We’ve always had pretty good experiences at this location. They have some of the best chicken tenders around, and I love the ranch (pro tip: butter your bread and dip it on the ranch and ask for the ginger chili sauce on the side - soo good!) My husband really enjoys the French onion soup because they don’t ever skimp on the cheese. Overall everything has always been good. Service has sometimes been slow but as a rule it’s good as well.

I was immediately seated. I waitress came around and took my drink order and delivered it quickly. I ordered a ribeye which came out perfectly. The salad was excellent. And the loaf of bread with butter is delicious. All the staff seem to be friendly.

Friendly customer service. Clean atmosphere. Short wait. Delicious food. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, macaroni and cheese and a loaded baked potato. Portions were good. Total was about $23 with a drink.

It was fabulous, so delicious! Super friendly staff too. 10/10 you should definitely try it! I got mine well done, and it was still so soft and not chewy at all. It was perfect. The lobster tail wasn't my favorite, but it tasted good! It was more chewy of course, the mash potatoes was super delicious!!! A must try! And the mac & cheese! The bread also was crispy and the butter was so tasteful 🤩🤩💯

Ordered some great food. Loaded cheddar cheese fries with bacon,onion pedals, I had 12oz NY strip and sweet baked potato. My wife had 8oz sirloin and loaded bake potato. We Had absolutely awesome service. Never waited to long even though it was kinda crowded. 5 stars. Food and service.

Good food, good alcohol, good prices. If you’re looking for a decent overall meal of that hearty steak & tater taste this is probably your best bet in the area. Also their bread and service is always good! The Mac & cheese is fire 🔥 .

Went to Longhorn in Southridge tonight for my dad's birthday. It's been years since I've gone there. Our waiter Cody was phenomenal! My 4yr old was with us & Cody went over & beyond to make sure not only the adults were happy but also my daughter. The food was just amazing. We all got the Flo Filet & every plate was spotless at the end.

I hadn't been there for several years but my family and I decided to give it a try, mainly because it was a shorter wait time. I am so glad that we did, it was great all around! Nice big comfortable booth, the food was wonderful, and our server was awesome! It was much better than I remembered and look forward to dining there again, in the not too distant future!!😋

Food was decent.. by decent I mean the taste. It was cooked fine and everything. The steak I ordered was a bit too peppery and the baked potato I had didn’t have enough butter/sour cream. Maybe just nit-picky stuff. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the way that the steak tasted though. I prefer Texas Roadhouse’s steaks. I really liked their side salads and iced peach teas.

After reading many reviews for a bunch of different restaurants our family decided on this one for our New Years Eve dinner. We've had bad experiences with LongHorn in our home state but thought that maybe this one would redeem itself. We loved everything about our experience. From the moment we sat down till the left. The restaurant was full, but we were seated quickly. Our waiter Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our food came out quickly, hot and very flavourful. My husband ordered the Outlaw Ribeye (a must) if you are a meat eater like my husband. The stuffed mushrooms were incredible as were the brussel sprouts. Those who don't like brussel sprouts should try these and they will probably change their opinion on them. Overall I can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend.

My children and I came in after 10:00 pm to get something to go. Not only was the bartender personable, but also effective in placing and packaging or order quickly. Everything was correct, placed in the bag neatly with the correct condiments, but it was excellent even 30 minutes later when we got around to eating it! My only complaint that was it was $80.00+ for a late night meal for an adult and two kids.

Our waiter was Curtis. We apologized ahead of time for our large party. Curtis was very polite and smiled the whole time. All of our food was perfect. Our table was kinda complicated. Everyone had specific requests, and all were met with a smile . The food came out hot, and exactly how we wanted it....thank you to Curtis and his patients with our family...14 of us, 👌

I would give more stars but the food was really overwhelming over seasoned. Good but where I ordered first my food first was cold bye the time I received it. I had the shrimp dish. Mac and cheese a lil overdone but very good. It's not somewhereI'd go out of my way to go eat. However the server was very willing to fix everything so she gets 5 stars as well as the manager. The steak did however did need taken back 2 times because the grill is to hot and burns the outside leaving the inside moist and uncooked.

I have never gone wrong choosing Longhorn. The sirloin is always delicious and cooked as I ordered it. Longhorn's blue cheese salad dressing is about the best anywhere and the bread...warm and delicious!

This is my favorite restaurant for a great steak! Food was 5 stars, service started out great... But after we got our drinks we never saw our waitress. When we were leaving she was coming in from outside (assuming smoking cigarettes 😬) not cool. We had to have another server get our bill and take it up for us.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. A little expensive, but what steak house isn't? The shrimp appetizer was amazing and I highly recommend it. My steak was perfectly cooked, as was the potato. Both were well cooked and tasty. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the service was a bit slow. The wait staff were friendly, but it seems like they were overwhelmed with the number of tables they had. Perhaps it was them being short staffed or it being particularly busy. I would certainly try them again in the future.

