We frequent burger joints around the country and have had some great burgers. The burgers we've had here are definitely ranked high on the list. Our favorite so far is the Bacon Mac N Cheese burger. The buns are fresh and the burger is cooked great. The fries were very fresh and hot like they just got done cooking before they were brought out. The area and atmosphere inside is nice and definitely a good place to visit as a family or with friends. The staff is very friendly and polite and the staff frequently comes and checks if you need anything at your table including drink refills. I would highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for a good burger. They have other options that sound good as well like Italian food and others but we didn't get to try those.

I recently visited an American restaurant and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The avocado burger was especially amazing - it had just the right amount of seasoning and was cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious and I highly recommend it. One of the best burger places I have been. Order first, then find a table downstairs or upstairs. I really like the atmosphere. The burger was very good with the pretzel bun and the fries were crispy and seasoned. And to top it off, endless fries! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a visit. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the woman at the counter explaining how everything worked; order and pay at the counter, seat yourself, they bus the tables. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as great as the staff. Ordered the California burger (avocado, tortilla strips, and ranch), the toppings were all good but the burger itself was dry and flavorless. The fries were much better, love a good steak fry!

My family and I had to go to Cheyenne the other night and dinner at 2 Doors Down. We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door and were told how their system works: order and pay at the counter, then find a seat and everything is full service after that. I found this extremely helpful as it was our first visit and it took all of the guesswork out. My husband ordered while I took our son to the bathroom for a diaper change. We’d driven up from Denver so he was sorely in need. The most disappointing part of our visit to 2 Doors Down was that they didn’t have a changing table in the women’s bathroom, so I ended up changing him on my coat on the floor in a stall (at the time of this review it’s December, so WAY to cold to change him in the back of the truck). If you don’t have kids or they aren’t in diapers, this won’t be an issue for you, but if you do, you might want to consider making other arrangements. At least the bathroom was clean. I had an avocado bacon Swiss burger on a pretzel bun, which was a total treat since most places don’t have pretzel buns. It was dense and tasted a lot like a pretzel too. They also have bottomless fries- how can you go wrong with that?!? And, coolest of all, we were alive to get a GLASS pitcher of beer- total throwback! We really enjoyed the bright decor- Coca Cola Christmas at the moment- and will definitely go back next time we’re in Cheyenne!

The food and service are awesome here! The staff are friendly and know how to take care of their customers. The burgers are a great size and the green chili is delicious! We ordered the El Diablo and The Slopper. Our food came quickly and it was fresh. Great atmosphere for families. We can't wait to go back and take the kids.

Burger was good, not the best ever but definitely in the top 10. Bun bigger than the patty, veggies cold and crisp. Steak fries bottomless with good seasoning however slightly under cooked. Inside was a little solid and cold still. Bigger patty (or smaller bun), warm the fries a tad longer and I'd say in the top 5. Big plus for the military discount and friendly staff.

We stopped in during our cross country drive. We got cheeseburgers and fries. The staff was so friendly and helpful I didn’t appreciate tipping whiling ordering. I tip at the end of my meal so they missed out there and I wasnt re running my card for a tip. On to the food the burger was cooked fresh it was huge lots of fresh toppings and their fries were so good and were bottomless! Their house made ranch is everything! Definitely try it

When we went to this restaurant for lunch there was a line of about six other groups in front of us, but while we were in line an employee explained the menu and the line moved along quickly. We took the card with a number upstairs to a table. My chicken tortilla soup was brought to us right after we sat down and the two burgers (with veggie burger substitutions) showed up in less than 10 minutes. The soup and burgers were very tasty and the fries were perfect.

It is different then more restaurants but it works well! You go to the counter order and pay they give you a number and you find available sitting. Food comes out fairly quickly and multiple waiters tend to you. Food was delicious we ordered the chicken nachos and the bacon Burger. As well as a oreo milkshake which was really good with lots of Oreo but had a ice constancy than most shakes

Update April 2023: Back for more and remembered to snap a photo or two. Small tip - once or twice I've received fries that seemed overdone or not as fresh as hoped. Simply asked for more and they gladly brought out fresh basket of fries, no raised eyebrow or attitude. Excellent service. Delicious, quick, friendly, hassle-free and convenient place to eat with wonderful service. Bacon cheeseburger is solid. The excellent reviews are spot on.

