Being our first time in Charleston, WV, my wife and I wanted to try and eat at local establishments. We found Coco's right in the heart of downtown and decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was how dead they were as no other customer was in the place. The second thing I noticed was how beautiful and clean the dining area was. The atmosphere is very laid back and inviting. The two employees we had the pleasure of interacting with were very polite. I ordered the Short Rib & Grits and my wife ordered the Big Garden Salad. I can honestly say that this was one of the best meal I have ever had in my entire life! The quality and flavor were top notch! My wife's salad was vibrant and bursting with color from all the fresh ingredients! She was also enamored by her food! I can not understate this: EAT HERE! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

We’ve visited Coco’s quite a few times and have ordered takeout on several occasions. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to answer any questions you have regarding the menu. I absolutely love all of there salads which are fresh each and every time! The pancakes, are seriously perfect! Melt in your mouth. Their smoothies are tasty and packed full of goodness. Visit this local gem and support local restaurants!!!

Delicious food and I love the atmosphere. The staff is really nice and they are willing to make vegan accommodations on menu items, so they’ve earned my loyalty. One of my favorite places in Charleston and my go to breakfast spot!

Awesome 'newish' place (~2 yrs old). The breakfast menu is very good. The breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito were fantastic. Service was great. The staff are very friendly. The layout was great. I love the tile floors.

Excellent little bohemian eatery. Had the snow pea and asparagus bowl with grilled chicken. Portions are smaller but I understand the concept of not eating heavy but eating healthy. The food was fantastic, service was quick and friendly during lunch. The price point however to me is a little high. Bowl with grilled chicken and bottle of water $24.17. I understand prices have gone up but this is just a little bit too expensive to make it a regular lunch spot.

The menu is full of delicious options, and I chose the smoothie bowl with granola, strawberries, bananas, and coconut. It was superb. 12/10 recommend.

I love America First restaurants and this place has it! I walked in and right away I could tell this place loves Liberty just as much as Trump. I bet the owner even took some notes from Art of the Deal when opening this place. I asked the owner about his menu which had a lot of lamb options and he stated that lions eat sheep. I almost cried cause that was so beautiful and patriotic. I wish I could give this place 50 stars with red and white stripes. Amen!

I have been to this place a few times and it’s never disappointed! I have had a variety of things from there and all have been fresh and delicious. Recently, I got the waffle platter and a side of bacon and for the money it’s worth it for the amount of food you get that is made in front of you with fresh ingredients. Customer service was friendly, the manager was working and you could tell she was trying hard to keep up with the influx of customers and help her staff as well. I have no problem waiting when I know the end result is going to be delicious and I will continue to frequent this establishment!

Creative healthy options with fresh ingredients in an inviting atmosphere on Hale street. Staff is accommodating and friendly and the owner is usually running around checking on everyone which is a nice touch. Good choice for lighter options, vegetarian/vegan cuisine, healthy eating, and smoothies.

Friendly service, and a bright inviting atmosphere. I tried the "Anthony" today, such a tasty sandwich. It comes with a generous portion of fruit or side salad. I can't wait to try their other food options. 10/10 highly recommend. Edit. After trying a number of items on the lunch and breakfast menus. I can honestly say that this is one of the best restaurants in the area. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are perfect, and most importantly the food tastes great! I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich and any of the daily specials.

Very limited menu. I had the breakfast burrito, which was quite good. It came with a small bowl of fruit. Guacamole or a few slices of avocado would have made it spectacular. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Very vegetarian friendly.

Always a good meal and from paying to bussing, the Staff are always cordial and pleasant. Coco also takes pride in food freshness and delicious dine-in presentations.

I got the falafel. Had a business meeting so I forgot to take a picture of it but it tasted fresh with a good taziki sauce. Wanted to eat outside because it was a nice day but there were a few homeless people camped out right outside the door.

I visited Coco's for the first time today for lunch. I ordered the Vietnamese noodle bowl with grilled chicken and it was very delicious! The vegetables were fresh and the peanut sauce dressing was so tasty. A much needed guilt-free lunch option for downtown! I will definitely be going back.

I got the Coco bowl and my sister got the tropical smoothie bowl and everything was fantastic! The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and the components of the bowl really brought out the best flavors of everything. The smoothie bowl was a delicious combination of fruit and just sweet enough to satisfy a sweettooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming- overall a wonderful experience!

Wow! My first time was today and I was blown away. I had the Aloha Bowl(sushi rice, avocado, carrot , cucumber salad, edamame, green onion, seasoned seeds, Siracha mayo, and sweet & spect soy w/ seared tuna. This was the best lunch I’ve had in a long time. The food is prepared perfectly with high levels of flavor. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.
