Have loved the food here for years. Finally dined in for the first time in forever, and had to give a shout out to our awesome waiter. He rigged together a pair of chopsticks with a rubber band for our toddler to use and was super sweet. And as always, delicious food. Thank you!!!

The food is amazing, however on my last visit our waiter did not provide good service, he did not refill our drinks, he took our sauces and salads from us before we could finish, and after we finished our meal and paid, he followed us out to our vehicle yelling that we did not tip him well enough and he wanted a better tip. We were disappointed due to we have never had an issue with any of the waiters here, must have been a new hire.

This is absolutely the BEST! Hibachi I have ever had! We travel a lot for my husbands work and I wanted sushi and hibachi. As this was about my feeding time on this trip we stopped here…5 hours into our trip. We were sat at the table service was not slow, but it took a little bit to get enough people at the table for the show. Our cook “hibachi master” was awesome. Did tricks set things on fire the whole deal. The food was amazing! Normally hibachi restaurants just throw some butter, salt pepper and soy sauce on the various meats, rice and veggies. They had herbed butter and what looked like a different sauce for everything. Generally the food is just a vehicle for the yum yum sauce…but not here I didn’t even use it! My husband who is not a fan of hibachi actually enjoyed MY food. The people we sat with were interesting as well…young couple not old enough to drink, and another group of three that one had just turned 21. I never would have thought that I would find the ultimate Hibachi in Charleston West Virginia!

The food was good while hot. They cater to seafood allergies. Clean establishment. Good anoint of food for the price. I felt that the meat should have been cooked first instead of sitting out uncovered while the rice and noodles and veggies wete cooked.

My friend and I got a few different sushi and nigiri items - it's a bit on the pricy side, and the quality was mediocre. Had I gotten the hibachi chicken or steak, I think it would have yielded better results. As it was, we left with a larger bill than we wanted and we were slightly underwhelmed with the food. There were tons of people there doing the meal around the grill - so that's probably what we should have done had we had more time.

Listen, I have yet to try the Hibachi side, but the sushi side is KILLER. Fujiyama is our go to place for sushi. And the Crab Rangoon, forget about it. It is so melt in your mouth good. Our favorite sushi is the WV Roll, the Lobster Roll, the Philly roll and the spicy scallop roll. We plan on trying the Hibachi side very soon. However, it sounds like a blast any time we are there. The wait staff is superb. If you are a regular, they will remember you and your order. The staff is super nice and courteous!

Awesome food and great environment. Just one weird thing, most of the time they will not take your name for a pick up order which can be confusing on a big order.

Was really craving hibachi, and this is right down the street so the location was super convenient. Grabbed a steak hibachi dinner togo, no rice with extra veg, and a sexy jalapeño appetizer for the wife since she wasn't too hungry. Lots of veggies, steak was cooked a perfect medium. The sexy jalapeño is like jalapeño poppers on steroids. They're delicious. The dressing for the salad is fantastic, I'm not sure what it is but it's got lots of great umami flavors and compliments the meal very well. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Overall 10/10

My family and I stopped in on our way home. The entire place was clean and well arranged. The restrooms were clean. They had hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant for anyone to use. We ate at the hibachi grill and I can not believe how much food you get with your order. The plates they placed were huge but I honestly didn't expect them to fill the entire thing. Our cook was nice and playful with the kids. He really made the experience for them fun. The ladies who seated us and took our order were very polite and simply beautiful. I'm pretty sure I have a thing for Asian women now. I highly recommend this place whether you are a local and especially if you are passing through. Next time we pass through we will definitely be stopping in again.

This has been the VERY first place I've ever been to that has made "Sushi" they way it's supposed to be made... I'm so pleased! The fish is soooooo fresh and delicious... The seaweed is so crisp, it snaps in your mouth... Also, they don't skimp on the fish either like other restaurants do when making the Sushi... The are the BEST HANDS DO... I have my new favorite place to go! Keep.up the amazing word...

Very good sushi and entrees. I perfer table service over hibachi, but would recommend against large group table service and suggest hibachi in that situation. Courses often drag with table service for large groups. No one eats at the same time. Everything else is aces.

always a great experience...The live grill side is always a good show and the food is always good, but don't forget about the non-grill side -- is one of the few places in town that serves really decent sushi, and has some of the best Age-dashi Tofu in town...

I have never been a fan forsushi. My friend had taken me hear a little while back and order me a California roll and a Fuji roll. And I liked both of them. I've never been able to stomach raw fish or the smell of fish. But I really enjoyed my experience here along with the meal. The restaurant was fairly clean and the service was up to par.

I'm a regular of this restaurant. The food is fantastic, better than most of Charleston. The service is excellent, friendly, and I wish I could eat here more often. I should have left a 5 star review sooner, but I don't do reviews really. However, I have a special reason tonight. Kobe Asian Fusion is so bad I needed to make you aware here too. Don't go to them, they SUCK. Eat gas station sushi or give these amazing people who actually care about their place your money.

The sushi here is mid grade and well priced. The entertainment os more geared towards adults. food has gone sub par and cooks are not paying attention to portion size like they used too. cooking less food in front of you and making sure all parts of the entire order is fulfilled by the entire team (in front or back) within reason we had 4 plates missing items that should have been accounted for before coming out. stoll charged us full price for everything. need to re evaluate your customer vs restaurant responsibilities.

We always get carry-out, and today they had some trouble getting our order from the Beyond Menu app, but they got our food quickly and it was great as usual. Coconut shrimp appetizer was exceptionally good and the vegetable teriyaki was prepared perfectly.

THE SERVICE WAS BAD. Even the host wasn't even at their post when we walked in. I had to actively search for the host; same with the waiter. When we were finally sat down, we waited for a waiter for literally 10 more minutes until I, again, have to track one of the waiter, just to give us a menu. The only reason why I gave the stars that I did was the food, itself. After receiving the horrible service that we got; anything else is already a positive. So, don't expect much with this restaurant when it comes to service. Terrible Service, Food is bleh

I have been through over a dozen hibachi places through the east coast and I was more than surprised to find that by far the best hibachi experience I have had was in Charleston, WV. Me and my wife love hibachi and will definitely be returning to this location every time we head up the east coast anyone who enjoys hibachi should visit this place as long as they are over 21

We had so much fun sitting at the habachi grill! The chef was great, and the food was delicious. We split the lobster, filet, scallop combo and had leftovers. Great pear martini too. Highly recommend!!
