I really enjoyed my visit here, We shared a Rib Combo with wings, Mac & cheese and broccoli. The food was very good, the ribs fell off the bone, the wings had a nice crunch and the sauce was sweet and spicy. The atmosphere was very cool with lots of tv's and race memorabilia. They have a good selections of sauces and one so hot you have to sign a waiver. I could see this as a great place to watch a race, eat some good wings and have a cold drink.

The atmosphere was great, food was good, and for a good price. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and the bread was nicely toasted! My husband got the chicken strips and they had a lot of sauce options!

First time there. Cool atmosphere and the waiter was great. Food was good. Only down fall was price of wings-about $20 a dozen right now. But we will be going back for sure. And you get twizzlers :-)

Our server, Jacob, was great! He was knowledgeable and took great care of us. We enjoyed the boneless wings and the o rings. Plentiful choices for the sauce, and this could be the best onion rings in the state! We'll eat here again if we're in the area.

This wing establishment is well known and this location is what you would expect if you have been to any other in PA. The wings are awesome. I don’t usually vary from ordering the wings because this is why you should come. The pic is the Louisiana sauce. Add some Tabasco and beer and that is it for me. This place has been around or a long time so the locals know it. If you are staying next door at the Hampton, stop by.

Definitely recommend getting wings here! They have a variety of sauces at spice levels that fit your comfort zone. It is also kid friendly.

We were on our way through to another state and couldn't go inside because we had a pet, but really wanted to try it. We ordered and picked up through the drive through. This food was phenominal. Perfectly cooked, fantastic flavor, hot and fresh. So delicious. I can't say enough good about this place! We will be back on our way back through!

Quaker steak and lube was great!! The food was delicious and service was wonderful... We were greeted right away, only waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated, our waiter was fast to come take our orders and was funny and friendly and our food came quickly.... I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Pretty tasty, large portions at least for me (I had the fish and chips). The restaurant is decorated with racing memorabilia as well as cars and motorcycles hanging from the ceiling. Staff were friendly and service was about 20 minutes from ordering to serving

We roll in at the drive thru with 30mins before closing. Just needed a quick snack. Dude was very professional took our order for 10 wings to go. Came out smiling and chatting about the wings and didn’t seemed bothered about the late order. We left them a very nice tip for their service that close to closing. Not many are thrilled to see business that late in the shift. Thank you Quaker crew for your service.

Just want to say how refreshing it was to receive help with a great attitude from a manager named Jay at QSL. I had an online order that caused a nightmare to trace, but Jay took the time to stay with it and see it through to the end. He was personable and returned my call everytime he said he would. It shouldn't be this way in customer service, but unfortunately not many do their jobs genuinely caring about people these days. It was a pleasure working with him to resolve my issue. So thank you Jay! You are a great asset to your company and I appreciate all you did to clear my issue. Thanks again...and you have great wings!😊

Kudos to the hostess and server, we were seated right away and greeted fairly quickly, drink refills were kept up, and the check and payment were handled quickly. So why not a 5-star review? We ate here as a family and found the mozzarella planks appetizer to be the best food of the evening. We honestly wanted their combo appetizer that was twice the price, but were told with one of the items out of stock that day (fried pickles) they could not sell it to us - no substitutions. Portions overall are on the smaller side, compared to other restaurants. I am referring to the size of the burgers, the size of the boneless wings, and the amount of french fries given as a side. I am not sure why they ask if you want your burger with "some pink" or "no pink" because what we got were cooked beyond well done (we ordered "some pink", for the record). The place is noisy and boisterous, a little chaotic, but if you don't mind that then you'll be fine. We were out of town visitors and won't have the chance to eat here again, but I am not sure we would.

Very busy when we arrived. Hostess station was very disorganized eventhough there were 3 people at the desk. Once seated all was good. Wings were great. Burgers were so-so. Lacked seasoning. Steak sandwich and wings saved the day.

Sorry I have no photos. But it's gorgeous and set up well inside. Very sport and Nascar themed. Food is a.lil expensive just a tad. But service is excellent and food very good. So worth it. Place is very busy and sometimes have too wait awhile too get a table.

The movie was sold out so had to see a different time. Me and 4 teen boys went to eat and our waiter was super awsome n brought our food out super fast. It was a great time that I spent with the boys!!

My trip here was very pleasant. It wasn't busy at all, only a few tables were full. The waitress was very sweet, and checked up on is multiple times to make sure our meal was going good. I had two others help as well, when they brought out our food, they made sure everything was good and that we had everything we asked for. Tonight was a really wonderful night to come over this way and eat at this restaurant. I'm very pleased with the treatment I got here, and I'll eat here again on a different occasion for sure.