Valentines Day dinner with my wife today and it was fantastic! Drove over an hour just to come here based on previous experience and Longhorn didn’t disappoint! But we never dreamed most everyone else had the same idea! LOL wait was supposed to be about 1 1/2 hours...but we were seated in 40 minutes. Pictured is Flo’s Filet at medium rare. Exactly right!!! Wonderful! Absolutely awesome flavor! Potato too! Excellent! For an appetizer, the Surf n Turf is a must while it’s on the menu! Service was awesome too! I was shocked to have such great service at such a busy day of the year! We met some of the folks around us who were also very satisfied with their experiences here as well! Seemed that all the wait staff was working well together and helpful to each other and other tables! All around experience was A+!! Longhorns y’all did it perfectly and my wife and I appreciate it!

Food was pretty good, although my salad had so much dressing it literally was like broth in the bottom of the bowl. Service at the bar was pretty not great. Never offered a refill or asked how my food was. Had a number of small bugs flying around as well. I don't normally go to Longhorn as a chain and this site did not give me much confidence in trying them again anytime soon. Not horrible, but very meh. Just me in the party and felt ignored because of it.

Busy evening due to Valentine's Weekend but we were seated within 30 minutes. Our waitress was super busy with a party of 16, but managed us with little problem. We had to wait for drink refills a little longer than normal. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend 😋

My husband and 2 of our kids made a last minute stop here,at around 10pm last week- they have an advertised 11pm close time,I remind. We were seated right after we walked in- our server named 'Curtis' was courteous,kind,attentive,and more than helpful while we tried to decide upon our sides/salad. He offered the greatest choices and heads up for saving us in extra cash plus the ordering of something we may or may not have been pleased with. He also checked on us often, and made sure we were actually pleased with our food. I am pretty sure the cooks themselves brought our individual steak dinners out to the four of us- which to me,felt like what it must to be a celebrity or a high roller in a casino when you spare no expense for the item/event. It was more than obvious this is not your typical steakhouse- and I know from numerous prior letdowns from other so-called steakhouses that there is NO COMPARISON in where to go for a gourmet quality steak cooked to your palate's perfection. I have been here one time before this visit,that is why I recommended this for our fine dining steak dinner, even if you pay more than fast food or buffet-dinner prices. You get more than the twenty-ish dollar plate price for a fine steak such as a huge TBone, or a beautifully juicy ribeye with the steamy baked potato dripping butter succulently onto the cob of corn you are now so thrilled you added on extra- thanks to the waiter's recommendation! ( I am so hungry just writing this....😉) Long story short- we strolled in at a near closing time, had the best treatment, ate the best-tasting steaks ever ordered,and were never made to feel unwelcome or rushed, even while the 11:04pm time printed on our receipt proves! I recommend the ribs,too, which were so meaty and tender- just be sure to have a wet wipe or plenty of naps for your hands!!

The first one was great, the second one tasted a bit off but I told the wait staff not to worry as it was still an excellent meal overall. They brought another out, free of charge! (14) years of dining out here with my wife. I've never had a bad experience. The waitresses are professional. The management is great. Our waitress tonight informed us she has been at this same location for (16) years. Food is great; always. Due to long wait time from group party our food was delayed tonight. We didn't complain as the appetizer and salad actually filled us up so we were just talking with full bellies. The manager stops by apologizes for the delay, pays for our appetizer, and gives us a free dessert 🥮 I love this place!

Great steaks, excellent sides (especially the mac and cheese and honey roasted brussels sprouts). Very clean restaurant with efficient service - seated walk-ins fast even at 8pm on a busy night. I think they were down a few staff, but they managed to be friendly and helpful, coming by the table frequently - and the food arrived in a perfectly reasonable time, piping hot.

My steak was cooked perfectly, the New York strip with honey butter brussel sprouts and a full dressed baked potato. The entire meal was excellent. The service was left with more to desire. It felt as though the waiter was rushed and had no time to individualize his tables. My father had the small filet, and it was unfortunately overcooked. Overall for the price I was impressed but I did have a great meal.

Better than Roadhouse, Outback, Cheddars, and Logans. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of char. Skip the brussel sprouts. I make way better. Olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, crisp in oven or air fryer. Delicious!

