As a Floridian here for work travel, I'm happy I came here for lunch! The atmosphere, the food, and the service was amazing! The Medicine Pie was over the roof and you can tell it was made with love. Oh man, and the Brownie Sundae, it was just so so good! It was smooth, creamy, and great on the stomach. If I'm back in town, I'll definitely be coming back to this place!

Really awesome little pizza place in downtown Burlington, the atmosphere really reminded my wife and I of some of the cool little city restaurants in Italy. Service was very good/prompt, prices were reasonable, and the flatbread was very good! It is round, but cut into slices if you were curious. Lots of their ingredients are local and/or organic, which is great to see. Even our 1 year old daughter loved the crust! Overall had a great time and will be back.

I was here tonight with my daughter. We drove all the way from Albany New York to visit Burlington. And I must say that this is a fantastic restaurant to go to after all long drive. The taste of the pizza is very different from what you would get in the capital region Albany, Schenectady, Troy New York area. Yet the way they do pizza is amazing. The crust is to die for. I want to thank all of the staff/workers, they are as excellent as the food. Five stars

This was recommended by our hotel receptionist (we were staying in Waterbury and driving through Burlington). The place was busy but we got right in. Tried a cup of chowder (good, not great) but the Flatbread was fantastic. Wife and I did a half and half of the New Vermont Sausage and the the Revolution. Ate the whole thing. Worth it!

My first time trying this chain in restaurant, even though have tried their frozen pizza's. We ordered half and half - revolution and punctuated equilibrium. Loved both the flavors! Maple Bourbon Smash - cocktail on draught was also a solid choice!!

This place had a 2 hr wait time over the weekend. All I can say worth the wait . Ambience 5/5 ( try and get a place near the fire place ) Staff 5/5 very cordial and friendly Food 5/5 Loved their margarita pizza and veg chili The brewed beers are a must try

Went there with 3 other adults and 7 kids! The wait times were pretty long for lunch on the friday after thanksgiving, but we did some shopping on Church street nearby so it wasn't too bad. Otherwise, the service was great and our waiter was very patient while we made up our mind on what to order. The wood oven flavour made all of their pizzas delicious; but then again they have a good selection that'll suit all kinds of tastes. I felt it was a bit on the expensive side compared to similar upscale pizza places, but the quality of the food and the inexpensive beer made it worth the detour.

I dream of pizza from here. We got two different types on the same pie which was the right move. The butternut squash pizza was good, but the real star was the seasonal pizza with oyster mushrooms and truffle butter. It was so so soooo delicious, I ended up eating until I was uncomfortably full and I don't regret it one bit. This is a place I would recommend to others. The beer we had was also delicious.

The flatbread was tasty and satisfyingly textured. Maybe the organic, farm-table aspect actually makes a noticeable difference? I also like even the small flatbread can be split into two types. We had some beers which were good. The bartender (Janay, if I spelled that right) was fun, friendly, and helpful with tips about where to eat and explore since we were visiting.

Loved this comfy little restaurant we stopped at making our way thru Burlington. Great selection of flatbread with many different cheese and other options that you don't find elsewhere. We had the 'Punctuated Equilibrium' which is a spin on a Greek flatbread and the 'Eggs Benedict' which we had never seen or even thought of before this. Keep up the good work guys!

This place kept coming up as a must visit and I’m happy we did! They have a great drink selection and cozy environment with the brick pizza oven. We had the New Vermont Sausage flatbread which was delicious. The small was plenty for the two of us. We also had a special with beets that was delicious. Highly recommend stopping in here if you’re in Burlington!

Great experience at American Flatbread. Called the week before to make a reservation for our party of 7. When we arrived we were seated right away even though a couple of our group were still finding parking. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Salads were great, and the soup my wife got was also a hit. We got three different pizzas...a cheese and herb, a medicine wheel (classic red sauce/mozzarella) and a buffalo chicken (power to the people). All came out piping hot and perfectly cooked. Great thin crust, great ratio of toppings. Really top notch! Ambiance is very good, very lively and comfortable while still being pretty upscale. Highly recommended!

Great pizza. You could tell how fresh the ingredients were. Truly the best peppers I’ve ever had on a pizza. They told us the first one “came out a little small” so they baked us another pie at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

Nice, laid back atmosphere with a big, shared outdoor courtyard (other restaurants back up to it, too), and upper deck seating. The food is excellent--thin fire-baked pizzas and salads. Solid choice of beer and drinks. A live folk band was playing in the courtyard during our Sunday night dinner. Perfect.

