My only issue is how expensive Chili's has gotten to still have old menu options and less sizable portions. Living in Vermont it's a treat, and I'm grateful they still offered combo deals. And by far this Chili's has the best-tasting food I've had the pleasure of trying at a Chili's, so it is worth the visit. But if you're thinking "hey we haven't eaten out in a while, let's do Chili's, last time I was there their prices weren't bad" think again. It isn't too surprising with the cost of food rising and inflation.

I arrived at just before 9pm. I was alone and starving. The guy in the front informed me they were closing but they could accommodate me. The server put on a uck face and kinda upset me. I said to the server thank you, I know you probably had a busy day and want to get home I shouldn't be long. Well the food was good and server was very nice. I'd go again.

In fairness they did good. Just like other restaurants they need more staff. The bartender did very good with the little help he had to work with. The 2 young workers at the door should not be on their cellphones and pay attention to who walks in. I walked in and stood there until they finished watching whatever they were watching. Not a good start for a busy Friday night.

Good food quality, but last visit my family waited for a 1/2 hour only to find that out number was never entered onto their wait list. We weren't going to wait for another half hour, please train your people better. Probably won't be back unless it's not busy.

Arrived in the evening to find one waitress working the dining room & only the bar tender at the bar. Was told high top table was not an option & had to wait for a bar spot to vacate. Food was great & cooked as expected but staffing shortages continue.

Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy at all, we had a short wait due to an apparent low staff level. It wasn't more than a 5-10 minute wait. The staff was pleasant, and the tasty, well prepared food was delivered in short order .

The nachos were a huge disappointment. There were 10-12 chips around the outside of the plate with a gross meat sauce and cheese on them, with a kick. There was shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and a scoop of sour cream in the middle of the plate. I added chicken, thinking it would replace the beef but was sadly mistaken. My 16 yo son wouldn't eat them, if that says anything. His burger was good. Cooked well, juicy, good flavor. Fries were hot and delicious. Service was ok. Not terrible, not amazing, just ok.

Staff were wonderful and fun despite being clearly overworked and understaffed. Food was mediocre but sounded like there was training going on in the kitchens. The staff was why I gave it that extra star, Chili's, be good to your services staff because they saved my experience when I was there.

Food wise this is like any other chilis, but though they had just two or three on the staff, they manged the late night crowd pretty well. Instrestingly they ran out of pasta for my friend and when we got our bill, the pasta was charged. The friendly waiter corrected it quickly and overall the late night experience was good.

The food was presentable and edible But due to the staffing crisis, the service was terrible. I wish I could blame the staffing crisis for the entire terribleness of the service but I can't. My partner and I were within close proximity to 3 different staff members within a 15 minute range before I had to approach one and ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves. Once we got sat the service was okay.

Very friendly and helpful server, broad selection of food on their menu. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare with loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The corn was excellent and the steak was juicy and seasoned just right. I only subtracted one star because for what we ordered and the level of business at the time, it seemed to take excessively long to get our food to the table to the point people seated across from us took notice and asked what we ordered out of curiosity as to why it took so long compared to theirs that was placed nearly three same time.

My son and I went for dinner. They were very understaffed. The restaurant was less than half full and we waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. Our server was nice but so so busy. Our food took a while. It tasted great but we were there for about an hour and a half. That's a long time with a kid. I would give a higher score and recommend when they are fully staffed

Alright people, it is a chain store. Nothing wrong with that! I love the thin chips and salsa where it is spicier than you think. Pick up is great and did that last week. I have yet to sit in for food. Look at those burgers... Great for the people that work around that area. I would recommend the Shrimp Tacos, but then again I am a taco fiend. The full rack of ribs are great for two people since it does come with two sides and you really can't go wrong with that price! I'll leave it with To-Go Alcohol.

I went on Saturday night prime time the dining room was packed and also dirty stained Flores food and debris on the ground I ordered the Cajun pasta which was mediocre at best it took about 20 mins for our food and it was like warm the flat bread was really good staff is nice only issue was the pasta would definitely recommend

Christmas Eve, two hours before closing. No wait, no lines. Perfect! Our very first time at this location, by the way. Host was very friendly and even got the door for us to come in. He found us a table right away and kept on checking back from time to time, wished us Happy Holidays. Nice! Emily, our server was friendly and really patient, since it took a while for us to decide on our meals. She just forgot to offer the “so advertised” free chips and salsa, while we watched the table across from ours (with four customers and being helped by a different server) get refills after refills of free chips and salsa 🙁 Anyway, the menu was just a photocopied sheet of paper, front and back. Far fewer options from the usual Chili’s menu, no more appetizer combos. When I ordered a steak dish, the server wasn’t sure they still had steak. And they only had two options: ribeye or sirloin. Well, it turned out it was my lucky day - it was available! 👏🏻 Food was good but portions were small for the price charged.

