Came for 2-for Tuesday. Wanted a pizza and a spaghetti. They were out of spaghetti. Ok, stuff happens. Ordered a meat lover's pizza and a veggi-no-olives pizza. They put olives on the veg. They offered to make another right away, but I decided I could just pick them off. Both pizzas were very good. We'll certainly come again. Punch line is that the person came with the spaghetti sauce before we finished. Oh well, next time.

the little town my family is from only had a gino's/tudor's so I'll always love Gino's pizza. it's a local favorite! The workers at the east end Gino's are always so nice, even when they are busy they are always friendly.

Love the hot ham & cheese sandwiches! I called and ordered my sandwich and salad for eat in. Both were ready when I arrived, and they were delicious. I'm guessing they must have had a dinner rush before I arrived because a good number of tables were dirty, but I managed to find a clean one. Staff were very helpful, just never got to the tables.

Well, it's Gino's, delish pizza bread, food is always good. Nice staff. Restaurant is older and very dated. Last booth,by front windows, is broken. Booth seats tip back and forth. Table felt wobbly. I figure, unless repaired, someone may get hurt.

Best calzones in WV. The pubwich is spectacular. Add some cheese sticks and you are good to go. I had ordered pepperoni rolls but they always seem to not have them, again, laziness. The only issue I have is that they used to make homemade blue cheese but now those lazy locations give you pre-packaged Kens blue cheese which is like dipping into vomit, so avoid the wings unless you like ranch, which also tastes like vomit.

I just ordered food from there and the delivery driver was wonderful and courteous, and I have to say usually I have a good experience with ginos I order all the time since I work like a block away. I'm right up the street. But anyway the guy who answered the phone and told me his name was corey, well he was rude and a smart mouth. I could definitely tell he hated his job and wasn't in the mood to be answering the phone. He argued with me and I let it go but then he went on with his smart mouth comments and that is unacceptable. How did he even get a job in the service industry with an attitude like that I will never know. He didn't ask me how I was paying he just hung up on me so when the delivery guy got here he had to go back to the store to get the receipt bless his heart. I paid by credit card and corey just ran his mouth to me the whole time I was ordering and I could tell from the moment he picked up the phone that he didn't want to be doing this. Maybe you should have him to do something else since he is so rude on the phone. Other than that I usually have a good experience with you guys. Usually there are some women in the store and they aren't ever rude this was the only time I was considering not calling anymore because of him

Food was great, gentleman making our food and taking our order was very polite. My first time at a Ginos and I was surprised at the low cost for such good food. Dining area was kept clean. Will definitely be back next time I'm traveling in that area.

Mistake corrected without asking! We ordered a large pep and sausage but was served a large pepperoni. Didnt want to complain and still loved the pizza. One of the staff brought us the correct pizza without asking! I really appreciated that!

Ginos has always been a favorite until this recent time I ordered for pickup. There was a lady, clearly peaking off drugs, working. She was sweating, crazy eyes, and scabs all over her face. She was wearing gloves but she kept touching her sweaty hair and face. I was just praying she didn’t make my pizza because the sight of this just made me lose my appetite. Love Ginos but I think that is the last time going to that location. I’m also kind of offended because I tried to work here a couple years ago and a crackhead got a job here quicker than me. Maybe she has a good personality.

I was disappointed in how rude some of the employees were(and by some I really mean just 1 but I dont want to get that nasty about it) but having ordered takeout from here multiple times and dined in a few I was surprised by the attitude since in all past experiences its been excellent. The food was great though!! 4 out of 5 isnt bad....and had I not felt like I was gonna get cussed out for asking for napkins i wouldve definitely given 5 !!🙃

Past experiences at this Gino's has been 50-50. Most of the time if there is a problem with your order it gets taken care of in a professional manner but at times that has been debatable. I recently found out it is currently Under New Management and seem to be on the improvement. will continue to eat here they do have the best wings LOL. And if you're looking for a good sandwich the pubwhich is really good especially the chicken bacon ranch. After a few more experiences will update and edit post about service.

Love Gino's, no matter which one we go TOO! But, today, ok felt so sorry for the young lady working ALONE, ON A SATURDAY, HANDLING CALLS, DINE IN'S AND CARRY OUTS! The driver was supposed to be here at 11am. Says HE OVERSLEPT! ITS 12:22PM!! BLESS THIS YOUNG LADIES HEART! SHES DOING AWESOME BUT VERY STRESSED! SHAME ON THE MANAGER!!!! SHE SHOULD HAVE CAME IN!!!!

I was in the hospital with my Mom and on the 5th day I really wanted pizza The delivery person tried reaching me the manager tried but the calls nor text come through in the room I walked into the hall and I received notice 40 minutes before I called the manager and told my story she sent the driver right back with in 2 minutes Of course I was very hungry but that was some good pizza thank you for all patience with me
