We don't have this chain of restaurants in my neck of the woods, and watching NFL Network we were brainwashed to come here. That, and two for one boneless wings on Thursdays. It's a sports bar, with all the good and bad that goes with it. Cheesy decor? Yes. Loud, obnoxious clients? Of course. But we were surprised by the beer selection, and frankly the wings were good, with the lemon pepper rub and jalapeno sauce being our favorite. Our waitress was nice, friendly and helpful, she steered us through the menu, keeping us clear away from the lemon pepper sauce - she did bring us a taster, and yikes! Price was good too!

The food was good.Love the choice you get the the Sauces for the wings. The pulled pork sandwich was greasy but good. The fried chicken sandwich was on point. The chicken rap was crunchy and delicious.

My son has been wanting to do the blazing wing challenge here for a long time. Tonight we made it happen. Our server, Drew, was really great. He tried to warn us about how hot it was but we knew what we were getting in to. One of us were successful. It was hot but fun.

Though this location is short staffed, we were seated relatively quickly and our food came out even quicker! One of our group didn't like his wing sauce choice, so our server happily comped the food and we ordered something he liked better. Reasonable prices too!

Solid Buffalo Wild Wings. I like to sit on the outside patio if you re able to during the summer months. Very friendly staff. Basic menu you know what you are getting into. I recommend it for a quick bite.

Update:I did end up getting a refund for this The food was good and you could tell the restaurant was taking covid-19 precautions seriously. I ordered a soda with my meal. When she asked if I wanted a refill we were almost done with our meal so I asked for one to go. And I was charged another $4 for a to-go drink when I already paid for the drink. had she told me this was going to be a charge I would have just passed. My husband had three refills with our meal and only got charged for one.

Burger was good, but wings were soggy. Mostly disappointed with our waiter's terrible service. He had an attitude from the beginning and acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Any decent manager would notice his attitude and act accordingly.

I think it's time that I leave a review. Most of my experience is positive but I've had a couple bad experiences lately. Most of the time after 4pm, it's hard to find a bartender behind the bar, they seem to be elsewhere in the kitchen. Also, today I watched the general manager pull out the mint from the cooler behind the bar that was mostly bad, pull a few sprigs of the mint that out was very bad on the bar,and put back the container of questionable all in front of customers.

Food was pretty good. Was overcharged by almost $20 because the staff mixed up my check with another tables. Luckily, they caught it before we left and fixed it. If we left as soon as we were done, it wouldn't have been caught in time. Kind of expensive for a chain restaurant.

Today was not a great day. Out of cheese curds, and our waitresses did not come over for 15mins after sitting down. She was at the bar talking to others. When she dis take our order and the food was delivered she never came back once. I had to go to her and ask for things. But she was fast when it was time to be paid. I'm disappointed. Will be thinking twice on going back anytime soon.

I understand restaurants have a "need" to have A/C running but I wasn't expecting to eat outside in Antarctica, when I went to go chow down some wings. Other than being so cold that my nips would cut the bones of the wings I ate. This place is amazing!! 4 stars until you fix the temp.

Used to be one of my favorite places for wings. Not anymore, my last 2 takeout orders got messed up, some food I paid for was missing. Disappointed that I had to feed 4 people with 2 items only, however, I got charged in full. Wings were very good as usual, but the potato wedges were almost cold and dry.

What a relaxing experience. With this pandemic, I was nervous to go out to eat because you don't know if the staff is breathing all over your food. This restaurant had really taken measures to make customers feel safe. They took tables out, to give more distance between customers. Everyone wears a mask to get in and they were good about wearing it on their way out or to walk around. All of the staff were wearing masks and above their nose! The silverware is individually wrapped in paper bags, and the waitress even stood a few feet away while taking our order on the opposite side of the table. The food was delicious as always.

Over priced mediocre food. I may be full, but I'm far from satisfied. If what you're looking for is 20 over sized T.V.s to distract you from how mediocre the food really is, then this is your place! I would rather KFC and a Citizen Cider in a parking lot.

The food is great. Absolutely great selection of flavors for wings and it is always consistent. The fired pickles are pretty good, a lot of good draft beers that aren't ridiculously over priced. I give 3 stars because sometimes the service is horrible. There has been times I have sat there for over an hour waiting for food. One time I sat there for 35 minutes just waiting to put in our order, and we ended up leaving before they even came, it was to way to long. The pro to the con, is that the managers are very helpful, they gave us a gift card and also didn't charge for the drinks. I definitely recommend going at any awkward hours, and not during a major sporting event, if you don't like crowds.

