Service quality has been declining at this location. Orders are consistently incorrect. I think it may be a management issue more than an issue with employees. However, I think listening skills need to be addressed and worked on by all members of the staff including management.

It seems like the employees doesn't have the direction needed to keep things running smoothly. Two breasts, one juicy and one dried out. Had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes and turned around and asked an employee if anyone was working, he went back and called the crew up front.

It's ok... Chicken was a little underdone for my liking but it wasn't raw. Spicy Mac and cheese was amazing but it definitely packs a punch.

Seems to always have something out of stock and nothing ready. But when you finally do get it it's well cooked. It's a thing of where you want the food to be ready, as it is called fast food. The question is are you willing to wait at a drive-thru for hot okay fast food that's not so fast.

I’ve been going to this KFC for over 3 years off and on due to poor customer service, and I can honestly say that it’s improved. There’s this one particular lady that works there whose awesome! No matter when I go if she’s there she is always so polite and helpful. I don’t know her name but she’s a black lady and she’s not from here you can tell by her accent. She’s a pretty lady too so that helps as well. Her customer service is on point. I hope she’s still there. I’ve been to other Kfc’s but nobody has ever come close to the treatment she gives. Thank you to the west side kfc, for hiring that young lady! I will continue to go back there.

We eat in here about once a month. Never had any issues with the food, its always good!. However my 4year old fell over a rug they had and ended up in the E.r. management was nice at 1st the avoided our calls and would not call back when they said they would..

I just want to say thank you so much to the staff that worked late night on Wednesday Sept 30th. I order a very large order through grubhub to be delivered last minute after funeral. The food was amazing everyone enjoy it and the staff left a note of sympathy for our family. Again thank you guys so much!

Drive through was fast and efficient, customer service was friendly, but food quality was on the low side for a KFC. About half of our food seemed like it was old and stale.

Walked inside to register. Not busy at all yet waited couple minutes to give order. One girl walking around (like in a daze) carrying bottle of Pepsi, then she walked over to table employees normally sit at. I went to self service for a Pepsi drink. All carbonated water came out. Employees advised they knew, yet ... I then decided on sweet tea ~ almost no sugar. Yuck!! Debating whether to return here or not!?!?

Sat in line for 25 mins after i ordered. 10 hot wings.....food good. Not sore why took so long. I expect 10 min waoit for hot wings but 25 min....a bit much. Just might have been a baf day. Usually right on it.

Its ok. Depends when u go if u go at night u the chicken looks play food under cooked or over cooked and usually has flour all over it. Or its burnt. Its like they all high trying to cook and messing it up

They need management that can train employees and motivate them enough to want to stay. Every time I go there, I see all new employees. . The food is delicious though.