Two tourists looking for a great burger joint went into 2 Doors Down, stood in a long line, ordered The Slopper and left disappointed. We didn’t mind the line - it’s usually a sign of delicious. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing but two burger patties, American cheese and steak fries smothered in green chili and topped with lettuce tomato and diced onion sounded more amazing that it actually was. Green chili was runny and cold which made the steak fries soggy and the burger patties had a taste of liquid smoke, or some bottled ingredient to make them taste more chargrilled than they actually were. The atmosphere was fun and the staff attentive but the one dish we tried, not so good. Can’t recommend.

Pros: great milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Oreo, Reese's, and strawberry cheesecake). Good (not great) burgers (we got the kids cheeseburger, the classic, and the towering inferno). Great (bottomless) fries. Cons: service - there was someone corralling people when we walked in who told us to gather closely with the patrons behind us to hear a review of the menu we didn't want. Then she got really close to us and asked us to get close together with the patrons in front of us. My husband and I are vaccinated, our kid is not and had on a mask. No one else was masked around us. The lady at the register was borderline rude and rushing us. We felt like inconvenient cattle. Wait staff continued to crowd and get uncomfortably close to us (touching chairs, leaning within inches, cutting us off as we walked through tight aisles to get to the bathroom, the table, and out of the restaurant). Someone handing out silverware was wearing a mask (great) and gloves (but trying to shake hands with folks and touching all surfaces without changing or cleaning them). This was the first place we went in Cheyenne and it nearly made us get back in the car and leave. Would not go back, but giving 3 stars for quality product.

Take out order was ready fast. The Magnificent burger was great, fries were average (edit: had the fries again and they were really good with perfect seasoning), and the shake tasted more like a smoothie - which I found refreshing and delicious (wasn't overbearingly sugary like some are). Will be back!

Rather quick service for being so busy. My brother, my girlfriend, and I all got different menu ite.s, and it was quality food for a good price. The waitstaff stopped by our table several times to check if we needed any fresh drinks or a refill on fries. We sat and talked for a few hours, and the atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. The music wasn't too loud and there was the perfect amount of lighting. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Friendly greetings, good burgers, bottomless fries, and all the soda you can drink. Avocado bacon burger was pretty good. Towering inferno had a little zing. Fish tacos needed a little more spice to be nice. Onion rings were crisp and delicious.

When you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who welcomes you and gives you an overview of the menu. They point out the popular items as well as the more obscure menu items as well. After ordering at the counter you find a comfortable booth. Within minutes you have your food and bottomless fries. The burgers are incredible and the staff are extremely attentive to refill your glass or bring you more fries. Two doors down must visit if you were in the downtown Cheyenne area!

Terrific food (served fast!) Absolutely top notch service - we were greeted upon entry, and as first time visitors, we were told the run down on the menu and the ordering process. The servers then delivered our meals, and played a zone cruising around the restaurant making sure everyone had their drinks and (bottomless) steak fries topped off.

Great food, really really fast to our table! We were impressed. As is common with a lot of restaurants, when they say something is spicy, it unfortunately is not. The El Diablo was no different than a burger with a splash of hot sauce. Tasty and delicious, yet no heat at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal though, and the service was stellar. This is by far the best burger joint I have come across. The Burgers are Juicy and full of Flavor (I kept it simple and had the Bacon Cheese Burger). But what really stands out is the amazing customer service from the staff members. They all truly seem to do everything they can to make your time here enjoyable and they are happy and very welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!!!

I just ate here for the first time and I loved everything about it. I like that you order at the counter and then sit down. I like that the burgers come with bottomless steak fries and that serving with them ranch is the default. I ordered the red chili burger. It is served open face and I would absolutely order it again. My husband loves chorizo so he got the inferno burger and he loved it. The fries are cooked and seasoned perfectly. The ranch is delicious, runny/milky restaurant style ranch. I also like the customer service setup. Once you sit down, a variety of restaurant employees walk by the booths to see if you need a refill or anything else. You don't have an assigned waiter, all employees serve all customers, and they walk by frequently so you're never waiting long if you need something. And the prices are great. Each of our burgers was around $12. If you like burgers, this place is a must-try.