Incredible wood fired pizza. We couldn't decide so we did a half New Vermont Sausage and half Power to the People. It was an mazing combo. The vegetable soup tasted so fresh. We also tried a couple of their beers and liked the Kickstand and Indistinct Chatter. Their mix drinks were also good. We particularly liked the Barr Hill Bee's Knees and the Blood Orange Margarita. Our server Colleen was lovely. Will definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the area.

They had vegan options. There was salad and the soup of the day when I went was vegan. They offered a vegan cheese so you could create your own pizza. I got half and half pizza of two different veggie pizzas they had available. The next time I go I will request less cheese but I prefer to eat less of that stuff anyway. The service was pleasant. They did forget the soup but promptly brought it when we pointed it out.

Super super delicious flatbread! Definitely one of the best I’ve had. I recommend the Revolution for mushroom and red sauce lovers. Crust was light & crispy and slightly chewy (just the way I like). Even the non-alcoholic drinks were delicious here. Highly highly recommend and would love to come back!

Best pizza in Burlington. Period. Too bad the server lady isn't in the best mood usually. We've had that issue both times we visited. The pizza is so darn amazing though. It's really too bad. Takeout maybe. Eat outside on the street. 👍🏼

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m from NY so I know good pizza. The veggie special had oyster mushrooms and some cream sauce- it was absolutely incredible I’m going to be thinking about that slice for some time!! Perfect bread and great service.

This was my first visit to this location but it won't be my last. We sat outside and enjoyed a band playing at the bar next door. Our waitress was knowledgeable and quick. As always the beers were great

Maybe it's just the vernacular, but calling it a flatbread place, I came in thinking Panera-type offerings, but this is more properly classed as a brick oven type pizza place. The options were unique compared to your standard fare. We had one of the special flatbreads with sausage, mushrooms, and spinach, and it was excellent. There was plenty of seating when we arrived (maybe 6:30pm on a Saturday night), but there was a wait for a table when we left. There was a good selection of drafts and other drinks.

The food is 5-stars for sure. Burlington itself was mobbed on the night we went and they—like just about every business in the area—seemed flummoxed by crowds. We waited 3 hours for a to-go pizza and the (delicious) salad. But honestly, it was worth the wait.

Really good flatbread (pizza) and REALLY good beer. In my opinion, the brewer is the best in Vermont. The beer is always fresh, and the list includes a wide variety - - lagers, session beers, European-style offerings, and of course, some pale ales and IPAs. All of them excellent. If you're tired of being presented with a beer "selection" of a dozen IPAs, then you'll be VERY happy here. The flatbreads are fresh, imaginative and delicious. The pizza oven is a big beehive located right in a corner of the restaurant space, so it's a great place to bring the kids - - they can watch the pizza being baked. This also makes it a great place to spend some time in the winter, when those cold winds blow straight off Lake Champlain from the Adirondacks. They also have lots of outdoor seating in the brief summertime.

The atmosphere is cozy with bricks and a fireplace. The staff was nice. The flatbread though, soooo good. I got a small with one half the meat special and the other half with Power to the People. Both were excellent. The flavors were spot on, just the right amount of cheese, and a wonderfully crisp crust. I highly recommend if you are in the mood for flatbread.

Wonderful wood fired pizza. My favorite part is that they have a par-baked or half-baked option. Perfect for those of us who want to enjoy this yummy pizza, but aren't ready to eat indoors yet. All the great flavor, texture, and comfiness of enjoying the pizza in your own living room.

Amazing ambience with great music and drinks. They have wooden crust pizzas which are really good. We went there in December and it was a perfect evening. It was cold outside and they had a good warm pizza , fireplace and great drinks. Do visit this place.

We enjoyed our Revolution flat bread pizza outdoors in socially-distanced tables with center fire pit. The salad is delicious but was a challenge to eat in this setting, and maybe pre-tossing it and serving in individual bowls in smaller pieces would help.

Everything we had here was top notch, from the beer to the flatbreads and salads. Awesome atmosphere for dinner with friends or for a date. The flatbreads are all hand made in-house, and they are 10/10.

We enjoyed our time. The two.of us, being moderately hungry, split a large pie and had two pieces left. Very flavorful. Our waitress was kind, informative and helpful. The on tap local beer was great. I'm not a fan of IPA and there were several solid non-IPA choices. We liked the lightly smoke tinged atmosphere from the Woodfired oven. The dining area is not well lot which is nice. But if your vision is waning as ours is, don't forget your readers!!

