7 tables in the place on a Tuesday evening around 6PM. Server was attentive, but my medium sirloin was more than well done and when I brought it to her attention all I got was an "I'm sorry." Was going to eat it anyways due to time factors, but it would have been great if a manager would have known about it, and/or stopped by the table and checked on us. So many choices in dining and with just 7 tables in the whole dining room one would think a table visit would be SOP.

Everything was good and service was excellent. The server that takes our family order was great. Took care of us working a lot of tables and was on point. Wish I had put this in while there to remember his name all i do remember he is Jamaican and is good at what he does. Hats off to you . Made my first time a great experience.

I was very pleased with our visit! Food was of great quality and the service was exceptional for what looked to be the normal understaffed problem every restaurant has nowadays. The manager was even helping out with serving tables, everything felt pretty efficient. The eating area was clean and well maintained as well, overall a positive experience.

Our first visit to this Chili's. The restaurant only had a few customers when we arrived. We waited several minutes to be seated. I noticed the restaurant has a strong smell that is similar to bathroom spray. It's not a pleasant smell, but a cover up for another smell. Once seated at our table, I noticed the wall and window had food splatter in several places. There was also mold on the wall by the window. There is also a loud fan sound where we sat that is irritating after awhile. Our waitress was sweet, took care of us, and our food came out quickly. The food was good as well. I just felt a little uneasy about eating there based on the unpleasant smell and the splatters around the wall and window. This worried me as to what the kitchen may look like. Thankfully, we had no stomach issues, our waitress was nice, and the food was good, so I am giving it three stars.

Stopped in here for dinner while on our way to our next destination of our vacation. We were local at the time and wanted something we knew. So Chili's it was. While the restaurant isn't the cleanest I have seen, The attention from the staff was as expected in the food wasn't bad either everything was put to our liking and met our expectations. Nothing here to brag about. I do feel that the store has been neglected some and could use a good deep clean to make it a bit more appealing to the crowd. Compared to the location I am used to visiting at home this location is sub-par.

I usually go here for lunch once or twice a month. I get the $9.99 lunch special that comes with soup and an entree. I usually get the potato soup and boneless wings with fries. If you sign up for the Chili's app you get free rewards. Also, everytime you visit Chili's you get a free chips and salsa. The chips go great with the potato soup. The staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes during lunch it can get pretty busy. If you are a sports fanatic, there are multiple TV's across the restaurant usually with some type of sports on the TV. No need to wait for your server to return with the check since everything can be handled through the tablet on the table. Yes, you can even apply or sign up for rewards on the tablet.

Solid experience at this Chili's recently. I feel their deals aren't quite what they used to be, and the Caesar salad starter we got had a bit too much dressing, but my chipotle chicken crispers tasted great, and our server was super friendly. The food was up really quickly, too. All in all, nothing amazing, but a solid spot overall.

I'm not a chain restaurant person but others wanted to go. The atmosphere, food and service was generic and average. Not bad, not excellent,but exactly what you would expect. If you like Chili's, you'll like this one.

It seems that whenever I'm there, the servers are always congregating around a table near the kitchen, eating food and conversing, instead of taking care of customer needs. Also, they need to learn how to clear the tables of dirty plates during the customer experience.

2 managers opened the door for me as i came in, i responded with good evening and got 2 smiles, energy started great. 2min greet. With No name No mention of specials But in her defense, she give me a happy hour menu when i asked about specials and was actively bringing to go food to a barside booth and taking an order for another. Bar booth, togo was missing an item and she immediately went over to address it when he said excuse me She gave an appropiate time for me to look over the menu and i declined, stated i was in the mood for bbq and she made suggestions and when i asked about burgers, gave me 2 great recommendations. I declined (for reaction) and i was pleased in her reaction. Didnt give too much or too little while actively making sure her attention was divided amongst the bar and bar booth patron. I shall return based on this experience, very nice staff.

Chilis is always pretty good food and they do pour pretty heavily when you get a drink. Had the fajitas because I'm on a low-carb diet, wasn't sure a ribeye would be worth the money at chilis. My wife had a burger without the bun and said the meat patty was really good, I will definitely do that next time. The server was great, she was super nice.