Good burger bar and great service. I wasn't aware that they would come to your table after, since you pre pay for your food. This would make me more likely to leave a tip when I pay if I was aware they would fill drinks and still offer table services. Next time I will have to tip double to make up for it. The peppercorn burger was great!

Back from Colorado for our second time and brought a friend this time. My only feedback is that the staff needs to tone down the hospitality a bit. Our table was asked by at least 4 staff members if we needed refills just about every 2minutes. It was comical towards the end of our meal how often it was occurring that my wife broke out laughing as a staff member even approached our table. Food was still great and we'll be back again. Maybe just take it down a notch.

My family of 5 ate at this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted promptly and the menu and ordering system was explained well by a friendly gentleman. The food was delivered sooner than the promised 10 minutes and everything was delicious! The menu items we tried were the potato soup, nachos, Philly cheesesteak, south of the border burger, fries, sweet potato fries, kid’s chicken tender platter, peanut butter chocolate cake, brownie sundae, and a cinnamon roll with ice cream (as recommended by the greeter). Each of us raved about our meal. It was all wonderful- but the cinnamon roll was amazing. It is a must try!

I am a stickler for time so they told me 20 minutes then another extra 10. It looks like there was a order in front of me which I didn't know about. I feel like this is a popular restaurant they were very busy. I just like the honesty about the time frame so this is why I'm getting them four stars but the food was definitely on point. I do not get a lot of American food but this was not bad at all. The cheese ravioli which was delicious. The Reese's cup milkshake was really good and my regular salad which I had added on some salmon was so delicious.

Busy place packed with locals. The burgers are charbroiled and are reminiscent of an old school backyard cookout on a charcoal grill. They are very flavorful, with a nice smokiness. They offer bottomless steak fries with every burger that are tasty and filling. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I'll certainly be back.

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST service ever at a casual dining restaurant! It was warm, charming and super efficient all at once. Better yet, the burgers were really very tasty and my hubby was overjoyed with the steak-fries. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended! Mary is a highlight!

Not a bad burger. Had the avocado bacon. The bacon was too chewy along the sides which creates that unchewable string that can't really be swallowed, especially by a child or senior who might also choose bacon. Service was friendly, prices are reasonable. I was told the ranch dip is handmade; flavor profile is fine but very runny. Maybe thicken that stuff up a bit. All burgers are cooked medium well (definitely not my taste), but you can ask for a preferred doneness. They cooked mine exactly as ordered, but might need to evenly spread out the seasoning. First half was rather plain, but the rest was seasoned perfectly. I would recommend and will visit again next time I am in Cheyenne.

Great food and amazing service. Located in downtown Cheyenne on pedestrian-friendly 17th St, this restaurant offers burgers, shakes, and a few more things like spaghetti. I recommend the mac & cheese bites. There's a few tables outside, and a lot of seating in a dining room which has a spacious and fun ambiance. If you can't find parking on the street, there's a nearby parking garage.

She immediately made me feel at home and comfortable. Handed me a menu and began to explain the few features to help navigate. TRULLY a Blessing... The menu is pretty organized not overwhelming and very easy to understand. Many options for all types of taste. I ordered , the Towering Inferno Burger (Do see Picture)When I say Nothing is needed on this I mean Absolutely nothing, it is Perfectly seasoned well put together and delicious to the very last bite... I did sub my bottomless steak fries for the Sweetpotato Fries which came with this delicious butter sauce that's to die for.. I did enjoy my meal outside rather than indoors, the weather may play factor to some but today its beautiful. This establishment and the people are what make tourists want to visit places like Cheyenne. Any business needing that extra bit of advice to advance to the next level this would be my recommendation is to learn from the best... Definitely a repeat customer and return trip in near future..