Over the years I've given this place numerous tries. It's never bad, but it's never really good, either. Some of my complaints are fundamental: flatbread pizza never fills me up, the amount of cheese they put on never seems like enough, and worst of all, I'm always picking charred, blackened bits of pie out of my mouth later on. Maybe that's your jam, in which case, this place is for you. The service is mediocre (bartender is usually good but front counter people are usually less friendly), but not terrible. I've had bad run ins in the past where I was told one thing--a table was available--and found out that wasn't the truth. The ingredients are good and taste fresh, with a good amount on each pie (except for cheese).The dough is pretty plain , more like a cracker than a pizza dough. The wait time is unpredictable at best, sometimes I've been told 20 minutes and waited 45, other times I've been told an hour and a half, though I didn't test the latter claim. I know 3 stars looks bad, but this is a decent place. You might be overpaying for what you get, but if you like flatbread, it's the best pie in town. It's eeasy to fforget that 3 stars is above average .

Nice flatbread place! They really bake their flatbreads with pizza oven. You can see how they make your orders when you are seating and waiting for them. But it’s weird that you cannot change any of the toppings that originally comes with your choice. Although they have topping list and you just want to change a topping into another in the same price, you still have to pay extra to make it. They can take it away but not change into another. The big size in Vermont sausage flavor is $22 and suitable for 2-3 ppl. The atmosphere in the dinning area is nice. The service is okay. I recommend this place if you want to have some flatbread(pizza).

One of our absolute favorite pizza joints!! The Burlington Restauarant has a spacious outside courtyard for warm weather dining and we happened on a night with a live band playing as well. A delight and truly delicious pizza. We highly recommend the ‘medicine wheel’ pizza.

Amazing wood fired pizza place along with plenty of seating. Also American Flatbread is a great place to bring family and friends for a casual sit down dinner. American Flatbread is easily walkable if you are living in the downtown area.

We moved away from VT a few years ago, and when we went back for a visit American Flatbread was on our list of places to dine at. It's still some of the best pizza you can find on this planet. We had a date night and order too much pizza on purpose. We wanted to take some home to the kids. The kids got like 2 slices 😂

Amazing food, beer, and atmosphere! They have an outdoor patio with two tables with fire pits and two with heat lamps. Super warm and festive! The flatbreads and salads were creative and flavorful and the beer was awesome. Servers were really nice, and they had safe covid protocols. Contactless payment and QR code menus. Definitely will come back!

Great flatbread and wonderful ambience. Outside seating can’t be surpassed. Wood roasted pizza oven right in the open puts out tasty pizzas. We had the sausage pizza with additional ingredients. Zero gravity beers were perfect with pizza. Perfect spot!

This is some of the best pizza in Burlington. The ingredients are always full of flavor, the atmosphere is super nice with the brick oven inside, and it's one of my favorite patios to go sit outside to have a beer and some pizza in the summer. They've got a beautiful outdoor space where you can frequently hear music.

Wow, delicious food! I really enjoyed my half and half of the pepperoni and sausage. The yuzu and ginger cider was really nice too. My girlfriend unfortunately, said she found the cheese and herb flatbread to be on the bland side. Ideally, I would give a 4.5/5, but I can't, so I will just recommend choices other than the herb and cheese and give 5 stars, based on my order.

Such an amazing place! We went on a cold night and it was such a cozy, warm and inviting atmosphere. A great spot for a date. We each got blood orange margaritas and they were excellent. For food, we got a couple different pizzas to try. We liked the sausage a lot, but we absolutely *loved* the carnitas special. One of the best pizzas we've ever had. So good that we ordered another one par-baked to bring home. Can't wait to go back!

The *best* lemonade downtown (Maple Lemonade) - don't miss it; far better than any zero gravity beer. Good flatbread downtown, bar area can get a little cramped when busy but fast and consistently good service and food.

The beer selection is great, zero gravity brews are top notch. The problem with this place was the dining. Their servers are slow, turnaround for tables takes forever. I'm looking at empty tables that have not been filled for over ten minutes. Over all a decent place but avoid the rush if you can.

Together with the Cheeseboard in Berkeley, my favorite pizza. But, unlike the Cheeseboard, this is a full restaurant with a great atmosphere and selection of beers to match. I usually choose one of their daily vegetarian specials. If you happen to be close to one of their restaurants (it's a very, very small chain), you need to give it a try.

The pizza was delicious but the best part? The fire. WOW. We had just finished watching UAlbany lose to Vermont in the America East tournament and it was like -20 that day with windchill (this is back in 2017). That fire was DELIGHTFUL.