Great choice of flavors on the wings. Bit pricey. Huge salads. Quick service. Some sides were cold and orders weren't complete on the first and second trips but waitress quickly corrected after being asked. Did well on keeping the first 2 rounds of drinks topped of... Struggled to keep up despite low numbers. Not a bad spot in the building for watching the game. Not a game changer. Nothing spectacular. Just satisfactory.

The service was good and I really enjoyed the wings however, they were not following social distancing policy. I went there because they weren't very busy so, I thought that it would be a safe place to eat given the COVID19. I was not aware that it was all you can eat wings night which brings in a crowd. I will avoid QS&L until they have better accommodations for social distancing or the virus is gone.

Our lunch was mediocre at best. Restaurant needs a little tlc. Prices were ridiculous for what we received. An appetizer of cheese fries was $10 and honestly, not worth it. Not impressed with our first visit.

My wife and I decided to go here and eat. The loaded magnum fries were very good. We did not have good service but it was because we were sitting at a table and the bartender was our waiter which he was busy. We asked to talk to a manager and she was very nice. Her name was gabby. She gave us some cards and when we came back to the restaurant everything was great. I would like to thank this manager gabby for treating us the way u did. Thank you gabby.

Always have good service and good food. They do have the best wings in a chain restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is fun and reasonably priced. Thanks to Brian and Wes who took care of our party of 55 a few days ago! They were incredible. Need one in the Downtown Huntington area.

Wow, is this place fun! Imagine a pink, full size Corvette hanging on the wall. Posters of Elvis, John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix hanging side by side. A restaurant that you would easily mistake for an automotive repair shop unless you look closely. That's what Quaker Steak and Lube is like. The food, unfortunately, is very good, but not great, but there's a lot of it. The staff is wonderful, and surprisingly fast even though the place is packed. This place is a must visit for the entertainment value alone. Trust me, you'll be glad you came, especially if it's your first time.

My husband and I had been wanting to go here for a while now but have never been. The atmosphere and decor was fun. The food was good but our waiter kept forgetting to get us things we've asked for or said he'd be right back with. My husband had to cut his steak with a fork since our waiter seemed to be too busy with other tables, more so than ours. Also, our waiter told us that our kids ate free that day with the purchase of an entree. We ordered two entrees and so both kid's meals were supposed to be free. They charged us for the kid's meals anyway. Not the greatest first experience. May or may not give it a second try.

Horrible waitress but food was good. We were at the Charleston WV location. Arrived around 4pm for an early dinner. We are a party of 6 and was told the wait would be around 15-20mins which is normal. While we were waiting we looked at menus and picked out what we wanted to order. We were seated and our waitress Kat came and said I will be back to take your drink orders in a few minutes. 15mins later she comes back and we tell her we are ready to order our drinks and food. She takes our order and says she will be right back with our drinks. 20mins later we finally get our drinks, she says sorry I'm covering two areas and your food should be out soon. While we have been waiting we notice there are two other waitresses working in our area of the restaurant and all their tables came after we set down. They all had drinks, appetizers and food orders placed before we even received our drinks! So we figured out it was not the restaurant being busy or the kitchens fault but it was clearly an issue w our waitress Kat. She comes back and wants to know if we need refills and we say no thanks and ask about the status of our food because it had been 30mins since we ordered. She tells us it's the kitchens fault because they are backed up. We wait 15mins longer and still no food. We had been setting at our table for and hour now and our food order was placed 45mins ago. I had also noticed 2 different managers out in the restaurant helping out with things so I got up and went and talked to the female manager and explained to her we had been at our table for over an hour now and it had been 45mins since we placed our food order and were still waiting. And that we had noticed every single table in our area all came in after us and had all been served and were eating! Three of those tables being larger families like us. She apologized and left to figure out the problem. Less than 5mins later the manager came to us and said your food will be out in just a few more minutes and I have given you a discount on your bill. We expressed our gratitude for her help and sure enough a few minutes later our food came out. But most of our orders were wrong and things had been forgotten so then we had to fix all the mistakes that were made. But our food was all hot, another clue that Kat had not put our food order in a timely manner. She did come back with the correct items and apologized again saying the place was busy and the kitchen messed up our order and that she was sorry. I told her that all the other tables in our area were all well taken care of in a timely manner and we were not upset with the kitchen staff at all. When my family finished eating we had been in the restaurant for over 2hrs. We decided not to tip our waitress because she dropped the ball big time!!

The lube burger is one of the best burgers in the area. Only missing one star due to the fact that they are a little skimpy with the mushrooms. Aside from that also a killer place for wings, especially after 4pm on Tuesdays during the all you can eat buffets.