Food was great service was poor. Our waiter ignored us for 1/2 an hour while waiting on customers who came in after us. Had to speak to pop person seating customers to get him to come to our table after trying to get his attention. I've always loved this place but this time was not good.

About what you would expect for a chain restaurant. Arrived at 11:30am for lunch, one waitress available that we saw and based on capacity, she was very busy. Mostly clean, floors were sticky and bathroom was average. Meal arrived quickly. Food was ok, my son's burger was barely edible as it was full of greasy drippings and soaked the bun. My salad had barely any lettuce, but plenty of buffalo chicken, blue cheese, and tomato.

Stopped in for lunch because it’s an old standby. The service was absolutely awesome. We had Bryson as a waiter. The chips and salsa came and the chips were actually warm and fresh. The best chicken enchilada soup I have ever had a chilies restaurant. Don had fajitas and they were delicious. I have never been to a better chilies in the country.

Horrible wait time. Looks like they have very limited staff. We checked in 6:20 pm for family of 8 and we got place at 8:00. While check in lady said wait time is 45 min. But in actual it was more than one and half hours. Food was good but they need work on menu card. It looks like low quality printing paper I surprised that big chain like chilies use such low quality not attractive menu card horrible …

Bartender was very busy, but managed to keep up and be pleasant at the same time. I know it's tough to find workers, so I recommend you take great care of this gentleman. Food was just what we've come to expect from Chili's.

We visit Vermont about once a year and typically eat at this Chili’s once while we’re here. The kids love it and it’s my favorite chain restaurant too. Our food was fantastic (love the chicken and waffles!) and the service was great too. We’ll be back again next year.

Long wait for food at the bar. Bartender explained they were short staffed I'm the kitchen. Only 8 people in the main dining room. 2 people at the bar had their food and we were 2 people ordering with 4 others around the same time. Took 50 minutes for our food. Bathrooms are gross. The door going in was sticky. Barely a squirt of soap. Walls disgusting. Some wierd "things" on the floor maybe an old sponge. Grout looks like it's black (not by design), tiles coming apart, looks like someone attempted to clean stall door with a dirty sponge. Food was fair. This place has gone downhill. Who manages this place??

Walked in after 830 on a Friday night with a wrestling team plus parents and coaches. Was able to get the boys tables in dining room and the adults sat in the bar area. Our server was very courteous and helpful. The food was good. Only complaint is at a table of 10 people, with 7 different checks, having to pay one at a time using the tablet on the table was an arduous task.

We came for lunch and were greeted by an efficient, friendly hostess. Our waiter did not waste time, we ordered, and were served excellent chicken salad with out delay. Some places are just so good to be in, this is one of those, the staff was friendly, the food was good and no big fuss was made about where to seat us. This was not my first time here, and a repeat visit is certain.

This place is pretty consistent when it comes to the food, which is something I like! The food always tastes good, IMO. The staff member that answered the phone, and took our order, was also very friendly! Im glad this place is basically walking distance from me, because we enjoy eating here. My husband and I came here last weekend for a casual date night. We hadn’t been for a while, but will definitely be back. Kelly was our server and she was the sweetest and made sure that we had everything we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great food recommendations. Amazing food and drinks. Last visit was Friday 5/14/21 and the waiter was a little awkward though and spoke too quietly. Was very friendly, but even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time I was there, I could barely make out what he was saying through his mask.

The boneless chicken wings were great. The waitress was also amazing and very sweet! They were happy to split a fajita order, half steak/half chicken, when I couldn't decide which I wanted. The cookie my friend and I split for dessert was wonderfully delish and was a great way to cap off the evening!

Usually the food and service are top notch here. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom, the poor quality of the food and the overall disregard for appearance here. The floors were all wet, the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom seemed disgusting. There was not much light in the bathroom and it left me feeling not quite clean enough. Especially compared to other places.

