other servers who even though I was not at their area still got the coffee for me. Once I actually got what I ordered it was better than expected. It wasn't as oily (what some call greasy) as typical. The vegetables were plentiful, not overcooked, and I liked having the option of Swiss cheese. It would have been better if the cook melted that cheese before putting in the veggies and folding it over, but it's still better than simply putting the cheese atop the finished omelet which has become too typical at similar restaurants. The whole wheat pancakes passed my "are they good enough to eat without syrup test?". It's a funny irony to get a "healthy breakfast" served with a giant scoop of whipped butter. If you don't slather it on the calorie count for this breakfast is among the lower ones on the menu. The red potatoes are "deep fried" not sautéed as stated on the menu. Roasted would be better but they should serve what is listed and not surprise the customer with deep fat fried potatoes instead of sautéed potatoes. Knowing that, I would have gone with the fruit cup. They also charged an extra $0.59 for some (sadly mild) salsa. It's okay they charged for it but would have been better if they hadn't especially after the service hassles I experienced. All in all, provided the average service actually is better than what I experienced, Denny's at the Flying J Truckstop in Cheyenne offers reasonably good vegetarian breakfast options at a reasonable price ($10.53 + tip). Denny's offers convenience, good, not great food, and variable quality of table service. Overall I give them 3 out of 5 stars, but would reduce that to 2 if the service I encountered turns out to be typical instead of the exception. Bon Appétit. 😀

I work as a Door Dasher. Some things you can expect Dashing out of here are orders not ready when it is night time. Feeling confused when you get your first Burger order from their virtual store. Having to sit with 10 other people wondering who works here. (Night time orders usually) Day time. More people present but most with terrible attitudes, slow service and watching the main floor management just being rude as hell to all customers. Oh, and slow.

Glad they were open 24/7 again, seeing as many places aren't any more. We ordered through the website and the food was ready right as we were walking in. It was hot and fresh..my only complaint is that most Denny's give you far more ham on your Moons over my hammy sandwich. This one went real skimpy. And my wife got the avocado burger, the only issue is they didn't even slice the avocado! Minor gripes but issues none the less. Will definitely be back.

It had been a long, long time since I'd been to one and I was happily surprised to see that the quality hadn't changed. I ordered buttermilk pancakes and sausage (don't judge, I have so many food limitations) and the tire pancakes were just as fluffy and tasty as I remembered them, the 2 sausages were so good, and the syrups available were a delight to my grandkids, who'd never been. The staff, all of them, were beyond helpful. At one point we didn't have Ketchup and our waitress was having to cover a long stretch of tables. So the bus boy took the lead and signaled to someone else who found a full bottle who brought it to our table. It took longer to write it out than for it to happen! Wish I wrote down their names but it was only my son and I with the 3 kiddos, and we were on a cannonball run, so to speak, to catch a train in Salt Lake City!

1st off I ordered it to go. I left a tip and when I got to the truck there were no condiments to go with my breakfast now I know it would be easy just to walk back inside from the back of the parking lot and get them but then my food would be cold. This goes out to all waitresses across the country I will no longer tip until I feel that fast food service gets better. Yall might want to pass it on. Ps. This is only for to go orders.

I used to think of Denny's as a mediocre breakfast place. Was I wrong! I was dragged here by someone. I now have been back several times and the food has been fantastic. I've even had a few problems one mine and one theirs. I didn't read a sandwich had maple on it so I just picked around the bread. Waitress saw and asked if I wanted a replacement even though it was clearly my fault. Today I asked for no tomatoes and it came with it. I pointed that out and instantly he said that he messed up and it was his fault and started trying to fix it. It was just tomatoes so I picked them off, but how he handled a mistake in my eyes was perfect. I'm loving my Cheyenne Denny's!

Food was really good and our waitress was a little too much of a hurry, had to ask for stuff to go with our food, but she was very nice, very accommodating and apologized for forgetting things. She provided good service. It was very busy today, but it was Sunday close to lunch time, but didn't expect it to be that busy. They did a good job of "social distancing" with thier tables and people weren't just hanging around at tables like usual, they were eating and leaving so it was nice turning over tables quickly. Not a long wait like I expected, about 15 minutes. Very nice experience during this madning time.

We came in about 3:30 AM for an early morning breakfast. After ordering we had to ask for our food to be boxed and taken home as takeout very last minute. They gladly had our food boxed and bagged in the back and brought it out our short notice to-go order without any issues. Even ensured we had jelly, butter, syrup, straws, and cream and sugar for my to-go coffee. Excellent clean restaurant.

They are working to get better. Several months ago I had a terrible experience at this location. Long waits, understaffed and really poor food quality were just a couple of my issues. The owner contacted me and requested I give them another chance in a couple of months which is exactly what I did. I was relieved to see the the old night manager was not there! We were seated quickly and drink orders were taken immediately. Questions about the menu were answered promptly and food was out shortly after ordering. While the food wasn't quite up to my expectations it was eatable and did taste alright. The server was wonderful which is a far cry from the past. They still didn't quite make it to 5 star status but this restuarant is now a solid 4 star and I'm sure improvements are always coming.