I visit Chili's location on 5274 international blvd today and treated myself to a well-done juicy steak made to perfection by Jabari. I normally have to return my steak when I go to places but the steak was bustin' and if I could give more then five stars to the Chef I would but greatly appreciated Jabari. Now Leighann on the hand was my server and once she warmed up to me she was wonderful and made my drink right.🥂🥂🥂💯💯💯😎😎

I recommend you ask to taste the queso and beef before ordering;to me it tasted burnt to be an popular item on the menu so I sunt it back and it wasn't even busy. My husband enjoyed his half rack of bbq ribs and loaded mashed potatoes&fries .Our child wouldn't even eat the plain mashed potatoes but hey to each's own but enjoyed the strawberry lemonade. The old timer was slightly salty and the fries could've been fresher but the mango lemonade was delicious and the desserts we tried was chocolate lava cake &cheesecake with strawberry puree ,money well spunt. our waitress was polite will return to try maybe at a busier time of day

My daughter Ordered pick up through door dash, when I went to pick it up, noticed that door dash UPPED ALL THE PRICES on the food we ordered compared to ACTUAL MENU PRICES in the restaurant?! So, great food, terrible price gouge through door dash! Be aware. 😘

This was the first time eating at this particular Chili's and it never ceases to amaze me of how good their food is. Had to Cajun pasta which was absolutely fantastic. We even had the salsa and chips which is always amazing and our waitress even favors another bag of chips and salsa to take home with us. She even went out of her way to make our meal Cheaper by using the combo Deals they have there even when we didn't ask for the deals to begin with. She definitely went way beyond our expectations.

First, the service here was pretty great. The staff were tentative to cleaning tables, and our waitress was really really nice! I wish I remembered her name... Anyways, the meal was pretty delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly, and I could slice through it like butter. Broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The mashed potatoes are usually served loaded, and I asked for them plain. I added some shrimp, but I think they were overseasoned. They were pretty overpowering when paired with a piece of steak. Then again, it's probably how they usually season it? Not sure. They were good but had a strange after taste. Maybe it's garlic? Couldn't tell. They $5 Monthly Margarita was a good deal and yummy. Blackberry tea delicious. Great experience overall 👍

Waitress wasn't very tentative. She forgot what I ordered so had to come back to table to get it again. When food came out it wasn't hot. Waitress never checked on us after we received food until she brought the bill. I asked for refill on my sweet tea and she never brought it.

The waitress we had was on fire. I was already advised when we got to the restaurant with my party of 11 that they only had three waitstaff and would do their best. She did an excellent job providing us with some of the best service we've had in a long time. What are my expectations were low and she blew it out of the water! Well worth the 30% tip.

Love this restaurant chain. The food and atmosphere are very consistent from location to location, however It took wait staff over 5 min from the time we were seated to place our drink order. Usually I get up and walk out because its typically downhill from there but my wife insisted we stay. Deduct 1 star for that but the food was great

If I could give the staff there a 10 I would. Dining there at 10 on a Saturday evening it was obvious they'd all had a long hard day. But all were not only gracious-each took the time to offer the one thing I think we could all use more of now - friendly smiles & caring 💝's. Good service despite overstretched servers. The delicious fajitas that came with steak, shrimp, and grilled chicken were wonderful!!! They were so tender, I ate them, as they were, not over seasoned. It was so good that I forgot to use the fajita wraps. I also forgot to take any photos. However, be careful of the salt-laden, pre- made, trucked in, salsa served with the tortilla chips and fajitas. I believe it's flavor IS SALT, not Salsa.

Went there on a Saturday and had great food. I really feel for the employees there. When we went we had a fair wait but was well worth it. Somehow, they were running the place with one manager, one server, a bartender, and a couple more n the kitchen. Those employees were working their a$$ off and doing their best to keep people happy. Those employees all deserve a bonus for all their efforts! Great place to eat even in these hard times. Check them out!

This is a very run down chilis. It looks like the franchise has forgotten to update this location like they have the other. AC was only working in half the resturant. Staff was very nice and accommodating, I will not be back.

