EXTREMELY slow took over 45 minutes for our food to come out. Good deal on wings Thursdays buy 1 get 1 free so I got 20 and bill was $13. Clean bathrooms.

Wow, when I walked into this establishment I thought, “I guess this is just another ordinary wing restaurant” but BOY WAS I WRONG. I have fallen in love with their food, and the service staff is phenomenal. I would give 10 stars, but they only gave me 5. I highly recommend this establishment and their savory, saucy wings! The Buffalo Wild Wings in South Ridge is a great place. All the workers are very friendly, helpful, and energetic. They are bouncing around everywhere, checking with you to make sure that everything is going well and if you need anything else....not so much to be an aggravation. The food is awesome as expected, definitely no disappointment there. The facility is nicely laid out and kept clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Food wasn't too bad but tolerable. Did not have root beer at location. Ordered coffee, but was told there was none which probably means they didn't want to make an entire pot for one cup.Service wasn't exceptional but not terrible either. Mainly because it was late and they were understaffed.

Generally what you would expect from a Bugfalo Wild Wings, BUT staff easily gets overwhelmed for some reason. Tonight we were dining and the entire roof beside us was completely trashed for several hours. No one attempted to clean up the mess. The food was decent, but the mess and a 20 minute wait for our drink order was disappointing.

The food was good, the servers were great, but timing is off !! It took some time to be seated, to have my order placed and food to get to my table, but when food got there it was good, but again the servers were amazing, nice smiles all the time

Celebrated a birthday in the private room in the back yesterday. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive and patient, it was a large party and we were there a long time. The food was good, from what I can tell everyone had a great time. Recommend the private room for future gatherings.

In my experience at buffalo wild wings, I am always greeted with a smile by the curly locks of Dustin. Dustin always visits my table and cracks jokes that make us chuckle. I am a regular customer to Sydney, and she is my favorite to be of presence. As long as Sydney is my waitress, my cup shall always be fullith. Sydney makes her customers a priority, and allows a nice experience in dining.

I ordered a combo with 6 boneless wings, 6 bone-in wings, and fries. Didn't realize it was $22 till I got the check which was my fault. The boneless wings were about the size of a quarter no bigger than that. The wait staff was great though. Just make sure you get one of their deals because otherwise this place is overpriced.

Normally I'd give a restaurant or place one star for bad service, bad food, or bad experience. But I will say this is the first time they've ever messed our order up. The wings were kinda dry themselves. They had plenty of sauce on them. We also found a hair in the box of wings. Spent $45 dollars there so I was a little upset about it. But like I said they Normally get everything right and usually the food is great. I haven't called yet to report the incident but if they don't take care of it then I will change my response on here.

5 stars is not enough. Had my granddaughter's graduation party in their event room. The staff was beyond accommodating, the food (variety from the party menu) was delicious, and our waitress Danielle was AMAZING!!!! 10 stars at least.

The food is generally good. I always enjoy the wings and most of the appetizers. The salads are a mixture of colored (purple and green) leaf lettuce. I prefer Iceburg lettuce so I don't eat many salads. Our waitress was very friendly and took our drink orders right away. We waited a bit to place a food order as we there more to "catch up" than eat. We were not provided with napkins or silverware and had to ask for them. I tried the All American Cheese burger, it has a good flavor and a bounty of condiments. Mine was a little greasy, enough to require a napkin underneath. Our waitress was attentive to our drinks as we stayed a while to visit and watch some basketball.

The waitress was nice as well as what I assume was the manager. I was unable to get mac and cheese as a side and then was unable to add avocado because they were not ripe. We waited a good amount of time to be initially greeted as well as our drink orders. Pretty dead while we were there. I would suggest making sure the wait staff know what is available and what is not.

It was OK. My first time going to one..mediocre at best. I'm only giving it three stars bc out server, even though she messed up our order, she owned it and admitted she was the one who put it in wrong. Warm beer, had to ask for cold mugs and they weren't cold at all. I had boneless dry heat rubbed wings, they were tough and rubbery, like they had been cooked hours before and then rolled in the rub when ordered. Not on my list of places I'd like to go again.

I would have gave them a 5 had the wait staff not had masks on. I felt like I was about to be robbed every time the waitress came to the table. Since it's a scientifically proven fact that masks do not work in protection of covid-19 it is silly for them to be wearing masks.

My trips here are always wonderful. The food is astounding. The strawberry lemonade is one of te best I've had, and I love the glass they make it in. Since they remodeled it, the store is a lot nicer and is more welcoming. It seems more functional and more spacious than it used to. Everytime I go, the waitresses are always amazing and get all of our orders correct. Even had a waitress introduce us to the app they have for the restaurant chain. Its always a wonderful experience when I go to this restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to go to grab a bite and a cold beer. They always have any game on to watch. Travis always stops by our table to say hello if he's there. The food and service is great.

The food was wonderful, service awful. We sat on the seats in front of registers waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. Finally, I was frustrated & asked if we should just seat ourselves? We get seated & order our food. Some other girl brought out the adults orders.I asked where my child's meal was, she had no clue. She went back, our waitress then came out , had no clue our meals were brought out, then had to go back & ask for my child's meal. My husband was asked only 1 time if he wanted a refill, my oldest daughter wasn't asked at all, because we were only checked on 1 time after the food was brought.

