The food is good but prices have gone up exponentially with the economy and after hours (11 pm to 5 am) they charge an extra 30% fee to your bill for everything for "late hours service". Thank you but no. This Hardee's is located within 30 seconds of my business but I'll just be going anywhere else now.

It's fast food, so it'll never be perfect. Still, they do it well. I was there on an off day and received a sub-par breakfast sandwich. I let them know via their app. The manager called me to apologize and said he'd "put my name in the book" by the register and my next Frisco breakfast sandwich would be free. I returned two days later, didn't request my free sandwich nor did I mention my previous experience. I just ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich. This time, it looked as if it had been made to look like the one in their advertisement, only pressed down because it had been wrapped. This lets me know that my complaint benefitted everyone and that I wasn't getting a one time special treatment.

I feel connected to this neighborhood Hardee's. I visited there during a power outage to enjoy a hot breakfast and charge a couple devices to keep me connected during the 24 outage. They made me feel welcome and were sympathetic to my plight. On another occasion my fiance and I rolled through the drive thru and discussed how excited we were with the dinosaur toys and they gave some of them to us!

People on the speaker and at the window were very nice very friendly asked me all the right questions. When the food came out it was nice and hot and I had all the stuff I was supposed to have such as napkins and sauces etc and they were even extra sweet to my dog. Wonderful people at this Hardee's

Whenever I am in the area, this is my go to place. They are fast, accurate, friendly, and reasonably priced. The food is always fresh and on the rare occasions that I have needed to use their restrooms, they have been clean and functioning.

I had THE BEST Chicken Biscuit this morning!!! Whoever made the biscuits KILLED it!! They were SOOOOO soft and fluffy and the new Hand Breaded Chicken was AMAZING as well to make THE PERFECT Chicken Biscuit!!! The customer service is always GR8 also, Cheryl, Penny, Tiffany and Sierra are all AWESOME!!!

Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get 2 mushroom swiss burgers and some fries. If you are running late dont go here.

The one thing that stood out that would have made it a better experience- the Cherry Coke did not flow from their machines. I presume it is a very popular drink there as it was tapped before our arrival. The staff was on point doing their job as well as giving good feedback to our ordering. Friendly smiles as well as acknowledgement that what we were getting sounded delicious was a welcome addition to service. And then the surprise on top of it all...they brought our order to us after calling our number to let us know it was done. Good thing that sign caught our attention as we were driving on the 77 north. A right and then a right to some good food and well respected service. Also, they are one of the few fast food places that has a mushroom Swiss burger....and that is always a plus in my book. 👍

We stopped because the location is easy access both off and on I-77. They appear to be improving this store by posting no loitering signs as well as no outside containers. We were greeted, ordered and served timely. They offered to carry our food to us so we did not have to stand at the counter. The double sliders were fresh as well as the mushroom swiss. The fries could be improved on, the chocolate shake was too thin. A very light remodel would help as well.

The food is good. The woman's bathroom needs repairs, because it looks like someone had to break into the woman's bathroom, and then the handicap stall to get someone out. And the toilet seat was not secured down. Otherwise, it was clean. The whole store was clean. Food was good.

Hardee's in Big Chimney west bygod Virginia. We had a fantastic experience. The inside of the the restaurant was very clean as was the restrooms which smelled of a bleach cleaner of some sort. A Hugh + in my book. After cleaning up a bit we ordered, the cashier was very friendly and helpful, as well as funny. After a few laughs we had a set. The food may have taking a little longer than we had expected but that was a very small price to pay for a fresh hot meal which was delivered to us at our Boothe. The manager on duty even came around and spoke with us, made sure our meals were correct and also refilled our drinks. It was almost like we were at a 5 star Restaurant. It was a 5 star experience in my book. Thanks guys on the evening shift we'll definitely be returning.

It was 12:15 when I arrived. Only one person working the register and she was also putting orders together. They were out of sweet tea, napkins and ketchup cups. We waiting longer than normal but at least the food was good and hot.

Staff is always overwhelmed and screaming first thing in the a.m. never any coffee up front. Very slow service so don't be in a hurry. Food tastes fine though. Fair priced decent deals

This is my favorite place to have a light breakfast & a comfortable place to sit & work my daily crossword puzzle. Outstanding iced tea (add a squirt of lemonade for some real zest!) Customer friendly & hospitable staff makes you feel right at home.

Fairly easy to find. Easy entry and exit. Very friendly help. These poor folk were having a bad day. I *think* they had new people in back cooking & assembling. *Very* slow for awhile, but was moving along quicker by the time we left. I had a "Classic Thickburger" & a drink. My order was flawless & delicious. My wife had the 1/4 lb smaller Thickburger & a drink. Her experience was not so good. First, her order was inaccurate & had to go back. It did come back out, correct, pretty quickly. However, it seemed the actual burger Patty had been sitting around under a heat lamp for *quite* a while. We go through Charleston a few times a year, so we may we'll try again. Seems like this place has good potential.

Average quality food. Generally very slow service outside of breakfast hours whether you go inside or use the drive-through. (Breakfast tends to be pretty quick) Don't go if you have a short time for lunch

Picked up an app order today on my way out of town. Ordered 3 cherry cokes and 1 reg. Coke. No idea what they did but 2 clearly had a detergent/sanitizer mixed into the drink, and 2 regular cokes. Called the store, manager assured me no detergent was put in our cokes. Well, I can smell and taste the detergent so I'm sure there was something NOT cola syrup, or carbonation that has been added. Cleaning solutions have clear smells and tastes. It is a shame that we can no longer trust a restaurant to safely prepare foods or even safely fill a drink cup. The sanitizer bottle was sitting on the counter at the drive thru - anyone could have tainted our drinks without the manager being aware. Very sad and very concerning. Be aware, check your children's food and drinks.
