Service was good even though they had a line of cars in the drive thru. I am a little disappointed in the fries, they could have been a little more browned . But, I think they're working with new staff & they were packed. Usually they are definitely 4-5 stars. My Drumstick Blizzard is pretty good. My mother's hot dog & chocolate shake met her approval. We'll go back again.

This dairy queen is hit or miss. There's some employees who makes you wanna come back and actually completes your order correct. Then there's two employees who makes me want to band off dairy queen for good if it came to them. If you wanna risk it, go for it. But if you would rather have your food order done correctly, and have good service I would recommend finding a different dairy queen. This one is questionable.

Best Dairy Queen around! The workers are very nice, have always got my order correct and fresh! They always flip our blizzards and get the food out quickly. We’ll gladly drive the extra couple miles to visit this one over others in the area!

Id rather not put my information in a 3rd party website but I will update my review after the owner response. The food was good but it was the second time my order was wrong. The wait time was about 15 minutes for 3 cars but I usually don't mind. On my 3rd visit there was a long line only to find out they weren't serving food when it was my turn to order and I had to continue to wait just so I could leave. Not my favorite dairy queen but the ice cream and food are still delicious.

Excellent... They *our double burgers* Were actually cooked fresh Had EVERYTHING..lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles,, all condiments ... Really good.

Service was fast and good, greeted with a smile, the blizzard was fantastic had the strawberry cheesecake and I love the fact they remembered to flip, and had the tossed chicken strips which were equally good!!

Tried the new A-1 burger. It was pretty good. The staff is always friendly and the service is fairly fast. My order is usually correct which is noteworthy in today’s world. I stop by here often.

The employees were smiling, professional and kind. However, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected I would. A suggestion for this DQ would be to ask the person with a large order, or an order that takes longer to prepare, to move to a specified waiting lane, so the others could have gotten our order faster. The ice cream was delicious!

I totally give 5stairs , I love dairy queen n this is a new location and closes to me n my family, I first starting having dairy queen when I lived in Columbus ohio, n moved down here n found out bout this location n been coming here alot, n dont get me wrong I understand yall make mistakes on things, but not everytime even come back for our replacement n still its messed up on almost everything this time, n I dont like complaining n making a big deal bout it, but it's got to wear my husband doesn't want to travel here to much now, but I always keep my head up n know things will get better, somethings I got was 6 chilli dogs with onion mustard chilli n cheese n they wasnt right, thank u

Tonight my sports team and I showed up late at night ready for food and icecream. We had been driving for 5 hours and there was only 1 lady working. But she was soooo great! This was a very busy Dairy Queen, but worth the wait for the Thin Mint Blizzard. The employees working were very friendly considering how busy they were. Keep your heads up ladies, you are doing great!

If you're getting ice cream, this DQ is in a prime location. If you're getting food, I'd go elsewhere. They're food always taste stale. Once, the buns on my burger were as hard as rocks. This is a seasonal restaurant, but that's no excuse. But like I said, the ice cream is always good.

Older Dairy Queen but don't let that fool ya! I like the walk up service, you can see them make your cone, blizzard, whatever .. they get you taken care of quickly too! Great little place to grab some soft serve.

Fresh food ! Made as you order lots of choices for ice cream blizzards, sundaes, cones etc. Some items that you would get at Dairy Queen this one doesn't have, like my favorite English bun! I don't know why, just a heads up! This Dairy Queen is outta the way if you don't know about it you wouldn't know it was there, no signs or advertisements, you can Google it for directions its close to north Charleston. Its also a little pricey in my opinion but worth it for fresh food and yummy icecream!

Great Dairy Queen, it's an older Dairy Queen but was great service and everything ordered was delicious! I would definitely recommend this DQ to anyone who wants exactly what they order, exactly the way you expect it to be when you get it.

it's close by and it's not just a drive thru dairy queen loved there pretzels with the zesty queso sauce but it was super spicy but it was really good and the staff were really nice even though it was a crazy day yesterday with giving away free vanilla ice cream cones

Employees need to be a little more friendly and management needs to organize how they run the walk up window and drive thru differently, a lot of customers get frustrated with how the workers don’t multitask both windows and they aren’t that busy when they leave you standing longer then expected

I ordered on doordash and called the store to put in a substitution, and i admit i was kind of upset bc ive tried to order this for months and the machine been “ broken” , and i said “ a cotton candy blizzard ig” and the man very rudely said “. Yea no need for a da** attitude have a nice day” jus hung up and didnt let me answer and i might’ve sounded a little upset but that was soooo disrespectful 😒😒and was NOT NEEDED !!!!
