Decided to try the Medium Garden Specialty Pizza this evening. I'm so glad I did!! When I was handed the box I thought, WOW, this is heavy!! The toppings are plentiful, they definitely DON'T skimp like other places I've been to! The toppings were also fresh and delicious!! Also, ❤️❤️❤️ the Chesses, especially the Feta!!😋😋😋😋 A DELICIOUS Pizza!!!

Pizza was great the old world pepperoni is so good crispy and just makes every bite worth it. The cheese was really good and the garlic parm rub on the crust made it a surprising treat. I would highly recommend stopping one of the few chains still hand throwing the dough. Compared to the other chain places this is one of the best I have ate.

Tonight I ordered my usual (new love); steak pizza bowl! This bowl is their low carb option with no crust. I ordered this one and customized it with adding chicken and banana peppers and removing the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms that normally come with it. This is my new favorite go to because the steak bowl has a cheese sauce they use which is a nice change from pizza sauce. I love this thing! Tonight it was messed up with steak and cheese only so it wasn't fixed up the way I like it. I had already talked to the manager about the problem which was corrected. So great customer service! We also had a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza and a medium with garlic sauce (I learned tonight they call it white sauce) with bacon and cheese; thick crust. The second pizza was a spin on a bacon cheese stick but I forgot to ask for a different cut... That did not matter because it was delicious (from the husband and daughter)🤤 it looked and smelled amazing! Anyone doing low carb check out their pizza bowls because they can be customized and they are amazing! I've made a buffalo chicken bowl before as well! They are really a decent size and price as well ($7.99).

The Owner was personable and attending! The staff satisfied our visit by tending to us on my husband's birthday as we made our Trek from Missouri to Maryland! Charleston, WV Marcos was Superb! Papa John's WHO? PIZZAWHAT? WE Loved The ParmGarlicButter Crust! We Ate EVERY Bite! THANKS AGAIN!

I had an interview here in 2019 and the owner would not hire me because I was honest about my past when he asked me what he would find if he googled my name. He did not hire me and he looked disgusted when I began to tear up. He was very dry and uncaring. I had been told he was a preacher and a good man. He hurried me out and hired a lady who quit a few weeks later. I applied at CAMC and they hired me, put me through school, and now I am a registered nurse. Thank you for not hiring me. I now make four or five times what you pay your employees. The pizza here is wonderful, that’s part of the reason I applied. Very friendly staff. The manager is a poor judge of character, but maybe God told him not to hire me because he had bigger plans for me. 😌

I went there as a walk-in I ordered a chicken barbecue Pizza as well as a 10-piece chicken wing the 10-piece chicken wing was supposed to be half and half barbecue as well as hot it ended up being plain and hot I was not I was okay with that it didn't matter the BBQ pizza was one of the best I've ever had and I love the notion that they actually had a normal pizza sauce under the cheese and not just bbq all over the pizza as the main sauce, highly recommend to try this place out

Staying in a nearby hotel. Ordered delivery. Promised delivery in 41 minutes and delivered in 31!!!!!!! Pizza so hot had to wait a bit to eat. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been wanting to try Marco’s for a while but there aren’t any locations near me. I was in Charleston and noticed they had a location. I thought I’d give it a try. First of all, the customer service was spectacular. The fella behind the counter was engaging and knew the products well. He made suggestions for next time too. He also was cordial when I explained that I’d never been there before. I don’t believe every location is like this, but the fact that there was a dining area should be applauded. Not enough pizza chains do this. They also had good parking and clean restrooms. The pizza was great. It’s easily the best chain pizza I’ve ever had. The flavors were more defined than that of their competitors. I appreciate the boldness of offering white sauce and feta cheese. I will be back.

Needed to get lunch for the office. Ordered on the website which was easy enough, but we had to pick up the order since they do not deliver to the Lincoln Drive area of South Charleston. Odd and will probably prohibit us from ordering again as who wants to spend their entire lunch break going to pick up food. Sandwiches were okay but nothing to write home about.

They used to be excellent when they opened but over the last few months they havebeen slipping. My last 4 orders have been messed up. I let it go twice and called twice. They offered me a free order on my next visit. When I claimed my free order tonight I was treated as though I was the one who had done something wrong and to boot, the pizza tonight was missing a topping. I've had missing toppings twice, no sauce once, and the wrong sauce once (a red sauce on a white pizza). I've ordered well done twice and both times had to put it in the oven when I got home. I've been going there since they opened and all of these issues have been within the last several months. 5 stars before that.

I do have an update: 10:00 p.m. March 14th Pulled into the lot craving a steak n cheese. Employee saw us pull in, put his hands on the glass, sighed and rolled his eyes. He made it very clear that we were not welcome 45 minutes before closing. That was very disappointing after the excellent quality service we had received prior to this experience. Bummer.... Excellent quality sandwiches and tasty options for pies.

I do love this location. Only rarely will the toppings be messed up on a sandwich if you don't choose what comes standard, but they are so generous with them that I've never complained. All the staff is so friendly. It's one of my favorite lunch spots.

This place is awesome. The calzones are made sauce less, however they give sauce on the side. I was surprised at how awesome is was. The ingredients blended well, tasted them each bite.

The pizza is delicious. I recomend the Pepperoni Magnifico. It's so easy to order online or through their app. During a recent delivery order, I was surprised that my pizza wasn't delivered in the time range I had requested online. A few minutes later I recieved a call from the manager. He appologized for a mix up with my order. He assured me my order was being made fresh and would include a coupon for a free specialty pizza. I will remain a loyal Marco's customer!

I think it's a little cheesy that the first photos on there review our professionally taken. I feel like the only photos that should be on reviews are taken by the people leaving the review. With that being said, my family loves to eat here. My favorite is the Pepperoni Magnifico. It's a little on the greasy side but it's delicious. My wife loves to get their pizza bowls. She gets the Philly cheesesteak, it's kind of her go-to. The cheese covered breadsticks are delicious. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and super helpful! They clean up quickly after customers and take very good care of the grounds. While delivery is always an excellent option, I would recommend dining in.
