We live about 2 hours from Billings and decided to finally try MOOYAH. We were not disappointed!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it was all positive! From the food to the atmosphere, they have it right! The customer service was amazing, move over Chick-fil-A and the burgers were better than what we expected. The owner Mike was more than generous and made sure we were taken care of. If you're in Billings or even passing through, this place is a must try and worth your time!! Thank you for the amazing meal!

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. She loves the food and gets a kick out of the cow theme! We've always had really great, friendly service and the food is super tasty. We recommend getting a shake! Ella was on top of our shake order and gave us great service!

Was hungry driving through Montana and decided to see what it was all about. I got their bacon cheese burger and fries with a side their green chili queso. The fries reminded me of Five Guys, fresh cut and tasty. The burger was good too. If we are ever in town again, we would definitely stop by again!

Staff is quick and SUPER friendly. All food and drinks are made to serve and are DELICIOUS! My favorite is the Cheddar Bacon burger with sweet potato fries and a little Moo Chocolate shake. Rico is a stellar manager! He needs recognition! You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend.

My friend had dental work done and could only have Shakes, or soft foods the Shakes were amazing she said. I don't like bread much so the Lettuce burgers were amazing, meat was seasoned to perfection. Awesome burger place. Always packed. Excellent staff.

Rico, the manager was amazing. The food was great and I would recommend it to anyone. I have to say that this the best customer service I have seen in a restaurant in a really long time. I would say in the 30 minutes or so we were there, we were checked on by probably 10 employees and they all asked us how the food was and if there was anything they could get for us.The experience was amazing. I work in customer service and so their service stood out to me like nothing I have seen in a long time. I am so grateful that they have taken the time to teach each and everyone of their employees what great service is and what it means to have great service skills. You guys rock and keep up the great work. I will be coming back very soon.

I was recommended Mooyah from a coworker while in Billings for a business trip. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were welcoming and friendly. The staff were entertaining and fun to be around while waiting for my order. The burger was incredible. The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection, the vegetables were crisp, and the fries had just the right amount of salt. 10/10 will be coming back for another great burger and dining experience!

I never write reviews so this is a first, but I believe great service should be recognized. I visited Mooyah in Billings, Mt with my three children. The food was amazing and was ready very quickly. The manager name was Rico and both him and his employees went above and beyond to ensure great service. An employee named Casey was exceptional. It happened to be my sons birthday and they didn’t know but they treated us like it was all of our birthdays. I will drive across town to return in the future!

Very cute place! Fairly priced overall. I like the community feel and the manager was very personable and welcoming. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. I got the double Diablo which has hot sauce on it. The hot sauce wasn't too spicy but it was very salty overall. The burger is like a smash burger so getting a double patty is worth it. Their fries are decent but they leave the potato skin on them which isn't my personal favorite. Overall though, it's better than a Freddy's or a Wendy's but I'd say it's not better than a red Robin. The price is fair for what you get though and it's a cute place for a quick bite or a quick little date.

Thought I give the smash burger concept a try. Got the double meat with sweet potato fries. After a few bites, I think a single patty one would have disappointed me as the patties are very thin. Flavor was good in the burger and the fries were freshly made and crunchy.

Order for two people in that hadn't arrived yet, the manager saw that their food had just been sitting there and when they got there he came out with fresh hot fries. Excellent place to eat hamburgers and home made french fries. The hamburgers were delicious and the fries mmmmm....so good. The portion of fries was huge and I ate it with so much pleasure. The staff was super friendly and they delivered the food to our table. Definitely will return when in town. Highly recommended. They also have keto options and other healthy choices. I've been to Mooyah at 2695 King Ave W several times. I went just now. One of the managers was doing an excellent job. He was training his employees on the spot on how to be active and proactive providers of great customer service, which is a great step in professional development for anyone in any job or career. I turned my car around when I realized I wanted to give something back to him for his great customer service to me, and to thank him for the way he is helping our community by training his employees in ways that benefit their professional development. I asked him how I could give positive feedback about him to his boss, because of the above. I said all of this in front of everyone the employees so that they could see that when you do quality work at your job, customers notice and give back. Then we all get to enjoy the prosperity. He said he was the general manager (His name starts with an Ri (which I say this way to conserve privacy)), that his boss is the owner, and that the best way would be to leave a Google review. I gave him a $5 tip, which he put straight into the tip jar for his employees. Thank you, R, for all of the above. I'm going to keep coming.