Bogo wings/boneless on Tuesdays/Thursdays is great, and we really enjoy ordering on those days. The website is lacking...says things are unavailable when I go to check out, but they're available if I call. Use points with phone orders, because online always gets messed up. Friendly staff, and fast service at the restaurant.

To start our server failed to ask us what sides we would like with our entrees, forcing us to flag her down to correct our order. Second, the wrong sides still came out and when we eventually got our food it was subpar at best. My girlfriends side salad looked so dead and unappetizing that her mother literally canceled her order. Lastly, my chips and salsa were so salty that I couldn’t stomach more than a handful. Update: Can’t be more satisfied with how the customer service from general manager was. He was sympathetic and understanding and more than made up for the bad dinner service we received. Management that takes customer service seriously like he does makes me more than comfortable returning for future meals.

Had a double date on a Saturday afternoon. Food was excellent; the crispiness-sauce ratio the boneless wings had was impeccable! I'm subtracting 2 stars for the service. Our waitress Alyssa was excessively chatty and spent more time discouraging us from the hotter wings than taking our orders! Also, I asked her if I should order the fried cheese curds or mozzarella sticks, she recommended the latter saying the basket comes with 8. Imagine my surprise and irritation when only 6 came out. When we needed her she was nowhere to be found, but when we didn't she was bugging us as we ate. We left full, but very annoyed. Would go again for the food, but will request a different waitress.

We were right in and got a table on the patio. We ordered our drinks and within 5 minutes had them, at that time we put our meal in. I started the clock and just as we hit 13:40, Kelly came out with all the food. Great service and fast. Kelly was a great waitress, I would highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. Define a 5 star. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent service and atmosphere. There was a manager by the name of Darryl there. He did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and valued. The boneless wings were good, as were the fried cheese curds. Great place to grab a quick bite.

The wings are almost always perfect. The sauces are in abundance. The only issue we have had nearly every time we order is the staff. The bartenders are typically great. Waitresses are usually good, but the front of the house girls, the hostesses I guess are always, ALWAYS more concerned with gossip and their phones to truly take care of the customer. Ive seen my food waiting to be brought to me for 15 minutes before because the three young ladies behind the counter were talking about a girl they go to school with. This has happened on a number of occasions. There have been other small issues but these things happen at a busy place. All in all. We come back but tend to want to spend as little time in the front waiting for our stuff.

high stopped into this Buffalo wild wings on my travel upto Vermont. It was late at night, but the place was still pretty busy. I sat at the bar and was greeted right away by the bartender. Not many people here had to wait for water. Got handed a tray with napkins n silver. App comes out no plates to share??? Gluten free daughter gets served a bun when requested without. 2 orders fresh fries 1 order old fries. Hold the tomato must mean take off anything you requested not on it. Not impressed!

Interior is much nicer after the recent remodel, however, other issues persist.On occasion you will end up there while they are short staffed and end up waiting an eternity for your order. Sometimes they comp it with a free app (definitely appreciated) but not great when you're out on a lunch hour. 12/29/18 edit: Service has improved as has food.

I went with climbing friends, but I couldn't find anything on the menu to eat that was vegan and wasn't fried. I had a side of carrots. :) The waitress was fantastic and the decor was totally fine. I'm not really interested in ball sports, but they have like 30 TVs and will happily change one to your game.

Every franchise restaurant has the same menu, same TVs, same decor...but each location has different PEOPLE. This BDubs in Burlington has great people and great vibes. Our waitress Sarah was friendly and energetic, but not intrusive. The music was the best of ANY BDubs we've visited and the cook made my wings the way I asked. Thank you! Want to experience pain and pleasure? Dive into the new Carolina Reaper wings...have plenty of napkins, a disposable mask, and don't touch your face!

This Buffalo Wild Wings is just as you would expect, clean, sports-barish, fun staff. Highly recommend going on Tuesday or Thursday because those are the discounted wing days. But just know there are better wings out there for the money they charge but it is hard to beat on Tuesday or Thursdays. They also have a new points system that reward you with dining with them, works out quite well. I use the pick up service often and it works very well also, highly recommend if in a rush.

Mediocre wings. The sauce is too sweet and sticky. Plus extra dipping sauce will cost you. Pitiful draft selection. Especially in a state with really good beer. The buffalo chips, with dry rub, were really good though. The, top shelf, mixed drinks were not well executed either.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location in Burlington, Vermont is one of the best. I was able to sit on the patio to enjoy the weather. The food was very good as always. Ordered the side salad and it was surprisingly well out together. It was freshly made and had ingredients that most restaurants do not add such as picked onions. I decided to order a hamburger, and found it comes with mustard (lot's of), not something I like. I recommend this spot if you like sports and good food.
