Short staffed, as most fast food restaurants nowadays. Typical BK and good food. Nice location for EZ OFF & EZ On for Rt 64/77.

(TLDR is below if you want a quick summary) Food is the quality you'd expect, pretty good for fast food. As other reviews have mentioned, it's either hit or miss. This visit for me was a hit! Hence the rating. I'm a driver just passing through town and needed a quick bite to eat. Cashier lady was VERY friendly... and for some reason offered me a coupon for the exact meal I was purchasing. No kidding, she saved a random coupon for a customer to use. Saved me a dollar. Service was above and beyond my expectations, so well done whomever that was! Even before that event, the restaurant atmosphere was a tad above neutral from the moment I opened the door. Employees behind running machines seemed - at the very least - energized and willing to do their work. This is coming from an outside traveler, so take this with some salt. TLDR - Would stop here again for fast food. Good quality chicken sandwiches, nice employees/atmosphere on this day (Feb 22 2023), and a random act of kindness saved me $1. Results will vary.

I had a bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a large Dr Pepper, everything was fresh and delicious. The women's bathroom was very clean and my husband said the men's bathroom was clean as well. The dining room was super clean, I was very impressed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Kudos Burger King in Kanawha City. I will return.

Fish sandwich and coffee. Always good consistency with prep. The coffee is so much better to my palate than Mac's since they changed. That's the reason I go to BK's. Wish they gave a Senior discount though.

Ed the manager up front is the most delightful employee I have ever met. He always takes care of everything we need and this morning he was working the entire front by himself. He is a very great asset for your company and you should be proud to have a gentleman like that work for you. Even at the South Charleston he always took care of us.

This location is in another fairly convenient area and this location has always done well with my orders. The renovation to the place also makes it look even better than the other locations around Charleston/South Charleston. I'd give this location a go for sure.

This location is one of the best in the greater Charleston area. Clean, fast, friendly and most of all FRESH. Eating fast food is always iffy, but the Kanawha City location seems to be a steady place. We haven't had to return food for any reason in the many years we've been customers.

This was a decent place to have lunch on the way home. It's pretty much your standard Burger King. It was clean enough, but hardly spotless. The bathrooms were clean enough, but not disgusting either. The food was your basic BK food. We were happy with our meal there.

Good food for good prices along with good clean surroundings to sit and shovel beef patties, bacon, chicken fries and ice cream down our throat holes. I give 4 stars because the only thing impossible about the impossible whopper is it'll be impossible to get me to eat it...they look and smell like burnt particle board even looks like it when broke in half...made from plants? What plants? Tree branches and ragweed?

This place is pretty nice and located next to the Maccorkle Avenue and the old Kanawha Mall. Very good Burger King food and, although sometimes there is a bit of a wait, I've always found the staff to be nice and pleasant to take orders and make food

By far the best burgerking ive been to really well keep and fresh food the 5 for 4 is an amazing deal packed with everything needed for a great meal but as for there best quality burger i would recomend the rodeo king to anyone and everyone whos looking for a 5 start thick burger!
