We ordered online and picked up from thr South Burlington restaurant. It was ready in less than the 15 minute estimate which was great because we were hungry. The food was delicious and a great value. For about 11-12 dollars we had plenty of food to eat per person. The nuggets were small and dense and packed with flavor. The chicken was slightly dry but the taste of the seasoning was fantastic. The BBQ chicken sandwich was excellent and my friends really enjoyed their burgers and salads.

My family of 4 tried Bliss Bee for the first time and are now obsessed. My family members are super picky, but everyone not only found something to order, but also loved their food. The fries were declared perfect, the hamburger was devoured, and I'll be dreaming of the sesame salad. My daughter's smoothie and my husband's chicken nuggets also got rave reviews. The eating area was clean and pleasant, and the staff was attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back on our next trip to the area.

SO yummy - wish we had a Bliss Bee in our hometown. I had the Addison (Turkey with cranberry and caramelized onions - NO mayo) with a side salad (which was more than large enough for two) and the oh so good sweet potato fries. Service was friendly and accurate (and we had a few change requests). Environmentally friendly - all compostable packaging. Seating service used reusable plates and glasses. All that and the two of us ate for about $30!

Yummy fried chicken breast sandwich, came out super hot and pretty quick. I got the plain with lettuce, tomato, and pickles (some hot sauce on the side). The breast was juicy, the batter light and crispy. Just wish there was a little more flavor and salt in the batter and chicken. The restaurant needed more maintenance/cleaning... the screen where you order yourself really needed to be wiped down and there was food strewn on the floor in areas.

Great food with incredible gluten free options. The fried chicken is fantastic! You can get delicious healthy options too. I don't love their new policy of ordering on a computer instead of with a person but I see the benefits. I miss the interaction and the possibilities for options that are not in their computer.

Very quick service, superb 'Merica and Pueblo burgers. Fries are amazing. I am much more satisfied with the new South Burlington location, versus the Williston location (I give them 4 stars).

Love this frickn place. Great options with a great crew. I'd say the portions are way too small but they're really just inconsistent AF. I'd like to see the same order sold the same way each time, but it's still worth it 👍

I got the mister crispy salad to-go and found it to be very meh. The fried chicken was extremely over cooked and dry, and there were some slimy greens that I had to pick out. The overall flavor was pretty boring and non memorable. Some friends also ordered bowls, and the general consensus was “it’s ok.” Giving this feedback so hopefully they can improve because healthy local options are important to have!! * in response to owner comment- as described, the chicken was very dry and overcooked, maybe a tweak on cook time? The greens I was describing were not wilted- they were slimy as if they sat in a package too long. I work in the food industry and know the difference.

The atmosphere was nice. We loved the decor! The food was also good but slightly overpriced. I don't recommend the milkshake though, it's sort of watered down.

Delicious chicken sandwich with fries. Service was good, I went at lunch hour, so they were processing lots of orders, but mine was ready quickly. Food was fresh, hot and tasty! I will go back!

Update 1/26/2022 Updated from 2 starts to 4 stars. Talked to owner/Manager via this platform. They assured me they knew the cold fries were an issue and were looking to resolve. Last 2 times I've been in there everything was great, and hot!! Thanks for listening! Original review: The good: Nice atmosphere, with nice outdoor seating. Staff is friendly. The bad: The fries are often cold and they taste like they have been cooked and reheated or sitting under a warming light for an extended period. I will post a picture if I go there again. Their hamburgers are over 10 dollars and they are not freshly cooked, they are reheated. What a way to ruin a quality piece of meat! It's going to catch up with them eventually as people get over the hype. It's sad, I really want to like this place, but I've had good food before

Love Love Love Bliss Bee! Food is fresh, staff is friendly, service is super convenient! The burgers and salads are amazing, and the sweet potato fries and beet salad........so good! So grateful for this restaurant and their offerings for those of us who are conscious of what we eat and need something quick!

A+ fast casual. You can tell they make it by scratch - crispy onions NOT from a can. Fries are tasty (freshly cut?) with a firm bounce to it that is way better than other places. Food was awesome and service was quick and attentive

This is the fast food version of The Farmhouse Group. As you would expect, everything is a cut above normal fast food. Grain bowls, chicken and beef burgers, salads. Good allergy statement/policy. Real food. It would be awesome if it expanded into a franchise.

This is one of my favorite places to pick up a quick dinner after work. They have plenty of options for me and making things gluten-free doesn't break the bank. All their burgers are locally-sourced meat and are very delicious. I especially enjoy their hand-cut fries.

Wow! We just tried Bliss Bee for the first time and it won’t be the last. Excellent service, food and prices! My husband got the General Tsos sandwich and I got the Cowboy Sandwich. The chicken was crispy, hot and delicious. Best sweet potato fries I have had in a long time! And it was less than $25 for both of us.