I have celiac and this is my go to safe place to eat when I’m in Billings! One of very few. I’ve never gotten sick. Their burgers and fries are amazing. I don’t understand why people like cold pizza, but their burger cold the next day is still delicious. I’m always glad I have leftovers. Highly recommend for celiac and non-celiac alike!

A MUST = First visit, not the last: "Welcome to Mooyahs" was what was resounded upon every customer who entered. And what a welcome we received. Our first impressions: restaurant was busy, as in full...hardly a seat to be found...a good sign. The tantilizing aroma filled the air (not another burger joint!). The cook line was a popping and a dancing: everyone busy doing what was needed to fill the orders, well orchestrated and fun to watch, everyone had a great attitude. And to top it all off was the excellence of the service provided by Ashley who loves what she does and pours her whole heart into her job, loving on her customers. She quickly surmised it was our first visit ( out of how many customers she sees on a daily basis? REMARKABLE). Ashley went above and beyond to make our visit a welcoming one: providing brief recommendations (taking care of us and everyone else), she is young and a hard worker: what a sight to behold! Can't wait to go back there again. Only thing negative to say? There isn't more Mooyahs throughout Billings. (Didn't take any pictures on our first visit because we were so amazed by the sights, service, quality of food: very satisfying, delightful experience). Will upload photos after our next visit!

Just tryed Mooyah Burger and the quality of the Food was outstanding. The customer Service was absolutely Awesome. The Burger was Juicy and Full of Flavor and the Fries were Hot and Very Tasty. On Oct 21st Came back into Mooyah Burger and when ordering was told they no longer offer regular Buns only lettuce or Potato Buns, So sad and disappointed in ownerships decision to ruin a Great Burger stop by taking away what makes a Burger a Burger a Good Bun. Unfortunately probably the last time I'll eat at Mooyah and I'll just take my buisness to back to Burger Dive.

This is the second time I've ordered the Best Quesonario Burger and this time I ordered extra queso. Both burgers had barely any queso at all. The food is bomb, the staff (Dylan & Marissa) are so friendly and the manager Rico is very nice as well. My experience was great overall but I was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to tip the staff with a debit transaction. I worked in and managed restaurants for many many years. The inability to tip on card payments should be fixed immediately so that the staff is not missing out on much needed income that they deserve, and patrons like myself want to give. Other than that I have zero complaints! Hopefully this is fixed by the next time I come through so I can tip the staff properly! 🖤

Great customer service & food. We brought a large group in for a late dinner. We secured several tables, but some of the party were delayed longer than expected, so we sat & visited for quite a while before ordering any food. They didn't act annoyed or upset with us. When we did order, the fix was wonderful. We stayed until almost closing & when we apologized for staying so long, they said to not feel rushed at all. We will definitely be back here.

Honestly, for me, this is Billings best burger place. The burger patties are just the right size, a lot of places make them too thick and they end up tough and chewy. They do smash them on the grill so at times they can come out a little wired looking but, they are consistently cooked and seasoned perfectly. Also the toppings are excellent as is the Mooyah (thousand island) sauce. They can also cook some very good fries if you ask for them extra crispy. At the price you can't get a better burger anywhere.

On the way home to Indiana after a youth conference we stopped at Mooyah burgers in Billings. It was incredibly delicious. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon burger and an Oreo Cookie shake. Every bite was a delectable goodness that satisfied my taste buds. And don’t even me started on that big moo shake. It was outrageously yummy. Mooyah! Rico greeted us with a smile and took our trays away like a gentleman after we were done with such a heavenly meal. 10/10. Bathroom was nice too.

This was the first time eating here! It was the best burgers around! I could keep going with the food which was all AMAZING! But I want to give a shout out to the exceptional crew that was working! They are like a well oiled machine! There was a little wait but considering the restaurant was packed with happy customers and no one complaining and my food came to me hot off the grill it was definitely worth it! I will be back and bringing friends!

There are only five star reviews for this place. So, we ventured to give it a go. In the end figured it deserving of five stars as well. Unlike the other compared burger place Mooyah doesn't suffer from mushy buns. These buns remained firm from first bite to last. The fries are also very good, but in our case the portion size was a bit small for the price.

Great burger and amazing fries, the fries in my opinion are seasoned PERFECTLY. Not too salty but just enough and great flavor on whatever seasoning they use. The manager was super friendly and threw some free fries into the order since they had extra on hand. Much appreciated cuz I wouldn't have got them otherwise and they were great! Cool little spot I recommend it for an economical and good burger. The potato bun was real good and cant beat all the different toppings you can get free like grilled mushrooms and grilled onions that a lot of times aren't free toppings at many places.

