This is a great little eatery, market, and ice cream parlor with a multi-million dollar view of the lake. Staff was super friendly. The Cajun salmon sandwich was great and a pint of fries was enough for two.

This place doesn't look like much from the street. The food, service, and views were all great. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. It a market as well as an eatery, so you can purchase pre-made items for a quick run in. The service was great, very helpful at the counter and someone keeping the dining area clean. There are amazing views over the lake, you can eat inside and in nice weather, the outside patio is a hidden gem to relax.

We enjoyed a beautiful view of Lake Champlain and the mountains while we ate a veggie burger, chicken sandwich, and fries. Wonderful customer service, clean cafe, delicious food, and a spectacular view. Sandwiches were about $10 each, fries $5 for the share size.

Lunch was great . Patty Melt and Fries and a glass of Rosé…. Rosé was VERY OVERPRICED $11 a glass ,,,, Would not order wine there again but if you buy liquor or beer or wine from the liquor store that is attached to the cafe then you can’t drink it on the premises ….

We visited this spot 3-4 times over our short stay in Burlington. It was extremely convenient and always able to accommodate us to eat. It's a casual spot but the food was great quality. They offered a gluten free bun on the sandwiches selections for my wife Celiac Annie. In addition, they have several drinks on the menu and even more available for purchase within the shop. Indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Lake Champlain was an added bonus.

The food (maple turkey bacon sandwich) was okay/good but not amazing. Raspberry/maple creemee was delicious. For what it is- a store with an add on sandwich place, it is nice. Great options (iced coffee, sandwiches, wraps, etc), seating and nice casual ambiance.

I ordered a cup of tomato and basil soup. It tasted like they opened up a can of tomatoes,threw in some fresh basil. I fixed it by putting in a little bit of raw sugar and it tasted better. Prices are a little high but overall I would go there again. People are very friendly

Nice clean interior. They have a good liquor selection with some very good quality spirits. Have only eaten at the sandwich counter once, but the fries were really good and crispy and the cheesesteak had a nice garlic taste to it. It's by the lake and has a great view of the water.

This business is at a very touristic area near the Lake Champlain. After parking for just $5 and visiting the Visitors Center, I stopped into this business because they have public restrooms. They have food, drinks, and tables to seat inside and outside. To see so many people in and out, they keep it decently clean. The views from here are spectacular because they are on a hill. This business is a minute or two from the bay where you can rent bikes 🚲, walk around the park or sit to wait for the sunset 🌅, which is what lots of people did this day and it was beautiful. It is located a couple of blocks from the famous “Church St” where you can have more fun shopping and eating in very great restaurants and listen to happy music 🎶.

Real nice place to hit up while you are on your way to the waterfront in Lake Champlain. A family friendly and affordable eatery in a great location over looking the lake. A varied menu with enough choices for everyone. I highly recommend going here if you are budget minded and want some good eats as well. Free parking and Wifi with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Great sandwiches, hot entrees, salads made to order plus made ahead/to go items. You can order regular hot and cold beverages but also beer and wine to go with your meal. My husband is a maple creemee hunter and pronounced the one he ate as exceptional- smooth and brightly maple. There is also a VT liquor licensed shop with great selection.

A fantastic view and great creemies! Burlington Bay is a great place to stop for a meal or snack whenever you are headed to the waterfront. The views are amazing, both out over the water and up the hill into town. The people that work there are always friendly, we really like stopping in.

This place is amazing. Great restaurant. The lobster bisque had huge chunks of lobster in it. The Reuben I ordered was definitely the first or second best Reuben I've ever had. And the maple ice cream was an amazing way to finish. Nice people with great service, a great view, and great location. Anyone going to the area needs to try this place.

I only get a raspberry creamee (soft serve) every time I go, but I go once or twice (or more!) every time I’m in Burlington. Delicious! They have a nice patio to sit and enjoy your ice cream or food, too.

The view is breath taking, so that's what you're paying for. I got a single paddy burger (super thin) and cheese on a bun for over 10 dollars. Wasn't bad, but definitely not worth the money.

It's great to buy ice cream of "soft serve" on cup or cake cone to beat the heat and watch the view of water flowing. It's definitely worth the price! We'll be coming back here this summer for sure! There's also having sandwiches and coffee as well as store!

Fries are good and ice cream is also great, but I don't enjoy paying $8 for a "caesar" salad which is served with what tastes like a poorly seasoned Italian dressing. I ordered Caesar because i want Caesar dressing, not Italian dressing.