Nice place with good beer, great Bloody Maries, and delicious pizza creations. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. Remodeled in 2020 or 2021 for what send to be more tables at the cost of a few chairs at the bar. There's a large outdoor seating area with full service, but we chose to sit at the self-service picnic tables out front this year. I always hope for big bold dark beers on the menu, but there's always something I can enjoy. Our annual Vermont trip always includes this stop.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Burlington, and dinner here was no exception. It seems this place is a bit of a chain, but it didn't act like it, which was nice. Service was great. Food was great. The only real complaint would be the menu being a bit limited. I do appreciate doing a couple things and doing it right, but there could be a bit more in the flatbread options. No doubt we would definitely return here in the future.

Hands down one of the best pizza's you'll ever have. I literally detoured from Montreal to New York City through Burlington for this pizza. Customize it any which way you'll like, lots of organic and non-vegan choices. Even gluten free. If you're into thick crusts, this isn't the place for you, the crusts are thin. The wood burning oven is insane and they make it right there in front of you. The one thing I wasn't aware of was the outdoor terrace which we saw on our way out. Oh well, next time!

Great atmosphere and decor. Huge fireplace, wood beams, and brick. The two flatbreads we've tried were tasty with light chewy, yet crunchy crusts. Looks like they have a fun brunch on weekends. On the pricer side for fancy flatbreads but worth it. Usually very crowded. They're sticklers for vaccination cards with boosters now so less crowded which is great for us!

We just visited and food was pretty good. We ordered 4 small flatbreads (pizzas) but one of them was delayed, so the rest of the family had to start eating while I waited... Not ideal. When I got the check I saw that the pizza that was delayed had not been charged (on purpose) That is a good detail of service without complaining. We will visit again. I was happily surprised by this place. The pizzas were fresh and hearty and for a good price. I split two large pizzas with 3 friends and we had enough for everyone to get their fill. This place gets packed on the weekends, especially for dinner, so try to go on a weekday. The atmosphere is cozy and historic. Definitely a place to try at least once, although the pizza will probably get you to return again.

Although very very busy, it truthfully was worth the wait. We grabbed a few beers at the bar (great selection) and waited for the text message to let us know the table was ready. We had great service throughout the entire evening. Really enjoyed watching the pizza made in the giant hive oven. And the pizzas we had were amazing. Next time we're in Burlington we'll be sure to get it again.

Love the flat bread--aka this crust Pizza--here. Very good beer selection and always a crowded and welcoming place. Service is also fantastic. Expect to wait for a table during peak hours... They don't take reservations. But if you get there early just ask the hostess to put your name on the wait list and tell her when you expect to be back. Essentially a reservation. You'll wait less then 10 minutes that way.

My second time eating and having a few of their beers with my family and its great every time. My favorite thing besides the food is the no cell phones sign! Love that! Its a good reminder to turn it off and be with who you are with, and if alone people watch and decompress. The pizza is awesome, so fresh and local ingredients. The huge pizza over in the main restaurant is fun to watch. I highly recommend especially if you want relax with kids and sip a beer or 2. Kid friendly, with mini pizza games and crayons and paper to keep them busy. My kids are 12 and still want to play pizza party lol Fun for all! Enjoy!

It's what I start with whenever I eat pizza for the first time to score it. I gave it a 6.8 out of 10. Fresh dough and not a whole lot of flavor. Pizza was extremely greasy(see pic) and not an even amount of cheese. The fact that it was wood fired made no difference. Would probably go again to see if there is any improvement. YEE! This place is very great. The prices can be a bit steep, but it's pizza and flatbreads, a combo that works wonderfully in their favor. The food is very fresh and fired upon ordering, the beer selection rotates and they have a good mix of anything you might want. Prices could also be way steeper too. I love their Vermont Sausage pizzas. If you're in the mood for pizza and don't mind a bit more expense and wait to the other quick slice options you have in downtown Burlington, you should definitely check this place out!

The Vermont Sausage Flat bread was exquisite. The sausage was flavorful, but not greasy or overpowering to the other ingredients. The Evolution Salad was fresh and tasty. THe pizza is really good here, and they have a really extensive beer list which is great if you're a beer/cider drinker. I love all the pizzas and the salads, and there's usually a couple great pizzas on special. The downside is that they refuse to accept reservations. It's incredibly frustrating when you want to have a larger group there. I know they're doing just fine but would it really hurt to offer a small portion of their tables as reservations for larger parties?

