Not as good as it once was. Flavors are dulled. Service is so-so, and they got rid of the sliced lemons at the drink stand. When busy, wait can be excruciatingly long. My gift card is empty, and I won’t be going back. Why do they offer lettuce last, because then it looks like I got a salad, not a burrito bowl? No WiFi.

Tacos were sloppily assembled plus the protein portions were small. Interior was quite dirty and cold due to the irksome loosely swinging front door. Chipotle is small compared to other Chipotles in other states which are cleaner or more attractive. Chorizo wasn't even on the menu!? Burly seems to have moody looking eateries, unfortunately.

It was okay. Haven’t been to a Chipotle in quite a while and, to be honest, it’s not as good as it used to be. Not as many topping options and meat is not as tasty. Store gets busy at times (it’s the only Chipotle in the whole state). I liked the fact that the restrooms are much cleaner - it helps that a code is now required to open the doors.

My online order was about ten minutes late tonight (6/23) but I’m okay with that because you can tell they were understaffed. The girls on the line were working so quick and efficiently. They are a well oiled machine, it’s really impressive. I know I couldn’t do that for hours. Shout out to the Chipotle workers for being super human burrito rollers! OH and the food was delicious 😋

Really long wait. We waited 20 minutes to be served and there were only nine people ahead of us. They seemed to be getting a lot of mobile orders. It's nice that people can order using the app but maybe the people who actually show up at restaurant can be treated like they are important too. The food was good as usual.

Very easy to order online, and pretty good food too. The only problem was I ordered in the app and even though it showed my location on Shelburne Ave, the order was placed in Portland Oregon! I called them to cancel but she said it's easy peasy to cancel in the app. No it's not. Luckily the Burlington shop duplicated my order quickly.

This restaurant is really busy even more than the others because of the students. I went twice in three days, once around 8:15 pm and the other at noon. The night time visit, the bowls were almost empty and we waited a good 10 minutes and two days later ( 9/12/19 ) at noon, the bowls had more stuffing it but we did not get more than the first time, at night. I have been in several Chipotle and I can honestly say that that store is cheap! ( Burlington Vt )

Normally I would suggest a 5 star rating, but our last night's experience was anything but that. Tacos were made into Burritos. they forgot the 2 extra orders of chips and the kids drink. The only ordered Had no stake as ordered. When I called they said they had ran out of chips. Yet they never thought to tell us or refund us. When I went back to pick up the fixed items they still failed to provide the correct order.

I love this chiotle! The staff always go out of their way to get me cilantro free rice which is soo sweet. Cat is an exceptional employee, who is effienct, courteous and always puts the customer first. Yay chipotle love you!

Every time I go into this place, the employees always seem so happy. I went in for lunch today, really hungry, and they double-wrapped my burrito and made it huge. Than, the super awesome manager didn't even charge me! He just seems like a genuinely cool guy, and that's probably a huge factor in why the employees are so great. Definitely going back again soon.

Great and fast food! Was my go-to place until recently. They changed their way that you can't order in person; which is great for grab and go, but for specific foods (i.e quesadilla) you can't order through the app. I know this decision was from chipotle themselves and not the people there. When its safe to do so in person, ill definitely be back.

This place is my go-to for a quick dinner. It can be a hit or miss as far as portions. the staff are always fast and work extremely hard especially when its super busy.

I ordered through Uber Eats and everything was smooth until the driver arrived. He approached me with one bag in his hand, and I was instantly confused because my order was 2 Burrito Bowls, 1 Salad Bowl, and 2 Large Chips and Queso. I asked if he had another bag in the car but he claimed that there was only one bag with my name on it at the store. We immediately called the store, as this was our dinner, and clarified with the manager. The rest of my order was sitting right on the counter, so the driver simply missed half of my order. Sarah was incredible and super quick to offer us some type of relief, despite the issue not even being her fault. She gave us 2 coupons for Large Chips and Queso. I then attempted to contact the Uber Driver and ask him to go back to the store and deliver the other half of my order but was unable to. I reordered the salad and burrito bowls and called Sarah to let her know to simply hand the new Uber Driver the bag that was previously missed. Consequently, she offered to remake the whole order as the original order was now cold. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. 10/10 would recommend.

