People who work there are very nice. The chicken wings are ok, not what my kids expected. They thought it would be breaded fried chicken. It is not. Its plain fried chicken wings (no breading!!) smothered in sauces - we got some on the side . The sauces are good

Mediocre wings. The wings I got were obviously just reheated and so were my waffle fries. I literally walked across the street to sit down and they were already cold. Got a ton of condiments no napkins and it was a good amount of sauce. I'd go back but it is definitely not anything special.

Ive never gotten the wings but they have very good fries, the waffle fries with cajun seasoning is delicious, adding the cheese sauce takes it to the next level. Im not sure how they are to sit down in but for a take out meal there great

We order from here just about once a week for lunch, the food is always ready when I get there, still hot by the time I get back to work, and always tasty. The workers are super nice, I can tell they are hustling but they do a great job. We will be back again soon!!

Love wings over. Try the waffle fries with cheese. Honey mustard or Jet Fuel are my go to wing flavors. If you're looking for heat try the After burner. They deliver locally but if you call ahead you can always pick it up and it's hot & fresh every time I go

Great first experience on 06/09/2022 with Hot and Spicy Lemon Pepper. Still need to try some others on the menu, but I try to limit myself to wings once a week :) I would definitely recommend. Lemon Pepper and Mesquite for tonight. Mesquite is a hard pass and I have had potato chip have more flavor. Lemon Pepper is a fun zing without the heat if you can't handle it. Still would recommend this place.

Food was good but I ordered my wings with sauce on the side and was given a tiny tiny ketchup dipping cup size of sauce for a whole 4 large tender meal not enough for my tenders and it really sucked

I love hot wings. I mean I really love wings. As much as pizza and beer. I have had wings all over the world. Hands down the best ever. The flavor the spice and service were excellent. Beyond compare. Was a bit expensive until I ate this poultry perfection. Have been back every time I go to Burlington VT. Highly recommend. Very small area to eat and don't have seating now with covid anyway so just take out last I knew.

I ordered the Citrus Chipotle bone in wings and they were FANTASTIC! I waited a while to get them but that's because they were so busy filling a ton of orders. The thing that I loved about the wings is that they were cooked crispy first, and then coated. They were still moist on the inside. I will definitely go back to try more of their flavors!

The boneless honey mustard wings are without a doubt the staple of this location. Unbelievably delicious with plenty of sauce and moist, crispy chicken. Their buttermilk ranch is also unbeatable with their wings. I personally LOVE to dip their cajun waffle fries in the ranch. Calling over the phone is relatively easy. Some batches are better than others, and the inside of the location could look a bit cleaner and the staff could carry themselves a bit more professionally, but overall I've never had a bad experience at this location with staff or the food

Very engaging staff and very good wings. It had been years since my last visit. The garlic parm wings were on point, delicious. Husband thought the buffalo style was ok. We enjoyed the cookies you can purchase in store. Also more drink options in store than was listed online

Unbelievable. They delivered to CVMC and the wings were delicious. The manager who delivered them was super pleasant. We will definitely order from them again. Delivery 3.29 but with a good tip they will keep coming back. The manager made a good point that if we can order as a group so they only have to come here once that would be awesome. That is totally understandable. Certainly not a disappointment

I’m visiting, staying in a hotel, and I was STARVING around 11:30 pm last night. The only places open for delivery were Wings Over and McDonald’s (🤢) I wanna stay in town a little longer, just so I can have Winga again for lunch. I ordered the Honey BBQ tenders, and they were SO good. I wish I had ordered more.

Some of the best local food I think you can get around here to be honest. Never had any experiences other than great ordering the food here, especially the lemon pepper chicken you can get here, and the waffle fries are absolutely fantastic. All in all a great place to get a tasty meal if ya ask me.

There is something slighty different about the chicken then it used to be. Specifically something different about the honey mustard tenders. Still good though; but not as good as they used to be. Everything is was fantastic, and the woman working the register offered to help me outside with my stuff! Which was super appreciated since juggling a baby and wings is difficult! Excellent customer service!