A real surprise. Great deck that needs shade badly. The fish tacos and fries are delicious. Very chill atmosphere. Seat yourself on the balcony facing the sunset. The market inside is DIY and they have nice options. Not expensive. Going back. Great after a nice long bike ride! @localmotion

It's a great place to eat when you have somewhere to be, they only took a few minutes to serve. I do have a few complaints, when I first arrived I had ordered a burger it was very thin and very tall, I had a lot of trouble eating it. It was also very bland despite all of the contents it held, the next problem I have is the place isnt that big,sure there is room to eat but you need to awkwardly step through people in order to get through.

This market has sensational burgers and fries. I stopped here to get out of the rain and grab a late lunch. Service was excellent. Food was fresh and hot - and yummy. The market environment allows you to buy bottles of wine, sundries, food, ice cream, and other carry out items as well as a meal. They have a full menu. Not in the mood for coffee right now but it sure smells delicious. Plenty of seating, good clean bathrooms, and nobody hurries you out of the building. That makes it a friendly, hospitable place, that allows you time to regroup. Stop by when you get a chance.

Dropped by for a creemee, I got a black raspberry and vanilla twist on a cone. I’ve had lots of creemees this summer, the black raspberry was excellent!! They also have chocolate, vanilla and maple. Staff were wearing face masks, which was great to see. They have a small parking lot with 5-6 spots that was full at 5pm. But there’s plenty of easy street parking around, so don’t let parking availability deter you from stopping by.

Can't say anything to the food but the maple creamee was delicious. Understaffing caused some confusion; the windows where you would order ice cream weren't being serviced, but they were open and there was no sign indicating where to order. I went inside to the front counter and I asked the woman where I get ice cream and she told me "this is where you order it because we're understaffed." I mean, I'm not going to count it against them because she seemed stressed but a handwritten sign saying "order ice cream inside" would reduce a lot of confusion.

I would say that this place is a hidden gem. The food is truly decent and a great value. The shopping area has a good selection of food, beer and liquor. And the seating area, though not fancy, has some of the best views in the city. It's a good spot for tourists to take a break and get an affordable bite to eat, and has the advantage of being someplace that you can sit for a long time without feeling pressured to move on.

I used to stop by there everytime I would have an appointment at the Champlain Valley Dispensary on Steele St. Hope they open it up again. It was always convenient because it saved me a long walk going to downtown and back to my apartment which in this case, was one stop on the way. Some employees were cool. They tuned into me being on the radio, thought that was nice. Their cookies are awesome.

Good food and a great place to sit and watch the lake. It is an "order at desk and we bring to you" place. Usually plenty of seating for all but the nicest days. Can get hot/sunny on the desk so bring sunglasses. Not much going on here during the winter months. Their biggest plus: awesome creamies (soft serve ice cream) during the summer.

The food here is excellent. It is like a mix of a gas station and a restaurant, but the location has a perfect view of Lake Champlain and is out in the middle of everything, so it is a great meetup spot. They also serve ice cream. Would recommend!

Sort of a tourist-trap eatery/liquor store/creemee stand. The food is quite good, but oh, do you pay for it! The staff is friendly and helpful and there's good energy to the place. I paid $50 for a Reuben, a Chicken Wrap, a quart of fries and two craft beers.

One the "beaten" path between Church Street and the lakefront next to Echo. A local fave known for grilled burgers & hot dogs (and plenty of healthier choices) as well as beer & liquor. Cozy, but the view wins! Seating is ample except on the most touristy times; and, yes, the IS parking!

This is a convenient place near the waterfront and cycle path in Burlington. The strengths were: no queues, and the mart that sold basics and wine. The negatives were a general air of disinterest from the staff preparing breakfast, average food (not bad, just not special) and prices that seemed higher than I would have liked. I would go here only if the popular place across the road had a line out the door.

Amazing sandwhichs. It is expensive and unless you ask your order does not come with a side, but the flavor of sandwiches are awesome. Wife had Steak and Cheese and I had the Horsey Chicke sandwich. We both said some of the best sandwhichs we ever had!

Awesome views at the counter service style bar and grill. It is dog friendly, but only the 4 blue tables at the front (College Street) side. The back patio does not allow dogs. Great black bean burger, grilled chicken wraps and yummy creemee ice creams! They sell six packs and deli style snacks, coffee inside.

On the water in Burlington where the Ferry comes in from NY. Half convenience store and half deli. You can order your food choice, mainly sandwiches and fried sides or pickup the pre prepared food. Make it to go or enjoy either indoor sitting or outdoor patio seating. Also serving ice cream from their window.

Quick and beautiful, there is a good assortment of good but what every local does is get creemes here and sit at the tables and look at the views, they are amazing! I highly recommend visiting, alway a young fun staff too!