Went their last night with some of my friends and we had a waiter named Jacob and he was best waiter. He talked to us and joked with us and it was the best time I’ve had out to eat ever. Also a different waiter named Jonathan he came and embarrassed our friend and the rest of the time just talked with us while still serving his own tables. He was so much fun and they made my time!!! Always our go-to restaurant when we are in South Ridge. The service is always fast and friendly and the food never lets us down. My personal favorite sauce is honey jalapeno. The loaded magna cheese fries are always a hit with the kids.

A group of 14 men from my church went to Cabela's and followed it up with all you can eat wings. Our server was outstanding, buffet was well stocked and entire experience was excellent! Our men's group does this every year and can't wait for the next time. I highly recommend Quaker Steak and Lube in Charleston, WV!

This place is a roll of the dice. The server can be horrible, rude, and not know anything they should, or they can be amazing and have helpful suggestions and know the specials. Every time I go it's up to fate. There is a huge disparity in attitude and values among the staff towards customers. It's like the management either have no idea what kind of people are working there, or they don't care. The kitchen seems to be above board at least, whoever is running the show back there seems to be keeping it okay. Unfortunately the bad waiters seem to constantly BLAME the kitchen when you can see them talking to their friends or texting without even checking on you or food for 20+ minutes at a time. I saw our waitress "hide" from the kitchen area behind a wall to text on her cellphone while I was waiting for my drink that had been made by the bartender and put up on the counter for her to take over.

Service was slow, slow, slow. Our server forgot all of our sauses and dressings, then took FOREVER to get them once we told her the had been forgotten. The salad was good (once we got dressing), the chicken tenders were way overcooked. It must have been a bad night, because usually service is fast and the food is prepared well.

I use to love going but it seems they've changed quite a bit. The servers aren't as attentive and even though the say the all you can eat wings are there till 10 on Tuesdays, after 730 they don't restock and everything is cold and not very appealing.

Fun atmosphere, authentic automotive decor and enthusiastic staff make it one of our favorite places to grab a perfectly cooked steak. The coleslaw is the bomb, but the macaroni and cheese (reminiscent of KFC garbage) is absolutely horrid and not nearly worth the $2.00 side dish upcharge. Thankfully, only the kids want it.

Quaker Steak had what I thought were the best wings but as a customer of ten years I am disappointed that the quality isn't as good as it once was. Their unlimited wings night has turned into a buffet style and the wings in that selection are picked over and cold by the time you eat them. Can't rate them five out of five anymore because of the way they have botched wing night.

Wing flavor choices are adequate. Do NOT get the boneless wings. Those are essentially flavored chicken nuggets. Stick with the bone-in wings. Much better flavor. Service is usually quick and efficient. Take-out service is good too.

If I could give Quaker Steak & Lube 6 Stars I would. I think I have tried every one of their wing sauces in like them all. Best wings in the USA, and maybe in the world! I just wish there were more of them. I tend to think of myself as a connoisseur of chicken wings, and this is my favorite place by far. I like them better than Buffalo Wild Wings, and Roosters, which are my next 2 favorites. I do like Cold Spot as well, but they are not located and a lot of places. If you have never been to Quaker Steak & Lube, you must do so!

Grew up in Ohio going to the Original restaurant in Hermitage, PA! This one didn't measure up to that one! Got Louisiana Licker Wings & they were ok tasting, but tough! Also got the Pretzels-they were Great! Our biggest problem was with the Waitress! Don't remember her name, but she was encredibly Rude! There was only a handful of customers, so it wasn't like they needed the table! Yet every 5 mins she would come over & ask if we needed a lid for wings so we could go! This happened 7 or 8 times before we finally left! As a rule my husband would of asked for the Manager, but we were headed to a Calling Hours/Funeral & he wasn't in the mood to deal with her Petty ways! We were coming a very long way & just wanted to grab a quick Lunch & finish our sad journey & she just made matters worse! We were there on 6/30/16 at around 3pm! If this is her shift, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY at this time of the day!

Tuesday night is wing night, all you can eat in any flavor you can order for $12.99. If you miss out on Tuesday wing buffet don't worry. Any week day from 11-2pm is also all you can eat wings, they just don't advertise it! They also have great burgers and smashing piña coladas.

Every time I go here, it is such a treat. My favorite is the full rack of ribs with the original BBQ sauce with their fries and AMAZING baked beans! My eyes are always bigger than my stomach at this place. Also, if you have the chance.......try the Boom Boom Shrimp appetizer. It rocks!

I wish that the Dickson City, PA location didn’t shut down. The Mac & Cheese Skillets are just top notch. I’d be at these restaurants every day if I could be, just for the Mac & Cheese Skillets.