The restaurant is in dire need of redo. Old, dirty and tired looking. Walked in and the host was sitting at a table on her phone. They seated us at a table with 4 chairs when there were 6 of us, so we dragged the chairs over. Waiter came and we asked for the Happy Hour menu which he went tofind but couldn't. Told us Margaritas were on the menu all the time none of us could hear him. Took drink order and then we ordered our food. Salad came, then right after our food came but still no drinks. Finally brought drinks next trip. Food was tasty and prices were ok.

Food was solid, and our server, Luis, was great. Kitchen was slow though, and we had to wait about an hour for a table, even though it wasn’t very busy. The biggest issue was that staff declined to provide us an estimate of our wait time, so we didn’t know we had a long wait ahead of us until it was too late.

Ate here while traveling with grandkids. Staff was friendly. Food was good and relatively reasonable for what we had. The only challenge we had was we missed the turn-in the first time and had to go around again. Look close, the street entrance is shared with the Doubletree Inn.

Had the nicest experience here today with my family. Service was outstanding and the food was so good. I really didn’t expect the greatest food (I’ve only had chili’s once before) but it really was great. Fresh, hot and amazing flavor in everything. I believe a manager sat us and even our short interaction with her was great! She cleaned off a booth for us, even sanitizing the seats, because our 2 year old was sleeping and we wanted somewhere a little further away from everyone else. Our server, I believe his name was Ethan, was so so good!! He was educated on the menu, made great suggestions, was so kind, and so attentive!! We will definitely return. :)) 10/10

There seems to be a little discrimination going on with who the host wants to seat. We were told 60-90 minutes, then a family behind us, similar size was told 30 minutes then about 10 minutes later a family, same size, came in and asked and they were seated right away. My husband went and asked for the manager & we were seated right away…we were the only family waiting at that point & several groups were seated prior to us who came in after us. I’m not sure how the host was choosing but he definitely wouldn’t be the first face I would want greeting guests. Also, he was cleaning off a table next to ours and mumbling to himself saying, “I don’t get paid enough to do this” as he kept flipping his long hair everywhere. Maybe he was having a bad day, but a host needs a very warm welcoming personality and attitude. Our waiter was great!!! The food was fine.

We were visiting from out of town and our family had a little discrepancy with the hostess not being able to stay us but was letting other families be seated before us and they arrived after us, with the same amount of people & more. My husband had to step in & figure out what was going on. Other than that the food was Great. It was hot and came out in good time

Carly was amazing!!! She is so sweet and fast!! She has an awesome personality. Highly recommend! Also the bacon ranch quesadillas and the cheese fries are the best ever. My hubby enjoyed his appetizer sampler a lot! Always his go to - the triple dipper.

Went to chilies in North Charleston. The food was very good. Our server was nice. Only thing was length of time being served. I'm told I'm impatient but 30 minute wait for food in a place more than half empty? Anyway was still very good.

Where I live in NJ the Chili's is closed, so I had the opportunity to visit this one in S.C. I loved the food & was happy at the time it was not crowded. Food was delicious & I saw the disinfecting of the tables. The one complaint I have was the floors. The booth I sat in the floor was full of food to the point my foot was sliding on French fries, place mats & crayons the ones they give to the children. I let the server know as we were leaving.

I had a great experience here. I've been to many chili's restaurants and this has been THEE best experience. The food was great. You know when you walk into a restaurant expecting mediocre food so you mentally prepare yourself for a not so great experience. That's how I feel about chili's. Everyone in here deserves a raise. Taniya needs a raise, she was our server. She was the best waitress I've had. 4 stars so you know I'm not a computer or paid to be here.

We have ate here a couple times and it's always 50/50. Their food is normally pretty good, and the service isn't bad when eating in. When we have ordered to go their meals are very very skimpy at times especially when it cost over $13 for one meal!! We also ordered tonight through Doordash and they ended up not giving him our drink and messed up my ordered as well. We won't be back for awhile.

What can I really say? The food was awesome, beer was cold , and the service was great. The prices of Chili's are always reasonable, my burger was awesome, I kind of wish I would have got the boss burger with the brisket and smoked sausage on it oh, but that's just so much food. Definitely check it out oh, you won't be disappointed. If this review helped please give me a like.