One of the best places to grab dinner with your loved one. My girlfriend and I ate here about a week ago and we were so impressed by them following CDC COVID regulations. Our waitress was very helpful in helping us pick the go-to meals that locals typically get. If we ever go to Vermont again, American Flatbread restaurant will be on our list of restaurants to go to. This place is also dog friendly.

i’m not sure what the difference between flatbread and pizza is, but either way what we were served was nothing to write home about. in fact, i thought our pizza was a bit underdone, but that’s a matter of personal opinion. while the waitstaff is nice and friendly, they were obviously overwhelmed by the volume. we did not see our server after our pizza was served and, if we had, we would have mentioned that we were served corked wine. we were not able to address the bunk wine until the end of our meal when the manager returned our cards. the prices are relatively inexpensive and the place has a good, casual atmosphere, but i don’t think i will make a return visit.

Stopped in for dinner. We ordered two pizzas... one plain cheese and tomato, as well as a green pepper and pepperoni pizza. Both were very good. Crust is thin and crispy. Very good tomato sauce and they use Grana Padano on many of their pizzas which adds a lot of flavour. The homemade maple lemonade was also quite good. Would def be back.

I am not a pizza lover...but this place is an exception. The freshly made pizza in an open oven just in front of your eyes tastes heavenly!! We tried a large pizza with the delicious New Vermont Sausage and that was good for two of us. You might have to wait for 30-40 minutes if you visit during weekends but you will not repent.

Fantastic. This is such a nice place in location and atmosphere. This is a flatbread style pizza, not a NY style. You can make a variety if pies or select special ones and even fo half and half which 8s a great option. Salads very good, cinnamon. Buns weekends only are great, soups usually good and if you drink a wide select of beers and some brewed right there. In good weather a nice outdoor seating area too.

We got a recommendation for this place from our bartender at Magic Hat. It was the best recommendation we've ever gotten. The beers were rock solid. The salad so tasty especially with the addition of the goat cheese. My wife and son split the salad (no goat cheese) and the pepperoni and cheese flatbread. I had the salad and mushroom sausage. SO GOOD!! Each of our beers was better than the next. But stealing the show was our server Callie. She covered all 10 four tops in the outdoor garden like a champ and didn't miss a beat! Always there when we needed another refill and switching soft drinks for my son. American Flatbread is a must stop on your stop through Burlington!!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, and served our large group on a Friday night during Jazz Fest with the attention of a small party dining in an empty restaurant on a Tuesday. We love coming here for the pizza and for the beer from Zero Gravity! It's always a stop for us in Burlington. The half pours are a nice way to try multiple beers. Here is where I ate the BEST pizza I've ever had in my entire life. My boyfriend and I are from PA and big pizza lovers but I've never had pizza like this before. We ordered "NEW VERMONT SAUSAGE" and omg we couldn't stop talking about how incredible it was. Every ingredient tasted so fresh and full of flavor, the pizza wasnt greasy but also wasnt dry either- it was just perfect. I usually dont like/eat all the pizza crust but I ate every bite of this pizza. The crust was the perfect amount of crispy/doughy. We didnt feel sluggish after eating almost the entire large pie, we felt good like we had energy to keep exploring and walking around the town. Our waitress was super friendly too, she seemed really happy to be working there- think her name was Katie. In our seats we were able to watch the pizza being made right in front of us in the brick oven which was fun. Also we had no wait time to be seated at 6pm, granted it was a Monday night lol. If we ever return to Burlington we will surely be back for this pizza!

Great Pizza. We had the sausage pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza. Of all the beer/breweries we tried in Burlington Zero Gravity was our least favorite. Parking is a bit of a pain too. Lots aren't terribly well marked and many of them are permit only in the middle of the day during the week.

Not "just pizza"... Flatbread! This place is amazing. Their food, their staff, and their beer are some of the very best you're going to find! Do yourself a favor and try their house made ranch and hot sauce, if that's your thing, on a Dancing Heart or Revolution (really, any of their flatbreads... You can't go wrong with a thing on this menu!)! This place can get busy, however, so I'd recommend getting there before you're starving if dining at peak times. Otherwise, you may have a wait (but, it's worth it!).

