Ordered 2 sandwiches, one of them fish, and then to wait 6 or 7 minutes for them to bring it out. When the girl came out with the food, there was another person also waiting. She more or less assumed (incorrectly) which order was for which person, and handed my bag to the girl in the other car, without getting the clarification first. So then she "fixed" it after I said "whats a 'beyond'" when she was handing me the other bag. When I got my bag of food I could smell some perfume on it. Not a big deal, but still... It's faster to take the time to ask and get it right, than to mess up and do it over.

Food is okay (bit below par compared to other one), staff is polite but you may need to repeat your order a few times to get it right. The drive through is slightly mismanaged and you may need to pull up into a parking space to have someone walk out and deliver your food (instead of receiving it at the window).

Just ordered hot honey chicken sandwich loved the taste of sauce with moist fried chicken and bacon. My major disappointment was the size of chicken breast, it was so small the bun totally surrounded it. Had KFC's new chicken sandwich last week was literally twice as big.

Very average food. Not very fast, but not a sit down place. Really need to work on eliminating the vagrants and homeless that hang out and take residence in the seating area. It's a huge turn off seeing that when you walk in. Today (6/02), no vagrants. Food is still pretty average. Still need to hire staff.

carls jr. always has amazing food. recently I have severely been put off by their online advertisements, compared to what you actually get. the advertisements make it look so much bigger, and more flavorful but in reality it's comparable to mcd's.... not much you can do about that, save for not visit them anymore.

Pleasantly surprised! I don't do fast food often, but a time crunch made this the perfect stop for a late breakfast. Mary, the lady who took our order, was extremely friendly and 100% accurate with our order. The food was great (first time at a Carl's Jr.)... we might have to try out their lunch someday. Thanks to the awesome staff that morning!

I had the best interaction yesterday than I have in a long time with Carl's Jr. Diana was more than accommodating. She was so kind and efficient. They've been so slow in the past... Like for years. I love the food but hated the service and the lack speed. I have had the workers be entirely rude and unaccommodating. Horrible service...but Diana changed my whole view On Carl's Jr. She's is definitely a asset.

The employee who took my order wouldn't allow me to fill a refill cup with soda even though I was willing to pay for it. "We absolutely can't fill that," he said, rudely. Fortunately, his manager was standing nearby and told him to just sell me a large soda. I don't think that employee understands that it's not the soda that you pay for in the drink, it's the cup. It just made no sense that he would state that

I got there at closing so they were a little bit in a rush to get done to go home. My fries were great they had to cook them fresh but the burger was well, we'll done and to tough for me to eat. Dru or Dre, I cannot remember the supervisors name, was amazing. He was friendly, polite, and cut up with us while we waited for our food to be done. The food was delicious and fresh for being close to closing time, unlike other fast food places.

We stopped here on a cross country road trip with our parents and two kids for breakfast and Arlene was just the sweetest person. She waited on us as if we were at a dine in restaurant and would be getting a tip from us. If we had had cash, we might have left her one anyway! She was kind and helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Amazing customer experience!!

I would like to give this place more stars but, unfortunately, the surrounding area detracts from the overall experience, even though the city could do a lot more to help improve the area. The food is about average but Carl’s Jr. is still good food at an average. Sometimes the staff is a little unprofessional but hey, it’s fast food, right? I think that if this location made a proper effort that it could greatly improve.

Tried them out 2x in a few days to see how they were. They were respectful and polite to us. We got exactly what we ordered. Food was hot and fresh. Supervisor was going around asking folks how their experience was in between helping front end run smoothly. We will go back again for sure.

The burgers are awesome. My husband gets one without a bun and he loves it. Great prices for quick and tasty food. Plus we receive coupons sometimes which Rocks. Great location, downtown especially when events are across the street.

5 cars were pulled from their drive Thru during my visit, due to waiting on fresh biscuits. I was car number three- food was received by 1, 2, 4, 5, then 3. All I ordered two sausage combos and a bacon biscuit. Three sandwiches, two hashbrowns, two drinks, 25 minutes to wait. Food was hot, fresh and accurate. Customer service was great at voice box, window, and when my food was ran out to my car.