It's way better then it was. The menu is new, lots of great choices but still miss a lot of their old favorites. The service and food were spot on. We will def start going back there now. I just wish they would get a good IPA there. They finally have one now but its too hoppy for me.

I just ate here for the first time 1-4-2020 and my service was absolutely awesome. My server was Austin and let me tell you, I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years before moving to Charleston and he has his job down pact. He checked on us at perfect intervals, i never once had to ask for a refill, he was on it. I ordered a steak medium well and kudos to the chef. The steak LITERALLY melted on my knife. I had a wonderful experience here and will recommend this place to anyone.

Been going there for a few years now. Staff is always wonderful, friendly and attentive. They do steaks better than Outback and quesadillas better than anyone else I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone. Portions are definitely worth it for the price. And they were perfectly okay with our one-year-old and his havoc!

I’m no sure who was working the grill this past Sunday afternoon, but my 10 oz sirloin was cooked perfectly. Sirloins are the toughest cut steak but it was so tender and juicy and flavorful. I actually work at 5 star wood-fire steak house back in Virginia and that steak did not disappoint. The real test however, the next day I reheated the other half of my steak and I’m staying in a hotel and I was still able to cut the steak very easily with plastic cutlery after microwaving it too. I did not expect such a great steak from Chili’s. Please give some credit and praise to the grill chef working that Sunday afternoon. Amazing. They must enjoy their job because it reflected in the food.

We had to wait for a little while to be escorted to a table because the servers all had to rearrange tables for an incoming party of several people, and the air conditioner was broken on a 40º day, making it icy in the restaurant for most of the time we were there. But our server was personable and the food was really, really good. The price for my meal was rather cheap at ten dollars for half a sandwich and fries. The blackberry tea is highly recommended, as well. All in all, a pretty good place for a sit-down bite to eat.

Please move to Columbia to show them this is how you cook food. Hands down way better at this location than the one on two notch in Columbia. I had the ultimate smoke house combo and maaaaan it was so fresh and delicious. The corn on the cob is my thing and the butter and seasoning was on point. I had to eat two baby, cuz you can't just eat one. The smoke sausage is so cheesy and throw a little kick at you every now and again and i love it. the Brisket quesadillas makes you feel like its a shot out between your taste buds and those hot and spicy flavor of the brisket in your mouth. and needless to say hands down the brisket won. The chicken tenders are so crunchy and fresh. Over all we truly enjoyed our food and our over experience

UPDATE ON 1/28/2020: My husband and I returned for dinner a few days ago and were disappointed enough that we're not sure when we'll be back. The service was very good; however, my steak was way undercooked on one side, so I only ate half of it. When I mentioned it to the server, he noticed immediately and said he'd tell his manager, but no one ever came back. I did say it was fine because I are what I wanted, but the manager should have still stopped by. The most concerning part was the women's restroom with three stalls. One hadn't been flushed and it was smelly. One had a feminine napkin wrapper floating in it. The one I picked had no toilet paper. After washing my hands, I noticed that the paper towel dispenser was at the end. All of these issues together suggest that it had been too long since the bathroom was checked/ cleaned by staff. When a restaurant's bathroom has issues, I always wonder about their practices on cooking. My husband did like his meal and had no complaints about the restroom. We'll probably go back because our previous experience was excellent, but probably not too soon unless we get a deal that's too hard to pass up. PREVIOUS REVIEW MAY 2019: We were celebrating my husband's birthday, but also had to get to a movie. We alerted the server, and she was very responsive. We had a coupon for a free appetizer, so she called the manager over and made sure to get the needed code. We also explained that we were following the keto diet, so she also suggested decent alternatives. The food we got was tasty, and we finished in plenty of time for the movie. I highly recommend Ryan.... She was very attentive and responsive. We'll definitely return!

Had a great meal, and our waitress named "Champagne" provided absolutely the best wIt service in years. Friendly, welcoming, a great personality. Definately a credit to her job. The only complaint is that most of the OTHER wait staff seemed less than eager to do their jobs, but the place was great, service excellent, and food good. Lastly they had great deals for families eating out.

Came here for lunch two days ago and the food was great. Our waitress was the problem. Maybe she was new, but she seemed like she didn't know what was going on. She was very forgetful, forgot our straws and my appetizer I ordered. When it came to paying, she gave us the wrong tab. I love chillis, but I know not to get that waitress again.

