Very good, a lot less fry's than their normal boatload, surprisingly. And the cashier was interesting. She would YELL "two patties"!!!! Looking back at the crew.. Kind of challenging them to look at her! 😂😂. No one did... I noticed everyone is line talking about it.

OMG, OMG you guys.... Wow! Been too long, way too long! Best burgers on the planet and best fries in the galaxy. Juicy, savory, double bacon cheese burger heaven! Located in a janky little strip mall (I wanted to get away from the tourists) but once inside all is good. Made fresh to order so don't soil your undies if it takes a little time. Fresh made = delicious and just for you.. Sooo worth it, thanks!

Was there today (December 18th) at about 1pm. 3 women working and just killing it. 1 at the cash and helping prepare burgers even though there were always 10 people in line, another one on the grill and the third putting the orders together. It was crazy busy and not only was the service WAY faster than you would expect, they actually were pleasant, cheerful and said thank you to everyone when they gave them their orders. Whoever is lucky enough to own this location and have these 3 women working, either give them a good bump in pay or at least a great Christmas bonus! Ps The food was excellent as well, top notch burgers and fries.

Small burger and small fries. Small burger; dry, toppings tasted liked nothing. Only Ate half and this was supposed to be the best burger around? Small Fries - Needs salt and nothing to write home about. Grab a bunch of condiments because you'll need it for flavor. Plenty of parking and seating. Try the peanuts! I've had better and probably won't be back, but maybe to try the hot dog. M

Always had good food here one of our kids didn’t care for the grilled cheese and we were offered something different at no charge because she overheard her saying she didn’t like it. She declined and we were given a $10 gift card without asking. Super pleasant experience and excellent customer service.

Food is great as usual but man, do not come in the evening during dinner rush. 30 minute wait for just two orders of fries, and between the customers and (way too loud) music you can barely hear if they call out your number even though they yell out pretty loud. With online orders you can't exactly judge how busy it is by eye.

If you haven’t had a chance to try the burgers and fries from Five Guys then you are, quite simply, missing out. Not to mention the SHAKES. It’s a simple must-try for anyone who may be wondering if this place is “any good”. Some people complain about the length of time you have to wait for your food. Yeah? It’s a restaurant. They’re actually cooking their food fresh so don’t be surprised if it takes a little bit longer than your average McDonald’s. I highly recommend you try a vanilla shake with peanut butter, Oreo filling, and Oreo cookie pieces. I don’t really know what to compare them to but I find the shakes are easily better than Ben and Jerry’s.

Definitely some right on fast food to snag if you're feeling pretty hungry. Getting some for more than like a couple people can get quite expensive but all in all getting a meal for like yourself is definitely worth it imo.

Typical 5 guys quality. Good burgers, good fries. Dining room is small and most of us know how difficult/undesirable it is to eat a burger in your car. Half the tables and all of the front are blocked off for social distancing.

Love 5 guys! No contest that it is better than In-N-Out. The burgers still taste just as fresh and yummy as they do on the West Coast and they still serve Idaho fries (the fries are they best part) (Hand cut, double fried, still skin on, Ahhhhmazing-ness) BUT, they don't have Fry Sauce here on the East coast, only Ketchup dispensers. Sad Day 😥 They will give you a little cup of Mayo and or Cajun spice blend to make your own tho. Guess I gotta give them that. Thanks Five Guys!!

This place is amazing. Excellent burgers and fries. The gentleman taking our order was very patient, kind and helpful. Making suggestions and explaining the ordering process. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive up here. McDonalds is now considered the tv dinners of five guys!!!

The burger meet is good but nothing to spectacular. The fries are really nice, but again they are not what make the meal. Where the food really shines are the toppings and the adds to the burgers. The vegetables are so fresh and crisp. The sauces are packed full of flavor. Everything comes together so well it makes for a good satisfying meal. On a side note, they have wonderful tea fountains, a refreshing change to only sodas as a pair to fast food.

There's always fast food if you don't care about the burger you put in your mouth, leaving it to chance to see if it's warm out put together the right way. If you do care though, you go to Five Guys. The burgers themselves are glorious piles of deliciousness and don't get me started on the fries, we'll be here all day.

Five Guys is a truly great fast food joint! My first impression was that their employees seem genuinely to be working there which just makes it that much more pleasurable an experience than going to a McDonalds or another leading national chain where most employees seem like sad-looking, zombies. I must say that their burgers are moist, juicy, delicious, and grilled to perfection. In addition to the normal bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup, mayo, relish, and mustard, Five Guys also offers such rarities as grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and even jalapenos if one so desires. They also give you plenty of french fries, even if you only order a small. In addition to burgers and fries, they also have hot dogs and fried veggie sandwiches which are pretty darn good, too. Their milkshakes are to die for and they also serve Coca-Cola products through one of those fancy, fountain machines with a near infinite combinations of additional flavorings. Refills on Coke products are free, too. One word of caution though. If you or your friends or family members have peanut allergies, Five Guys is just not for you. They cook their fries in peanut oil and have free, fresh peanuts all over the place for customers to munch on. However, peanut allergies aside, if you love burgers, shakes, fries, and dogs, along with pleasant counterstaff, you'll love Five Guys, I guarantee!

At least once a week I order online right before my lunch break. They do wait to make milkshakes and fries until you get there, but that only takes a few minutes. In the past, I had to go up to the cooks' counter upon arrival, which was difficult because they're often too busy to greet you. Thankfully, they changed their process. Now, you approach the cashier who then informs the cooks to finish your order. I appreciate this change because it saves me time, even when they're busy, during my short break. All of their food is delicious and affordable. I would definitely recommend Five Guys to anybody and I will continue to go there for lunch.

It's 5 guys - it's good burgers and fries. But unfortunately this time because of the lack of efficiency it seems they were having, I had to wait literally 1 hour for only a serving of fries.... Edit: Raised the stars because they made it up to me : )

ordered at 17:27 on 7/5 gave 5-6 minutes for burgers to make it through before going inside. walked up to register cashier shouts “mobile order for...” so i grab the cups and grab our drinks and condiments and sit down. sat there until 17:47 waiting for my name to be called before walking up and having to tell them im here again. Finally got my order at 17:50. Used to have a good crew, seems to be a lack of direction from the manager on duty.

Some of the best burgers and fries around at fair and good prices for what you get, my personal favorites are the cajun fries. Just enough kick to compliment a great fresh cut of fry that they even tell you where the potatos of which are supplied from. You cannot go wrong at five guys.

Timothy Montagne is an amazing cook and does his job to the fullest.. He cooks fast he liters to what you want and he is by far one of the best line cooks I've ever seen.. I believe he could be a sue chef. .. Timothy Montagne is by far an amazing cook.. I rate this a five star burger and fries.. over all rating a five star... Thank you five guys you're a great team...

Five guys is a chain that builds it's reputation on quality ingredients and good tasting food. The food at this location is as good as other five guys, but the layout is not as good. (This store is a long deep rectangle without a lot of seating options for groups of more than 4 people)

I dont care what city or state five guys consistantly has the best burgers. I love it because I know exactly what I am going to get whether in Macon, GA or Burlington, VT. Burgers are a tad expensive if you just want meat and cheese, but since they dont charge for any toppings you can put whatever fits your fancy.
