Kids were hungry after a fun-filled day in Vermont. We were at the nearby Target and this McDonald's was right there. We were planning to go through the drive thru and was shocked to find there isn't one! We got McNuggets and they were extremely fresh. You know how it tastes when freshly made - hot, moist, and heat in the centre with a crispy crunch. These were among the better McNuggets experience that we have had. The fries were not as piping hot and fresh as the McNuggets, but they still tasted yummy. I got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was decent. Again, star of tonight's meal were the McNuggets!

I was really impressed , the Service was a little slow , but considering they are severely understaffed , and stuck with so many doordash orders that it made me stressed just seeing it …. These guys did a great job. They also had a lobby full of unappreciative people and app drivers. These people need a raise asap !

The staff was very friendly and took great care with our order, even making sure to repeat it back. Everything was made perfect and when I dropped something by accident a lady behind the counter rushed to help me. The manager was amazing and friendly. It's hard to find good customer service especially at fast food places now a days and the crew here goes above and beyond. The dining room was spotless

A family member used to work here and they loved it. I appreciate how the location is open till late in the morning, and the staff is always friendly. The guy at the counter gave me a free burger because they ran out of pickles! Thank you again!

The staff is usually very friendly at this location. Sometimes wait times are long because of their backups with UberEATS, DoorDash, etc. All the UVM students order their delivery fries from this location.

Place is a little dated and a little messy. Staff was nice but little overwhelmed with the lunch rush hour. My order was correct. They have a walk-up window vs. a drive-thru. They are open 24 hours a day. Signs were up saying they were hiring. Despite just three stars, I would eat here again.

I went there with my 2 kids on July 6th. As I used the clean bathroom my kids had went to the counter to order two oreo mcflurries but unfortunately the Mcflurry machine was not working. So my son just ordered a chocolate shake instead but my daughter didn't want that because she really wanted oreo flavor (kids🤦‍♀️) as I came out of the bathroom my kids told me the machine was down. The kind woman at the counter apologized numerous times. And then the kind soul gentleman (manager?) Had asked me if he could make my kids two oreo shakes on the house... of course my kids wouldn't say no to an oreo mcflurry. I just wanted to say thank you sooo much for turning my daughters frown upside down. Delicious shames but great counter service that didn't go unrecognized. Appreciate yall

For a crushing corporate leviathan marketing patently addictive edible food like substances as actual food(pink slime, liquid smoke, "cheese food") they are on point! And this location was pretty good! No drive thru here, my only complaint. Nice staff, clean, quiet, accurate.

How can a McD's in this era NOT have a drive thru?! (Window was there, but no service available. Was parking)! Sign says "Come Inside". Seriously... Especially in a major city like Burlington! Was a complete turn off. Unpack the kids and cart them all in just to grab fast food!

Don't like the table service, you go in and there really isn't a line so you think, ok not bad. Then you notice all the people at the tables waiting for their food. Also the mobile orders are brutal.

Food came on time quickly and tasty though we did find a hair in one of our burgers. My friend said he didn't think the drink machine had been clean recently due to it tasting like "pond water" but I didn't taste anything wrong.

It has been more than a year since I've been to the South Burlington McDonald's. The double quarter pounder and fries were scrumptious! I went back inside for a shake, but the machine was not working. Very bummed. With an older lady craving a strawberry shake. Al's had them but it cost me $24. Otherwise very Covid 19 friendly.

I feel like the McDonalds when I was a kid was more colorful. Sadly now that corporate has taken over they have made it more simplistic in their design. Not so inviting to the kids they originally targeted as a kid. It may be a little biased of a review, but this is only my review. To each their own.

It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting from the food. The service at this location is always friendly, and the seating area is nice and kept clean. Due to local zoning laws on Williston Rd, this location cannot have a drive-thru. However, they do have a walk-up window and the service there is prompt.

It's important to note that this Mcdonalds does not have a drive through. You have to go inside to get food. Touch screen order windows available. Wheel chair accessible. Free parking, free bathroom.

They are in desperate need of a DRIVE THRU at this location...and I know they're "not allowed to have a drive thru" due to Williston road zoning laws/traffic congestion, but I call big B.S. on that! Sounds more like a fussy Vermont-type of rule. Their walk up window service is hit or miss at best. They're located right off of the interstate, so they get travelers, plus they get a lot of local traffic here, between college students and south burl residents. The seating area is drafty and awkward, so its a better place to get food to go.

Leb and qest leb locatioons are not too bad. 5he double drive thru at the west lebanon can get hectic qhen there are inconsiderate motor vehicle operators who are having hissy fits. But the service is usually spot on. Just remind them avout your sauces!!

Great place to get a cup of coffee. There is free wifi and a gas fireplace and lounge area as well so if you are in the area on business and need somewhere free to post up for a few hours and get some work done this location isn't a bad option.

I love this McDonald's because of where it's located but there is no drive thru and there are always very long lines so it's not quite as fast as you would like fast food to be but they do have a great staff and take good care of their customers