We stopped in for lunch in our drive from Texas to Montana.....DELICIOUS FOOD!!!! I got the classic burger and devoured it!! We also had the tuna burger (my husband loved it) and chicken strips and mac-n-cheese for the kids. Very well priced, great portions, and so delicious!!!! Fastest service we've had yet! Normally that wouldn't mean a whole lot, but in this case it does. We've been traveling across the country for 51days and have eaten out A LOT. This food was hot, came to us as custom ordered, special request milkshake addressed as "of course, it will be our pleasure". No up charges, or secret charges for dipping sauce, or nasty looks. They all have a "going out of their way" friendliness which came as second nature. Teamwork here is to be commended! The Towering Inferno 🍔 burger was delicious. Bottomless steak fries were piping hot and cheerfully brought. The $9 draft pitcher yielded 5 chilled 12 oz glasses of smooth craft beer. Chocolate cake shake and chocolate peanut butter shake were shared in order to finish them. However, even though the chocolate cake was "very rich", only a small nibble was shared and it was closely guarded ... 😂

This is one of the funnest, family owned businesses I’ve ever been to! They are so friendly and super sweet! The owner came and talked to us for quite some time and was crazy nice! A good portion of his family works there, (Wife, mother, sister, and I believe brother) they were all an absolute delight and crazy sweet! We will be back EVERYTIME we find ourselves in Cheyenne!

After staying in Denver for the week I decided to make the two-hour track up to Cheyenne so I could cross another state off of my bucket list. Of course, the drive made me a bit peckish, and this burger place came highly rated on Yelp. I'm glad I stopped in, as the servers were more than friendly and the burger was juicy, fresh, and cooked exactly the way I asked for. Make sure to sample the fries and the many dipping sauces. I don't know if I'll ever find my way back to Wyoming, but if I do, I'll be sure to give this place another visit.

Just moved here with my fiance for work and this is one of the first places we decided on for food was this place and let me tell you, it was a great choice. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by more than one person and you immediately feel at home. The best part of this place other than the food is the constant attention you are given by everyone on staff. It's not the fake conversations you get in bigger cities, this made me feel comfortable and I would highly recommend this place by your first stop when coming into town.

I've been eating at this locally owned restaurant since it opened and every single meal I get is on point! Delicious food with the customer service being even better. You walk in to a very open and welcoming environment, with the workers being free to answer any questions. They also have vegetarian options, with their veggie patty being the best in town. When I order delivery, the driver (belive they only have the one) is always quick, efficient, and friendly! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. Ten out of ten!

Ordered carry out as we were passing through town. Google said there was a drive through but there was no evidence of one as we arrived. The staff was very good about taking our order over the phone. Researched restaurants near hotel I was staying and this was one that caught my attention was close enough. Stopped in and was greeted by a very nice lady. She asked if we had been there before our if it was my first time. I asked what she recommended and she went through the menu of gourmet burgers. The one that stood out the most was the "Barnyard burger. Came with a patty, fried egg and pretzel bun and ofcourse a side of steak fries. I have to say that this huge burger was beyond impressive. Tasted sooo fresh and the fries were cooked perfectly. Also, almost forgot to mention that I paired my meal with a chocolate cheesecake shake. I'm in town for work for another week, and I can say that I'm definitely going back before I leave. Let me also add that the service was fast and courteous. Super friendly staff. Can't wait to go conquer another delicious burger

My first impression was by Halle who seemed so excited and invested in my experience. She explained everything as it was my first time. Came at 430 on a Tuesday. Nice and quiet and even though I ordered at the counter I was attended to by at least 3 people who randomly made sure I was good. They had lots of staff for the time but everybody was always doing something, even hand washing the stairs. I ordered the cheesesteak and it was excellent. Fresh bun, real steak and a great portion for the price. Fries were a 9.5 out of 10. Can't wait to come back, don't care what I eat if I get the same service.

We all agreed the sweet potato fries were the best we'd had. We even ordered 3 meals to go for supper that night at the hotel. I've been here twice while visiting the area, each visit 4 years apart. Both times the food was delicious and service was great. The only thing that could be improved is probably the lighting for the area upstairs. I love dim lighting, but some tables don't have enough lighting, which could be better. Otherwise, fantastic food, definitely give them a try!

The food wasn't the best. And I've had better milkshakes at Maverick. I also didn't like the stand in line ordering but then after you get seated, you have about 10 workers walking around asking if you want refills or if we needed anything else. Which was great but not every 5 seconds. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and asked for it to be well done. When they brought it out and I took a bite, there was still pink through out the whole hamburger. Now to me well done is NO PINK! We also ordered 2 baskets of cheese sticks...they brought out 2 different types of cheese sticks. Kinda weird. They were surprisingly busy for the quality of the food and how grungy the place was.