We went in last week, during the Corona virus and I was pleased with their safety precautions. Masks were being worn and everything was wiped down before we were seated. I had the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, garlic bread and mexican street corn with potato soup for an appetizer. Large portions, fresh and absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended!!

Here on 7/11 and I am very impressed with their COVID precautions. They have the tables marked appropriately and both CDC approved ecolab chemicals visible in multiple locations. All the staff is masked and gloved, with plentiful replacements.. vigorously cleaning every time you look (bartender got a really good arm workout). The manager was alert, asking politely for groups to separate when too close or too many. The food was great also, but even if it was just okay, I’d still come because, wow.

My wife got an email from corporate Chili's for a promotion and the staff did everything to honor it and keep her happy, even though they were a franchise store. I've dined at the Chili's on International Blvd two or three times and I enjoyed each experience. It's usually packed due to the location but I never had to wait (although each time, I was with only one other person). The host and waiters were very friendly and attentive. Gave me just enough time to look over my menu and order my food while also being knowledgeable about the menu items and answered any questions I had. The food was great both times. Overall, I had wonderful times. I'm actually going back to dine tonight.

Excellent food and service. It's been awhile since I have been there. They used to serve the fajita meat and veggies on a hot cast iron skillet with a handle. I guess they don't do that anymore. The fajita shells are now also rolled up in aluminum foil where they used to be served and a round container with a lid. So I got a few surprises on this visit, but everything will still very good, . One exception to this, they used to cut the fajita meat smaller and thinner. That made it better for making fajitas. Turns out, they don't do that anymore either. You have to cut the meat up more yourself. Not too pleased about that

We stopped in for lunch after a morning trip to the aquarium. I have never really been much on Chili's (mostly because of bad service) Today, I was super impressed with the food, service and our server. I made sure to speak with the manager before leaving to let him know how amazing our server was. He talked with us as if he had known us forever. He laughed & joked with us, he played peekaboo with my 19 month old grandson. He was ontop of our drinks, condiments and anything needed. Our food came out fast, fresh and good.

Rachel was a great server. Ordered the 2 for $25. I was thinking that this deal was going to be in small portions. I was wring! Very generous amounts of everything. We shared fried pickles which were lightly breaded, crispy & not greasy. We both ordered dry-rubbed ribs which were absolutely delicious & tender. The steamed broccoli (al dente) & loaded mashed potatoes which were equally as good. My friend said the Mexican rice was quite tasty. Pleasantly surprised that dessert was included. We chose the choc chip cookie to share. My goodness, it was huge with vanilla ice cream & chocolate syrup. Highly recommend. Oh...I also had enough leftovers for supper!!

I've always liked Chili's. But, this time? Not so much. We put in our order at 9:23 & it didn't come until 9:52 (another waitress came to make sure had ordered alrdy). I wanted the brisket, but had to get it on meal that HAD to incl another meat (all pork, which I don't eat). So, I had to get double brisket on my meal. After waiting nearly 30 mins, my food was cold. I didn't have time to send it back because I had to leave. It took another 15 minutes to get the waiter's attention to get a to-go tray. He walked away so quickly, I wasn't even able to ask for a to-go cup & left a cup full of drink on the table. This was the worst experience with Chili's I ever had.

On the menu the picture and described food said what you would get as a full order of ribs, Street corn, fries...$18.99. Or you could order a half order for $11.99. I order from the menu the half rack. I don't eat a lot of food because I had by-pass surgery. When my order came, I started eating and said to my mom, this corn does not taste any difference and it doesn't look like the picture. I was give plain corn on the cob not Street corn on the cob that was pictured. I ask the server about the corn and I was told I ordered a half rack so I didn't come with that Street corn. It didn't say that on the menu. To me, that is disception. I was told I could by it as a side after the fact for $3... So I don't think I'll be coming back to Chili's. I paid in cash. It was my mother, my 2 grand children and me that choose to come eat here in the rain. This needs to be addressed in writing, on the menu. The food was taste. Just not what was advertised.