My husband and I just spent a great evening celebrating our 51st Anniversary at LongHorn on corridor g. The meal was wonderful. Everything was to our liking. There was a tiny mix up with my order, but they fixed it and didn't charge us for the extra. Our server was really sweet and took the time to chat with us. When my husband mentioned that it was our 51st, she insisted on buying us dessert. It was our best dining out experience ever! Thanks to all those involved.

Everything was okay. The 12oz. Ribeye steak we could have all enjoyed more had there not been so much seasoning on it and, a ton of salt dumped on the outside of our baked potatoes. The baked potatoes were a little more salty on the outside than usual. We believe they used rock salt instead of a smaller salt size. It got on to my steak and made it kind of hard to enjoy. The worse part is my steak ended up being cooked well done instead of medium well like I asked for. My husband & daughter's were cooked medium well like they asked. Then just because I had 2 sips left to my drink, my husband gets another drink and I don't. At $3.19 I had to ask for a 2nd drink, while my husband and daughter had 2 and 3. I guess I should have announced NO I AM NOT HERE. I AM INVISIBLE!! I boxed a whole meal except for the field greens salad with extra mayonnaise tasting Honey Mustard dressing on it, that my husband said he thought it tasted like chemicals to him!?!? The only reason I am giving 5 Stars is because we have been here so many times and it was never this bad. I don't know what is going on back in that kitchen, but it needs straightened out badly. They are putting way to much of their seasoning on their steaks. I should have sent mine back, but I was afraid it may get spit on or who knows what. Ever since Covid and this take out stuff, Longhorn is one of the ones we loved and trusted the most! We always got everything we ordered and we had no complaints about them, plus we tipped good even just picking up, we loved them at Longhorn that much!!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was amazing and cooked perfectly to order I had the stake and shrimp which I ask for med-well and it was perfect with just a slight tinge of pink and seared perfectly. Shrimp were large and plump with a firm but fully cooked texture. Absolutely nothing to complain about the only problem was standing up to walk to the car afterwards lol. I only wish I didn't live over an hour and a half away.

This store was extremely busy the Saturday we visited. We thought we'd go around four o'clock, but we did not beat the crowd. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait, and exactly 25 minutes later the pager went off. It took our server about five or six minutes to get to us after we were seated, but the place was packed, so we were understanding. They did a fantastic job of getting refills without asking, and getting our orders out. This is the way it's supposed to be done when you're busy. We got no excuses, just great service and great food. Good job management and staff.

Our waitress apparently was having a bad night and although attentive with our drinks was in a very dismissive state. If your need is for a steak dinner you'll be satisfied here but it is very crowded come the weekends.

Our waitress was Samantha P. She was a wonderful waitress, made sure to check in on us as much as she could. It was quite a large rush while we were there, so I'm really happy that we were able to get her as our waitress. She knocked it out like a pro. I wanted to leave her a note to let her know how great of a job she did for us. I thought it was super sweet to come to us as much as she did, especially since our meal was rather quick. It felt like no time, but she did her job and beyond. I hope that she gets generously tipped for every meal and is making a wonderful wage. The service she provided today for not only our table, but the countless family tables was outstanding. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Ordered To Go: missing multiple side items, all the steaks were over cooked, very rude customer service, my family ordered Long Horns but didn’t eat Long Horns due to the quality of the food. I spoke to Manager Jeremy- he was polite and apologetic and professional. We will not be returning to this location. UPDATE: After 4 months I took my family back to Long Horn, Autumn was our server and she was GREAT! The food was amazing & our server made the experience even better!

The food is great and just as important the service is #1! We went twice last month since we moved here recently and we are wowed by the food and service. Can't wait to go back! Our table was a little wobbly and the host noticed and was concerned. I have never had staff anywhere else notice that before and want to fix it, though i have sat at many wobbly tables. I was impressed by his attentiveness. Our steaks were cooked just the way we ordered them. My husband always orders his steaks medium rare hoping to recieve it medium. But at Longhorns he has learned to order it just how he wants it because that's just how it comes. We waited 25 minutes for our table of 5 on a Tuesday(the wait was worth it). The next week we went again on Tuesday but for a later dinner after 7:00 and there was no wait. Thanks for the great service! Can't wait to go back!

This is mine and my husband's favorite date night spot away from the kids. We've never received a bad meal and get great service! The only issue we ever had was when we ordered food for pick up. Part of the order was wrong. Not only did they fix the order, but the attitude was very apologetic and sweet. They also gave us a coupon for a free meal for our next visit!

Did the join wait list. Got to the restaurant and checked in and host said be 5 minutes. We waited and waited seeing people come in and get seated. Saw one group come in check in and gave phone number. And we saw them come back in a little while later and get seated. It had been over 30 minutes then. So we decided to go see what was going on. Apparently we were deleted off the list. And the bad part was is that we were sitting Inside the restaurant in the front chair so the host saw us sitting there for 30 mins. At some points we were the only ones sitting there and was just two of us, so not like couldn't see us.