The food is good and I like it, that's a given, it's hot, it tastes good, has quality, and the serving sizes are bad(although the milkshakes don't have much taste). The manager that was there when I was, I don't know his name, was extremely loud and disrespectful to his workers. His constant yelling stressed me out, and I'm not too fond of being asked a question by having "WHIPPED CREAM, LADIES?" yelled at my mom and myself across the room. My biggest issue is, as someone who has worked in food service myself, the fact that he was non-stop VERY LOUDLY degrading his workers and they were definitely upset. That's an uncomfortable situation to be in for them and myself.

I was up in Cheyenne Christmas shopping and we stopped here for a drink to keep with us while we were exploring the area. (I am from Denver) Anyway, when we got there I decided to use the restroom before we ordered, and I was surprised to see that you had to have an associate unlock it for you, and once you got inside I think maybe the sewer was backed up! The smell was terrible. My husband said the men's smelt bad and that the men's restroom was gross! The dining area was nice and the people working seemed nice. Overall, to eat it's probably good.. just don't use the bathrooms!

Very disapointed, got there late and they where more intrusted in getting closed than the quality of their food. My burger was precooked, old, and so dried out that it was inedible. Fries were the only thing good although I think they gave me a small when I ordered a med. I got a block away when I saw the mistake but they already locked the doors and wouldn't answer the phone. Won't be back again.

Went through the drive thru and after I ordered and paid, I had to pull around front to wait for my order, although it didn't take very long. The burger wasn't as good as it used to be. I will try one more time before avoiding it and going elsewhere. I used a coupon and didn't get my usual burger and maybe that was the difference in what I got!

The food is good, pretty normal for fast food. The location, is kind of bad though. The bathrooms were not well maintained, and smelled like someone tried to cover up the smell of marijuana with fabreze.

Haven't had the best service in the past, but lately staff is always friendly, attentive, and apologetic if there's any wait and an explanation of what was cooking that caused a wait for our order. I always dine in and everything is always well stocked at the drink area and the place is generally nice and clean.

There's a young black man who works at this location, and he always offers me the absolute best customer service, and he does it with a smile. I've seen managers ignore crying children at this same restaurant, and yet he's always ALWAYS so attentive and positive. I seriously need to learn his name and thank him in person. He works evenings at the drive thru. If you see him, thank him!

I was greeted by friendly staff and received my hot food in a timely manner. The restaurant is generally clean and they require a passcode to get into the men’s room (which can be problematic when you have to go).

I just went through the drive thru and got home to find my order was incorrect. I called and spoke with Janet the manager. She was so nice and offered to replace it. Her customer service was amazing as she even offered to go above and beyond which wasn't necessary. Is so nice to see people who are kind. Thank you!

Carls jr is not a big thing in my neck of the woods and as far as burgers go they get a great big giant OK and the fact that bacon offerings are limited does not help them earn any stars they do get one for diet Dr pepper being available the staff however all have good attitudes and are happy to see ya oh and for some unknown reason an order from CJ tends to cure constipation

Place is transient central. If they arent inside, they are hanging around all over outside. Building is in need of a serious tear down and rebuilding. Food is subpar. Even if you ask for no mayo or something similar you end up with double. The cooks do not speak English very well, so do not think they understand changes from the normal "recipe".

Took about 10 minutes after walking in the door before my order was taken or that i was even acknowledged. I get lunch rushes but its retail protocol to at least call out a greeting or say that they will be right with you or with you on a moment. Once my order was taken my food was good and hot. Just wish i realized there were pickles on the burger before biting into one. >.< Other than that the difference between carl jr's and hardees is that hardees actually has a bigger patty and more cheese. Carls was mostly filler which costs change. So yeah. Ill skip carls next time.

A decent burger for the price. This location is right in downtown and conveniently located with you are in the area. Any other fast food is a bit of a drive away. Love the curly fries.

This is a Carl's Jr which is easy to spot from the street and has plenty of menu items for you to buy. Parking is local and there is Wi-Fi available for free. Parking is also free and there might be a bathroom. I would recommend this destination.