I've never had a problem eating in at this restaurant but the last 2 times we placed Togo orders my triple dipper appetizer was wrong. When I returned home with the order both times south western egg rolls were ordered in place of the big mouth bites and both times we still received the big mouth bites. The correct items were on the receipt. Other than this mix up the food is always delicious and still hot when we return home and eat

Always good, consistent in their quality and service at this location. We go often and it's always busy whether the dining side or the bar area. Great for sports watching in the bar area. They have a wide menu and u can eat healthy here and it tastes good too. The fried anything and the burgers, the many tex-mex items are great too.

Had boneless buffalo wings, and they were beyond amazing. They gave me so many for the price. I’m used to getting 6 for $10/11 where ever I go. So impressed. Perfectly cooked sauce was perfect. Love the service here! Gabby is an amazingly hard working who delivered superior service. I came back the next week to sit in her section only to find it full. I sat at the bar and was not disappointed! Stan and Jay delivered an experience worth having in Williston. From great cocktails to funny jokes this duo had me content for a few hours and Gabby even recognized me and stopped by to say hello I will be back many many times. The food is not too bad either, typically Chili's corporate, can expect consistency.

I have visited this location on all my Very.ont trips. Always have a good time here because the staff are very friendly and the food is always good. Love all the fun appetizers they have on the menu and different promotions they have. My favourite is the guacamole and tortilla chips. They are nicely friend and the serving is big enough for a group. Highly recommend!

Good meal. Competitive prices. Three for ten meal deal had changed to include fewer items with some address to the to for $22 special. Still more food than I could eat. Drink ( Alcohol) specials are generous sized. Free birthday dessert was any on the menu. We split a lava cake which was way more than one could finish.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in over 15 years! The service was great, the atmosphere was mellow (early dinner), and so clean! But the food.. Ohhh the food! I had a burger that had onion rings AND bacon. Normally I have chicken when I go out. BEST BURGER! We tried the fried pickles too. All of it was so good!! I wish I'd gotten a pic to add to my review. Great job you guys!

Gray food. And considering that there was no servers, and only the girl working bar, great service. But, WHY REMOVE the TOP sellers from the menu, because of staff shortage, instead of removing unpopular items? Seems kind of backwards from a business standpoint.

I like to try a lot of different restaurants on my travels and this is another great example of finding something very nice. There are quite a few things that I like and the fact that you can order from your table and or ping your waiter is a nice feature. Perhaps not for everyone but it's pretty cool and funky. Food is pretty decent and you have a great choice to choose from. It can take some time to get a table but I would say it's well worth it.

I was part of a large group (20+) and we showed up at 11:00PM on Friday night. The server was Jason and it seemed there was only minimal staff on but Jason didn't get frazzled. He was very efficient, friendly and gave us great service! The food was great and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I'm not a huge fan of Chili's but based on this experience, I'll be back!

I took my niece here and overall everything was good. The fajitas were ok and I got extra sour cream like I like it. The sampler appetizer was good and I always have liked the big mouth bites and southwest egg rolls. The best part of the meal was the server. She was super nice and helpful. She checked on us regularly but was not overbearing. I think the prices are a little high but I know I'm cheap. I will come here again but not my first choice for a meal in Williston.

This Chili's is above-average and has an enthusiastic wait staff. We always get great service here, and the wait for a table is rarely a problem. This restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good for families and groups. The chips & salsa is addictive!

I hadn't been in a few years but was in the mood for bottomless tortilla chips. The chips and salsa were great. My husband and I both ordered a fajita platter. Unfortunately my chicken arrived undercooked, meaning partly raw and inedible. Chillies covered my meal and our desserts which was more than half our bill but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. :/

A big shout out to the team at Chili's in Williston. We love the food and consider it comfort meals. I picked up on Sunday and my car battery failed to start when I was getting ready to go. The manager immediately jumped into his own car and brought over some jumper cables and popped the hood of his car. The other team members were looking for alternate battery charging methods as I was working to get the jumper's hooked up. With social distancing in mind, I was able to get a jump. While after all that mess, our dinner was a bit cooler than we would like, the manager gave us a small gift card to help out on our next order. Thanks so much for the great customer service. Go support this team... Highly recommended!!!