2 doors down is a nice little establishment parking was an issue at the time we went but was solved by parking and walking distance inside the restaurant it nicely decorated with sports memorabilia and some pretty neat drawings if you look around. The food was amazing my favorite was the "Bottomless" fries they had just the right seasoning on them to give flavor perfected with your choice of condiments I had the Swiss burger which was cooked to my liking and it did not disappoint. The most confusing part of the restaurant atleast for myself was the snack bar style ordering system where you go to the register and order but instead of getting your number called waiters and or waitresses bring you your meal and also serve you the bottomless fries at your request I think this style can confuse folks who haven't not been to the restaurant yet but once inside and you figure out whats going on its no big deal I would recommend going

You walk up to the counter and order your food they have a decent-sized menu with a lot of variety. After you find a seat they will bring your food out to you. Two Doors Down has been a well-established restaurant in Cheyenne for a number of years. Their burgers are extremely good. I recommend the Mushroom and Swiss. We also had the Southwest chicken salad and it was excellent as well. The burgers aren't cheap nor are the salads but it is good food.

They do indeed have a dedicated fryer for their fries, and they are very knowledgeable about ingredients and cross-contamination. I felt REALLY safe ordering. And the food was scrumptious! I am not often able to just enjoy and burger and fries, so this was a treat! And it was soooo good. But to top that all off, they are extremely well-staffed and we wanted for nothing. The servers do seem to ask if you want a refill every 2 minutes or so, but i think it’s great that they are always there and ready to help. Would definitely recommend! Wide variety of burgers, should be something for everyone. Servers were very attentive and worked together seamlessly. I tried the monthly burger which was a green chili burger with a deep fried Relleno pepper on it. Great tasting burger! Not that I wouldn't get again, but there are so many interest options I will try another new one the next time I visit.

This establishment has one of the best in food service staff that I have ever been served by in a restaurant. The employees that walk around are polite and pay attention to all customers’ needs. The food has always been spot on and I’ve ordered at least three different things on the menu out of the 7 times I have been to this restaurant. The menu is fairly priced for the portion that you are given and the bottomless steakfries on dine in are just an extra bonus. Highly recommended! I will keep going back as I already have. Highly recommend! Awesome food and the service is superb. I constantly had my drink full, and the employees stopped by consistently to make sure everything was good. My table was a little wobbly and (I believe) the owner came by after I was done eating to see how it could be fixed. I had the tuna burger and it was amazing! If I was judging souly on service I would be giving a solid 5 stars. The servers are fantastic. The extra point burger is very good. Big but not unwieldy. I had the mango habanero wings as well and they are the only reason this is not a 5 star review. They were over cooked and under saused. The prices overall are reasonable. I will be back.

Along my travels from Colorado I was looking for a new experience and to satisfy my hunger; What immediately caught my eye about 2 Doors Down was the bottomless fries that accompanied all the burgers they served, so I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately greeted so warmly that I felt at home. The atmosphere was a unique, spunky and overall fun diner. The menu has a pleasant variety of choices such as: burgers, Mac N’ Cheese bites and even Italian. The service was excellent and fast! I ordered the teriyaki burger and wow was that fantastic; it was a perfectly cooked burger with balanced tones of sweet and savory from the meaty umami/cheese and pineapple assembled in the dish. The steak fries were seasoned well and the whole restaurant team was attentive of my needs for more french fries/drinks. What a gem in this small town to come across if you are hungry!

This place is AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend you stop here! My husband and I were up in Cheyenne Christmas shopping and just exploring the area. We drove up from Denver. Anyway, we googled places for lunch and this place popped up and it sounded good. We got to the restaurant and the sweetest lady greeted us at the door and explained how we pick what we want, order it at the register, pay, then go sit down and get waited on from there. So while we waited in line to order we skimmed the menu.. they had a good selection of foods! My husband and I both went for the Mushroom and Swiss burger! It was so good!!! I don't think that our drinks even got half empty and one of the ladies working was refilling it! On a side note, they have bottom less fries too! I didn't need a refill though, I was plenty full on the first round of food!! I would suggest you stop here!

There were about 40 of us on a Village Travel bus trip based in Wichita. They opened especially for our group on a Sunday when they are normally closed. For simplicity we only got to choose between a cheeseburger or mushroom swiss burger. If I lived closer I would definitely come back and try more of the menu choices. Very good burger and the fries were excellent. Very helpful and attentive staff. Several different people offered to fill our drinks and we bought brownies and a cinnamon roll for breakfast the next morning. Great experience!