Great place to come in and eat or do curbside! We have always loved chili's since they opened on International BLVD. We love doing curbside cause we live very close! I am here now picking up food at 10:45 they took my order over the phone at 10:23 seven minutes before they close! I think that's very nice considering I started calling places at 10:00 and non of them would take my order and all of them had at least 30 min until they closed! But thankfully I called chili's and I just knew they wouldn't be able to help me with seven minutes to spare but Cedric was very nice and made sure i was took care of! He left the patio door opened till I got there and Chloe was very nice and helpful as we waited on our food got me and my son drinks while we waited and made sure we had everything we needed! Like i said I have always loved chili's food but when you get 5 star customer service even after you call seven minutes before they close that's what makes people come back! They also still had costumers eating when we were getting our food and leaving. They were not rushing them out liKe a lot of other restaurants do after closing! Me and my family will always be loyal customers of chili's! Must try the quesadilla explosion salad! 🤗

I can make better chicken enchiladas at home. Service iffy. Some workers rather stand & watch sports on one of the many TVs. Evidently our waitress thought our petite 15 year old was a young child because she didn't bring her a complete set of silverware, just a fork. Booth was too tight & cramped (& the table was glued to the wall), as if the builder didn't calculate the spacing of booths along the particular length of wall. I was with others, so I didn't make an issue of all this.

I love Chili's and was crushed when the one in Mount Pleasant closed. My husband and I went here before seeing a show at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. The food was ok but not local shrimp (Of you're a restaurant in Charleston you should only serve local shrimp). Service wasn't bad - our waiter was wonderful but left on his own with too many tables. Took forever to get drinks and refills. Food came out in a timely manner. We will go back and assume that this was just a short staffed night.

This place has the best cheeseburger ever! On Tuesdays their Old timers burger with fries and garlic pickles is only $5.99! Its a hard deal to beat or miss! We have a standing appt on Tues evening and love to go here afterwards so as not to have to cook so late. Chili's makes it worth our while. Their fresh made tortilla chips a and homemade ranch dressing are out of this world as well!

If you are looking for a good chain restaurant for tex mex, look no further. Best Margaritas you will find at any chain restaurant. The food is great. The service is fast. I'm honestly surprised at how consistent they are in hiring good staff. I have never had a bad experience there and have been going for years. One of the few chain restaurants that can compete with local restaurants in the Charleston area. They recently upped their portion sizes which is A+. Great value for the amount of food you get. The location is convenient since it is near Tanger and the Airport. It's right off the interstate. Perfect score, no room for improvement.

The service is great, the employees were very nice. I ordered the 3 for 10, I got a soup which was not my cup of tea but I do not blame the restraunt, I also ordered spicy wings which were very good.

Service was good, food was not I feel that the meals are due for upgrade, the cost of the meals does not match what you are getting. Specially that cajun pasta ( chicken is over bleached rubbery and pasta under cooked.

Our server, Richard, was very good, knowledgeable about menu items, house specials, deals of the day, & which foods were vegan or could be prepared vegan. There is also a section on the table-side kiosk with ingredients. $4.00 happen hour basic lime margarita, frozen or on the rocks, was drink special. Other flavors were $5. Had frozen margarita, yes with salt. Quite good - real lime & not watered down. Richard, our server, understood my refusing plastic straw though had to explain environmental concerns to my dining companions. Had chips & salsa for appetizer; fresh prepared salsa was good, could have been spicier. Good, fresh warm tortilla chips. Entree was fajita platter, minus cheese and sour cream. 4 warm tortillas served aside grilled onions, peppers, garlic & crumbled veggie burgers, with fresh house made Pico de gallo & guacamole on the side, and a side of spicy black beans & Spanish rice. Very good & great value; enough to take leftovers for a late night snack after partying. Fajitas just as good rewarmed. Could have more vegan options on menu, like vegan cheese and sour cream. Part of Chili's national chain of restaurants. Free parking. Handicap accessible. Near Charleston airport, Tanger outlets North Charleston, numerous hotels. Off Interstate 526.

Chili's is one of my favs! The honey chipotle chicken crispers are so good! It comes with a corn on the cob that has pepper sprinkled over it along with butter. The bacon ranch quesadilla is good also! Our waitress, Tiffany, is really nice and was quick to attend to our needs.