The employees were so nice and they had some of the best burgers I've ever had! We also got our food less than 5 minutes after ordering. The manager was so kind and spent time talking to us. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good burgers!

We ordered take-out. The food options looked fantastic. The food was pretty good, kind of average, but we ordered lettuce wrapped burgers and ended up with sweaty buns, and they left off a few other items in the burgers. We double check the receipt to make sure that we had not made the mistake, but sure enough, they were listed just not fulfilled. The food was satisfying and we were content.

I placed a pickup order last Friday and from the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. An employee was stationed at the pickup counter and greeted me as soon as I walked in and confirmed which pickup order was mine and gave me a status update. He continued to check receipts and make sure each order had exactly what was ordered. The food was hot and fresh and our order was exactly what we ordered, even my extra pickles on the side! :) We will definitely be back!

We had an issue with my sister’s order and called to talk to someone about it close to closing time. My husband talked to Rico and he more than took care of the issue, offering immediately to make it right and then some the next day. I moved from CA to Montana, my experience at Mooyahs in CA was always just mediocre. The locations in CA were always dirty and tables sticky. My family and I drove to Billings on Monday 4/11/22 and I ran in just to order something quick for my child. The place was immaculate!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. The management has always been great about fixing it but driving back and forth across town beats the purpose of an "easy meal night." They give us coupons which is great besides having to use them in-store. Customer service and sincerity is a 5 star. Food and food accuracy is a 1.

I went to Mooyah Burgers for the first time the other day. I was incredible impressed. These people helped me with my order, seating, and helping me sit down. With a mild physical disability, this is very important. After I sat down my delight continued. The burger was just like o had when I was a child, the bun was crisp, beef patty was nicely brown, and my fries were screaming hot and crisp. I know I will return many times.

Loved it!! Food was terrific and portions were just the right size. I ordered the BBQ burger (forgot the actual name) and order of fries (share size). My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger. The fries were enough to feed a small army!! Everything was tasty and enough of it. Plus, restaurant was extremely clean. As soon as people were done someone from the restaurant would come and clean and sanitize within a minute flat. I was honestly impressed. If you haven't been here, come here.....take my word for it!

Yesterday I met someone at Lowe's to rendezvous because of a craigslist purchase. That took a whole 3 minutes out of my late afternoon. I was leaving the parking lot when there it was ..."MOOYAH"!!! While still at Lowe's I reviewed the sell etc and moved on to online order the absolute most satisfying guilty pleasure I have..... MOOYAH'S SWEET POTATO FRIES. Literally a second away from the restaurant my app said they would be ready for curbside delivery in 5 min. I pulled in the space I was supposed to park turned on Def Leppard's new album and began waiting patiently even while my mouth watered in anticipation of my sweet fries. 35 minutes went by without my order ....I never saw any to go order activity. I look on my app and voila...I was supposed to call when I arrived. Im thinking what good is an online app if you still have to call? I put my tail between my legs and swallowed my pride placed the call. Not only was I delivered the freshest order of sweet fries (alway fresh anyway) ...Mike included a large vanilla shake. Place was packed, right at noon on a Saturday. We were skeptical. But the cashier was friendly. Ordering was easy. Order came out quickly. Fries were perfect. Burgers were spot on. Delicious, well-seasoned smash burger style. We were checked on twice by a server / busser. For how packed they were, the level of service and quality of food was exceptional. It was full on rush and they nailed it. We’ll definitely be back.

I have a gluten allergy, and this is one of the few “fast food” places that I can not only eat the burgers, but the fries as well! I love that they also offer “lifestyle burgers” such as vegan and paleo. It’s not something you see in a burger restaurant like this. I would 10/10 recommend!

I ate here with my mother the other day. The place was busy which is a good sign. The place was small with a contemporary decor. There was a giant menu board hanging from the ceiling with smaller menus available at the front of the registers. The lady at the register efficiently took our order. We fixed our drinks and sat down. Someone delivered our food to us even though we did not have a number or name on our table. The food was tasty. The diners around us seemed to be enjoying their food as well. I would eat here again.

Our family has sensitive food allergies. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gloves are changed and they have a designated fryer so french fries finally!! Don't go here expecting a fast food experience. Usually very busy but the staff do pretty good at keeping up. It's not unusual to not have to wait a few min for a table. Tables are cramped and it's a little hard to comfortably fit a highchair. But the food is yummy and it's a great meal when you're out running errands on the west end.