Nice open place. Had a good server. The salads w ckn were very good. However when we looked at the menu, price for strawberry n ckn salad said " $8.75. Ok. The bill came it was &12.99. Neither of us noticed if we should have said , lunch size. Or if it was on the menu. The salad we got was large. N very good. The vinegrette was good but bit spicy for me. I'd say . Ho ahead & order it at the $12.99 price. But always look at the menu.

On a Thur night the waiting line was 40 min but we were lucky enough to get seated at the bar. Servers at the bar were very busy but still attentive to us. We had our order in relatively quickly and in less than 10 min our meals arrived. One of the best rib eyes I've ever had and my wife enjoyed the loaded potato soup and salad she ordered. A great meal and very good service even though we were seated at the bar.

They are great for food. But not a place to go if you are trying to stay safe. They don't limit the amount of people inside, recommend mask, or space people at the tables. But take out is the best !!

The food was decently prepared, and arrived in an acceptable time frame. The wait staff was thoughtful, courtious and respectful. The wait staff should had came around at least once before our food arrived to see if we wanted refills or anything else. But it was really busy and the staff was swamped. The main reason this received 3 ***s from me is simply the food was decent,. Only mediocre, and the staff was decent, but not going that extra mile, and the main reason for the low review. The entire restaurant smelled so strongly of sewage. I don't know if they had a sewer problem, or whatever it is. All I know is while a person is trying to enjoy their $25.00 dinner, the last thing they want to smell is a pungent sewer odor.

I visited today 6/22:20, I had to wait 15-20 minutes due to limited seating because of COVID and I was fine with that. We were seated and 25 minutes passed before our waitress even acknowledged us she in passing said I will be right with you. We waited another 10 minutes still not even a drink, finally I went to host stand and asked if we could please get a waiter. The waitress then yelled and said I can’t help it that everyone decided to check out now mind you there was only 3 other tables, she came to our table in a huff and wanted our drinks, appetizers, and main course orders at one time. Next thing I know a different waiter took over and I was very thankful because at this point I was afraid to eat or drink anything she brought to our table. We mentioned it to our waiter right before leaving and thanked him for our service and left him a 20 dollar tip. Food was good and service was good once the gentleman took over.

Also the decor makes for a very Western experience that lacks in competing chains. The price is fair for the quality food and service provided.

We go here all the time. Why? Because it always consitantly very good service and excellent food, always prepared spot-on. Wait staff always friendly and attentive. The bread n butter for the table is the very best. You may even ask for another. We usually have steaks or delicious big burgers, and sometimes other dishes. Always made to the correct temp as requested. We start every visit with the chicken spring rolls appetizer. OMG: they are soooo good!! Salads always fresh and tasty. No matter what you have, there is such good consistency that it keeps us coming back again and again. For a national chain, this one does it right. Great job to the management, too. Keep up the good work! We'll see you soon! Try it! It's worth it even if you have to wait a bit.

It actually was loosing half of it's breading, then when I told my waiter he just looked at me. Longhorn has some of the best steaks in Kanawha county. This is our go to place for steaks and drinks. The service is always good and friendly. We just had the Flo's fillet and chicken strips and they were excellent. The fillets were perfectly seared and tender and cooked exactly as we ordered. The chicken tenders were cooked to the point to where they were very tender and real juicy so they were very good.

We had an AWESOME birthday dinner for my step father. Our waitress was the BEST. There was a small discussion about who would get the bill. Its just as great as the chop house but you pay half the price. I recommend it to be one of the best places in Charleston to eat, if you haven't tried it then ya don't know what your missing

I always have great service here but the bartendwr had no help, manager didnt even step up to help. He had no wine glasses and had to change a keg on his own with a packed restaurant and bar. Manager was disappointing as uve bartended for years.

I like Texas roadhouse better. You can get the 6oz sirloin cheaper at Texas roadhouse, it was a good steak though. I didn't like there mashed potatoes again Texas roadhouse mashed potatoes are better. And the bread is a hard loaf that you have to cut pieces off so if you don't wanna eat the bread after someone else touched grab it first or don't eat. And again the rolls at Texas roadhouse are the best, there soooooo good and there hot and so soft to eat mmmm... Now my son had the better steak and said it was better then any he's ever had so I guess it depends which kind of steak you get.

The only negative was that I ordered mushrooms and onions for my streak. They put so many on my steak i couldn't tell where the meat began. Plus, the mushroom and onion tasted pretty awful. I couldn't even eat it.