Cashier was exceptionally friendly and the food came out quick. I got a goddess veggie burger with a side of carrots and ranch and it was delightful. I went with my fiancé and we also shared a side of chicken strips that were delightfully crispy and tender. Got a mocha smoothie to go that was again, very delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Bliss Bee has been one of our go to places for take out during the pandemic. When picking up your order be sure to check inside the bag. There have been errors twice when they were busy. My wife got someone else's "interesting" salad. They graciously refunded us for a another mistake. Food is very good otherwise.

Clean local small chain. I love the menu here, anyone can find something. From burgers dogs and chicken sandwiches to delicious garden salads, fries are always a great choice. I qlways recommend this to my put of town visitors.

The positive - They. use local products. The cheeseburger while way overdone was tasty . - The person taking my order was super friendly, and the same when I picked up my order. The cons: - There was no cheese on my cheeseburger. but I was charged for it. - I suspect they may have had a few burgers waiting on the grill. given how well done it was. I placed my order and was told it would be ready when I got there. Most made to order take out gives you a time it will be ready. - Never got the cheese on my burger. The fries were lukewarm, I took those back and received a piping hot batch in return. The beet salad - seemed pre pkg and premade as it was pretty soggy. One bite and into the compost it went. I wanted to give this place a try as I like to support locally owned businesses using local products. The concept is great, but the value didn't match the price. Perhaps it was an off night.

Edit: have come back multiple times since my first review and needed to raise my score. Food improved! Atmosphere is really cool. Ordering felt a bit awkward and then the food was rather bland - coleslaw essentially tasted like wet lettuce, fries tasted like potatoes with no salt, beet salad was also rather bland. Chicken sandwich I got was pretty alright. Probably a good 1st date place, but if you're coming for a 5 star tasting restaurant - I wouldn't go here. I'm going to give it another shot though, I think it has good potential.

First time there I was amazed by the food & service, but hadn't paid enough attention to detail, so had to go back. Laura (beautiful eyes) took our order. I ordered a salad, but meant to order a grain bowl. Sue spoke to Laura, who quickly brought the grain, smiling and happy to help. Frank Sinatra's version of "Laura" moved into my head & stayed a long time. Bliss Bee is excellent; great & healthy food, happy & helpful staff. A winning combination.

Cashier wasn't sure if the chicken sandwiches were fried. Should train the employees better than that. Chicken sandwich and fries were excellent. No coke or Pepsi, had to settle for some weird Mexican cola. I know this is Vermont, but just regular Coke or Pepsi will do. There's a reason they've been around for over 100 years. Restaurant was very clean. Overall very good lunch. I will definitely come back again, but next time will be BYOP (bring your own Pepsi)!

First visit was a very pleasant surprise. Ordered online for pickup for a family with diverse tastes. Food was tasty, clearly labeled, carefully packed, and available punctually. Note despite address, you can't stop on Shelburne Road. You have to turn into the side street to the north and enter the back parking lot that way. They are doing something right - they were buzzing (no pun intended) on a recent Saturday night.

It's above average and fast to the table. Restaurant and patio were very clean. They have lots of local beef and turkey on the menu. The staff is great. It's too bad the patio is next to the parking lot.

Harvest salad and root beer float were delicious. I sat under an AC vent and nearly froze, and it was cool and rainy outside so no need for serious AC. Staff was slow to clear and clean vacant tables, and this was after 1pm. Good food so I will try again.

Tasty fast-ish food. Good chicken sandwiches. Bliss Bee and the other restaurants owned by this group try and source their food and products from local high quality farms and make efforts to reduce waste and use compostable materials where possiy. Local beers, burgers and milkshakes are available also. A bit expensive, but it is consistently tasty and a great change from the usual chain fast foods. One star taken for the price, but the baseline for restaurants in the area are quite expensive.

This place was new and my new go to in this area. Best prices, food, atmosphere and easy in and out parking. Eat in or take out you can not go wrong with their prices and sandwiches. I had the fried chicken. Just yum! Just go. You will see for yourself. Excellent.

I’ve had Bliss Bee a few times now and I can’t get enough. I’m gluten free so I order their house chicken sandwich with a GF bun and fries and it’s my favorite!! Their food is so fast but always nice and warm and fresh, great service all around.

Fries: On point! Burgers: ‘Merica w/cheese is an awesome local version of a classic! Milk Shakes: other than my Lactose intolerance (not Bliss Bee’s fault), it was perfect! Grain Bowls: I was reluctant because it’s hard not to get the burgers and dogs, but these things are the real deal if you want to treat your body right. After eating one, I felt amazing, as opposed to my normal post-‘fast-food’ malaise. Excited to have the So Burlington location open as it’s closer to my home and work.

Didn't love my salad (mostly the dressing) but everything else was stellar. Quality food, friendly staff, good (fast) service, and the biodegradable packaging makes me less anxious about our impact on this fragile planet. Kudos for that.
