Waitress was fantastic except we never got one of the children's plates. It wasn't on the bill and we had enough food to feed everyone without it. The hostess was a little off. There where 5 of us. She handed me 2 silverware packets and 3 menus before seating us. It was a little strange. Never had that happen before.

Pancakes are great but I've seen bigger sausages elsewhere in other breakfast spots! My girlfriend's eggs were undercooked both time!! Kitchen would need some improvement! Our waitress fast super friendly!!

Food's not bad, and the service is very ftiendly, but we did get multiple errors on our orders. We didn't say anything cuz we were pressed for time, but be sure to double check your order with the waitress.

Good food, nice staff but the wait can be about 10 minutes or more. I believe the day that I went with my family- they were short staffed..overall the food was good. I usually have the Florentine crepes but surprisingly it was not listed on the menu here.

It's iHop. Can be hit oriss in this day and age but the seasoned staff work hard and aim to please. You just have to iHope they are on shift when you visit.

Fabulous establishment. Had chicky tendees with fries and they were very solid. Waitress was very nice. Also, a pirate was outside giving train rides in the mall. It was an absolute joy to ride the choo-choo train to the Target parallel from my favorite restaurant in the world.

My meal was DELICIOUS as always!!! My meal was amazing, the service was amazing, my glasses and silverware were clean and the music playing was good. I love how kid friendly ihop is, my son enjoyed his meal and enjoyed his menu he got to color. Always a good place to go when you're in Burlington ❤

Nice place, if a little unorganized as far as seating customers go. None of the staff seemed to be on the same page with how they were taking people's names and seating them. When we walked in the waiting area was full and we didn't see anyone for 5 minutes. Also employees walked by several times without even looking to the front or saying "someone will be right with you". But that wasn't even the worst part. After delivering our food, we barely saw our waitress again. She came out with other tables food, but she never looked our way, or checked in on us. We had to flag her down to get something, only to have her completely forget and we had to flag her down again to get what we wanted.

Food was overpriced. Meal ran me $21 and change for coffee and Chicken & Waffles. Had to pay $2 for Maple Syrup. The waffle was half the size of local Farm to Tables and tasted soso. Chicken tenders tasted on par with a frozen tender.

Some days it's mellow some days there are loads of people, the workers are super nice and the food is always been fresh and in a timely manner Everytime I've been there. Tres leches pancakes are pretty awesome, you can get wifi from the mall if needed.

Food is good, My fiance and I got cheeseburger with bacon and french fries!! But not the best service. They don't come and check on there customers that much . They didn't offer us any napkins or a straw with our milkshake. Had to wait a while and ask when our waitress was walking by for napkins and a straw!! They could do a lot better!!

This IHOP has the most carrying staff. I have been here many times, and each time the attention gets better. Please support this restaurant and its staff. TIP them well... Tip them more than the 20% of the total bill if you can. Not too many customers are going (at least when I am there), so their earnings are not as much during covid-19.

Low wait time both for seating and food. Good price. Lots of milkshake for your buck (if they don't give you the metal container of milkshake ask for it. It will over double the amount of milkshake you get and it's free)

I have never been to ihop. I didn't even go here. I stood outside and stared at the ihop sign for hours. I love that ihop sign. Its so alluring. So pleasing. Nothing can ever satisfy my emotional hunger quite like this ihop did. Thank you John Ihop for making ihop. I love you, ihop.

The place is decently nice and it's decently cheap, but their pancakes taste like grocery store mix. The flavoured syrups are not great. The service was very good and friendly. The eggs were alright and the hashbrowns were nice, but the churro pancakes I had made me feel like my arteries were about to explode. Overall I will probably be going back but not anytime soon, my pancreas needs a break.

I love IHOP! I've been patronizing them for a good number of years. It's very disappointing that today was not a good one at this particular venue. The service was excellent however the food was not. I ordered the poblemo omelet. The meat was overcooked, the avocado slices that are part of the dish were forgotten, and I barely had any sauce on the dish. Extremely disappointing! Normally, IHOP would get five stars however, I give it three and that is only because the waitress was very attentive.

The pancakes were very good. Sadly that quality did not transfer well to the waffles, which are very crispy and are not that great. Another interesting thing is that they don't offer real maple syrup. Overall this chain is very average. With a bit more staff (they had one waitress) and some more focus on all around quality in the food this could be a very nice breakfast restaurant.

Went with my wife for lunch. The steak with eggs were great and my wife said the pancakes we're good, but very sweet (without syrup). The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is because it took a while to give our order and for the food to come out

To start there service took FORVER. Secondly there was a hair in my friends food. We also sat around for 45 minutes for food while no one was here. Overall the employees were very nice but chef could use some work.

Food is pretty much ALWAYS awesome, but there have been a couple time we have found hair in the food. And having a family business it does happen time to time, but when it does It Should Be Made Right. I just hope it don't happen again because those are my favorite pancakes in the world

I just went there today and it is my new favorite place. After 2 we got so much food with the new menu and the ommlete was to die for. 35 dollars got more food then I could carry out in leftovers and gonna be eating it for days . I suggest anyone that goes to the university mall goes to IHOP any time. Best place in the mall

It was good and the service was great! I got raspberry crepes with cream cheese sauce on the inside, my son got birthday cake pancakes from the kids menu-I tried his pancakes and sort of wished I had gotten some for myself they were so good!!! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is I got a iced coffee that was disgusting-the waitress didn't charge me for it, also my mom got the Philly cheese steak and the meat in it was super dry. However-it's a pancake place what do you expect?!? LoL 😄 hahaha! I HOPE is one of my faves!

Always a good breakfast but little upset as I bought the senior breakfast. 2eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 2 pancakes for 6.49, coffee 2.49 and I asked for a side of hash browns for a 3" x 3" side they were 3.99 my bill was 14.06 with tip 17.50. Not worth it. Use to be a better deal. I go to Dennys next time.

IHOP has become a pinnacle of breakfast in the South Burlington area. Their service is continuously improving and the food is delicious. to this day I have not had a bad experience, and I'm very happy to eat there any time it is suggested.

Called 1.5hrs ahead for a 1pm reservation. Was told when I arrived that I wasn't on the list. After being seated my coffee was delivered but it took till the food came out to get creamer for my coffee.

My husband and I have never been to and Ihop. When we first walked in we were greeted and seated right away the atmosphere was great the The staff was wonderful. We had a waitress that was wondeful. I ordered and appetizer and asked to have it before the meal. My meal came out first and when I asked the waitress what happened she said the cook was in the bathroom came out and washed her hands and that was why my meal came out first and she said she did not want are food to get cold. When my husband and I have gone out before I have never heard that from our waitress. We were very impressed. And we will be going there in the future. This resteraunt is well worth the drive.

First, some reviews state they don't have real maple syrup; this is wrong, but you have to ask. As of now it's $1, since real syrup is expensive. Second, my rating is based on my experience here vs other similar establishments. The wait staff is generally good, but everyone has off days occasionally. Other than eating at a real diner, this IHOP is good for the area.

I would have to say that the omelet was great except the menu they gave us suggested that it'll have some sort of sauce, there wasn't any, also the egg wrap was too light, it would not hold together every time I had cut a piece to eat it, it just bugged me.

I give IHOP 5 stars for my specific reasons. It is a quiet place to sip coffee and reflect on the day while seeing people I don't normally see living near an expensive university. Like normal non-20-something working Americans. It's grounding.

Ihop is already a go to for pancakes, but adding Vermont maple syrup from a local farm and this place is must visit if your in the area. Not sure I remember a dish quite as delish as cupcake pancakes with a dollop of whipped cream and some wicked fresh syrup
