Got my order to go. Had Mom and brother coming to visit. Didn't feel like cooking so we got a Nacho Family Meal. Tons of good stuff. Black Beans, steak ,chicken, tortillas, nachos, and a bunch of sauces, guacamole, etc. Was fantastic!! Mom loved it. Qdoba saved the day!!!

This place is great! I think it's a better alternative to chipotle as the ingredients not only seem higher quality, but fresher as well. Definitely give it a try if you're in the mood for Mexican. My only con would be that the chips and salsa aren't what you'd find at a sit down Mexican restaurant. They taste similar to store bought and for $4.25, it isn't worth it to me

Always loved this place but since the pandemic, hadn't been there for a long time. Recently stopped in and although my food was cold, and the side of chips was a bit scanty, the food had great flavor. The friendliness of the staff was extremely lacking, to the point I was uncomfortable ordering. Not as good as it once was, but as good once as it ever was 🤣

The staff went above and beyond to help me. My kids and I stopped to eat lunch and my hands were full as they always are and the staff helped me take the food to my table. They were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and didn't mind that it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted either.

I'm trying to eat healthier, so we went to Qdoba's. I am also trying to eat vegetarian. So when the lady at the counter suggested impossible pork, I tried it. It looked, smelled and tasted like pulled pork. You cannot tell the difference in impossible and real meat. But number one, the tables were dirty. We had to take a napkin and wipe off a table so we could eat. Number two, Qdoba's is expensive, especially considering you are getting glorified rice and beans. Rice and beans are inexpensive products. But the food was outstanding, I especially like the fact that your food is served to you exactly the way you want it. I wish the soda machine would have been cleaner. But overall, if you're looking for a healthy fast food alternative, and you don't mind pricey, this is the place.

It's a little more than Chipotle, because they provide upto 2 scoops of guacamole for free. The staff has always been very friendly. Qdoba also offers several sauces and new ones every now and then. The current creamy jalapeño for eg is very good. Also, they offer a choice of protein. Standard is chicken, brisket or barbacoa. Occasionally, they have a twist like spicy chicken. Go there. You'll like it.

The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, but I have to take away a star because neither the habanero or jalapeño salsas were hot and that's a bit disappointing, considering the menu says it is. Also, Qdoba, the habanero isn't even close to the hottest pepper in the world like your menu states, and the habaneros you serve, I would classify as mild. I am glad that I had my own hot sauce. Your guacamole, however, is on point.

Updated 12/27/2020: I love Qdoba. This one really improved since my last visit. The new salsa is great. The staff is very friendly. They have limited inside dining and the sweet tea dispenser is back! The portion size seems better than my previous review. They didn't skimp on the rice and beans this time!

I love the food here. I take what I van get as there is no real fast food style mexican around. Food is always fresh and tastes great. My only complaint is with their online order fulfillment. After arriving at the time of pickup, I have had to wait 15 and then 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Both times recently the line has been almost non-existent. They need to prioritize these online orders properly. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Resolve online order issues and you will rightly deserve your 5 stars.

This is a frequent place to eat for me. They offer military discount and if you have the app, they often have coupons. The service at this location is particularly amazing. Everyone is always so happy and helpful when I don't really know what I am feeling that day. Meat is always coming out fresh. A normal for me is the soup, I recommend it with the steak for someone who loves a little spice.

I absolutely love this place. Quality ingredients and you get to chose which ones you want, so there's no picking items off that you don't like or wishing you had some other topping! Drink selections are great. The store is always clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Great Food but definitely need to improve the attitude of some of the workers (Melondy) not 100% sure about her name but she wasn't friendly and was rushing us through the line. My cousin had to go back because some of her condiments where missing with her burrito. The food was delicious.

OMG!!! What a great late evening choice! Even 30mins before closing the doors, everything was fresh and ready! Loved my Salad!!! Chicken had great flavor, and the lettuce wasnt wilted! Staff was great, washroom was clean, and the rest of the restaurant was great!

Overall, for a fast food restaurant, service is excellent and food quality is great for fast food, and bears the healthy Eating most fast food restaurants lack. Highly recommended!

New style fast food. Much higher quality food than traditional fast food. Better atmosphere. But you pay $10 per person as opposed to $6 or $7. I think it is worth it.

AWESOME food and customer service! amazing good and clean dinning area and bathrooms! they are understaffed so when at peak lunch hours you may wait about 10 min for your lunch but that is understandable!!! I love qdoba!!

Super flavorful late night meal - We walked in at 9:30ish, and everyone was positive when we entered. We kinda expected a few sighs, but NOPE!!! Food was good, hot, and hit the spot!

I went here during a meeting for Walk MS. To my amazement I found out that they are also a sponsor of the walk and contributing food and beverages for the Walk on April 21st in Charleston. Kudos to them for supporting the cause! Knowing that they were doing this made me over order food to support the business which was not my initial intention. I was just going to get food to take home for dinner that night, instead I had enough for 4 nights 😶 and did not complain once about it. I can not say the same for my family however.

Nice fast casual Mexican restaurant. Qdoba and Chipotle are very similar chains, with slightly different flavors. You can also think of it as Five Guys with burritos instead of burgers. I'm especially partial to two things at Qdoba (as opposed to their competitor): 1) The "queso" sauce. It's delicious on a burrito. 2) They have cookies and brownies (that are quite tasty) for dessert.
