Normally I do not eat Arby’s but I like their crinkle fries and it’s really taste good and they have fish fillets. Also a good choice but you will not find the fish that round the year. this time we got it and enjoyed a lot of their sandwiches and varieties of sauces. their customer Service is good but their mobile application is not good enough if you compare with the other competitors .

I always have a wonderful experience coming here, but there have been several moments with Marty ( or Martie) from the management team that have been highly questionable. When I got extra sauce from an employee she gave the employee a dirty look when she handed it to me and then when the same employee was getting my food Marty put herself in the way and was very rude. Those are just a couple of instances I have personally seen that I think needs to be mentioned. In the few interactions I’ve had with her has never been very pleasant. However, when I come in Bernadette is always very sweet and make sure that the food is always up to standard when we get it. She always is very sweet no matter how bad the day could be and always has a wonderful attitude whenever I am in

Usually there isn't much of a line to get served, but there was this time, because of the hour of the day Now the time before this one I was served relatively quick, but once I got my food, I discovered that the food was not hot, but lukewarm warm. Unsure why that happens, and it should not have happened, so I was in a hurry and did not complain about the service. For me, the grab and go is in a really place, not to mention that from the exit to the street is not good on my front bumper, as I can hear it scrapping the bottom. So I do try and stay away from that.

So I put in a small order I go to grab my payment method and find that it's gone. I drive to the window I told him to cancel my order as I'm trying to look for my payment method, swearing the entire time. They said, "You're good take your food & come back and pay for it. I did. The fish sandwiches were not made fresh. All the other food was good but this outfit is very expensive. I didn't order a drink and it was still almost $30. For another $10 my wife and I can have a sit down dinner.

Always great customer service but the food isn't always fresh with certain shifts or crews, I ordered the same food two days in a row to try and get some results, I was able to get piping hot food this day (Jan 1, 2023) Dylan seems to always take care of things and get it right, I'm always going to eat Arby's, can't wait for the fish fillets to come back...

Very slow. We watched 6 orders and not 1 was right including ours. They just flat out forgot our Large fry. Check your order. It was very clean and spacious. Easy access.

Absolutely love Marty the manager. Marty is a pillar in the community. Always kind. I have never had a bad sandwich. I've been going there since 2016! I ended up homeless when Mama died and I lived on an Arby's sandwich day for a few months. They took good care of me and still do. Enjoy!

On the evening of 15JUL2022, my family and I had just come from a drum corps competition. It had been raining most of the evening, so the competition was delayed a bit, so much so that we didn't get to this location until really late. We didn't pay attention to the time and we arrived about 6 minutes before they closed. We could have very easily been turned away, but they helped us out. They had to close the lobby, but we told them that we could take it to go. I mentioned to my wife that we were probably going to get food that was not the best quality because it was the end of the night. I was very glad to be wrong! Our sandwiches were hot and the meat was not old. The fries were piping hot out of the fryer! The lady who helped us (I couldn't read her name tag) was so friendly. As mentioned before, she could have very easily turned us away because of the time, but she helped us out graciously.

I wasn't really sure where to say this, but these guy's were awesome. I signed onto the service back in April of 2022, but I didn't have a vehicle at all. I got dropped off at my hotel with nothing but a bike and I went to Arby's because it was the closest I could get to having a dinner when riding around at the time. Although I was in pain and anxiety ridden from having to attend drill that day, they supplied me with extra napkins to clean off my bike for when I had to get it to the hotel room. All in all, although it was Arby's, their staff was only the best and I hope the absolute best of outcomes for them. Thank you staff of Arby's!

Absolutely amazing service! It started with Marty taking our order in the drive-thru. She was so kind and had amazing customer service! Our food was delicious (especially that new caramel cinnamon shake)! Then, I realized I accidentally left my card at the window when I paid. I called and Marty had tucked it safely away in her safe immediately. What a relief! Thank you Marty for your kindness and integrity! 😊

Tonight my other half and I had went through the drive thru and ordered well I forgot my wallet and we told the lady about it. When we came back to get the food they were absolutely friendly and caring. They made me try the fries to make sure they were still good and offered to remake them if they weren’t. They were very patient with us at the drive through speaker as we had multiple orders that changed mid order. The food we received was very fresh and hot. I would suggest trying the Buffalo Chicken Slider if you haven't yet it is my favorite. The staff at the window was very considerate offering drink holders, sauces, and napkins. Overall was a great drive through experience! If you are coming from I-80 it is a little farther than you think from the exit and the road signs back to I-80 will take you through a bit of downtown with stunning murals before popping you back on the interstate.

