We enjoyed this fast dinner. It seems more setup for togo/door dash business, but they have a few tables inside that you bus yourself. Doug was really nice! The area isn't the best but it is what it is. For hibachi, they use thigh meat maybe( not breast meat) and its different than the cook in front of you style hibachi but the kids still enjoyed it. Great place for quick sushi.

Highly recommend this place, I wasn’t expecting it be this good because it’s on the cheaper side, but I was fortunately surprised. The fish quality is good and the variety is very good. They are not open for dine in at this time so I just got a takeout order. Highly recommend trying this place out if ur in the Charleston area.

The salad dressing is the best i've ever had. I ordered a vegetable hibachi and I got a very generous portion of broccoli, zucchini, onions, and carrots. My favorite is when there are mushrooms in the mix and this one did not have any. The flavor of the sauce was very good but it was very watery. My husband liked his chicken hibachi. The one thing that threw us off was the fried rice. It was not very good at all. I think it was fried in bad oil because the taste was unique for such a simple food. It smelled weird and it tasted weird. Maybe just an off day. Good prices though!

Fairly nice Japanese restaurant on the outskirts of Charleston. The sushi tasted good and the order was ready in just a few moments. They’re locked down with Covid, the kitchen in blocked off with plastic and the dining area limited to four people.

Stopped here as we were driving through along 77 with our four kiddos. It can be difficult to find quick and good food for a family of 6. But this was a great experience…Excellent, friendly service. Just incredible food. They shared that they’re not a franchise so everything is homemade and it shows!! The yum yum sauce was delicious yet slightly different and even better than the usual yum yum. Veggies, soup, everything was great!! We’re adding this to our list of favorites for our next road trip! Thanks!

My coworkers and I placed a pretty large pick up order here for lunch the other day. I have not a bad word to say. I accidentally ordered all of the stuff on one ticket although I separated the items by the person’s name & the man who rang me up was super nice and took the time to make sure all of the right items were rung up together. Once we got it all taken care of one of the women working gave us a free 2 liter of Dr. Pepper just for ordering. They were so nice and it meant a lot to my coworkers and I. Not one item of the large order was missing or incorrect. The man made sure to let me know they would deliver to us next time for only $2. And of course, everything that was ordered was delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We stopped here for a little quick break on a road trip and we all really enjoyed our food. I got a sushi and it was fantastic. Everybody really enjoyed their food, and the service was very friendly.

I love that Hibachi Express delivers. I like sushi but don't always have the time to go to a sit down restaurant and get it, especially while working, so having the option of delivery is great. They offer a wide variety of sushi and it's reasonably affordable, especially if you get a lunch combo that allows you to pick a few different rolls. This is also a great way to sample and try new types of sushi, more so if you haven't tried much or any at all in the past. Every time I'm in the office now, I want to order from Hibachi Express!

Tried this for the first time today. Got the hibachi shrimp, the sweet potato roll, and the yum yum roll. By far the best sushi and shrimp I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Allow for the nationwide employee cluster!#@¡, they have inside dining, order at the counter and your food is served in take-out fashion. The steak hibachi was par, but my meat was "overcooked" - I'm sure many want it well done, not me; so it was far from tender.

My daughter and I order here at least once a week - she always has the chicken and steak and I the American Dream or YumYum roll among other rolls. The food is always fresh and made to order, the staff are always super friendly and literally greet you by name when you walk in the door. One of our favorite takeout places in the Charleston area.

The sushi lunch special is an amazing deal and good sushi 3 rolls for 11.50 and it comes with a soup or salad most people are scared to eat sushi hear because the location but I promise u won’t regret it

After taxes and fees, my order was over $30 for a Philly roll, party roll with cream cheese added, 3 small containers of yum yum, and 1 small container of eel sauce. Luckily I was only ordering for myself or it wouldn't have been enough food. It was absolutely delicious and I love the food, but their overall prices are steep if you love food. Not from the area so wanted to try some new sushi.

Great affordable hibachi restaurant with fast and great customer service. The hibachi chicken is a thinner teriyaki sauce and the vegetables are well done. The cheese wontons are the sweet cream cheese and crab variety. The yum yum roll was fantastic. Add on soup and salad and my total was less than $28 for enough food to feed 2-3 people.

Very friendly, speedy service with delicious results!!! Everything we had was excellent! We started with gyoza and vegetable tempura. Both were so good the gyoza was so savory and the vegetable tempura was crisp and fried to perfection. We both had pad Thai one with chicken the other with shrimp. Again both were sooooo tasty. Very reasonable too! More than we could eat. Yay leftovers. Highly recommend. :)

Was actually surprised,decent sushi,and prices for around here,the godzilla roll was good,the yakisoba with chicken was awesome,the hibachi shrimp and chicken was darn good to,will definately order again.

I was shocked at how good the curries were. Yellow curry, not spicey at all and was fantastic. Green curry was surprisingly spicy and also fantastic. Kids loved the udon and gyoza.
