I had tried the new Plant Based Chorizo yesterday in a Burrito Bowl and was VERY impressed with it! The customer service was outstanding, very acknowledge employees that were also friendly and very accommodating! I definitely will be back!! GR8 job guys!!!😃

This is my favorite place to dine, keto version! I absolutely love their salads. I always ask for extra lettuce that it seems like they're still not enough for me lol. Today I got the steak salad minus rice and beans and no vinaigrette dressing. If you get salsa there's no need for that. My daughter got a pulled pork taco that was delicious by her words. They always have speedy and friendly service. We dined outside today on their patio which was a nice change.

Chipotle is a great chain, everything always tastes so fresh, this location is no different! The staff was super friendly, the service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was everything that makes Chipotle fun. There are a few obvious changes to help with COVID. Only two tables that seat two people at each are available in the interior dining room. However there is additional seating on the patio! Overall this is a go to spot, with good food, a good atmosphere and a lovely staff. While we are all dealing with COVID, keep in mind that, especially with storefronts that have a smaller footprint, may not have seating always available like we remember from the good ole’ days... and let’s be real, sometimes eating in the car is fun too!

We hadn't been to Chipotle in quite a while, but decided to go again after hearing about their new meat option, the garlic guajillo steak. Service at this location was extremely fast, and we had our food very quickly. This location was clean, well organized, and the employees were quick and friendly. The new steak was very good, with a nice garlic flavor. Even though we got our order to go and took it home, the food was still great. Chipotle is a great option for fresh food and building your meal exactly how you want it.

People tend to forget how hard the staff here works to make everything fresh and fast. If there is anything I could say to the general public is to be kind. Sami and her staff are people too! I have always had a good experience here. The protein has always been fresh and the service has always been fast. They will give you hefty portions. The only thing that I don't care for is that they always try to get you to buy the items that cost extra. If I want your processed queso then I will let you know.

We absoloutely Loveddddd the food!! It is so delicious!! The staff was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They were also very helpful with explaining what each ingredient was and if we wanted to taste it first... i got the bowl (with chicken).. to start my first experience with and they suggested I do that and get the tortilla on the side if I wanted to do a burrito instead after!!! so so amazing!!! To make it ten times better... the restaurant was very clean and organized!!! You definitely need to try their food!! I think its going to be a regular thing in our household now! Everyone loved it!!! And you get such a huge amount food lol! Definitely a must try!

My only thing is I don't understand why the chips are so expensive but aren't that amazing (sorry), and twice the chicken was burnt (not just seared but hard, crispy, burnt) but I love this place. I love Chipotle but this location hasn't been consistent with their usual heaping helping. Instead they've skimped a bit, giving about 3/4 the usual massive serving. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean and exactly as expected. We will continue to visit this Chipotle and just ask for the usual amount.

I love Chipotle, but taking that little extra step to trim the fast off if the steak instead of just cutting it up - fat and all - and dumping it in the pan would make this review a five star one. I don't know if it's corporate policy, or if it's a culture/employee attentiveness problem, but that chewy fat takes away from the great experience I desire. There isn't better guacamole anywhere, and the question is fantastic. 4 starts just because of the guac, if you got the steak right, it's be fine.

I always feel like the 9.48 i pay for a vegetarian salad in what seems to me as a small bowl with a handful of salad and no meat is just not value laden in my humble opinion. It should not be as much for tofu. But i would guess most get meat cheese and tortilla for that same dollar amount. No wonder humans are so sick. It is directly related to those three addictive components meat dairy and flour. All of which are policed and heavily taxed in the future as there long term use is as dangerous as drugs like tobacco and alcohol. This is truth wait and see.

Non GMO and forget the old one time in the news. It was because they announced they were going Non-GMO and Monsanto doesn't like national attention. Inspectors on fresh to be sure chemical company's cannot try to destroy anyone speaking the truth! Their food is excellent. The people are great that serve us and love the Margheritas! I would normally give Chipotle at Southridge 5 stars. The food is always fresh and delicious. Today was no different where food was concerned, but the service was lack-luster. My daughter ordered a quesadilla and the server told her she would bring it to her. After 5 to 7 minutes we still had no quesadilla. I went to check and the quesadilla was still in the sandwich grill burning up. The server admitted she forgot and said she'd make another. We are still at a 5 star visit at this point. We all forget. No problem. The visit went to 3 stars when the server brought it out. She just plopped it down in front of my daughter and walked off. No apology, no "Oops, I forgot." Not even a smile. What the heck? We weren't at all upset over the food, but we were disappointed with unapologetic server. Get it together, Chipotle servers!

First time at a Chipotle. Food was good, staff was attentive and helpful, menu is a little pricey for "fast food". Seemed kinda dark inside the place, I noticed that there is no ceiling, just exposed rafters and roofing screws (I looked up because of the dim lighting). Kinda caught me off guard.

This place is new as it was opened last month. This Chipotle is in the Corridor G shopping mall area in South Charleston. Had a quick lunch there last week and it looks clean and of course I enjoyed it. I love Chipotle. Right across Panera Bread, this is the only Chipotle in the Charleston area. One in Barboursville (west of Charleston) is about 30 miles away. Hope this would become a popular place with excellent services and foods!!