We brought in a group of about 35 people with no notice and the staff was amazing. They were accommodating, polite, friendly, and incredibly quick. Food quality was superb as per usual. I was blown away by the customer service we recieved. The manager was awesome and so helpful.

The burrito was pretty salty. But some gf/df options, so might give another try sometime. Also beware - delivery looks cheap but the menu prices all go up if you choose delivery plus there are mysterious "fees" added to taxes. Worked out to about $7 for a $25 order.

Chipotle isn't authentic Mexican food by any means, but it's not bad for VT. This place is usually pretty crowded, mainly with teens and young adults. Their menu isn't that diverse, mainly just slightly different takes on a common theme of, cheese, different tortillas, lettuce, meats, and salsas. The regular fountain sodas include free refills. They also offer both beer and several flavors of bottled, Mexican sodas as well. The one thing that troubled me though was that because of Covid, they're placing take-out phone and internet orders on the dining tables with customers' names written on the bag. The problem is that nobody is supervising and overseeing the food pickups so anyone unscrupulous could potentially steal your food.

The food is always tasty. But the downside is the service. People in this store don't seem to know how to roll your burrito. Maybe 50% of the time you will get your burrito rolled right, then another half it's either broken or badly wrapped. They need more training. Or put more qualified people at busy times and use trainees at off peak hours.

My wife & I regularly eat at Chipotle. We love the quality of the food, quick service and, when we’re traveling, the late closing time. But that's not the main reason why I'm writing this. On our way back from vacation on August 12th, 2019, we ate at the Burlington Vermont Chipotle. When on vacation, I like to take pictures of our meals and this time was no exception. We were eating on the outside terrace and there wasn’t enough space on the table to leave my camera on it. So, I wondered where could I place it in order to not to forget it. I decided to hang it by its strap on the side of my wife’s seat. About an hour later, when we arrived at the Canadian border crossing, I wanted to take a picture and realized that I had left the camera at the restaurant. It’s an expensive camera but more importantly it had pictures in it of my vacation and son’s wedding. When we left the restaurant, my wife and I must’ve gotten up at the same time which blocked my view of the camera and, since I never leave my camera hanging on the side of a chair, I forgot about it. When I realized my mistake, I tried calling the restaurant several times but the calls kept failing each time. I tried calling the neighboring restaurant but I got the response that the telephone number (from the Internet) wasn’t registered. After about 10 minutes of heading into Canada, I was finally able to get through and spoke with Nicolas. He reassured me that the camera had been retrieved and placed in the restaurant’s safe. What a relief! When he learned that I was quite a distance from the restaurant, he suggested that I could go back another day when it would be convenient for myself and that the camera would be kept in the restaurant’s safe. I ended up going back the next day and meeting Nicolas in person. What a great young man! He explained that a customer had brought the camera inside. I therefore wish to congratulate that customer, Nicolas and the rest of Burlington Vermont Chipotle staff for their honesty & consideration!

Food is always good. Wait times for eating there are absolutely terrible. They make the online orders priority and make the people actually there wait and wait. Each time I go seems worse. So only recommend if you order online.

Lady at register was pleasant; dining area was neither grungy nor sparkly clean; men's room was ok but the 'fixture' was slow to drain. The southwest chicken can be customize so I had homestyle chicken. Guacamole was good, I personally wasn't so keen on the special sauce. I really like the soda dispenser where I can get regular coke with lime.

The food was okay. It has been awhile since I have been to a Chipotle’s but I just feel like the food doesn’t taste as good as I remember it tasting in the other Chipotles I have been to several years ago. I'm sad this is the only Chipotle for miles because it is very inconsistent when it comes to quality of food (e.g., under cooked rice, spicy pico de gallo). They've also been really stingy with the amount of ingredients they give you, like a paper thin layer of rice and less than a spoonful of beans when making a VEGGIE bowl. I have to ask for more but am still not as satisfied as I've been with other Chipotle experiences.

As Chipotles go, this one is average at best. Staff are nice and helpful, but very slow compared to the Chipotle I grew up going to in Ohio. The line moves like molasses, even when there is a staff on every station. Food is the same though, so I went with 3 stars.

They have rectified mistakes with free burritos, and comps, but just doing it right the first time would be better