I'm a huge fan of American Flatbread. I've been multiple times with my fiancée and taken countless friends to eat here. First off, they have a strong selection of specialty pizzas which are all delectable (I cannot speak for their buffalo because that is not pizza in my opinion and I never tried it). It is not a broad selection, but it is evident by how good each is that a great deal of thought was put into each one. Second, if you don't like any of those, they have rotating specials which change often, so the possibility of trying something new is still there. Third, if you don't want those there is still the option to make your own which is great. American Flatbread sources many if not all ingredients from local farms across Vermont and even went so far as to have a big map in the restaurant where they marked the farms and what they source from each which shows how much they care about sourcing locally. Probably the coolest thing is their clay pizza oven which they keep in the restaurant for all their customers to see. Cooking their pies in that oven leaves a delicious smokey flavor and charcoal under side which makes the pizza's even better. They are flatbreads so don't expect one to satisfy multiple people; in my experience 1 large is sufficient for 1 hungry individual, 2 for 2 people, 3 for 3-4 people and so on. Finally, American Flatbread has an extensive beer selection and suggestions for different beer and pizza pairings. They also brew their own beer which is interesting; a quick stop by the restrooms lets you look into their brewing facility, but don't worry, there is a glass window in the way. For those of you who enjoy trying multiple beers, they do have have pours as well. Sandwiched in the heart of Burlington, Vermont, American Flatbread is a must see destination for any visitor or local.

Stopped in at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon for a beer and a bite. The full kitchen wasn't open which was a disappointment (flatbreads at 5, soup and salad until then), but I decided to stay for a beer. The peach sour was worth the hunger struggle. I'll be back to try it again - I'm sure it's a great place and I understand the pain of keeping a kitchen open off-hours, but it was rough to not have a more robust food option in the thick of a beautiful afternoon.

American Flatbread Burlington Hearth was a nice place for lunch , the pizza was really flat bread , one of the option there is to order half and half pizza , so you can choose two pizzas but in one dish. So , please make sure that you order 2 pizzas or 2 pizzas half and half. I orders 2 small pizzas but they bring it. One pizza half and half. For half and half if you are two I suggest the large size. The taste of pizza was good, Salad taste was really interesting , you can also order there different kind of drinks , alchoholic and non-alcoholic and also they serve desserts. There is no special parking lot , you should Park in the street and pay for parking. Burlington is famous for the cheeses so choose a pizza and salad with different cheese , I tried salad with blue cheese and it was really good. You can pay by credit card or cash . For credit card they will autorize your card and you can add tip amount on your receipt and sign it.

My family and I have been here several times over the years when visiting Burlington. This place never disappoints. The servers are friendly and know their menu. The flatbread is great with a variety of options for most tastes. Most recently my wife and I shared a special pork belly flatbread that was fantastic. American Flatbread features beers from Zero Gravity that both compliment the flatbread and stand on their own should you just want to stop in for a brew. A great place, we will return again in the future.

If you have celiac disease, rest assured, American Flatbread can safely serve you a delicious pizza. I am generally terrified to eat out, for fear of getting gluten-contaminated food. American Flatbread will stay on your mind for weeks...trust me. We came in to Burlington for a weekend getaway. We looked at reviews and picked a few places to go. My husband and I each got a flatbread and the flavors were absolutely AMAZING (including their beers). I have told every single person I've come into contact with since then about this place all while my mouth waters while talking about it. The restaurant itself has a wonderful design and the servers were quick and kind. I would HIGHLY suggest this place.

The flatbreads were very good but if they are serving the broccoli cheddar soup definitely don't miss that. That was the big winner for me. This place is a must visit, and is clearly popular with out-of-towners. I was looking for a local for some advice and everyone I asked was from out of town. I finally had to ask the hostess (who was very helpful). The beer is great, the vibe is cool, and the food is worth the wait (we waited about 45 minutes on a Sat night). Pay street parking is available around the area. The place gives off a laid back vibe, perfect for an intimate night or catching ip with friends. Food is great and made with ingredients from local providers. They also have craft beers available which go best with their flatbreads.

If you're looking for some fantastic pizza this is the place. They have fantastic beer, great food and very friendly staff, it is definitely worth a visit.

Nice outdoor patio. My only complaint is that this pizza is not a true flat bread pizza. It's just regular pizza with a thick crust. Don't be fooled.

A very good restaurant, unanticipated wait time was a bit of a turndown yet, it was worthwhile. Had 'revolution' - a pizza with a great smoky onion flavor. Try their speciality beers, Green state lager.

Classic Burlington. High quality food and drink, packed but they made room quickly for 8. Service was prompt and a bunch of guys had no idea what Flat bread was so when the pepperoni and Vermont sausage (different) breads came out they were pleasantly surprised. I'm less a fan of the beer but it's straightforward enough and the "pizza" makes up for it.