This was my first time there and I was part of a large group. The staff had already prepared tables for us. The menu was easy to read - posted above the order counter -and the process was easy. Within a very reasonable time, our meals were being served - and all 20 of us got what we ordered AND loved the taste. Staff was often checking with us and quick to provide drink refills. That said, 2 Doors Down is one of my favorite places to eat in Cheyenne. Their burgers are just about everything that you could possibly be looking for in that iconic and indulgent meal. Add in the bonus of bottomless fries and you have a serious winner! If burgers aren't your thing, there are tons of other options on the menu. You pretty much can't go wrong at this place. It's a definite must-try whether you are a local or just visiting!

We stopped there during trick or treat day so there were kids everywhere waiting for candy. 2 Doors Down is a unique burger place... To start with the good, the Burgers and Fries are delicious. Mouth watering good. The servers are friendly and polite. Now to tell you about the odd... When you go in they make you pay upfront sort of like a fast food restaurant. You even fill your own drink. After you sit down the waiters fills your drink and you're in a sit-down restaurant. Which is awkward if you didn't tip up front which you don't always do in a fast food type restaurant. Then after receiving good service unless you carry cash you're embarrassed you didn't tip well. They also have a weird rule against sharing drinks between couples which my wife and I did not appreciate. The manager touted his 40 years of experience when explaining why my wife and I sharing a single coke could take down his whole business. Just know all that going in and I think you'll really enjoy yourself.

Wow! This place is awesome! Going by nothing other than the Google ratings I decided to try it out & I'm quite happy I did. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. The price is a little high for the quality of burger Patty & bun but the rest of the ingredients are well thought out & everyone I was with liked their food. On the suggestion of one of the employees someone at our table got the green chili burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. If I go back I'll probably try that one. 4 out of 5 Stars only because I feel like the prices were a little bit high based on the quality of burgers you get but they were still very tasty. If they were a couple bucks less per burger I probably could have gotten to 5 out of 5 stars for this place. A small nitpick but worthy of pointing out being as it's Cheyenne Wyoming so ten bucks is a little on the steep side for the area.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. Being from Texas I like to believe I have a good idea of what makes a good burger and the cream cheese and fried jalapeños I had on this one were merely the cherry on top of the beautifully cooked patty. Additionally, the service was extremely welcoming and friendly. A woman greeted us at the door and helped us through the menu giving us honest feedback on each of the burgers. The waitstaff was also very friendly and very proud of the food they served.

Good luck making a decision on what to eat! I had the baryard burger. It was cooked to perfection as was the egg. Very friendly, fast service. You get bottomless fries, so I ordered another basket just to test...and to eat a few, of course. They came out very fast, within a minute, and they were screaming hot. My sister and I are traveling from Chattanooga, TN to Seattle, WA and we stayed in Cheyenne for the night. This place was within walking distance of our hotel which was nice. Wife said the burger was Devine. Super thick and juicy with the endless fries. Brought in a family of 8 and spent $80 without drink purchase. I had the Chicken Caesar and was not impressed with the super stale chicken and over dressed lettuce. It had good flavor just consider getting the dressing on the side and as far as the chicken it was just sitting too long in the kitchen. This restaurant has you order your food at the front and take a number to your table. They bring out super fast and hot food to the table. Overflow seating is upstairs. My son spilled a drink and the staff was quick to help with the clean up. Not traditional wait staff since you order up front and they relay the food. They were attentive for extras and we were happy with the service. It wasn’t busy when we arrived and we had plenty of room to sit. Staff came by and tended to the empty plates and brought to go boxes as needed. A few people were around and we didn’t have a designated wait staff. Burgers were really good and worth a second trip.

I’ll try to review fairly, as a self proclaimed foodie. First of all, the service was impeccable. Absolutely the best service for a counter restaurant I’ve ever received. The ranch is delicious, and the dip for the sweet potato fries is a revelation. We ordered a barnyard burger, which was delicious. The pretzel bun was truly a pretzel. The tuna burger was good as well, with soft bread and tasty sauce. The milkshake was good and creative. The only reason for my docking of stars is the crispy chicken salad. From the description, you’d believe it’s served on a bed of rice noodles. This is not true. It is served on a regular bed of lettuce and what’s mean to be “rice noodles” (clear thin soft noodles) are a scattering of Asian crispy noodle topping, similar to chow mein. For someone expecting a real cold rice noodle salad dish, it was disappointing. Would go back, just not for the salad again. Next time I’ll try the philly.

