In the 6 months I’ve been going here the cashier has never understood my order, I’m guessing no English? Always order extra cabbage as that’s exactly what it is but they think it’s called veggies because of one tiny piece of broccoli. Today I order and confirm twice extra cabbage. When it’s made, no extra veggies were put on… then the individual making it said no to more and that I didn’t ask for it… great food with poor service. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Food was great, but yum yum sauce is runny. Still tastes good but very different from other yum yum I've had. Not from the area and stopped in for a bite. Would definitely recommend the beef teriyaki with noodles or rice.

Sarku Japan is ALWAYS delicious I come hours away to eat here. They always give you extra sauce and plenty of meat. Worth the money for sure best place to eat in this mall.

I hardly ever go to Charleston, that I don't make a special trip to the mall to get their food. We have an agreement in our family, if you're in the area, get some for us too. It's fresh, always delicious and made to order. I wish there was a location in the Beckley WV area!

I love their food! Its fresh mafe as you watch. If I'm anywhere near Charleston, I will go to the mall JUST to get take home for the entire family. All of them do the same. We eould LOVE to see one come to the Beckley area! I could eat there everyday its that good.

This has been our favorite place to eat for years but the amount of food you get just keeps getting smaller and the price keeps going up we paid over 22 dollars for 2 meals and one drink. Dont get me wrong the food tastes great 90 percent of the time

They always serve a generous portion of their "star dish"- chicken teriyaki, which is still the best tasting version ( in my opinion ) out of any competing Asian or teriyaki-making restaurants.

There food is good. Personally I really like there Chicken Teryaki with Vegetanles. It's a good price to. It's alot of food in one meal. Sadly there's no ramen
