Used drive-through, got a cheese quesadilla. Service was quick, girl @ window was friendly & had a pleasant voice. Quesadilla was good & hot enough. Wish Taco Bell would wrap their food a little better. Seems there's always SOMETHING falling out & onto my lap or somewhere in the car.

My husband and I went into Taco Bell for a quick bite before going to the grocery store at Kroger's. We both had the Deluxe Nacho Fries box. Talk about filling you up, I had to bring my nacho fries & 5 layer burrito home.

Ok, so it's a Taco Bell, we have all been to one... But this one does stand out to us in that the employees were very pleasant and engaging as well as helpful, AND the dining area was the cleanest of any Taco Bell we have ever visited. The folks here seem very much on top of things!

Message to South Lorain (review a couple below mine) a potato soft taco is just that... a potato soft taco... what you should have ordered is a cheesy potato soft taco. As far as the ice, idk. Lot of people don't get ice though as it just melts and tastes nasty/ gets tossed and wasted. Place is pretty on point, never had any issues. As far as a taco bell in Kanawha County, this one's your best bet.

Food was excellent. Got exactly as we ordered. Ordered through screen there and at the counter. Went right both times. Dining room is open but usually not crowded. Bathrooms were relatively clean.

Food was "fast" - before we collected our drink from self serve, our food was available!! Not hot, but quick. Cashier was very friendly and on top of things (cleaning dining area while not greeting and taking orders). Downside - bring a jacket. Always COLD while dining inside. Come on Taco Bell - customers need to feel warm while enjoying your menu. IF too hot in kitchen, invest in separate cooling system for employees.

I always have a big order because I have a big family. Some stuff they usually have to alter from the original. They do a great job. No complaining. Good customer service. And the best part is the camaraderie between the workers.

The cashier kept interrupting me and telling me he got it, when he clearly didn't as he rang the order in wrong, so our food was wrong. Luckily, the manager fixed it no problem. The cashier also stood around idly while the lobby was in shambles, trash cans overflowing with garbage and nothing was stocked.

Really good food the staff was friendly but they were really busy that day and it took way to long to get our food. The tables could've used a cleaning as could've the restrooms but I gave it a pass on the account they were so busy because I have been there several times before & they were not that disorganized or that in need of a good clean up.

What can one say about this place other than it's fast (relatively speaking)...it's convenient...it's Taco Bell. Just don't expect the food to look anything like they show in their tv commercials or else you'll be disappointed.

This Taco Bell, as of May/June/July 2018 is 5 stars. It used to be 3. If the current late night management stays the same, it should be great.