They have great staff and great management. The food is fresh and always tastes good. There are sometimes issues with order accuracy and the last two times I've tried to order anything with roast beef I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. My order has been incorrectly made the last two times I have ordered from them. Was given no napkins for my food and no utensils for loaded curly fries. Loaded curly fries were seriously lacking from what they normally are. The Lincolnway store is the only store where I have consistently experienced issues with order accuracy. The Yellowstone and College locations do a great job.

I have always had good experiences at this particular location. They always make my food fresh, wel prepared, quickly, and it always looks nicely put together rather than just slapped together. I have yet to have a bad experience from my interactions with the employees as well. Usually I use the drive through and even if there's a line when I pull in, I seem to be able to make my way through rather quickly. I would definitely recommend this location.

When I lived in Cheyenne I absolutely frequent this one on East Lincolnway Marty the manager is amazing and she runs a good store I have never had a bad sandwich there! Thank you Marty. And thank you for being my friend and a great asset to the community.

The service was amazing! We arrived with a bus load of 47 people. We ordered individually and had our food in under 12 minutes! They were quick and kind. The food was fresh and delicious. Just ahead of us were three other busses from our group with just as fast service. If you have a huge bus load or are just one, they will do a great job! They impressed us and will continue to make them a regular dinner stop on the way home from our group trip. Parking lot is large and easy to access from the highway.

I don't like seeing the girls with their hands in the cups though, I know how dirty their hands can get from money and equipment, they definitely need to handle the cups without touching inside of them!

The food is always great. I enjoy visiting Arby's when I can. I gave it three stars this time, because the one I go to tends to have some wait times that could be improved on some. This is when you go inside the restaurant. Other than that, great food, friendly staff, and all around good atmosphere.

I think Arby's has become lazy. In the past the meat was sliced super thin and the sandwiches were made good, but not these days, People just don't care anymore. I can remember a time when people were loved and things were used but now it's the other way around. Thanks for reading my reviews

Not bad. Really need to work on their portioning and speed at this location. It's slower than the one off College Dr and their portions are smaller. College Drive says their not using proper portioning if we're getting less on our sandwiches there, as they use the exact portioning they are supposed to at College Drive.

Like all my other fast food reviews... It's fast food, the food is iffy. The staff at this location is super helpful and friendly. I eat here maybe once every couple months and have never had any problems.

My visit to Arby's followed my viewing of the 2 for $5 fish sandwiches commercial. The staff was guest receptive, and fulfilled my order perfectly. I drew iced tea from the 2 reservoirs, but the sweet tea lacked much"sweet". The commercial directly compared their fish sauces to the Filet O Fish sandwich. Bad move. I strongly prefer the latter. Arby's provided much less than a tablespoon of tartar sauce (or cheddar) on those sandwiches. Finally, the deep fried "crispy" of the fish sandwiches was too thick. It covered the taste of the fish. The lobby needed a sweep, but the drink station was very clean. The men's restroom sink top was, parts of paper towels were tossed around the floor, and the rubbish needed emptying. This is one of my favorite restaurants for "The Beef". But I won't indulge in fish again.

A bit hit or miss at this place. Closes at like 9 or 10? Some days packed some days not. Service has huge swings. Same people but it varies greatly. Food is always fast and hot. Service is always fast, but sometimes really sucks in the attention to detail and attitudes. I hate to bring attention to it, but it needs it.

Food was OK. However, manager told us one thing then lied to our face at drive up. Beware, not all Arbys in Cheyenne are the same. Some are private owned others corporate owned. They play by different rules with advertised specials. The one we went to doesn't honor corporate deals.