This time our server-Cassie-was outstanding but my entrée (brisket sandwich) disappointed me; the meat was shredded, not sliced and there were tough, chewy pieces that appeared to be gristle. My appetizer and onion rings were excellent though.

Buffalo wild wings was just the ticket to get back to eating out. The patio dinning and staff still mask up relieved anxiety's. The food was just how I remembered delicious. Good job wild wings.

Went to grab some dinner with my wife, son and a couple of our friends and had a great time. They brought me the wrong sandwich and offered to switch it out for me as soon as they realized it. It was no big deal since the sandwiches were very similar anyway so I told them not to worry about it. Then one of the managers came out to speak to me and actually had his staff make the sandwich I asked for to take home with me. I told him that it was really not a problem and he didn't have to do that, but he said that he wanted to make sure I got the food that I ordered. I really appreciate the fact that he was willing to do that, and that he was really nice about the whole thing. I just wish I would have gotten his name so I could have included it here.

Good food and great service most times. Good sit down restaurant if you don't mind the noise. Not a great place for take out. I usually check my order before I leave, because stuff has been forgotten or wrong. Do not order anything with chips for take out. You'll get the most pitiful box of chips imaginable. There maybe 3 or 4 whole chips and a bunch of crumbs. One time we received a 2 inch thick stack of inedible chips, a big clump of salt/seasoning, and a handful of chip pieces about the size of a nickel.

Great waitress. Had five draft beers and an app, total was $21.00. Sat there for about two hours and waitress could have flipped the table again while I sat and waited for a friend to show up so I left the server a little over $10 to make up for not being able to flip the table.

Tuesday's wing night and not very crowded. Waited a long time for my salad. My husband got his wings before I got my salad and his wait was long too. Both of our orders were simple. Found out why we waited so long because we drove past the back when we left. About four out back having a smoke break. I'm not sure why smokers get more breaks than nonsmokers. Should be the same for both but most businesses don't in force this. May want to have a manager there at all times. Normally see one but didn't tonight. We go to BWW frequently between Corridor G and Cross Lanes because BWW has my favorite salad. Lately I have had so many problems at both, might need to find a new favorite. Makes me sad.

This is a great place to eat! They have some gluten free options such as grilled chicken with a variety of gluten free sauces. They used to have bbq chicken nachos that I loved, but they were discontinued. They show UFC pay-per-view events for free when they happen which is convenient (I have only been to 3 or 4 events though). They are usually open late and are a great choice when many other restaurants in the area are closed. Atmosphere is similar to most sports bar type restaurants. Pick up orders are usually pretty fast, but it can get extremely busy at times so you may want to consider that if there is a big sporting event going on.

I needed a place to stop and watch the soccer game while traveling from out of state but I had my dog so I needed a patio for him to hang out. The bartender not only let us use the patio he turned the game on for me and brought my dog some water. The service was great the bartender was curtious and attentive. The food was good and came out fast.

I ordered online, and when I messed up the pickup time, I gave them a call and they happily adjusted it so I could pick up later. When I later arrived at 6:45 and sat down to wait for my 7:00PM pickup, I was checked on by at least 4 different staff members to see if they could help me. Very impressed. I love the staff and the food! Its usually a long wait on the food, but I'd prefer my chicken to be done and not raw! Its worth the wait. Managers and other staff are always friendly. Food quality is amazing.

My first visit to a Bdubs was awesome. We went for the UFC 229 fight. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Cameron, totally awesome & we had his booth for 4hrs. His service was impeccable. He helped me order bc I just didn't know what to choose. We will definitely ask for his section when we go again. Cannot wait to visit again. We did notice that we were the oldest people there. That didn't make us uncomfortable though. We had a great time.

Hali is the most personal waitress I've come across in the last two years of visting several restaurants including Florida beaches. Remarkably attractive also, and enjoys customers who appreciate conversation in addition to receiving their meal. My construction partner concurs with this review.

Typically bw3's is great but I got boneless wings and it was like biting into rubber. It was just very odd. There were 3 little blocks of what I assume was chicken on my plate with no breading, looked like they fell out of the breading but it was inedible. And the a.c. vent dripped on our table the whole time. Members of our party didn't say anything until we got ready to leave otherwise we would've asked to move. We were there for lunch and it wasn't super busy but still took over 45 minutes to get a few orders of wings. Just an odd visit.

Food is good, service usually is semi-slow, even when they aren’t busy. More often than not, you end up waiting 45-50 minutes for food after ordering. Kind of a long wait, especially for boneless wings at a national chain.

Wings are always pretty soggy and chewy here. The order will typically come out incorrectly. Standard Buffalo Wild wings atmosphere with decent selection of beers that went out of trend 10 years ago.

I used to go here all the time. I have honestly not been for a while since my father passed away. We loved the prices and the relaxation that we had here. I will recommend this place as they got games, TV, and do sporting events. Also have outside seating.