I've been going to various Wings Over locations since college and I was a bit hesitant to try Burlington's after the reviews. However, I gave them a shot since I'm no longer near one anymore. I thought they were fantastic. The boneless wings are better (like other locations) and the flavors were great. I ordered in person in the evening with a couple friends. It was dead, so service with quick and the food was out in twenty minutes. I was even surprised. Maybe this place falls apart under pressure? Regardless, I had a great meal with friends and would recommend.

If you are hungover and/or craving something to eat late at night, this is the place for you. If you are thinking of trying here because you're craving decent chicken wings, tenders, or sandwiches, go elsewhere. The food is edible but I wouldn't call it enjoyable. The service is what it should be.

Flight in late, popped up Doordash when got to motel and only few places open, luckily Wings Over was one of them, food delivered at promised time and was hot! wings and garlic Taters cooked perfectly! So if in town late I highly recommend putting in a order

Found Wings Over Burlington through the To Go Tour on Facebook, it's the only place ever that has been willing to deliver to my address. The food was made fast, it was delivered within the promised timeframe, the delivery driver was very patient and professional when she called to clarify delivery instructions and the food! The wings were delicious, I got the honey bbq and garlic parmesan which were both great. The loaded waffle fries were very generously loaded, and the onion rings were great. Very happy with this place!

Great concept but horrible business plan to deliver to all of Vermont and expect drivers to cover gas/maintenance cost. Even Uber has never been profitable is not this foolish. Start making it minimum orders for delivery coverage. Further the drive the more the minimum order has to be or a distance based service charge. Otherwise, you will not stay solvent and will go out of business. Good luck on being profitable or hiring drivers who could work anywhere else and make more money

Great food at a pretty decent price. Honey mustard boneless chicken is amazing as well as the honey barbecue. My only complaint is you always have to make sure and check your order before leaving the store because they always seem to forget something whether it's an order of fries or as simple as an extra ranch.

I used to enjoy the "afterburner" sauce, which they have gotten rid of. I tried the hottest replacement last night, ok flavor but I miss the other sauce. It was different and deelish. The chicken however was not very good; dry and stringy with some parts I actually didn't want to eat. Doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

What a fantastic business! I ordered for delivery via Postmates and due to a Postmates error, the delivery never arrived. I received a call personally from the manager on duty who offered to deliver my order himself!! Even though the food had been sitting waiting to be delivered, it was still warm and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Wings over has pretty good food and excellent customer service. We’ve ordered here a lot over the past few years and never really had an issue. The last time we ordered from here our order was incorrect. We called, just to let them know we received the wrong order. Wasn’t really looking for our money back or anything but the GM gave us a credit for the entire order. He didn’t have to do this but it’s very much appreciated! The food is 4/5 but I’ll give them the 5/5 for great service!

When i called the restaurant and asked them what heat levels they offered, they told me it's based on a 5 tier heat scale. I love spicy food but wasn't sure what their 5 was. I've taken the blazing challenge at buffalo wings wings and have to say that I'm glad i only went with the 4. Great flavor and not overcooked. I ordered these for delivery and was pleasantly surprised to find out that 15 bone in wings plus delivery was only $15! I saw the 3 star rating here on Google and was sure I'd be disappointed. Couldn't be further from the truth.

I’ve been ordering from them since the very beginning and have always loved there food. They’ve always had weird hours but worked with it. I recently just placed an order to only find out they basically raised all there prices by a good amount. Just wasn’t expecting that they didn’t update there online menu for the prices. Kind of bummed cause I consider my self a frequent flyer here. And there prices are now a little high. Clear the owner is having some problem seeing how they just opened for lunch hours and are jacking the prices up.

