By far our favorite restaurant/cafe in town. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, especially to our little Izzy (Hi, Anna!). Every meal is fresh and flavorful. Our favorites include: Vietnamese Milk Coffee... And everything else on the menu (honestly). Make sure to take advantage of their specials, and bring home a sweet treat! If I could give 10 stars I would!

A beautiful place, women-owned business in Winooski. Visited here twice for their baked goods and Vietnamese coffee. Their classic coconut bun is so good, rich, buttery and sweet. Second visit we got the grilled beef bánh mì with spring rolls and vegetarian bánh mì. The beef was so flavorful with a little jalapeño kick, cilantro and cucumber freshness. This is a nice relaxing place to hang out or meet with a small group.

Got the shrimp rolls and grilled beef banh mi. Both excellent. Banh mi was $8. I think the rolls were either $5 or $6. Bc I also had the banh mi from M-Saigon earlier in the week, M-Saigon is a little bigger for same price. But the baguette from Sarom’s is way better. I give it a 4/5⭐️. Oh, wife also got milk coffee which tasted like it was brewed from a phin.

What an excellent place to grab a quick bite, catch up with some friends or do some work. My fiancé and I went over their opening weekend, and the food was delicious. Best spring rolls I have ever had paired with a delightful Chai Milk Tea. My partner ordered the Grilled Beef Sandwich, and they LOVED it. A bonus was the reasonable prices on the menu. If you're in the area, definitely stop by to support this family-owned business!

Food here is delicious and their pastries are Sooo good. I had the coconut pastry and really really liked it. My husband ordered the fried rice and was also delicious, plenty of fresh veggies on top and Veri generous cuts of meat. I had the beef banh mi, it was good but I am not a mayonnaise person so next time I will order it without mayo, bread was a little heavier than a traditional banh mi one but still good. The space is nicely decorated and full of natural light. We wish they would extend their hours so we can have their food for dinner too. ;)

Such a wonderful addition to Winooski! The space is gorgeous, the staff super friendly and most importantly the food was really delicious! I had an bahn mi egg sandwich and the flavors were so good, such a yummy take on a classic. Excited to go back and try more of the menu!

New favorite cafe! The most gorgeous colorful, sunny interior design and decor of any restaurant/cafe in the area. Quiet, super nice and very quick service. Iced Vietnamese coffee is great and I had to go 2 days in a row for the Nutella bun. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Its our first time here but it wont be last, we will definitely return!! Everything is soooooo delicious. My kids are a picky eater but they love everything. We ordered spring rolls, tiger rolls, shrimp rolls, beef sandwich and beef noodle. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Not a clue why I haven’t already reviewed this incredible locally owned café, because I’m here multiple times a week. Let me say it’s been an incredible experience to watch a new business start up in the midst of economic turmoil, and come out the other side with smiles… that doesn’t happen without some incredible determination and adaptability. I started this review with that note because all of those virtues really shows in what they put into their food! Mariana, and her mother Snow, are dedicated to a hospitable ethos, and they are constantly asking for feedback to improve their recipes and it’s just awesome to see the process. Now the food itself is spectacular especially for the price, especially for this area! It’s fresh, quality ingredients, traditional, and MAN is it GOOD. For less than the price of a happy meal you can get locally owned quality food. There’s parking available behind the building, it’s within walking distance from the circle, the seating is comfortable and accommodating… I have stuck with honestly the same few items on the menu, ALL of the Banh Mi sandwiches are fantastic, the iced drinks they have are all awesome (I’ve recently fallen in love with the Chrysanthemum Tea!)…. I would also recommend both flavors of their honeycomb cake, if you're looking for something MILDLY sweet and interesting!

Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. The food is absolutely delicious and the cafe is spacey and comfortable with plenty of lighting. 10/10 would recommend as a comfortable work space if you are looking to get out of your office. If you like Vietnamese coffee, you will love Saroms Cafe.

I got bahn mi, coffee, and a pastry. The space is very clean and cute. Staff was patient helpful and polite. The chocolate pastry was warm and tasty. The coffee was dark roast, think French roast. Slow sipper. Be ready to spend some time on it. Bahn mi was pleasantly sweet, great French bread, and pretty spicy. It compliments the milk coffee well.

I recently worked with Sarom's Cafe on a large catering order for a company event. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Mariana. She was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions (I had a lot!). It was easy to ensure everyone had something to eat, taking into account food allergies and preferences. Fantastic everything - food, decor, ambiance and especially the staff! We were thrilled to find out it’s a family run restaurant. The food really hit the spot for us; the young lady behind the counter was kind enough to give us cushions from the back room so we could even lay down our infant for a diaper change. Very surprised and unexpected. The rice and beef meal was superb. The lettuce was so crispy and sweet it felt a little surreal. Pickles, amazing. Beef was perfectly seasoned on a generous bed of rice. The beef bahn mi was fantastic as well. French bread as a base… nothing else to say but yum. A+ experience for everything. We’d return here in a heartbeat

We found this place on a whim by searching the nearest food option and what an absolute score! The food is AMAZING and so is the service! All of the women are so friendly and attentive- our meal came out quickly and we loved chatting with the waitress about how the business got started. Highly recommend!

Sarom's is the best lunch spot, hands down. Every meal I've had there has been so good. I usually go for the beef bahn mi box, and I'd really recommend getting dessert, they're home baked! The service is excellent. If you haven't been, you're missing out.

The food left me speechless it was just soooo good… (Beef Bahn Mí and the Shrimp rolls are just 👌🏻👌🏻), the service is amazing the restaurant itself is very very clean and a comfy place to meet with a friend, or just sit around and relax. 10/10 recommend!!!! Prices are a bonus.

By far the best café I've been to yet. This place is so inviting and colorful. Nice relaxing atmosphere, with wonderfully pleasant staff! We had the coconut bun which i highly recommend getting and buy extras to bring home. You will thank me!! Paired with a Vietnamese coffee that is so rich and velvety you will not want coffee anywhere else.

Such an incredible spot! The food was incredible. I was blown away by the freshness and depth of flavor. I had the beef sandwich and a limeade. Already thinking about when I can go back! And extra points for it being mother / daughter own and operated. They knocked it out of the park.

I'm thrilled to have this new cafe in Winooski. The cafe has an airy, sunny, clean atmosphere, and the food was very flavorful, satisfying without being heavy, and well-priced. As a vegetarian, I was happy to have multiple enticing choices. The grilled tofu sandwich and spring rolls were fabulous. As a bonus, lots of free parking out back make this cafe easily accessible. Also a bonus: whereas many restaurants in the area happen to be closed on Mondays, Sarom's is open.