This chili's is my favorite restaurant around this area! The service is always great the waiters and waitresses are always helpful and very kind. The food is my favorite! The sampler platter has everything you could possibly want for flavors. Plus they always have deals, promotions and everyday reasonable prices.

Food was good, priced right, but service was slow and got my grandsons order wrong. The server took a long time to come over, the place was not busy. My grandson pointed at the chicken tenders on the kids menu. He got honey chipotle tenders, he told the server it was wrong and the guy said Oh and walked away. Grandson ate most of them, said they were hot even with the ranch dressing. My grandson commented, he's not very good. I thought that was really something that a 10 year old could tell the server was not good. Of course the chocolate molten cake with ice cream made him feel better, but that even took a while to come out. Tipped him 15%, hope he used it to buy a clue!

My office orders take out frequently from Chili's and the food is generally pretty good. However, the last few times I've been in there has been a sign at the take out counter to see the bartender for pick ups. Does the manager think the bartender has nothing better to do than run take out orders during the lunch rush? Why have a take out window if you're not going to utilize it during the busiest time of day?!

This location never fails to disappoint. The staff are beyond polite. If anyting isnt right, it is very quickly corrected. The dining space is also kept very clean here. Ordering out has never given me an issue here either. Over the best Chili's locations I've been to.

It is such a comfortable restaurant and the seating allows plenty of room to not be on top of each other.The menu is extensive and has something for everyone.The food was hot and delicious. Lou was a fantastic, our food was great, place was as clean as could be. I did call ahead and reserve a booth, im not sure if that's standard now. I cant say enough good things about lou. He was attentive, very quick, and everything was 100% accurate. For our first post covid dine in experience it wasn't scary or gloomy. It was as if covid never happened. Welcoming and warm.

The food was good as usual for Chili's but our waitress got the order wrong by doing a shrimp scampi instead of a Mediterranean shrimp salad (!) Replaced the order with the salad but brought it midway thru dinner then charges us for the scampi ! Took us just as long to fix the check as it did to eat ! Good food, dumb service

Nice Tex Mex family style chain restaurant. They specialize in hot spicy food. The wait staff is very friendly and the service is good. Prices are what you would expect and there are lots of good margarita type frozen drinks. I highly recommend the Cajun Chicken Penne.

Not much you can say about this iconic chain restraunt. However, my experience with them was really positive when they messed up my to go order. They were beyond helpful and made up for it in a way that did not cause me to have to do anything. If professionalism means as much to you as it does to me I would say you wont be dissapointed.

Chili's in Williston, VT is my favorite restaurant. I have never experienced anything but fast friendly top notched service. The chain itself has an amazing food drink and alcohol selection and they seem to have very high standards when it comes to hiring.

Good food and waitstaff. Often gets orders messed up if "too" complex i.e. rice instead of fries, no bun or cheese on burger etc. Salty deep fried pickles, amazing chips and salsa, and good mixed drinks. Your typical chain restaurant.

Food is decent for the price, especially the $5 margaritas. The server was friendly, but as it got busier (Black Friday lunch crowd), it took longer than expected to pay the bill and get out of the restaurant.

Clean and great food. The extra crispy chicken crispers with mashed potatoes and there corn on the cub are my favorite. Fajitas are also a great option and I almost always start out with bottomless tortilla chips and strawberry lemonade!

Our waiter Craig was outstanding , the food was horrible. Two of us had the triple dipper appetizers as meal and two of us had main meals. I think the appetizers sat and waited until the main meals came out. When we received the appetizers the chicken crisp and boneless chicken wings were ice cold and the southwestern egg rolls were cold and soaking in grease, the cheese bites were so cold the cheese would 't stretch. We are frequent Visitors of Chili's and have never had such horrible food. We had someone with us that had never been to Chili's, they said they would never go back. We told them they should give it a second chance. Hopefully they will.

My favorite thing about chilis is that no matter which location you go to, the bathroom is always in the same place. I've been to chilis in Vermont, Illinois, Texas, and Hawaii, and I can still close my eyes and walk to the bathroom no problem. The drinks are awesome and the honey chipotle chicken crispers have been stealing my taste buds since '09. The food is always so reliably delicious. One time, they thought the fried cheese curds they brought out were "over cooked" so they brought us ANOTHER order of them. We didn't even ask. We ate like kings. They don't have a lot of vegetarian options yet, but they're getting better!
