One of the best pizzas I've tried! Crust is the first thing that stands out. Crispy edges with a dark undercarriage. Very floppy towards the middle but not soggy. Laid back atmosphere. Clean inside and out with super courteous employees.Currently my top Pizza Restaurant in Alabama.

In Leeds for business and wanted a calzon. Searched for pizza on Google maps and was lead here. Clean restaurant, they greeted me when I walked in, pleasant staff. My only concern is when I paid, the cashier placed my change on the counter when it was handed to her by me 😕. The lunch portion was a nice size, it came with a bag of chips and drink. It tasted good and hit the spot for my craving. 🙂😋 If I'm in Leeds, I will definitely go back.

Wanna be Italian place. Thought it would be good. Very busy and had to wait for a table. Best thing I got was my Sprite. Salad, if you call it that, had 2 thin slices of tomato on day old lettuce. When the hell did people stop putting cheese, onions and good stuff on salads? Manicotti was par but nothing to write home about and way too much sauce. Not in high favor of a return visit. Hope they're pizza is better. Probably should have got that, It kinda looked edible.

Always the best pizza! I love the Fettuccine Alfredo, it is absolutely delicious. The pepperoni pizza is consistently great, all in all our family loves going here. Bonus that all the employees are very friendly! The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

First time visiting this restaurant. This is definitely a secret little gem in Moody. Let me start with the food.... excellent, my little five year old niece wanted cheese pizza, she ate two kids pizzas. The service was great and very timely. The owner even let my niece watch from a distance of course the making of dough. Then he took time to come out and ask how our visit was. Something you don't usually get this day and time. Definitely a repeat customer.

This is a local gem you don’t need to bypass. We used to live in Leeds and now drive 30 minutes just to come here for pizza. It is the best we’ve ever had honestly. Very home like feel to the restaurant. I came here throughout my entire pregnancy and would deal with the heartburn that came later because it was that good.

Having grown up in the Northeast, this place felt like a bit of nostalgia. The owner is originally from NY. Food was good, service warm and friendly. Very busy so the food wait was a bit long but worth it. It is nice to have places that is "famlia" as it makes the difference, makes one feel at ease...will become a regular guest.

Absolutely one of if not the best pizza places I have ever been. And I didn't have the pizza. I had a calzone and my girlfriend had the pepperoni roll. If they are that good the pizza has to be out of this world. Btw the pepperoni chips are a must for an appetizer! Will be definitely coming back. Might have to try that pizza next time!

Came in from the Atlanta area. Pizza was good but I wish the center of the pizza crust was thicker (it’s a little too thin). That’s the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, great pizza, and great service. Everyone was fantastic!

My wife and I both ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo and it was amazing. I highly recommend this menu item. We will be going back regularly! Staff was friendly and was not in your face every 15 seconds while eating. It was also clean and my daughter loved the children's spaghetti. 5 stars for sure just off the taste. Best Italian meal I have had in the state of Alabama!

This place is good if you like that 1980s-90s style of overly cheesy kind of pizzas. There's certainly times when that's my preference, just depends on what mood you're in. I've heard this place is best in Alabama but that certainly isn't the case, Sanpeggio's beats it on flavor bigtime. The size of their large is very large so that's a good thing but the drawback is the box doesn't fit in refrigerator for leftovers so you have to manage that.

Their food is delicious their prices are more than reasonable I was a little confused that lasagna that I ordered through a delivery service however had no bake cheese on top of it, but it was still delicious. I do think that was a mistake it was missing utensils missing dressing things like that on the order but the food was fantastic and the prices were more than reasonable so if they can get their game together with the making sure everything that you ordered in the bag there five stars for now 4 Stars, amazing food I think I'm going to buy some tonight for the family again two nights in a row.!!!

So good!! The manicotti is my personal favorite. The sandwiches are huge and the pizza is pretty yummy. The staff is so nice and it's got a real small town feel to it. Definitely make it a go to place for you and your family.

When we first arrived, the dining area was completely full so we had to wait for a table, but luckily it wasn't very long. The spaghetti that I ordered was ok, but we ordered two pizzas to go: I LOVED the pork BBQ pizza . The staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely go here again

This was the first time I've actually dined in. I've had take out a couple of times. The food is delicious! I had spaghetti and meatballs which comes with a salad and garlic bread. The salad came right away. It was simple but satisfying. The entree came very soon after. The portion was plentiful and very tasty. The server seemed to be covering the entire dining room but she checked on us regularly. I enjoy supporting a local restaurant like Carpenetti's!

Came for lunch. I opted for the Sausage Roll. It was a perfect lunch portion and the ingredients were perfect. The $5.99 lunch special was way beyond expectation! I look forward to coming back for an Italian dinner! The server was precious and engaging. Can’t wait to come back !!!

We tried this Carpenetti’s a few months ago after moving down here and it is amazing. The pizzas are thin but big in size. This place is packed every time I go. You can dine in or call ahead to get it to go. It usually takes about 25 minutes or so. You will not be disappointed.

Great service, but the food was just okay. The pizza was too thin and didn't have enough toppings. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be, considering it was voted Alabama's best pizza.

Best pizza in the Bham area! We drive 30 min to pick it up on a fairly regular basis. We've lived in Italy and in the North East; this is the closest thing we have found anywhere around here to authentic pizza. The staff is super nice. Super fast service. And they make the BEST RANCH!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants that I have been in. I had spaghetti one night, and then went back the next day and had pizza. it's very hard to find real authentic Italian food and that part of the state, but this one really is excellent. The owner was there and actually came out and we'll talk to people karma even though he was drenched in flour because he worked in the kitchen preparing most of the pizzas and the other dishes. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Garlic bread was disappointing. It was a blank pizza dough with some oil and cheese. Pizza had too much sauce. Pizza was ordered with light sauce. Toppings were good but sparse. Never did find one of the toppings. Next time, I'll go back to the sandwiches.

Tried Carpenetti’s after reading the phenomenal reviews. Let me tell you, those reviews are true. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Garlic Knots, and Calzone. Nothing was bad, it was phenomenal. The dough is hand made, fresh and this was seen with my own eyes. The pizza had a great texture and was more towards the thinner side which I loved with the buffalo chicken. It was one of the best buffalo chicken pizzas I’ve had. The calzone was loaded and also featured a similar thinner fresh made dough shell. I would say the pizza was better than the calzone, but the calzone was still good. The Garlic Knots are to die for. The dough is soft and loaded with garlic/butter flavor (don’t eat too many of them... haha). In the end everything was great and I did not have one bad thing. Employees were very friendly and serving as well. Definitely try this place out!

Alright y’all. If you want REAL, GOOD PIZZA, GO HERE!!! I’m from New Jersey/New York area and I’ve been suffering eating dominos all the time. Not the biggest fan of the food, specifically the pizza, but the people are nice and the décor is very fancy, almost as if you’re actually eating in an Italian courtyard or something. The only way I could think of that would make the experience nicer would be a fountain near the entrance, thicker pizza crust, and/or a fake mafia that comes in occasionally and lightly harasses customers. Make it feel more Italian, y’know?