Some of the best burgers I've ever had here. Service was REALLY outstanding & they went out of there way to make sure I was happy, can't say enough about the great service! I was the 1st customer in there & was waiting in my car for them to open as I was craving there food (there's a warning about there food if there is one, lol). I ordered a burger & an order of chili fries. The burger was out in no time but they had to Finnish getting the chili ready (completely understandable for just opening & I expected it). I went & started eating my burger & before I was half done with it the guy brought out my fries. He also gave me a coupon for a free order of fries for next time I came in for the VERY short wait of my chili fries! As long as you don't mind getting hooked on there very good (& affordable) food I'd highly recommend this place! BTW, the chili fries are pretty good as well. My only problem with them is that they are just a little bit too spicy for my taste but I've got no tolerance for spicy foods whatsoever & I'm sure all but the most sensitive people would even notice the spice at all. For people who do like spicy foods they do have hot sauce at the tables you can add. Highly recommended!

The place is typically always clean, with a staff member walking around picking up and checking up on customers. It’s impressive customer service for a place that’s not a high end restaurant. Our first trip here, and will return for sure! Great people and great food! Rico Monroy and his staff were such a joy to be around tonight. We came in early befoe the rush and they spent extra time talking to us rather than hide or talk amongst themselves. The entire staff was very personable and attentive. Visiting from San Diego with my vegetarian wife we had a hard time in Billings finding food we both wanted to eat. And food that didn’t make us feel heavy and bogged down. She googled black bean burgers and that’s how we found Mooya. We walked in and where instantly made welcome, the whole staff said hello and Jeff the manager took care of us. I had the double cheeseburger and my wife had the black bean burger and fries. She loved hers and, I loved mine. So much we have been back 3 times now in our week visit. People in California love in n out. Well, I’m here to tell you this is above and beyond and now this will become part of our Montana trip. Better quality, more selection. And the beef tastes of quality. Jeff the manager made us feel special, gave us a great dinning experience and puts off a great vibe. 5 stars all the way. We can’t wait to come back!

This is hands down me and my fiancé’s favorite burger place in Billings!! We’ve been coming here since 2019 and we love it so much! They have options for everyone’s lifestyle and it has been our go to place for healthier choices. We had a mishap with our order and the manager, Rico, reached out to us within 5 minutes and made it up to us. There was no hassle at all just amazing customer service and people here. I was traveling through and saw a cheaper burger place to stop at. I got the bacon cheddar with sweet potato fries and my girlfriend got the vegan burger. The food was really good, but that service was even better. They were nice and personable and I haven’t had service like that in quite some time. I also visited during Covid and they had masks, hand sanitizer, and a clean place to eat. Thanks for everything.

Phenomenal!!!! Is there a word better than phenomenal?!?!? If so then that's the word that needs to be used to describe the burgers and service!!! The staff are Fun, friendly, and love to be at work and it shows! The GM Rico and Manager Russ are very outgoing, personable, and truly care about your experience while you are there! I have favorite burgers at different restaurants, but Mooyah brings all those favorite burgers under one roof!!! No matter what burger you choose or your own burger you make, you will not be disappointed!! The hand cut fries have amazing flavor and the Mooyah sauce??? WOW!!! Burgers are delicious but need to do something about the fries. I don’t know if the grease needs to e changed out what but the last several times I’ve been there, the fries are dark brown (instead of golden) and they taste a little bitter.

First visit was great, we had delicious burgers and fresh fries. Last visit was not the best, the burgers didn't taste good, buns were heavy with grease and the they might have used old oil for the fries. May give them an other chance but I not any time soon. My husband loves their shakes, they have not failed him in that aspect.

Really good hamburger. Like that kind of hamburger that they recommend you try when your friends hear that you are visiting where they grew up. Had a mushroom swiss, asked them to add jalapenos but they did not. Interesting take on a mushroom swiss, really tasty onion strings on top and mushrooms under the patty. Ate in and everyone was super friendly. Also got a salad to go for lunch the next day with a protein (upcharge) and even though it came with bacon (didn't realize) it was really good and at least the bacon was decent. Reminded me of smash burger when they were new like 15 years ago before becoming generic. Not a fry guy so I can't speak to the selection but it looked like the fries were decent. Later on I realized I forgot to tip somehow, so I'll trade that for the jalapenos and give them a perfect score. Go here if ye be in the billings area.

I had a great experience today! My burger and sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly to my specifications. It was busy when I walked in but the staff kept their cool and got everything out in a decent time . The runners were extra helpful and grabbed things without a second thought.