I found Two Doors Down via Google maps - just searching for a quick dinner spot on our trip driving through Cheyenne. Upon walking in we were promptly kindly greeted and asked if we had been before. Since we were first-timers, we got the low-down from a sweet server about the menu and bottomless fries with burgers. “The best greeter on this side of the Mississippi”, my boyfriend says. Note: his fries were superb – potatoey, steak-style, my style. The Crispy Chicken salad, strawberry shake, and warm cinnamon roll were also 10’s. So good we ate it all before we had the chance to take a photo. They took clear safety measures pertaining to COVID and did a great job limiting contact. To top it off, every server and employee we spoke to were incredibly enthusiastic, sincere, knowledgable, and helpful. We quickly understood why this is likely a local favorite. Glad we took a shot on it!

The restaurant is family owned and operated....I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a friendlier staff. The food was absolutely terrific. They have a dedicated frier for their fries to prevent gluten cross-contamination (thank you!!!!). The restaurant was clean too. I will eat here every time I pass through Cheyenne. Five stars for this place!!!

2 Doors Down is one of the few dedicated hamburger restaurants in Cheyenne. Their burgers are good, and their fries unlimited, but I think their service is what really sets them apart. They were so friendly and informative that they made going to a new restaurant a kind of pleasure. Normally I'm a creature of habit so going to new restaurants is something I only do when I have a particular craving. The staff here really made me feel welcomed. Five stars for the restaurant, ten for the staff.

Born and raised in Cheyenne, two doors down is a local favorite. Excellent hamburgers with a unique Flair are a specialty. That's not the only thing on the menu! The restaurant also Specializes in excellent salads and fine Italian food. The restaurant has a unique upstairs mezzanine where people can keep up with the latest sports from around the country. Visiting Cheyenne was a great experience, and this place made it even better. We were given a warm greeting upon entering - from a very nice lady who recognized us as newcomers. She provided all the details about ordering and explained the menu. Ordering takes place upon entering and your food is brought out to you. The friendly and attentive staff checked on us throughout our meal and made sure drinks and fries were fresh. I had a mushroom swiss burger - one of the best I've ever had. As we left the restaurant, our greeter asked how our meal was and took the time to chat with us about our time in town. Friendly service and great food - hard to find normally, but it's right here at 2 doors down.

Very relaxed atmosphere to watch football or just have a casual lunch/dinner. The big appeal is Piccolo Venti, another restaurant, is located in the same place. You can order from both places menus at the same time. Authentic Italian and Big Cheeseburgers. What more could you ask for?

I have not been to the downtown location but they have a new one where Scottys pizza used to be. It is very nice inside compared to what it was. The staff are friendly. The food most if all was great. However my boyfriend thought the philly bread got toasted too much but it was very tasty. Wish I would have ordered the philly. Bottomless fries are awesome. The place was very clean I couldn't find anything wrong with the procedures.

The most important ingredient to an excellent cheeseburger is quality. The quality of preparation and ingredients. This cheeseburger comes up wanting on both counts. With a little attention to detail quality this could be a very good to excellent cheeseburger. As it is it satisfies hunger and the people are very attentive and pleasant. Delicious burgers. We were met at the door and given a rundown of how to order. They have the menu on the wall to right. You order and get a number. Sit down at any table and out your number in a metal order and they'll bring you your order. You fill up your drink the first time and they'll refill it for you after you're seated. We never had an empty cup.

My fiance and I went to Yellowstone to get married and we swung through Cheyenne on the trip home. We found this place and gave it a go. Absolutely the best burgers either of us had the entire trip through 5 states. The owner was amazing and personally greeted and talked to every single customer while we were there. Like an echo of the other reviewers the service and wait staff were incredibly nice and helpful. That's not to mention that they serve unlimited fries and drink with your burger for $8.50 (depending on burger). TLDR: 10/10 will be eating again when we go back through Cheyenne
