A very quite and nice family run authentic Vietnamese Restaurant in Burlington Vermont. The seating is quite spacious and spaced out. The restaurant was not crowded. Service was swift. The food was delicious. We had Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Fried Sesame Cakes, Vegetarian Pho and a variety of other dishes.

Food was decent and the service was excellent. Like the open nature of the seating area. Plenty of vegetarian options with a decidated section of the menu. Tofu spring rolls were excellent and the vegetarian was decent. The curry was a lot more liquidy then I expected almost more like a soup so it wasn't my favorite. Despite that the flavors were there and overall I was satisfied with the dish.

Yum. Located in great little walkable neighborhood with various local cute shops. No frills, affordable, Vietnamese food. Best wonton soup I've had in Burlington so far (always on the lookout for excellent wonton). They have a decent amount of vegetarian options as well. The grilled chicken in the Com Thit Ga Guong was crispy and juicy and the pearl teas -mango and Thai tea- were just what we were looking for. Fried dumplings weren't the best and the tofu in my tofu udon wasn't seasoned. But overall a great meal and we're looking forward to trying more items.

Happened upon this place as we were visiting Burlington and we’re desperately seeking Vietnamese. The owner is fantastic. So kind and engaging in such an amazing story of coming to this country and building his business. Definitely worth a visit.

Saigon Kitchen is hidden in the Old North End by the Asian Market, Thai Phat. They have an extensive menu including a lot of delicious appetizers and many vegetarian options. I highly recommend trying the entire menu 😋

The food was really good, I got beef pho. I really liked how my server wasn't watching me eat to ask how the food was. I came alone my first time but i'll definitely come again with a friend.

Ordered the Vietnamese chicken curry. The broth was thin and runny, like soup, which is perfect on this chilly March day. Ordered summer rolls, too. Everything was tasty, and the service was attentive and fast. Reasonable prices. This is a small, family-run restaurant, nice and clean, and the Vietnamese pop music plays on. Enjoy!

Delicious and fresh! I happen to be going on a stroll when I noticed this place when passing by. I’d been walking all day, so I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by how cheap and delicious the food was- the best combination! I will be going back! The soup was quite fresh and flavorful despite its simplicity. Plus, I got a Vietnamese iced coffee, which consists of condensed milk. It was sweet, so if that’s not your thing, don’t get it! Personally, I love sweet coffee.

I love Saigon Kitchen. The owners are terrific and they help employ local high schoolers. The food is delicious; they have vegetarian options and will do gluten free if you ask. Everyone is friendly and professional. Parking isn't great but Burlington in general is awful for available public parking.

My fiancé and I grabbed takeout from here and we’re very impressed. We got an order of Pho Noodle Soup (Phở Đặc Biệt), dumplings and spring rolls. Noodle bowl and dumpling were hot and had excellent flavor. Spring rolls were fresh and were accompanied with a terrific sauce.We called them around closing time and they were happy to prepare our order. Very friendly service and a great price. HIGHLY recommend.

Ate here for the first time. Good allergens menu. Restaurant and restroom were very clean. Both my daughter and I found our meals to be well prepared with good ingredients. And the ventilation is also very good. We will return.

Wow...great service and incredible food. I had number 16 bun with chicken...grilled, tender and juicy and rice noodles over bed of fresh greens. It surpassed expectations. We also had fresh spring rolls...also fabulous. I totally recommend this place.

Such delicious food!! We had all of the appetizers and they were delicious!!! My favorites are the steamed dumplings, the spring rolls (which are huge!!) and the egg rolls. I got #11 and it was perfectly spicy and so flavorful!!! Would definitely recommend and I am 100% going back!!

This place is freakin amazing. There is so much flavor! We got the wonton soup, the best flavor I have ever had. Then the bao bun, never had one like this and it was amazing. Then the noodles and chicken with some added lemongrass. Wow is all I have to say. And we shared it all.

We are Vietnamese food fans. We have been going to Pho Hong for years....but we may have a new favorite place! Siagon Kitchen makes wonderful fresh pho and more. The family that owns and operates it are so friendly and accomodating. And the atmosphere is wonder as well. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Awesome affordable vegetarian options. Friend and I got the vegetarian pho, vegetarian egg rolls, and the vegetarian curry. Curry was more soup-like than the curry at pho hong which was unexpected but very delicious with just the right amount of heat. Both dishes had tons of veggies. Highly recommend this place!

The best Pho in burlington. I moved here from LA two years ago and Saigon Kitchen’s pho is the only pho that comes close to how good it is on the west coast. Everything from flavor to presentation is on point here. 10/10 recommend to friends.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is a whole different story. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious! Good portions too. I will definitely stop here again the next time I'm in town. I loved it!

Delicious! So far I’ve had Noodle specials twice, and am looking forward to trying more from their rich menu. There were ample portions, with a tasty variety of fresh, healthy vegetables and meat. So far I’ve only had the chicken. The clean, bright, spacious, and pretty interior of this new Burlington restaurant, that started in January, has plenty of space for dining in, and also is well suited for takeout. The timing of the pandemic, just weeks after their opening, was almost too much to bear. But they survived, and are a bright new gem in the Queen City’s crown.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The food feels a little more home-style (in a good way!) than the other Vietnamese spots in the Burlington area (which we also love). One thing that stood out is that there were only a few vegetarian (tofu) options on the menu, although I'm guessing that you could order more dishes with tofu instead of meat. Also, the Bubble Tea was quite sweet, so next time we'll try to order it with only a little bit of sugar. We'll definitely be back! A great addition to the vibrant Old North End!

One of the best Vietnamese foods in America! Order #20 the beef Bún and thank me later We also ordered the #8 beef phö the flavour was amazing meat was perfect #28 grilled chicken with stir fry veggies was amazing we got it spicy Ask for the chef made chilli oil if you like spicy! Extremely clean!

Authentic and delicious! Reminds me of myb Me's cooking.. They have a few dishes that are not available at the other Vietnamese restaurants in Burlington, like bun rieu and banh canh cha ca (for those of you who'd like to branch out of pho). A gem place.

Delicious! The interior space us nicely decorated and as warm and inviting as the staff and prices very reasonable. I tried my favorite, Pho Dac Biet. The broth was superb but the noodles! The noodles were the best I've had yet in the area - smooth, firmer and not at all sticky and a plentiful portion! They have pots chili garlic sauce on the table along with the usual hoisin and sriracha. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Unrelated to the food, the bathrooms are lovely and absolutely immaculate! I already can't wait to go back! 😋

Had a quick bite while in Burlington on a day trip from Montreal. The restaurant was very clean and had a calming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, the portions were generous and filling and the food was quite tasty (special mention to the chicken curry and the beef pho). Also really enjoyed the Vietnamese iced coffee! Would recommend to others coming to Burlington! :)