All year round this a great place to get some of the best wings you'll find in Vermont. Open late for drunken munchies, and now early for lunch. However, they desperately need to manage their orders on superbowl sunday differently as it hurts their reputation and overall business model to be promising hundreds of orders at the same pickup time. I get that the more orders they promise theres more potential profit to be made, but when theres a room full of angry customers that look like they're ready to start a riot, that's a bad look for a business. To anyone who understands business ethics, the cost of your reputation isn't worth a couple hundred dollars of profit on one specific day of the year. And if you think it is, somebody could easily win over your customers if they started their own local wings delivery restaurant. It happens at a specific time too. The closer it gets to the start of the game, the more of a warzone Wings Over becomes. There's a pretty easy solution to this problem, which involves figuring out their maximum output of food in a given bracket of pickup time (every 10 or 15 minutes, such as 5:00, 5:15) and then once they've reached capacity for that time bracket, have the computer block it off and move onto the next available bracket. This will prevent a room crowded with angry customers yelling at the staff as they await an order that was promised to them to be out an hour ago. Not to mention the several orders for people who weren't even in the room, or how I got my order after 40 minutes while I heard two girls complaining about being there for an hour and a half. They were inciting their boyfriends to act more violent towards the staff, and the last thing anyone wants is a national news story about angry customers attacking employees at a wings joint over absurdly late orders. The fanchise owner needs to step their game up on the day of the big game if they wanna retain customers. Even simply being present at your store while your poorly managed staff hecticly struggles to put orders together and deal with an angry mob of customers, for something they have no control over. The poor staff took all the heat for something that should be blamed on the owner. I lose respect for places like that. I would love to see this place continue to serve delicious food to their community, but this needs to be fixed.

So yesterday me and my wife decided we wanted wings last minute before the game. We went at 4:30 and the place was packed. We placed our small order and decided to go shop around the area while we wait. We came back around a hour later and waited because the place was still packed. We witnessed many customers yelling and being outright obnoxious. The employees there were all working hard as they could to get out the crazy amount of orders, and the people at the counters were barraged with people upset about their orders, but handled it very calmly. I love the food here and seeing how well the employees took the crazy amount of orders and horrible customers makes me like this 10x more. Props to the employees.

We're big fans. Wings Over Burlington is our go-to delivery for a family of 5 with three teens. 2lbs of boneless wings goes a long way around here and is one of the most affordable options around. LOVE the beer-battered onion rings. Delivery staff is awesome and go out of their way to do a good job.

I've found myself disappointed more often than not recently whenever I order from Wings Over. Their chicken, for a fast food place, used to be delicious. Now it's usually bone dry and hard to bite into much less chew and swallow. Half the time whichever flavor I order is barely sauced and I may as well have ordered plain boneless wings. It's one of my favorite chains, so I often forget how bad the food is and order only to be disappointed and still hungry an hour later. Not to mention fifteen dollars poorer for the smallest meal they have. Wish they would offer something smaller than a hanger 1. When whoever runs the kitchen figures out how to cook chicken without over-killing it, I'd be smitten over this place again.

Gotta love the f-16 15 wing dish made with RED ALERT wakens the senses, 'cruising altitude' might have been a less robust choice but to me red alert has minimal scorching aftertaste! Very hearty boneless wings as well, order in 1/2 lb increments! Nicely done wings! Breadsticks could be $1 or so less for the size and this horrendous economy! Thanks for keeping me filled with your tasty treats!

Have ordered several times. Wings are good. I personally like to get plain wings, and dip them in sauce myself. My only major complaint is with the Waffle Fries. They are put into a Styrofoam container in a black plastic bag. By the time we got them, they were drenched and soggy from the condensation.

This place has some hearty stuff for a higher price. If you dig sandwiches and burgers, they offer a slim variety with a number of flavors you can use. The wings, especially the boneless ones are the cornerstone to this place. This place is ideal for party-size combos and platters for swift delivery in the area.

Absolutely my favorite place to order food. I live 20+ minutes away from the store and it always surprises me that not only are they willing to deliver, but the food is always warm and fresh, the driver is always extraordinarily kind, and it rarely takes more than hour to be delivered even with the distance. 10/5 Wings Over all the way.