Justiss was my server and she immediately took my order after she gave me a couple minutes to decide what I would have liked she recommended the very vanilla crepe breakfast. I'd say no more than 5-7 minutes it was ready. She was pleasant cheerful and attentive make sure my beverages were filled even recommended her favorite milkshake which I ordered which was the Oreo cookie.. or cookies and cream whichever people call it. I've been to a few Denny's in my travels on this planet. but yet this one seems to be the best I've had while traveling from Maryland all the way to Cheyenne Wyoming. The people are warm welcoming and inviting. I like that especially in a pandemic written world we live in and they seem to have a sense of authenticity of let's get back to business as usual.

This particular location has a great cozy quality to it. The staff treat you like they have known you forever. Very friendly! The atmosphere is quiet, cozy and comfortable with a softness in lighting that promotes a very relaxing vibe! Our server was quick to offer suggestions, and very polite. The food was delicious and gave me comfort that I used to find in good that came from my grandma's kitchen. Comfort food. Our breakfast Saturday morning hit the spot! My son was even able to order lunch at 9am! That's always a win in my book. Everyone wore masks and they had cards on the table to warn you if the table had been sanitized or not. Which I loved. I had some gourmet pancakes with eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. Will definitely stop here again next time we go through Cheyenne. I visited this Dennys while i was waiting for my trainer to drop off some freight at the Warren military base so I decided to go in and have breakfast. This Dennys is located inside the Pilot Flying J truck stop. My server was VERY nice and kept my coffee full and was quick to bring my breakfast. I worked on my paperwork after I ate and it was nice and quiet there as I arrived at 5:30 am. If I am ever near here and have a chance to stop in, I will.

One of my family's favorite restaurants to go to. They always have great service and the employees are always so friendly and accommodating. If there is one complaint I'd say the food is always hit and miss. Some times the food is really good and other times the food is cold or not cooked good. Late review. This is the best truck stop Denny’s we’ve been to. Overall Denny’s portions have gotten insultingly pathetic with slow subpar service, not this one. They were extremely busy both times we visited, and still received the fastest service out of any of their locations. Portions were generous, as they should be for something as cheap as potatoes. Awesome service, and awesome food, for once.

This Denny's is housed inside a Flying J. The Flying J is being redone on the exterior and the construction crew has cut off the air conditioner. It was 90 degrees outside and about 88 inside the restaurant with no fans or air movement. Our waitress was great but she was so hot her face was red. We quickly ate our dinner to get outside and back to our hotel. There were flies everywhere flying around. Our food was good.

5-12-2020 My husband and I bought a Lumberjack Slam to share and it filled us both up(not bad for about $11!). Everything was good. Eggs were yolky as we like, meat and hash browns were good also. The pancakes were such a treat and tasted mildly like yellow cake. You definitely get your money's worth. Thank you! Edited to add: We are our fill and still had some pancake left over for an afternoon treat also. :)

Denny's is always yummy. But I had the chicken parm dinner. I did not like it. It was made with rice pilaf and mushrooms and the chicken was grilled. I realize I prefer the chicken park with noodles and marinara sauce. Great staff and service!

MIND BLOWN!!! Great selection on the menu. Had a Cobb salad that was out of this world delicious. The waitress was very attentive to the tabl, didnt have to ask for a refill. She was super sweet to my son. My son had the Jr. build your own slam and a milk shake. The shake was amazing and made properly. It even had a oversized straw so it you can taste the oreo chunks better. The pancakes were delicious as well as the bacon and eggs. Denny's is consistent. They are convenient, reasonably priced, offer AARP discounts, family oriented, and do a good job on breakfast. They usually are convenient to Interstate exits, usually clean, and have good parking. Some are even 24-hour. So one always knows what they are getting. If this is not what you are looking for, Denny's might not be right for you. However, if you are driving in an unfamiliar area and need a meal, they are a good choice. We had breakfast. One Starter Breakfast and one Waffle Slam. Served hot and in a timely fashion. We also needed fuel, so this was a plus.

Slow service but theb again its Denny's, waited to be seated like usual but we waited as we watched 3 workers pass us. Once seated waited on server and waited. Food was cooked well and they gave better,portions than most Denny's ive eaten at. We waited so long for the check that we went to the front and the woman tried to reseat us again. She even had trouble looking up our order so we could pay. If i had extra time,on my,plate with nothing to do in the mean time i would go back just because of the portion size. Didnt skimp on the meat.

Also we got 1 set of plastic silverware for 4 meals. Not too upset about the silverware but i do believe you should get what you pay for though. 😕

Service and food was great... Would be 5 Star But we did have a problem, we received a ticket that had multiple items we didnt order and the total was over 2x what our bill should have been? When we went to the register and pointed out the errors they said the ticket they game us isnt in the system? And they could not find our origional ticket anywhere? But after a while we were able to just verbally repeat our order at the register and only pay for the items we ordered.

Update: changed to a 4 star as the owner of the Denny's contacted me personally and was very apologetic and wanted to know what happened so he could rectify the issue. Food wasn't as good as I remembered. Hot chocolate was awful. Swiss Miss I'm guessing and was not even stirred together. Waiter disappeared after we got our food. Ended up going to the cashier and had to have her give our ticket because we still hasn't seen the washer again.
