I love what these men are doing. If you aren’t getting your meat here, you are missing out. Their meats (beef, chicken, lamb, pork, etc.) are at least as good as their seafood! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a look. Red sauce, other sauces, stews, etc. are a bonus. Crab cakes are delicious. Salmon cakes too! This is THE place to buy your food!!

Joes has the very best filet mignon that can’t be found anywhere. All their meats are always so fresh & tender. I’ve had seafood in San Francisco, Seattle, New Orleans and none compare to Joes. And the prices are so reasonable. I’m in there practically every week. Absolutely can’t be beat anywhere.

They have the best seafood and meat in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I purchase the Scottish Salmon frequently. It's the best salmon we have ever had. I highly recommend this place!!!!

My friend introduced me to this place and the fish stew... I love when I come home... I always try and get some fish stew (Yugoslavia fish stew)... it is so delicious... got a lil kick to it though but very warming to the soul... I also tried the crab dip and it was good also... but THE FISH STEW IS THE BOMB... not a tomato eater but I manage to push through with this one... it do have A LOT of 🍅...

Well worth the trip 800 miles from West Virginia and people wondering where I got my gator tail from, lol. They were even kind enough to give me a recipe to boot! Me and my future wife were highly pleased! Yes we going back to get some more Gator tail and some of that tasty lobster bisque also!

Best place in town to get fresh seafood and (now) fresh steaks and other top-notch meats. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always happy to answer questions or offer suggestions. Adding the lineup of great steaks/meats to go along with their stellar seafood offerings, was a great move, making an already outstanding establishment even better. Their fish stew is a local favorite. One suggestion is to get there early or order ahead. They’re the best of the best!

Joe's fish market is the absolute greatest fish market in charleston. You will never find a more honest and sincere person anywhere. His brother robin works there with him and his catering business is perfect. If you have fish questions they have the answers. I would not buy fish anywhere else.

They have what I will call a fish stew, (Yugoslavian fish stew) which is fantastic!! It seems to have a tomatoe base, is somewhat spicy and wonderfully flavorful. If you want any, call ahead and they will reserve some for you. They sell out of it quickly! Enjoy!!

Best selection in town, helpful and courteous staff. Crab dip is the best ever. Truly a gem in Charleston that should be celebrated for the asset that it is. NOTE: Saturday closing time is now strictly 3pm, NOT 4pm as listed, which we found the hard way, having driven across town just to be turned away.

Excellent cuts of steak. Very expensive compared to Kroger or walmart but better meat. Kroger ribeye is like 10-13 a lb, here its 20 a lb, but better cuts and quality and bigger selection.

THE place to go for good fresh seafood. The only place to get decent dry scallops. Try Robin's Yugoslavian Fish Stew. It's excellent!
